2)Tax Invoice FBH[protected]...For this invoice total 5dresses should deliver...but U delivered in the bag one kurta...and u cheated by sending one kurta instead of 5dresses what I ordered for my daughter...U cheated us... Delivered showing today...but only one dress received out of 6six dresses...for other 5dresses u delivered me one kurta...what to do with that...I want my products what I ordered through Ajio App

    On 23 December I have placed order of 2 sweatshirts on the Ajio app. I paid Rs. 1426.90 from HDFC Bank. I received an email concerning deducted amount but the items are still in the bag and are not visible under orders section. Please help me out for refund or order placement.

      My original order 14 Nov 20211 of a pant Netplay Slim fit chinos with order id FL[protected] and I got that item on 22 Nov 2021 but size was big to me that is 36 and hence I have done exchange same item to 34 size on 26 Nov 2021 with Return & Exchange Id RT51585301.

      But today on 23 Dec 2021 I have not received 34 size item and 36 size item is still lying with me.

      I have done 4 complaint since then but there is no single reply form AJIO or delivery partner.

      This is unprofessional behavior from AJIO and I will stop to buy any item of Reliance group and will make this post in twitter and socially live.

      Hope Ajio will deliver my exchange product soon.

        I recently purchased a clothing item from the AJIO app worth Rs. 638.20. However after placing my order my bank account was deducted with with the above mentioned amount yet no where in the app did it show my order was placed. Even in my previous orders it did not show my order nor did i receive any confirmation in the form of an SMS or email for my order.

        I placed an order at 3 40 pm on 19/8/2021 ..for payment the page was directed to phonepay the amount was deducted from my account but suddenly one item got out of stock and the order was blurred and couldn't be placed i didn't get any confirmation on ajio and it was not showing in orders also.please do something this is my 10th time writing my complaint..when will I get my money back? Payment info ..I m attaching here

          I placed an order with ajio on 13th November and the order was never delivered. After repeated calls to the customer care asking for refund or the delivery, they opened a complaint and never resolved it. It's been over a month and I have still not received the money.

            I had purchased “SUPERDRY Tweed Double Zip Fuji Padded Hoodie” on November 13, 2021 and exchanged it because size was too big. The size next time I received was still big so I have returned the product. Order Id against the order is #FL[protected].

            On November 29, 2021 it stated that refund has been processed and completed. I have been following up since one month. No customer can be so patient. Mode of payment was Cash so I opted for Ajio Cash. It’s been a month I am following up and have done 7-10 follow up calls but have not received my amount yet. Every time either customer care people put call on hold and don’t return else they raise a complaint but no resolution.

              Address: AJIO c/o Reliance Retail Limited SS Plaza, 74/2 Outer Ring Road, BTM Layout, Bangalore-560068.

              I wanted to return a product and therefore placed return request in AJIO app in between 15 to 25th Nov, 2021. Req has been accepted & pickup executive has called me. However i was outstation and hence requested to come very next day (if am correctly remembering). Later on realized that product pickup mode up has been changed to self ship and am totally unaware of it. they themselves changed. FInally i couriered the product to AJIO returns office, banglaore on 29th Nov. Did number of followups. Intiially was told me to wait for some more days as product is not reached. After continuous followup over chat/phone, i dropped an email. No response instead asking time of 3 days etc. Again sent clear email stating issue/Posted in twitter no resolution, Infact their team is scheduling a pickup of the same product which i couriered to their office. None of their team is trying to understand the problem. I attached the dtdc lite tracking ID and delivery receipt details. I can share the email copies however it has got my mobile numbers, regd mail address etc. Pl help me/resolve it

                    @AJIOLife please stop cheating your customers. There is a forgery happening with your logistic back end team and with the delivery partner. My order is FL[protected]. I have ordered 3 products and by mistake selected the wrong address. Whenever I realised that immediately informed the customer care to cancel the order. But they have informed because it is shipped and it can not be cancelled. When the delivery person called me I told him not to deliver the product. But it is still showing delivered and I repeatedly calling the customer care and they said they can't help me in this issue. ME OR MY FAMILY NOT STAYING IN THAT ADDRESS I HAVE MOVED OUT FROM THE CITY. so no chance anyone have received the product my behalf. The ajio tem is closing my complaint saying that "Your family has received the product ".

                      I have received broken wooden frame on 16 thursday 2021 of december.
                      1st of all its not even wooden they send me plastic material, secondly that product comes under non refundable policy and 3rd its broken and company have not provided good material then who is responsible. I am just a student and dont earn money. I believe in ur product but company disappointed me as i got no help from them . What will i do with this product, I suppose to give this product as a gift to someone but that did'nt happened. I wanted to return this product .

                        The delivery person has not delivered the product to me but the status is showing as "delivered". I've not got my parcel so please see to it. Either send the parcel or refund my money

                          Order number FL[protected]

                          The product was supposed to be deliver by 26th of November but since 19th there was no status change on the website so I called the customer service after 26th they asked me to wait till 2nd then till 6th and told me the product cannot be delivered and now they are not refunding the amount. I have send so many emails and called customer service they keep on giving me further dates and now they disconnect my calls after I tell them my problem

                              I got the refund of a product last year which I purchased from Ajio online but the mobile number on the account is not with me physically as my number has changed now...I am constantly Calling on Ajio customer service and sent lots of emails to change my old number with new one as it's required to withdraw money from my account as otp goes to the registered number everytime.The otp is also not going to the registered email of which I've access ...
                              The Ajio customer service has badly treated me by not changing my new number after several requests..They have caused me huge harassment and made me feel like I'm a dumb.Everytime I called up here, n everytime I had to tell my story to every representative repeatedly and they wasted my lots of time.They were never able to assist me and always gave me false hopes.I m very badly affected from 'Ajio Customer Service ' behaviour...I am completely pissed off as it's been one year and still the issue is not yet resolved.Very very poor Ajio customer service👎🏻

                                I received Ajio T-Shirt without price tag. The quality not good and have fit issues. I had sent a return request on the same day I received the product. The product not used and all the bills are in intact. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                    · I have placed an order under Order ID #FL[protected] on 14th Nov 2021.

                                    · Ordered delivered to me on 17th Nov 2021.

                                    · I have raised a return/exchange request against the above Order ID. Product - Adidas Originals crew neck t shirt – amounting to 1379.40 with the return request and exchange request for DNMX washed skinny jeans amounting to 879.00

                                    · The Adidas Originals crew neck t-shirt was picked on 18th Nov 2021 and refund was received.

                                    · However, The DNMX washed skinny jeans were never picked up or exchanged. The order had a report of pick up attempted on 21st and 23rd Nov but no one visited my place. We have all the logs with security on the person visiting my building on these dates.

                                    · Raised a complaint with Ajio on 26th Nov over an email and as well as on phone, explained my issue. They gave me ticket and ETA, ticket no - COM[protected] ETA provided was 02/12/2021

                                    · No further updates from Ajio, called the team again on 29th Nov and they gave me new ticket number COM[protected] and revised ETA of 04/12/2021

                                    · Received a text message from Ajio on 3rd Dec that due to operational issues Ajio was unable to deliver the product.

                                    · Please note until this time there was no information on the cancellation of my return request not on App, not on email and not on text.

                                    · On 8th Dec due to no further updates from Ajio I called Ajio again and they updated me that my return request has been canceled by their team and no return/refund can be issued. I explained the entire issue as narrated above and then Ajio provided another ticket COM[protected] with an ETA of 15/12/2021 stating a New Complaint is raised so that return option can be enabled and you will get refund and not exchange.

                                    · On 9th Dec another complaint number was received via text message COM[protected] with ETA as 15/12/2021.

                                    · Was waiting patiently for an update and on 12th Dec received a call from Ajio. The customer care representative updated me on the status which was provided to me on 8th Dec. The status provided to me on 12th Dec was that my return is canceled, and my issue is resolved. Again, I explained to him the entire problem statement mentioned above, and the customer service representative gave me a new complaint number COM[protected] with revised ETA as 18/12/2021.

                                    · Ajio now has provided a new complaint ID COM[protected] with revised ETA as 20/12/2021.

                                    This will go on and on and there will be no updates from AJIO and no resolution. AJIO customer care service is pathetic and they has caused me mental stress due to which I have got health issues now. Please SUE AJIO. Worst ever company.

                                      I have raised the complains twice nd no result to be found nd now this is going to be my third times.I assure Ajio iwill never make any order in this app.This is not only bad but the worst among of all shopping online.Cheaters fake people are handling over this poor app.. so pathetic, hated so much.😡My order of LEVIS boy's white tshirt with track id FL[protected] amount(Rs959.25) which was delivered on 27thNov'21 but due to incorrect size, it was sent back to Ajio's delivery agent on 3rd Dec(Fri)due to distant matters it cannot reach to us immediately nd so what i updated lil late. So i waited for the exchange of the item or refund but until now no respond.Its been more than a half month already even.I have raised a complains 3times for this issue, this is too much.I want a quickly answer promptly through this or through Ajio website etc by any means any how plss..I need ur co-operation.. we want LOYALTY✊Thankyou..🙏

                                      Not helpful at all...this has happened to me many times..even if raise complaints no result so hopeless totally.Lets see this time how it work since i have had complaints regarding the payment nd exchange of product item..but they never take any action nor get back my money too.Really disappointing me.So for me this my final i swear.I will not upload any of the image cos, i don't believe at all SORRY
