Refund not received and product picked up 1 month ago

    Sir I had shopped clothes for Rs 14099 from ecommerce application Ajio but when I got the order, when I opened it and saw it was a product of some other brand. I had also made a video while unboxing it and returning it. but I have not made any payment since 7th December, I have also lodged complaint on Ajio care many times but now they are refusing to give my money while I have also sent them video footage but still speaking That this product is not ours, you are requested to please try to get my 14099 rupees, this amount is too much for me, I can not afford this much from middle class family, I will be grateful to you in helping me please

    Sir i returned my product on 7th December but still i have not refund my payment and talking on care, it is told that this is non jio product while i have also sent its video footage

      I ordered a superdry windcheater costing 9000/- but to my horror when I opened the packet I received an old Tshirt … the authorities are cancelling my return requests again and again . They are saying that the product is a non ajio product so we cannot return it . But what is my fault … only that I trusted this site . Plz help

        My account of ajio - [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked since 2 weeks and after complaining
        multiple times they haven't resolved the issue.. though they agreed too about no such policy in ajio where multiple returns could make customers account block.. they did so with me due to multiple orders.. they should atleast mention before about the limitations of returning and ordering products.. no one would buy the same product which they order at once.. and if i am not finding good quality or size issues i will definitely return the product.. or if you have issues with multiple return u must have mentioned before customers about limitatiions.. blocking the account when customer is at mid of their orders is not at all justified.. how to see the updates of ordered products and other things if you are taking too long to resolve the issue.. i already complaint about it before 2weeks but they haven't resolved yet.. please help me while unblocking my account and resolving my problem.. it's already been more than 15days but they are not providing any positive response untill now.

        My account is still nit working and to the complain which i registered in ajio they messaged me about resolved.. and after telling them about this matter and fake resolution message they said to resolve within short time but after certain mails and talks they doesn't provide solution for it.. i am adding screenshot of fake resolved message which i received and complaint about it.. please helpme regarding this mattermy account is blocked and i am unable to perform any action.. i have many orders pending please provide me solution and help me in unblocking my account.. it's been too long my complaint is just pending without any resolution.

          Why attempt is being made to deliver the items today i.e. 07.01.2022, which were showed delivered on 25.12.2021 already. Also delivery agent is forcing me to accept the delivery or else he is said my refund will stuck. I can not understand that why I am being troubled in such ways. I do not want any delivery, I want my refund

            I placed a order (ID no. FL[protected]) on 20 December 2021 for 3 items and made payment via online netbanking. Due to some work i had to go out of station on 23.12.2021 and my house was lock for 4 days. 24.12.2021 I received message (no call was received from delivery agent) that 2 items out of 3 has been delivered, though there was no-one to take delivery. I tried to contact customer care and request to file a complaint. Complaint was filed with no. COM[protected] dated 25.12.2021 and i was assured that issue will be resolved by 01.01.2022. In view of the cited matter i cancelled the item which was yet to be delivered. After this i tried to contact customer care, but could not, either I did not receive any of message for follow up. Till date I have not received my refund i.e. 2, 966.74/-. Also there is no way to get in contact with AJIO. I am very disappointed, as I have never come across such situation with any of online shopping app (flipcart, amazon, myntra etc..) I want my refund back as soon as possible. As there is no fault at all at my end. I will go head according to the progress.

              I returned my order on 29.12.21. The app says that my refund has been initiated on 03.01.22 but I have yet not received the money in my account. After several mails amd requests they are just asking to wait patiently. My amount is ₹5000 plus. I am really worried. Kindly lodge a complain, take a strict action and get me my money back urgently

Before this complaint i already registered here 2more complaint 3218789 and 3205751, after this complaint grievance officer called me and said to give the details of the products i am having.. so that he may lodge return request and the same day when i have mailed all the products details with its tags they havent respond.. still i mailed him 3 4 times continuously within week for the same orders they havent revert back any information about returning process.. i am having lots of products and i need to return back so that i could get my large amount but they are not cooperating and letting my amount refund. Please help me regarding this issue so that i can get my refund by returning the products.. its about to take month and i am not having any resolution after complaining in ajio and here itself.. please provide solution Here i am attaching the produCts details and transaction amount.. please see and do take action regarding this matter

                    This is to inform you that I am unable to login from my account- [protected]@gmail.com, for which i already raised the complaint two weeks before but no resolution provided, please see to it and resolve my issue as soon as possible.. because I have many orders and have to returned products for which i have no information and updates.. they freezed my account and not making available for me.. please resolve the issue for which i am facing since two weeks.

                        I ordered 2 product from ajio on 18 dec 2021. I was not satisfied with the quality of products and I request to return the product immediately. But they fakely claim that an attempt was made many times. Whenever their agent come to pick the order he said that QR not matching and doesn't pick my order. I am highly disappointed with ajio. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                          I received product with no tags, no bill in that courier and my products also missed where I ordered 7 but I received only 5 in that courier . I mailed to support they are saying no tags they are not responsible then whom we have to approach like we are going to loss money. I placed return courier boy refused to pick bcoz no tags . Hence transport system not responsible your saying your not responsible then whom we have trust to place order.

                            I am an ajio shopper for years now I’ve got tons of orders never faced such a difficulty but this time it’s beyond the limits. I’ve been complying against the refund of one of my returned products for 2 months now, I’ve called the customer care like 10 times and have repeatedly raise complaints but there is no resolution yet.

                            There is no tracking information available for that. The application shows that my product has not been picked up.
                            This is very frustrating,
                            I have been repeatedly calling to raise my complaint but my issue has not been resolved.
                            While The customer care team Says that the product has already reached the warehouse.

                              Hey i ordered for a puma shoe, for which i paid 5039 rs total including wallet amount.
                              I recived a different style, different design product of same brand puma, which is also available on their website puma, so for that i registered the complaint and given them all the proofs, Photos though email, app, Twitter msg my after that my pickup went on hold and after their review they approved pending pickup approval.(complaint id-COM[protected] which is resolved, under which i have given all the details like brand box image, ean no, manually, shoe image after reviewing all these they approved my pickup for refund)
                              I handovered everything as it is, i handovered them brand red box(which has all the details like article, price brand etc), and the shoe.
                              After pickup done, they said i will get the money after quality check when the product reaches the werehouse.
                              And when the product reached to were house they declared the product as a non ajio product, but i clearly see the wrong product which was delivered to me is available on ajio website.
                              When they declared it non ajio, then i asked do you have the image of everything what i sent, the i knew that they don't have brand box image, which is the main required thing in my opinion, the brand box contains all the necessary details like EAN, price, etc.

                              So i came a conclusion that their werehouse department is not willing to give me the refund they are doing it intentionally, or because of some fraudsters, i have to be target or i got targeted by werehouse team, who doesn't want that i got the refund, so they hided the details.

                              Pls help me this amount it too high for me, i ordered it for my friend with my id and now i have to pay him for that,

                                Ordered a shirt size 44.
                                Initiated exchange request for smaller size 42.
                                Exchange request was accepted.
                                Exchange request got cancelled last moment.
                                Ideally AJIO should pick up the Size 44 shirt but no one came to pick this product. As a customer, I do not see an option to return the product as the exchange was cancelled.
                                Raised multiple complaints, but no action taken.
                                The wrong size product is still lying with me and no one from Ajio has picked up the product and initiated the refund.
                                Now I have the wrong size product and my money has gone for a toss.

                                Strict action should be taken against Ajio.
                                They have purposely removed the RETURN button because of which I can't return the product.

                                  I paid a sum of Rs.1386 for F Gear bag through UPI.. amount has been deducted from my bank.. but the order is not confirmed.. I request for refund or confirm my order.

                                      I placed an order on 7th March 2021 from Ajio.com, "Product name :
                                      AUSK - Short Sleeves T-shirt with Colourblock Detail" which costed 335.72 Rupee, after receiving the order I found that the size was small so I placed a replacement order for the same and the replacement order was placed on March 27, 2021, after I receiving the replacement I found that the size is still small so returned the T-shirt on April 7, 2021 and the pickup was made but I still haven't received the refund for the T-shirt which I returned. I contacted Ajio multiple time but they kept telling me that the refund is credit on March 28, 2021 which is not possible as the refund is initiated on Arpil 7, 2021.

                                        I had placed a return of three out of four items in the order but had a change of mind and wanted to keep two items then. So, I cancelled the return request with the help of customer care for the whole order and placed a new return request again for the same 3 items (changed my mind again) after 48 hours through website. I got an email that the order willl be picked up on 1st Jan 2022 but nobody showed on door for pickup.

                                        Now the customer care is telling me to cancel the same return request and place a fresh one again. They cancelled this return request as well.

                                        Also, in the orders section on website, its still showing that details of my very first pickup. Its not updated even now.

                                        When will the issue resolve? The return window will close in the process, which is 21st Jan 2022
