I have paid the nov 2019 bill amount through payment gateway. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but no receipt was generated. Transaction details of payment recorded by bank is as below

I have done a payment to sbi for the post of executive through billdesk payment gateway on the date 23/12/2019at 6:46 pm, the amount of rs.425/- was deducted from my saving bank account (No. [protected]), but the payment neither received by sbi nor refunded to my account till date, so kindly look into the matter and refund this amount in my saving bank account as early as pollible. I am from jhunjhunu rajasthan billing address c/o pabudan singh, village - malji ki dhani, post tonk chhilary, dist - jhunjhunu, rajasthan. I want you to draw attention on my meter reading very fast. I compared bill with my neighbors who use more electrical appliances than me the have half of my bill. My family not use electricity last month as they go for vacation but we receive same bill as last to last bill.
I had complained 2-3 times in last 6 month for faulty meter change but they refused by request. As they always say there is no meter available.

Electricity meter fitted in transformer has become unserviceable in mid september 19 (K no[protected]. Written application for replacement has been given in village power house, sotwara on 22 sep 19. Duty lineman is saying that replacement will be done at mukundgarh power house and to be done by user. Unnecessary bill amount is being paid by user for no use of electricity during this off season. It is humble request that necesaary instructions to be passed to concern office/ contractor for early replacement of meter/ transformer to avoid financial loss and burden on farmers.

Dear sir,
I had a solar installation on net metering basis, some six month back, the installation verification and recording of meter reading etc was completed from your office, my net generation is on higher side yet i am issued a bill for consumed unit, i have also contacted to your office at savina power house, the concerned officer has given assurance of correction but after a lapse of almost six month same has not been resolved.
Kindly look into the matter and get me relief me at earliest.

Amount has been received by the department as there is no reverse transaction.

My name is devprabha joshi and i live in udaipur's eklingpura village, behind the 220kv gss rrvpnl eklingpura. Since i'm living here, daily i'm facing a power cut of a minimum 3 hrs each day 4 to 5 times and this is more than in limit. This is sometimes for a reason and more than that without any reason. But still, i am not complaining about that because a common person expects this from the government. Here i'm complaining because of another issue with the high-low fluctuations in the voltage supply. Yes, this is disgusting that when they give power supply, they keep doing the voltage high and low. This affects and damages the devices which work on the power supply. But now this crossed the tolerance level and this forced me to write to you. I hope you will take it seriously and take the necessary action.
Because in the last 2 days there are so many houses in my colony where so many bulbs and electronic instruments got damaged completely and my own laptop and 10 bulbs get fused.
If you will not take the serious action and give our colony a separate power supply line then i will go to the consumer court for the repayment of my total loss.
I hope you will take it seriously and take the necessary action.
