I got my ordered shoe with damaged and without any tag and same day I submitted for return request.But delivery guy refused to take back the order telling tag is not available which is fault of supplier side.When I complained with Ajio customer care they also refused to take it back.I heard similar incident happed with many Ajio customer.

        I had ordered a small churidar set and they delivered XXL.
        I tried to return the product and they said they'll pick it up in 3 days but didn't come.
        Now they are asking to self ship. Is this a joke??..

          I've ordered US polo men sneakers on 31st July which coated 1710 .
          At first transaction there was some technical error and I tried paying second time.
          But now the amount was debited .
          Unfortunately the order was not placed .
          I checked my bank balance got to know that the amount was debited twice .
          That was seriously bad .
          And I hope this issue is focused .
          And maintains customers trust towards their shopping platform.

            I had ordered 10 dec from my ajio, its delivery time was told of 20 dec, I kept writing regular complaint to your ECOM delivery partner from 21 dec on not receiving my order. Then I also wrote a complaint on 25 dec ajio and today I got the answer, your order has been returned. Is this your service? Is this your delivery partner's service?               My prepaid order of AJIO is being shown as delivered on 21 Dec 21 in the app but i have not received my product till now. I have filed the complain with AJIO customer care but no resolution has been given. I also called them but did not get any response.

              This screenshot taken on 30 Dec 21 shows that resolution by 29 Dec 21 but it has not been resolved till now.

                My ajio order with 2 products was supposed to deliver on 29.12.21 and only one product was delivered with invoice for two products and the amount was paid. Now am not able to return the one product or to claim refund. Very very poor customer service

                  All of a sudden, my ajio account got signed out & when I trying to login in back it is showing as access denied!! I have some products which I need to return back, I hav raised complaint against this but no one is responding in a proper way!

                    I have I have ordered western tops which wasn't satisfied so I requested to return my products.return was accepted on December 19th but still I haven't got the refund amount.in terms of return policy it is that refund will be initiated around 2-3 business days.

                      Actually it is showing order is delivered but still not received and also they have not called me that order is delivering today even not have sent a mail/message about order is delivering today but now it is showing order is successful delivered

                        I have returned the product and a refund was initiated on 6th December 2021 and still refund has not been transferred to the bank account. I'm mailing them every two to three days about my issue with the refund but their customer care service provider is just asking me to wait and telling me that they will resolve my issues and it went by a month still no progress and now I'm mailing them they are not replying back

                          Hi,

                          This is regarding an order of Shirt (Order ID FL[protected]) Tistabene - Checked Printed Regular Fit Shirt (Size M). I put a request for the exchange of this shirt from size M to size L on 22 Nov. 2021 (Order # EX[protected]). However, I was informed of the cancellation of the exchange via email on 1st December 2021. Since then I have called customer care multiple times for exchange/return but no resolution has happened.

                          On 11th Dec, I contacted customer care again and they advised me to log a complaint about not being able to return the item as a Mobile App Issue (COM[protected]). The complaint was to be resolved by 17th Dec 2021. However, I still didn't get any resolution. They again created a complaint (number COM[protected]) on 25th Dec 2021 and assured to resolve it before 31st Dec 2021. However, I have not yet received any resolution.

                          Hence, I am filing a complaint against AJIO. Kindly help me get a refund of Rs. 1499/- I paid for the shirt.

                              On the app, they have intentionally updated that it has been refunded for but I have sent all the statements they have asked for BUT they have decided on coming up with entirely different thing that it's a NON AJIO product that's why it can't be refunded for now after sending the statements.

                              It's a huge amount of Rs 21250/- product concerned here when I dont have the product and even the money as per what the worse customer support have decided to call it a non ajio product after 2 months.

                                As per ajio app "a coupon code spring2021" is available for purchase of trend product of 1250. I am following up with the customer care since last 25 days and all the time they advise to wait for 48 hours for resolution. No one is attending my complaint.

                                The ajio cancelled my order without contacting me and after inquiry they advised to place another order. I have order the product on discount.

                                  They have picked up the product worth Rs 7360/- clothing brand gur penia And Bottega Veneta bag worth Rs 75000/- and that's surely a huge amount for me, product has been picked up and now they have come up with a different thing and that is " it's a non ajio product" and not refunding the money which isnt a small amount Rs 75000/- thank God I had a cctv cameras installed so I have the footage to show otherwise else would have had nothing to proof otherwise

                                    Have visited so many reliance trends store in gurgaon as well as delhi as there is a huge amount that's stuck with ajio, now I don't have th product as well as the money

                                        Its been over a month i have not received a refund for return ID is RT51512802, and today i got a call from someone claiming to be from ajio stating that they will return the product as its not from ajio, i am not sure what they have received but i have returned Superdry shirt and it's absolutely what i received.
