        This is regarding order ID #FL[protected].
        I ordered a few items on 25th December 2021 but due to some reason, I had to cancel them. It's been more than a month of constant emails and calls to the customer care but they refuse to resolve it. Please help.

          I am writing this complain because i am tired of calling AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 23rd jan 2022. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id COM[protected]. Their team saved their part by saying that refund has been initiated from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

            Order Id. FL[protected]. I ordered Nike Barcelona jacket for 3571 INR and paid via UPI, i received it and found out that it is some cheap performax jacket with nike and barcelona tags on it. So i placed return request. The app asked me to take pictures and upload the same on the app so that it can be verified and then the return request can be initiated. It took them 2-3 days and the request was approved. The guy came and picked up the parcel on 5th jan 2022. Now app was saying i will recieve refund by 22nd jan. I called them on 22nd to check status, he said that there is some problem in the warehouse, the product is not ajio. That is why i was returning, because the product was some cheap performax one. I told him this and he said that he will raise the issue and someone will call me before 29th Jan 2022 to resolve
            the issue but noone did. I called them again 5 days later when i saw that
            notification on app that issue has been resolved and I still did not get any refund, the woman had me repeat the whole incident again and again and said that I'll get a refund within 2 days. Nothing happened. I called them again today, the person said that i will not get any refund as of now as the product was not original and not ajio product. Again I said that if the product would have been fine there was no reason to return. I had to repeat everything again and again and again he said it will take some days in this process. I would like to get a refund, if that is not possible then I would not mind the original product and not the one which was sent the first time. It has been a month of anticipation and continuously stressing, please do resolve the issue I have already called many times and it is frustrating.

                I had placed an order in December. I did not receive 5 out of 6 products. On 25th December i got an email from the company saying it is lost in transit and the next day, it was showing delivered on the app. I am so troubled by the company, they do not corporate. It is a pre-paid order so they have taken my money without sending products

                    I am writing this complain because i am tired of calling AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO.                       I placed return for 5 products almost a month ago. once they ask to self ship but a self shipped product came back to me. unnecessarily I had to bear the shipping charges .the customer care keeps raising complaints and for that return gets created but the product is never picked up and again they raise a complaint. This cycle goes on but never gives a resolution.RT54709016, RT54709013, RT54709014, RT54709015, RT54709017 now these return id's show cancelled without any notice. they picked up one product recently via courier service delhivery. why cant they pickup all these other products as well in one single pickup? They just create stories and never pickup the product I want to return

                      Ajio needs to pickup these return products ASAP or directly refund my 2700 rs for the return id's RT54709016, RT54709013, RT54709014, RT54709015, RT54709017

                          Ajio is fooling people i have ordered product since from so long nithar I received the product nor they cancel my order and refund me. They are so smart that they says i can not cancel the order until i received the same but while they don’t send

                                I returned a product that is not fit me on 27 December 2021 but I didn't get my money back since then. I called customer care several times but they false promised me every time that I will get my refund in the next 2 working days.
                                It's been 30 days but I didn't get my refund yet.

                                  I am here to report an online fraud which happened to me last year on Dec 16.

                                  I have ordered a pair of TRIGGER jeans from AJIO Shopping app on 10/12/2021 and the order ID is FL[protected].
                                  It was oversized so i requested for an exchange on 13/12/2021 and the exchange id is EX[protected].
                                  It was too oversized jeans and i have to return the product and the return id is RT53783440.
                                  I haven't received the refund amount of ₹2803 yet which i paid initially for the original order. The payment was done by cash. I contacted customer support and i was told to wait until 22/12/2021 to get the refund but i never received. So i contacted the CS again and they told me to wait for 29/12/2021 but then again they didn't refund the amount. I contacted them again and they told me to wait until 10/01/2021. I waited again but never got the refund amount so i contacted them again and they told me to wait for 18/01/2021 but the again they didn't refund. I contacted them again on 19/12/2022 and they said to wait for 26/01/2022 and they have restarted the refund process again. I contacted them again on 26th, yesterday but then again they said due to some technical issues the refund process has been failed. All these time they told me to wait for this many days and it's already been like 42 days and counting! Every time i contact them they registered complaints over complaints, 4 times they send me complaint id and the latest on is COM[protected]. It says that they have initiated the payment the it says the amount is refunded when i check the app but i never received it. If needed i will provide my bank account statement to prove me right. I have lost all hope and devastated as well as depressed because of AJIO's rude behavior. I hope you can understand from the above mentioned dates how i am feeling now. I feel like AJIO is mentally harassing me. In fact their executives never worked on this issue for the past 42 days which is proved from the number of days they got me waiting. I kindly request you to look in to the problem.

                                    My order id FL[protected]. I ordered two items on 12.01.2022, one being a pullover and other being a beige trouser. However, due to poor quality issue, I had to return both of them back. The pullover was returned and I got refund on time. However, Ajio is giving me very hard time taking return of Mayra beige trouser. I applied for refund on 17th Jan and the delivery boy came after a day but refused to take my order back since barcode wasn’t matching. I asked him to cancel the return order and I will do it again. But he simply refused to help me. I further went on to call the ajio customer care and its been 4-5 times I called them and ajio customer care is of no help and literally useless customer service. They kept assuring me that they will cancel the return and that I will have to apply for return again and but they are not updating it on their system and I am waiting with the order since 17th Jan. Ajio customer service is the worst possible thing I ever came across. better to shop with myntra. atleast Myntra does not hold your money back.

                                      #RT[protected] Placed order for F-Gear laptop bag on 8th Dec 2021. Ajio delivered Baggit laptop bad and when reached customer support, they suggested to provide photo of item and tag (which was done). Later their team suggested to return item and place order for bag again. Wrong product was picked from me on 25th Dec 2021 and no refund provided till date (26th Jan 2022). I have placed another order for actual bag and received it, but my refund for earlier order is still not addressed. Customer support is useless, their reporting manager was never available. Made many calls and mails but they respond asking FEW MORE DAYS to resolve it.

                                        The issue that I have experienced was: I returned the product on 25th december 2021. It said that my refund would be completed in 5 to 7 days. Later after a week i wasnt refunded and it was updated that it will be initiated by 11th january 2022. Even after 11th i dint receive. After contacting ajio customer care they said that it will be refunded on or before 20th January which also failed. I called the customer care again and they keep saying it will be resolved in two days but it is not. When i asked them to transfer the call to a senior executive they just cut the call. Its been a month since i have returned and its becoming a big headache to me

                                        Its updated as refund has been completed but there is no amount credited in my account and when contacted with ajio customer care they are saying to wait for another 7 to 9 days.worst e commerce ever to buy anything. I highly recommend people not to use this waste app and use other e commerce platforms which are trustworthy and care about thwir customers
