Respect sir, in our street there is fall and broken of electricity poles due to cuting of tree by somebody in the afternoon. So there is no power supply in our home and street. And there no any substitute arrangements done by the respected authority after complaining in the local power station.
We are requesting you to please do any substitute arrangements or diversion arrangements for the power supply in our home and street. Please do needful.

And now the present bill is rs 4436
And even we are not using this much electricy but from last 6months there is so much fluctuatuations in my electricity bill

You guy's are sleeping i think seriously garmi mein 7hrs light ki cuttoti and baarish ho toh 3hrs extra and complaint register bhi karwao toh aap log ko koi farak nhi padta hai atleast night mein cuttoti nhi krni chahye. Vidhyut department totally sleeping. Goverment faaltu ki salery de raha hai and i think government ko koi ghanta farak nhi pad raha hai public preshan ho rahi hai.

I am from village heera nagar, tehsil-neem ka thana, district-sikar, rajasthan.
Today there is rainfall only for 5 minutes, there is no high rainfall, no storm even though the electricity is shut downed in my village. This is not the first time. Every time the power house is waiting only for air just to cutt off the power.
The villagers are in very big problem. Many times we have contacted with jen but they only said we will do the needfull tomorrow but the villagers spent there whole night in darkness with hot weather.
Even we have to sleep without a single fan due to lack of electricity. The shut down is from 3pm and still going on continuously.
Please do the needfull as soon as possible

But i receive a bill k. No. Is[protected] meter no.[protected] but i have not use this meter i am only use one meter. So why generate this bill me.
It is mistake by jvvnl employee they generate bill without any connection
So i request to jvvnl staff stop fraud billing my name

My k no. Is[protected] and i have received my bill online on my email address and i paid it online via amazon pay on date 13.08.19. Before due date as it was 20.08.19.
Today randomly i checked on avvnl site using my k no. And it is showing amount as outstanding for ₹999/.

I am fully puzzled that what's going on that after payment of my bill if due to any technical reason may be possible, avvnl dept should give me some reminder on my contract number or on my email address.
But i am unaware of it.

I am a resident of new colony berwa partapur district banswara rajsthan 327024.
There are 33000 overhead high tension wires running over my and many other houses.
There have been happening many more accidents in the area due to these wires.in side the houses wall running with electric high power current and damage electronics and electricity appliances and items. All thought our life is in dangers.

We are (Colony residents) every day every minut every second worried about happening any big tragedy

Requesting concerned authorities to please look into the matter and and remove these wires running over our residences.

For the subject connection, i paid rs 2100= which is paid online vide transaction ref no. Qhmp[protected] dated[protected] and informed to aen (O&m) railmagra.
I have personally met his office staff and himself in end may 2019 who has agreed to provide prepaid paid meter soon. Since then i have mailed on 11th june 2019 and i am also regularly contacting the office of aen (O&m) railmagra.in harassing tone, the staff in the office of aen (O&m) railmagra makes one or other excuse and has not taken any effort to provide my new residential house connection. I have not received any reply to mail. However, till this date-16 aug 2019, three months have passed, the subject new connection in my house is not made and i am living in darkness. If any untoward happens in my house due to lack of electricity, it will be the responsibility of avvn and its staff.
Kindly direct your staff to provide prepaid meter and install at my home in dhaneria village asap.

पूरे घर में और पड़ोसियों के घर में करंट आ रहा है घर की मेन सप्लाई को बंद करने के बावजूद मीटर के दोनों पॉइंट में फेस बता रहा है इसका मतलब न्यूट्रल मिस हो रहा है पूरे घर में बिजली में आ रही है परंतु दीवारों में टाइल्स में नलों में करंट के झटके महसूस हो रहे हैं नलको दीवारों को चुना बहुत खतरनाक हो गया है घर में छोटे-छोटे बच्चे कृपया विभाग तुरंत प्रभाव से कार्यवाही करें मैं स्वयं राजस्थान राज्य विद्युत प्रसारण निगम का कर्मचारी को पर आपकी सेवा से असंतुष्ट हो गया हूं क्योंकि मैंने सवेरे 10:00 बजे से कंप्लेन लिखाई और कर्मचारी रात को 8:00 बजे आकर कहता है कि केबल में बदलवा दीजिए मेरे घर पर दो कनेक्शन है एक दुकान का एक घर का दोनों में यही समस्या हो रही है मैंने मुझे नहीं लगता कि दोनों केवल एक साथ खराब हो सकती है मैंने अपने स्तर पर जांच करी तो पाया कि पड़ोसियों के घर में भी करंट आ रहा है इस तरह मैं नहीं मानता कि हम सभी पड़ोसियों की केवल एक साथ खराब हो कृपया श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि अपनी डीपी पर neutral को जांच लें धन्यवाद

After every two months avvnl print our bills. On my july bill, no one come for meter reading. But print on their way. Now on my bill meter reading is shown 2560 units and actually it is 2930. As usual in this month i'll pay laser but in next bill it can be huge amount.
So please don't print any bill without meter reading.
And please print every month.
You provide a table according to a month. Then why you are printing our bills for two months. For two months bill the unit charges are increases according to the unit charges table.

सर हमारे घरेलू विद्युत कनेक्शन k. No.[protected] के मीटर में खम्भे से जुड़ रही केबल में विगत एक माह से स्पार्किंग हो रही है व मीटर की रीडिंग भी रुक गई है।बार बार स्पार्किंग होने से बिजली भी झपक झपक कर आती है जिससे उपकरण जलने का खतरा भी बना हुआ है।लाइनमेन को बार बार सूचित करने के बाद भी इस ओर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है।कृपया समस्या का यथाशीघ्र समाधान करवाएं।

Due to heavy rainfall our electricity poll was dislocated from its original position. So, a verbal complaint was filed regarding this on 06th of july for our residential address

Mr. Jinteder jagdeesh meena (Line man) came to fix the issue but instead of fixing the poll he changed our connection to a different poll without any return permission or order, when we asked regarding this he started mis-behaving with us by saying i'll do whatever i want to do and its none of your business if you want you can file a complaint against me but you can do nothing.

And after all this he installed an unsafe connection, as cable from the meter to poll is passing from inside our balcony, there is n safety at all. If something unfortunate happens i future then who would be responsible for this..??

So, its a humble request from avvnl to take a serious action against him and refix our connection considering safety issues as soon as possible
