My registered number with AJIO is [protected], 31/01/2022, i tried to make, payments for purchase a women's wear at ajio website, after i add the product to my cart and proceed to payment, and unfortunatly then payment has debited from my balance and, during just before conforming the order website became unreachable, and then i refresh the page and again repay the same amount from paytm postpaid balance, and the same issue occurs. My first payment was a upi payment and the other was from paytm postpaid wallet. So both the transactions are of ruppes 99/- each. Then i contact, the ajio through email and by phone they says the amount will get back to you within 48 hours. Still now i have not get any refund. Its 7 days been completed. So please refund back money.
