I ordered a Crocs product footwear on the AJIO website on 25th November 2021 (Order# FL[protected]), received a copy product and I immediately raised a return request.

After I return the product AJIO is claiming that they received a non AJIO product.

The customer care team (Phone ) says the problem will be resolved and I get my money back soon. but the Email Customer care team keeps saying that they receive a non AJIO product and they cannot return my money back.

I request AJIO team to understand my problem and return my money back

    I have complained about my products not marked delivered in the ajio application and cannot proceed with the return. I was only given dates one after another but not solution yet even after one month and closed my complaint with out a solution. This is just a fraud and I want to complain against this fraud.
    AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Same issue with me, they created 2 accounts of my name with same mobile number and email id, in one of them no transactions and in another shows transactions but I cannot use wallet money as otp is not coming. It's fraud company which makes money not by selling things but by making frauds like this

      I have returned a pair of night suit which I purchased from Ajio worth rupees 700 about 6months ago. The delivery guy probably didn’t msrk it as delivered. It shows in my orders as ‘return cancelled’ . Chased rhe customer service for a very long time but had no response. Pathetic service, Ajio stole my INR 700.

        Hi all, I have ordered a white jeans in AJIO. After some days I have checked the status of it in AJIO app it is showing as delivered but it is not delivered to me. I have raised complaint with AJIO more than 5 times they give a timeline and latet they close the ticket with update we tried to reach you and the status of item is delivered.

        I have called to customer care also the person is we cant do anything as per status it is delivered and you have signed it. I said I haven't received it and not signed then the customer care person said write a email to ajio to get the sign and I have sent email for same and shared it. When I checked it's not my sign.

        Today(19-Jan) I tried to chat with help desk checking my query simply kept message there is outage in my system and left.

        My request to them is to refund or deliver the item to me and check where is issue. And also I had bad experience with AJIO customer care as they are helpless and denying.

        Suggest to establish a process like otp need to share the delivery person which resolves the issue.

        Today from Ajio contacted me and said I need to install a app anydesk or TeamViewer qs and allow them to connect and open the AJIO app and place a new order which I haven't received with new card not saved card and mentioned I should enter OTP.

        For sometime I have gone through the process and receiving multiple OTP messages ..which seemed like some fraudulent transactions are happening.
        So I stopped the process and uninstalled the anydesk.

        They keep on saying AJIO is big company you shouldnt worry no fraudulent transactions and anydesk app we won't collect any information and also when I questioning they keep saying you are educated you should understand it...

        My concern here is, why I should install anydesk or any software in my personal mobile and give access to them. if the company is big for refunding the money user to go through all this process.

        They can get my account details and refund it or add money to ajio wallet.

        Some fraudsters are monitoring this site and called after I logged complaint. They imposter as Ajio care to resolve the issue...sadly I came into there talks lost 30k.. Please ignore above update no one contacted from AJIO till now.

          I have order 3 items from AJIO on 31st of Dec. Out of which 2 items were delivered but one is not delivered to me and AJIO claims it is delivered to me. Have raised multiple complaints with AJIO but not use. They have simply closed my complaints without any resolution. Also I have shared my apartment cctv footage which clearly shows no orders were delivered during that time. Don't know how to escalate this

                I recieved my ordered shoes on 19 Nov 2021, recived order on 26 Nov 2021, exchanged it on 1 Dec 2021 and Returned this shoes on 7 Dec 2021 because of size issue.

                Order Total Amount : Rs. 2187.36
                AJIO Wallet : -Rs. 161.00
                Amount to be paid : Rs. 2026.36 (This amount is paid on COD by Google Pay to the Xpressbees Delivery boy)

                AJIO customer care mail me and text me that "your complaint is Resolved on 28th Dec 2021 and your further update about the Refund is updated on 31st Dec 2021 but Still i don't get a refund in my account." I contacted AJIO customer care and they did not reply regarding my refund and they ended the call without telling any information after holding my call for about 5-7 minute.

                  Placed return on 9th Jan... Courier collected on 10th Jan.. next courier person gives it back coz his saying Ajio system problem and can't show picked up so said raise it again.
                  Msged Ajio customer care chat, they said they will sort it before or by 14th... No reply so 15th again msged them on chat they come back saying given another 2 more days.. till now no reply today's 17th Jan.
                  No customer service only chat from 12 pm to 8pm which makes it really disturbing...

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

                    The issue that I have experienced was:

                    I have been complaining about the product now for more than 15 days and there has been no action taken by anyone.
                    It's a wrong product that I received, but whenever I call agents Shaika, Praveen and Divash have not done anything but closed my complaint without taking any action, the complaint is raised (3 times for return)and all they say is that this will be completed. But within hours from my complaint raised by all three agents the case gets closed.

                    I need you to please take this product back and either give the product i purchased or my refund back to my cc for which I am also paying interest.

                    It occurred on: 15/12/2021

                    Refund my money back or send me the product i ordered

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                      Refund initiated but not received

                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

                      The issue that I have experienced was: Purchased a jacket on 22/12/2021
                      Exchanged it and it does not fit size issue was there I returned it.
                      Product was picked on 5/01/2022
                      Product reached their warehouse on 11/01/2021,
                      It was passed and they mentioned the status refund initiated and refund complete.
                      I haven't received...

                      I wanted to return a shirt the product was picked up by the agent but it was not notified by the agent that the order has been picked and on app also its showing me that product has not been picked up and it is still giving me the option to return and exchange the agent didn't even provided me the acknowledgement-slip moreover I am not getting the refund also of the same now the product is not there with me and I am not getting the refund also

                        Ajio — Amount refund issue

                        I am writing this complain because i am tired of calling AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 30th December 2022. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously and they are making fool of me return id #RT54900174. Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                          My name is Rohit Tripathi and I ordered a product from Ajio on 8/12/2021 for Rs 13286 with order number FL[protected] Hugo Boss Jacket Black. My delivery took place on 12/12/2021. I Exchanged it because of size issue. Exchange order no. EX[protected]. Which was delivered to me on 17/12/2021. When I opened the box, there was nothing in it. The box was empty. I complained about product not in empty box on 17/12/21 at Ajio customer care whose complaint number is COM[protected]. To which I did not get any correct answer. So I complained again on 13/01/2022 whose complaint number is COM[protected]. Even after complaining several times. Till now I have neither received the refund nor the product. please respond to this complaint it is very important.So that I can get refund from Ajio

                          1- That i, mr Rohit kumar tripathi resident of Near -. allhabad bank Branch gurghutta Nanpara, Bahraich 271865 is a peace- loving and law- abinding citizen of India.

                          2- That I had bought hugo boss men jacket for Rs 13286 through your online on 8th December 2021. Whose order no. is FL[protected].

                          3-That I received this order on 12th December 2021. Which was exchanged due to size issue.

                          4-That I received the exchange order no.EX[protected] dated 17th December 2021 but the product was not there, the box was empty.

                          5-That I had then complained to the online customer care that the box was empty. Whose complaint no. was COM[protected].

                          6-That I complained and talked many times after this. But my client did not get any positive reply from you. Neither the product was received nor refund was given till date

                          7-That my client has been greatly hurt by your immoral act and behavior.

                          8-Thus in order to solve my difficulties, I request you to look into the matter with due importance, to give you a reasonable and convenient time to get back my refundable amount of Rs.13286. Paid at the rate of Rs.13286. The money should be given to my client. For which my client has suffered tremendous pain - my client's hard-earned money.

                                We have given return request on 7th Dec. 2021, but till date neither picked up the product nor issued
                                the refund .

                                I have mailed the sevaral times reminder & raised the complain against ajio but ajio team is not taking any appropriate action.Simply sending the replies and ignoring our complain . Please look into the matter and
                                solve the issue for customer satisfaction.

                                I hv already sent the mail dated 22.12.21, 25.12.21, 31.12.21, 04.01.2022, 05.01.2022 & 13.01.2022 to Ajio customer care [protected]@ajio.com

                                but today is 13th Jan 2022, neither nobody has come for pickup the Product nor issued the refund and simply they hv cancelled the return request without issuing the refund.

                                Why we hv to suffer the loss if product is not picked up by Ajio Team its not fair. In reply Ajio team had mentioned that The AJIO order, contained a product which was the last item in ur fulfillment center.
                                This product did not pass ur quality check; this is ajio team problem not mine.

                                  The contact number that I had provided for the return pick up address is wrong. So I am unable to return the item. And the return attempt was also just made once and I was told to cancel my return request, update my contact number and then request return again.
                                  I am not able to cancel my return request, there hasn't been any pick up attempt for 6 days now and nothing has been updated. The process is stuck.
                                  Please cancel my return request so that I can update my number and request a return again

                                    I ordered Steve Madden shoes but the shoes which I got was a different product soo I decided to put for wrong order delivered but later on I started noticing that my order is on hold then they simply texts me that TY FOR CHANGING YOUR MIND AND TY FOR NOT RETURNING AND ALLL AND then I call customer care who knows nothing and raise complaints and then they don’t calll and the app profile says ur complaint is resolved I have tried returning the product at least 10 times but always on hold and then reject please do something
