Bad 😕 It seems that AJIO has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Product not delivered and not ready to provide refund also
I placed an order for Michael Kors shoes of Rs.12512 on Jan 17. The product is in packed condition since Jan 18 and they have not delivered the product and neither or they cancelling my order or providing a refund. They are simply extending resolution dates. I wrote to the grievance officer as well and no action has been taken from him.
There is no hierarchy. They are so casual about our problem. They extend the resolution date and keep telling me to wait until the resolution date and are not taking any action. I do not understand what’s the issue. Either they give me the product or refund the money. This looks like a big scam from AJIO where they take customer s money, neither give the product nor refund the money. Who is responsible? Whom should we talk to?

On JAN 31 (11 58 pm) i had placed and order worth 1416 paid order amount advancely(phonepe) TOTAL[protected] UPI 3RS MAHA CASHBACK 81RS AJIO POINTS) after paying the amount in ajio appFEB 1 (12 01 am) its showed a messge "HANG ON WE ARE EXPERIENCING HEAVY TRAFFIC TRY AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME"
so i checked after some time there are no traces that my order has placed or not but my amount debited from bank. I raised a request to customer care but no response saying we are trying our level best but still not solved.
Ajio team kindly solve my issue as soon as possible
STOP SAYING THAT OUR TEAM IS TRYING TO SOLVE YOUR ISSUE.
How long your team will solve the issue and i have sended all the proofs to your customer care also still no response from AJIO.

I am fed up reaching out to Ajio's customer care team, hence reaching out to you for your kind support with a hope that the long pending issue will be resolved.
Compliant 1:
I have written several emails to Ajio customer care team to initiate a transfer of Rs. 2000 approx from my Ajio Wallet to my bank account as I am unable to do the same from the UI. I requested several times, but the customer care team sends me a copy pasted reply without reading my email. This issue is pending since last 6 months and no resolution has been provided by Ajio and its customer care team.
Complaint 2:
I dropped an email to change the mobile number linked to my Ajio account but no response has been received from Ajio and its team.
Request you to help me get my balance transferred to my bank account on priority as it is the money I spent on purchases. It is not earned through any coupons or offers.

I bought a jacket from Ajio Online store for 5300/- rupees on 14-Jan-2022, unfortunately the quality of the product was not good as expected therefore i requested the return on the same day it was delivered.
Till date no body came to pickup the product, on the other hand i am receiving automatic calls from ajio store which says thah "Attempts was made to pickup but unable to pickup therefore if you want ajio to rettempt the pickup please dial 1".
but the fact is no one has come to pickup and they are making fake attempts, i already raised a complaint to ajio against this issue but did not get a positive response, i would appreciate if i could get help in this matter.

I have not received a product and showing delivered. I have compliant 3- 4 times. Two times Ajio customer care executives call me and assured me of investigation within a given point of time. But that was all false excuses as the last date came they just close the complaint without any resolution.
I am very much disappointed by the service you provide to the customers.
Its not about that product I just want to complaint about the problem i have faces so far.
Most of time I do online shopping from 1 decade this the 1st time that I faced a problem and did not get resolved.

I ordered a shirt on 31st Jan but the order was not confirmed.However money has been deducted for the same. I'm requesting for the refund for several days.I haven't received it yet.Now they says that the refund has already initiated..THEN WHERE IS IT??
If you had initiated the refund normally ( in genuine apps) It will take less than 3 days..

FL[protected] - Order ID. I ordered a sweatshirt from Ajio on 25/12/21. The product was delivered to me on 30/12/21 but still it is showing not delivered in the app and I can’t return it now. I’ve been calling to cx care after every 48 hours but issue still persists. I’ve shared product pics and invoice over email too still my issue hasn’t been resolved. I haven’t seen such pathetic service from any company. Every time I talk to cx service reps they tell me to wait for 48 hours. AJIO doesn’t value people’s time neither AJIO respects its customers. The most disgusting service ever.

I receive wrong product in my exchange order. So i return that product after their approval i return that product. After pickup they didn't update anything so after a month i called ask about my refund so they are saying that i return non ajio product which is not true i receive that wrong product from they site in sealed packet so how its non ajio product.they are cheating on so many people like this after this read all their instagram account comments 90 % of people's complaints is that they are receive wrong product.

But size is smaller than expected i have return this product on 5th jan 2022. But they didnt picked up my product and they said they have same problem thats y they not picked up they delayed that return days now 35days completed they r saying ur return period is completed no we cant return that product. I have ordered 3 products from Ajio worth 2000 rupees. Since those fabric is not good I have opted for return.
Immediately after 1 week of receiving those products . No one has reached me for collecting those products. I have dropping mails from 2 weeks but no proper response from worst service fellows. And finally they said that the return option was closed as the time was elapsed.
Ajio is not at all fair company it's a cheating and fraud company.

My registered number with AJIO is [protected], 31/01/2022, i tried to make, payments for purchase a women's wear at ajio website, after i add the product to my cart and proceed to payment, and unfortunatly then payment has debited from my balance and, during just before conforming the order website became unreachable, and then i refresh the page and again repay the same amount from paytm postpaid balance, and the same issue occurs. My first payment was a upi payment and the other was from paytm postpaid wallet. So both the transactions are of ruppes 99/- each. Then i contact, the ajio through email and by phone they says the amount will get back to you within 48 hours. Still now i have not get any refund. Its 7 days been completed. So please refund back money.

Ajio order says delivered on 3rd February 2022, but that items are not delivered yet & I have not received a single call from Ajio or a delivery boy.
Ajio Customer care No. is not passing to the Customer care executive. I have given through email complaint no. of time. None of them are replied. I think it's a fraud company.

I ordered #Fl[protected] product from ajio.I didn't like it so i returned it so many times and yet it was not returned somehow by misleading practices of Ajio.I raised a complaint mentioning that ajio should check in the images I sent that the order id on the barcode of the product was different from what I was ordered by me.It was returned back to ajio and after several days i recieved a mail from ajio that your product was a non ajio product and it will be returned back to you and no refund will be made .My money has gone all in vain into fake system like ajio and i will never ever again do online Shopping .I really hate that so many people have also made complaint against ajio and yet no one is giving justice against it . Their email customer support is just clueless about how to resolve any issue. Talking to Ajio email customer service seems like they are scammers. They will address me with new name each time they will contact me.
