On 16 Oct 2018, I purchased Royal Enfield - Classic 350 Gun Metal Grey BS IV from Allied Auto Agencies, Rajpur Road, Dehradun (Bill Attached). As I am working in Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh) so immediately I moved to Bareilly along with my Bullet & after that all Unpaid & Paid servicing of my bullets are done by Suri Sales Pvt Ltd (Authorized Service Centre), Bareilly.
Last year Oct, I saw few lines in my engine panel which look like as an acid drops so On 15 Oct 2019, I rushed to Suri service center after taking concern from Royal Enfield Customer care executive on phone for scheduled servicing as well as to find out why & from where these lines are coming in my engine panel. But neither Royal Enfield technician nor their supervisors are able to track it out the actual situation even after doing full check of bullet including battery so they cleaned those spots with some material (Bill Attached).
Last week when I came back to Bareilly (After Lockdown), I found so many same types of lines in my engine panel again. When I opened that battery panel, I found Amaron Battery leakage is there so immediately I put a complaint in social media. I got an immediate response from Royal Enfield as well as from Amaron side. On 03 Oct 2020, Royal Enfield picked up my bullet from my place for further investigation & Amaron (Bareilly Branch) sent their technician directly to Royal Enfield Service center. At 1348 Hrs, I got a call from Mr Deepu (Amaron representative) & he informed me that Mr Manoj (technician) told him that this battery seal is opened so he will not do anymore help regarding this issue. When I request him to provide service battery (As service center already repaired that engine panel by that time) till the time this issue will resolve, he simply denies. I was unable to speak Mr Shivaan, Amaron Head representative ([protected]) as he was travelling at that time so I dropped a message in his Watsapp number but I didn’t get any respond from his end too.
Now there are few points which are Amaron to be considered:
1) Since starting my bullet is regularly going to Suri Sales Pvt Ltd (Which is hardly 5 km away from my residential place) for all Paid & Unpaid servicing (Records are available with me as well as Royal Enfield). I have Royal Enfield AMC book Cost Rs 1800 valid till 15 Oct 2020 (Attached) & Royal Enfield Road Side Assistance #[protected] (Attached) valid till 15 Oct 2020 & most important Battery Warranty till 16 Oct 2020. Do u really think that I am going to show my battery to some local garage when I am spending this much amount for purchasing & maintaining of my bullet.
2) Till now, I don’t have any Battery related Problem. Self Start, Battery voltage everything is working perfectly & the same thing is also checked by Suri sales Pvt Ltd from their end too. Do u still thinking that I am going to open it without any reason?
3) As per Mr Dipu, Manoj checked & informed him that this battery seal is opened so he will not do any further help (Not even provided Service Battery). Don’t you think Mr Dipu must take second opinion from someone else? Can’t he collect that battery & investigate further instead of giving immediate reply then & there only.
4) R u guys so much confident about your product that you can’t even believe in Material Failure theory. When I told to Mr dipu it may be a material failure so please investigate it further. He simply replied “sir yei aapke sath hi kyon huwa?” Seriously, 1% material failure toh kissi k sath b ho sakta h bhai.
5) Last but not the least, please check out the attached Watsapp screenshot. Till now I didn’t get any call or help from Mr Shivaan. This type of services is you provide to yours customers?

    Sir, I have launched a complaint on 10/03/2020.or 28/03/2020.for my car battery on that time my battery is in warranty.but Due to covid 19 limited access ur technician was not able to assist me.so I went to ur service station libaspur.they said that they haven't a stock right now u can change it after lockdown.and charge the battery.after that one more time he charged it .and this time he said that ur battery goes out of warranty and we will not change it.sir I fell my self as ASTONISH.plz help me in this i continuely make complaint through ur customer care center.plz help me in this as soon as possible.

      I purchase the old car honda amaze this battery is inside in the car but i not understand this battery is new or old or warrenty or not under warrenty pls sir i send u battery serial number after 1 hour thankuu

        I bought amaron black 1000 inverter battery last year jan 27 2019

        after a year o[censored]sage i faced trouble with battery as there is no proper battery

        backup so i contacted the authorised dealer who checked and told there is no

        problem this time

        but now its been 18 months since purchase i still facing the same problem

        with the backup.its really disappinting to mention your service doesnt made me happy and tired o[censored]r service

        one of my collegue faced the same issue

        hope u will provide a good service this time

              Amaron not replying my mails and service center guys making me crazy,
              They should have installed a backup in my car then there is no issue if they take this long but leaving my car dead by taking battery and then taking so long is not justifiabe.

                I purchased amaron (Flo) car battery on 19th sep 208 with 24+24months warranty.
                Battery started troubling from start of this year and then due to covid lockdown i was unable to raise complaint than post unlock i raised complained with amaron, service agent roshan assigned to me on 5th september 2020 and on wednesday 9th he send his technician who took battery for checkup without installing any backup battery in my car leaving it dead.
                As per amaron's policy 24hour service is promised and they promised that atmax by thursday evening i will get a relacement (As battery was under replacement warranty).
                Its 12th night now and raushan and his team is not providing me neither my faulty battery nor a replacement i raised this issue twice with amaron customer care and they are not doing anyting. Complaint # [protected]

                Every new day i am getting a fake promise by amaron technician (Raushan and his team) that they will come by evening and install a new battery but nothing happend so far.

                Major trouble is that i cant start my car without battery and its useless for me i am taking cab to go to office which is risky due to covid.

                no support from Amaron customer care, i manually had to followup with service centre with efforts more than the cost of battery, i should have purchased a new battery instead of claiming warranty. It took them 4.5 days to put replacement back in my car and during that 4.5days my car was unusable as they have not arranged any backup as well.

                purchase date is 19th Sep 2018 with 24 months(Replacement) + 24 months(Pro-rata basis) warranty.

                got a replacement today after multiple calls and efforts more than the cost of battery.
                Pathetic service will surely not go for Amaron in future.

                  Hi,

                  I am using Amaron battery in my Activa which is having problem, and its under warranty, only 13 month old, I have visited service centre 3 times and all the times they said they don't have stock to replace and your battery is ok. Please help in this matter.

                    I have claim replacement waranty for my damage battery... But the service centre is not able to reppace my battery as it is not in stock (Btz7 type). I am waiting since past 3 week or so... And its quite difficult for me to travel anywhere without thay battery... So, i request you to kindly fulfill the stock with my desired one...

                        I bought a new battery from bhubaneswar, odisha on 26th sept 2019.

                        Recently, i moved from bhubaneshwar to bangalore and i lost the bill and warranty card in transit.
                        The battery is not working and amaron technician said the battery is dead.
                        They insist for the bill and warranty card to claim the warranty.

                        I don't understand, why the company is so rigid about the warranty card?
                        I believe, they should cooperate the customer as the product is manufactured by them.

                        I spoke to the support person at amaron toll free number, and requested for the support email to escalate the issue. But, to my surprise she said, she doesn't know about a support email.

                        Through this portal, i am trying to reach out to someone responsible at amaron where i can escalate the matter.

                        Please help.

                          I purchased amaron battery before 1.9 months from amaron showroom b, and now i lost my warranty card, and my battery is not working, i asked them about replacement and they said they can't replacement, they just require warranty card, i believe with the battery seriel no. They have my whole data.. They must replace it.

                            Dear Team,

                            This complaint about the replacement of the battery. It has been over a week, my car battery has not been replaced. The dealer answers just "bhut time lagega". I only want to know the TAT time for the replacement. Is this the service of "Amaron"? Why they are the spoiling their name.
                            Totaly harassment.

                              I purchased Amaron Battery for my bullet on 01012020 with 4 years warranty but recently Battery developed crack and Amaron is not entertaining complaint, I tried customer care, Twitter and even on mail but no response.

                                    I had purchased amron battery for my Jupitor scooty in Jan, 2019 but the same is not working. I visited show room of amron at m block kaklka ji alonwith gaurantee card. But staff at counter told me that bring batter n the will be checked n after 3 days either repairs or replaced.

                                    In this regard, it is submiitted that this is very lengthy process. Co. Should check n replaced in gauranty period.. why harrassing customer to bring battery n deposit in Co. For 3 days. This is wrong pratice. Co.
