Alamgir Electricity Board — about my electricity bill

Hello Sir,
I m subscriber of Alamgir electricity board and I paid my electricity bill through cash for two connections. But one of your electric line man came and cut the line because of non paid of electricity bill. I written complaint soo many times and there is no feedback by SDO. Now I just want to know where should I go for helping myself in this matter. Please do consider this case.
