My name is Rohit Tripathi and I ordered a product from Ajio on 8/12/2021 for Rs 13286 with order number FL[protected] Hugo Boss Jacket Black. My delivery took place on 12/12/2021. I Exchanged it because of size issue. Exchange order no. EX[protected]. Which was delivered to me on 17/12/2021. When I opened the box, there was nothing in it. The box was empty. I complained about product not in empty box on 17/12/21 at Ajio customer care whose complaint number is COM[protected]. To which I did not get any correct answer. So I complained again on 13/01/2022 whose complaint number is COM[protected]. Even after complaining several times. Till now I have neither received the refund nor the product. please respond to this complaint it is very important.So that I can get refund from Ajio

Till now no action has been taken by the company to resolve my complaint. The company has sent me an email. The email address is [email protected]. It says that you cannot get the refund. We are unable to accommodate your request.

Subject-- Legal Notice for taking of necessary step in lieu of the unfair Trade
Practices.

Dear sir,
Under the instruction and on my self "mr Rohit kumar tripathi" I do hereby
serve upon you with the following Legal
Notice.

1- That i, mr Rohit kumar tripathi resident of Near -. allhabad bank Branch gurghutta Nanpara, Bahraich 271865 is a peace- loving and law- abinding citizen of India.

2- That I had bought hugo boss men jacket for Rs 13286 through your online on 8th December 2021. Whose order no. is FL[protected].

3-That I received this order on 12th December 2021. Which was exchanged due to size issue.

4-That I received the exchange order no.EX[protected] dated 17th December 2021 but the product was not there, the box was empty.

5-That I had then complained to the online customer care that the box was empty. Whose complaint no. was COM[protected].

6-That I complained and talked many times after this. But my client did not get any positive reply from you. Neither the product was received nor refund was given till date
.
7-That my client has been greatly hurt by your immoral act and behavior.

8-Thus in order to solve my difficulties, I request you to look into the matter with due importance, to give you a reasonable and convenient time to get back my refundable amount of Rs.13286. Paid at the rate of Rs.13286. The money should be given to my client. For which my client has suffered tremendous pain - my client's hard-earned money.

I would direct you to provide all the expenses in lieu of the possible recourse towards my client includes the compensation of Rs 5000/-for this harassment.

I look forward to your positive reply and solution to the above-mentioned problem and will wait until 15 days else you will be liable for any further legal recourse.

        Dear Sir,

        We have given return request on 7th Dec. 2021, but till date neither picked up the product nor issued
        the refund .
        My order No. and return Id no as follows :-

        I have mailed the sevaral times reminder & raised the complain against ajio but ajio team is not taking any appropriate action.Simply sending the replies and ignoring our complain . Please look into the matter and
        solve the issue for customer satisfaction.

        I hv already sent the mail dated 22.12.21, 25.12.21, 31.12.21, 04.01.2022, 05.01.2022 & 13.01.2022 to Ajio customer care [protected]@ajio.com

        but today is 13th Jan 2022, neither nobody has come for pickup the Product nor issued the refund and simply they hv cancelled the return request without issuing the refund.

        Why we hv to suffer the loss if product is not picked up by Ajio Team its not fair. In reply Ajio team had mentioned that The AJIO order, contained a product which was the last item in ur fulfillment center.
        This product did not pass ur quality check; this is ajio team problem not mine.

          The contact number that I had provided for the return pick up address is wrong. So I am unable to return the item. And the return attempt was also just made once and I was told to cancel my return request, update my contact number and then request return again.
          I am not able to cancel my return request, there hasn't been any pick up attempt for 6 days now and nothing has been updated. The process is stuck.
          Please cancel my return request so that I can update my number and request a return again

            Hey! I wanted to introduce myself to you that I am Janice and I am using AJIO from really long and I wanted to talk about my order I’d FL[protected]
            I ordered Steve Madden shoes but the shoes which I got was a different product soo I decided to put for wrong order delivered but later on I started noticing that my order is on hold then they simply texts me that TY FOR CHANGING YOUR MIND AND TY FOR NOT RETURNING AND ALLL AND then I call customer care who knows nothing and raise complaints and then they don’t calll and the app profile says ur complaint is resolved I have tried returning the product at least 10 times but always on hold and then reject please do something

              Return request was created but no one can attempt to receive the product. And they are telling return cancelled. Again I attempted to return it but the site was not at all responding. The order id is FL[protected]

                  I have some returns but still no one picked up those its keep on rescheduling i tried to reach customer care they were telling my returns doesn't have AWB numbers and my return policy also getting over ..i raised a complaint also couple of times but still its not resolved.Please try to help me out in it...Return Ids are RT55500134, RT55465492, RT55523003, RT55500133..

                    I have tried place order gold coin in ajio on 26.12.21 payment via mobiwik and mobiwk payment via sbi card.

                    On that day order not placed and money deducted by ajio and mobikwik but no refund still. Ajio and Mobiwkik not responding detail of trransction as per below.

                    I have tried to place order for gold coin in Ajio through payment via mobikwik on 26.12.21.
                    Order not placed but money deducted by you via mobiwik. I have contacted SBI card authority and they will give me transaction id Id:[protected] dated 26.12.21

                    Which clamied by you or Mobiwik Authority. We request you give us my refund as soon as possible.

                      I have returned my product with all labels and tags on 22nd December 2021. They are saying that the money is refunded but I have still not got my amount back to my bank account. I checked with the bank and they are saying that no refund has been initiated yet. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id. Their team is neither picking up my call. They are saying that refund is done from our side. I haven't got the money back in my bank account.

                        Hi,

                        I made a purchase for 2K and returned the product but did not receive the payment.

                        They keep sending an email but no one to talk to. This is not a joke also. Its been almost a month now.

                          Its been more than 10 days since I’m trying to return one order .
                          The order i have received is wrong . I ordered size s and got size M now from last 4 days i have been trying to call customer care and i was told order would be returned by 8 of January but still didn’t get any call from ajio . In app its showing returned attempt was made my delivery partner but in reality there’s isn’t any attempt made . So please solve this issue asap now its getting on my nerves.

                            I have never ever came across such ridiculous service I created a return request on 3rd of january. the product has not been picked up after calling multiple times to customer care they are not responding properly. They are giving false information and not giving a exact date kindly look into it and do the needful

                                  I ordered 2dresses from AJIO application.One product I received was defective.Another one I had size related issue and as the product was out of stock, I selected return.I returned two of these products on November 2021.
                                  Till now I haven't received my refund. I called them a number of times and mailed them.But no proper response was given.Now they are not even attending my calls.I need to get refund for 2 dresses, that is, Rs .660.
                                  Kindly do the needful for the same.

                                    I ordered a product on ajio on 18-12-21 . But as the order arrived I doesn't like the quality of product. I request to return the product. Many times return was not picked up and my return request was cancelled by then every time.

                                      I order a shirt from ajio and get the product with low quality. So I request for return.the delivery guy came and check the product and say it is not matching with the original and reject the pick up. After that I shaw original pic and swip left then I found that original zoomed image was match. Snd now I m trying to re- shedule my pick- up since 29 dec 2021 but nothing is happening
