I ordered the shoe but because of a size issue I returned it . It has been 2 months since i have returned the product but I haven't received my refund amount yet.
I have tried calling them and sent email but didn’t receive any reply from their end

    · I have placed an order under Order ID #FL[protected] on 14th Nov 2021.

    · Ordered delivered to me on 17th Nov 2021.

    · I have raised a return/exchange request against the above Order ID. Product - Adidas Originals crew neck t shirt – amounting to 1379.40 with the return request and exchange request for DNMX washed skinny jeans amounting to 879.00

    · The Adidas Originals crew neck t-shirt was picked on 18th Nov 2021 and refund was received.

    · However, The DNMX washed skinny jeans were never picked up or exchanged. The order had a report of pick up attempted on 21st and 23rd Nov but no one visited my place. We have all the logs with security on the person visiting my building on these dates.

    · Raised a complaint with Ajio on 26th Nov over an email and as well as on phone, explained my issue. They gave me ticket and ETA, ticket no - COM[protected] ETA provided was 02/12/2021

    · No further updates from Ajio, called the team again on 29th Nov and they gave me new ticket number COM[protected] and revised ETA of 04/12/2021

    · Received a text message from Ajio on 3rd Dec that due to operational issues Ajio was unable to deliver the product.

    · Please note until this time there was no information on the cancellation of my return request not on App, not on email and not on text.

    · On 8th Dec due to no further updates from Ajio I called Ajio again and they updated me that my return request has been canceled by their team and no return/refund can be issued. I explained the entire issue as narrated above and then Ajio provided another ticket COM[protected] with an ETA of 15/12/2021 stating a New Complaint is raised so that return option can be enabled and you will get refund and not exchange.

    · On 9th Dec another complaint number was received via text message COM[protected] with ETA as 15/12/2021.

    · Was waiting patiently for an update and on 12th Dec received a call from Ajio. The customer care representative updated me on the status which was provided to me on 8th Dec. The status provided to me on 12th Dec was that my return is canceled, and my issue is resolved. Again, I explained to him the entire problem statement mentioned above, and the customer service representative gave me a new complaint number COM[protected] with revised ETA as 18/12/2021.

    · Ajio now has provided a new complaint ID COM[protected] with revised ETA as 20/12/2021.

    This will go on and on and there will be no updates from AJIO and no resolution. AJIO customer care service is pathetic and they has caused me mental stress due to which I have got health issues now. Please SUE AJIO. Worst ever company.

      I have raised the complains twice nd no result to be found nd now this is going to be my third times.I assure Ajio iwill never make any order in this app.This is not only bad but the worst among of all shopping online.Cheaters fake people are handling over this poor app.. so pathetic, hated so much.😡My order of LEVIS boy's white tshirt with track id FL[protected] amount(Rs959.25) which was delivered on 27thNov'21 but due to incorrect size, it was sent back to Ajio's delivery agent on 3rd Dec(Fri)due to distant matters it cannot reach to us immediately nd so what i updated lil late. So i waited for the exchange of the item or refund but until now no respond.Its been more than a half month already even.I have raised a complains 3times for this issue, this is too much.I want a quickly answer promptly through this or through Ajio website etc by any means any how plss..I need ur co-operation.. we want LOYALTY✊Thankyou..🙏

      Not helpful at all...this has happened to me many times..even if raise complaints no result so hopeless totally.Lets see this time how it work since i have had complaints regarding the payment nd exchange of product item..but they never take any action nor get back my money too.Really disappointing me.So for me this my final i swear.I will not upload any of the image cos, i don't believe at all SORRY

        I have been trying to access my Ajio account since past 3 weeks but am unable to do so. Even after I have registered the complaint multiple times with the customer service they are unable to help me.

          It is last to pickup on 17th December.

          but Till now no response from your side and it is not picked up by your delivery partner no pick up has done. I didn't expected this from your side. Again I don't want to order any items from AJIO. It's shameless AJIO. I can't able to control my anger. I want pick up by tomorrow so, as soon as possible pick up my item fast

            I'm unable to use my ajio wallet. I have already filled a complaint in the month of SEPTEMBER 2021. To use the ajio wallet, the OTP is being sent to my previous mobile number which is currently not in use. I AM UNABLE TO CHANGE THE MOBILE NUMBER BECAUSE TO EDIT THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION, OTP IS BEING SENT TO MY OLD NUMBER (NOT WORKING). In both the cases, OTP is being sent to my old number which is not in use.
            I have asking you to help...

            I placed an order FL[protected]
            but the product was very big so did a self ship to return it in address provided by Ajio. I shipped the order on 10th but because the shipping address does not have a phone number and the courier service unable to locate I. My package has returned back to me

            As company as big as Ajio. You do not even have a valid return adress with phone number. You are making this process of returning so difficult that I cannot get my money back. Can you please provide me a valid return address with phone number so that I can return it and do not make more round abouts.

            I already spent 200 for shipping this. Now I have to spend more to again ship it because of not providing a valid phone number and address

              This product was Added up mistakenly. After placing my order then only I get to know that an extra pant is added ...then i tried to cancel but I'm getting the error as showed and still it is in my orders list. still it's not cancelled. I tried raising complaint but getting some technical error there too .I'm unable to cancel my order. Please cancel this order.
              I ordered yesterday night and also attempted many times to cancel ..but even now the order is not cancelled throwing an error and it is still showing status as ready to dispatch.please cancel the order take some steps immediately. I'm so much worried about this.

                Not able to use ajio wallet money

                I returned some products and they refunded me my money into my ajio wallet, now when i want to use that money to buy something it keeps showing me "oops, you payment has failed".
                now i don't know if this is fraud or some technical Issue but i should be able to use my money
                and i don't want to transfer my money as many people don't receive it....

                  I have received 2 hoodies in one packet and I want to return them since they don't fit me well. One hoodie is showing as canceled on the app and one is still not shipped in the app. I receive both hoodies in one packet worth 1100 something. I can't create a return from my end plzz I want a refund I've been waiting from 26th Nov but on one is helping Me. I want a refund asap.

                    I order one saree on 18th of September i paid through credit card Rs.1968/- but i received wrong product that i return on 30th of September that time they promise me the refund amount will be credited on 13th of October but still my refund is not credited from 13 th of October weekly once i am calling to customer care raising the complaint but there no use and finally my complaint closed then i started mailing to customer care in there also no use they close the complaint. can you please help me i want my refund amount

                        Placed a prepaid order for Rs 2000 for multiple clothing wears on Dec 8th 2021 - on checking the order status on Dec 17th 2021 noticed that most of the orders are auto cancelled and reason given is that customer has requested cancellation - calling Ajio customer care and waiting for 15 minutes they apologise and cite quality issues and technical issues as reason if cancellation and offer that I may still proceed to re-order the same items - and funny enough as I checked each product the price has become double or more than what I ordered - no wonder they cancelled my original order - pathetic shameless non ethical business.

                          Hi Team,
                          This is regarding a satya paul scarfs that I purchased from ajio on 17th August of Rs. 3634, and was delivered on 19 th August 2021.The order was cash on delivery. I had receive 2 parcels i.e. I received the first parcel which had ajio packing for which I paid but didn't opened at that time and after one hour i received the another one which was again from ajio.After this I opened both the parcels. But the first one was the fraud one in which I received Trifala churan and had already paid the amount..and another one was correct, was having my scarfs so I had to pay for that as well.
                          I instantly put a complaint for this on that day itself for double charge and leak of personal information

                          They told that it will get resolved within 10-15 days, but it did not got resolved and they closed it without any resolution.
                          This is happening every time we complaint and they say to wait for 10 more days but issue is never resolved

                            I ordered a frock and kids blazer. Due to size issue I raised return request within four days after delivery. On 13th December I got a call from the person who was supposed to take up the return goods. They were asking for the landmark for the location and the person was not turning to take up the return good. The same issue was happened in two different locations in chennai (poonamalle and iyyapanthangal). The goods were not taken up return. On trying to call the customer care of courier service my phone was not picked up . Tried contacting Ajio over email but again I did not get any helpful response.

                                On 06.08.2021, I ordered one T shirt and one track suit on AJIO site (ORDER NO.FLO[protected] costing Rs.776 which was paid through my credit card.
                                As there was no order confirmation from them, I contacted them on 06.08.21 through email to their customer service. Though I did not cancel the order and when I contacted them they informed that my order was cancelled and the refund was initiated for the amount paid by me. As I did not receive the refund, I took up the matter with them through emails . Inspite of daily emails to them nothing was happening on my issue. They raised complaints under Complaint ID:COM[protected], COM[protected] and COM[protected]
                                All of a sudden, I received message from AJIO informing me that the complaints under ID:COM[protected] and COM[protected] are treated as resolved and cancelled without either delivering the items ordered or refunding the amount paid by me. Then I took up the matter with grievance officer about my issue. They advised me to submit copy of my Credit Card statement showing the debit of Rs.776 paid to AJIO. Immediately I mailed copies of my credit card statement and bank's letter confirming the payment. The issue is still pending under Complaint ID:COM[protected]. I mailed them a copy of my credit card statement for the period from 06.08.2021 to 05.12.2021 to show that no refund supposed to have been done by them is not reflected in the statement. This complaint was supposed to have been resolved by them by 30.11.2021 as informed by them. But till date I have neither received the items ordered nor the refund of the cost paid by me though it is more than
                                152 days from the date of my order and payment thereon.

                                Same here, I placed and order on 9th October with payment through bank. Delivery was supposed to happen in 3-4 days. It's been 80 days and I have neither received the material nor the refund. Whenever I mail them, they ask for 3-4 days time to resolve the same, but till date nothing has happened..
                                Though it is more than 4 months from the date of my order and payment made there on, the complaint is not resolved.

                                  It's been more than a month and I haven't received my refund for the product which I've returned as I didn't like the size, there was no damage to the product, it was returned with all tags intacked. Now it is showing that the complaint has been resolved, what kind of resolution is this AJIO?

                                    I had placed an order with 2 items id(#RT53056266 and #RT[protected]on 10th december.And i received my order on 13 december.
                                    As both of the items(kurtas) are very larger size, i chose return option on 13december night itself.
                                    But no call came from delivery agent regarding pickup, and no delivery pickup is made.
                                    but, when i see in ajio order details, it was showing that "we attempted to pickup the product". actually i didn't get a call from any of the delivery agent, and they didn't tried to pickup my product.
                                    i need to return both the products, and want my refund back!!!
