Hi,

I am using Amaron battery in my Activa which is having problem, and its under warranty, only 13 month old, I have visited service centre 3 times and all the times they said they don't have stock to replace and your battery is ok. Please help in this matter.

I have claim replacement waranty for my damage battery... But the service centre is not able to reppace my battery as it is not in stock (Btz7 type). I am waiting since past 3 week or so... And its quite difficult for me to travel anywhere without thay battery... So, i request you to kindly fulfill the stock with my desired one......

I have serial number, original bill of battery purchased 1.5 year ago but lost warranty card, the dealer refused to replace...

Recently, i moved from bhubaneshwar to bangalore and i lost the bill and warranty card in transit.
The battery is not working and amaron technician said the battery is dead.
They insist for the bill and warranty card to claim the warranty.

I don't understand, why the company...

I purchased amaron battery before 1.9 months from amaron showroom b, and now i lost my warranty card, and my battery is not working, i asked them about replacement and they said they can't replacement, they just require warranty card, i believe with the battery seriel no. They have my whole data.. They must replace it....

Dear Team,

This complaint about the replacement of the battery. It has been over a week, my car battery has not been replaced. The dealer answers just "bhut time lagega". I only want to know the TAT time for the replacement. Is this the service of "Amaron"? Why they are the spoiling their name.
Totaly harassment....

I purchased Amaron Battery for my bullet on 01012020 with 4 years warranty but recently Battery developed crack and Amaron is not entertaining complaint, I tried customer care, Twitter and even on mail but no response....

I am using Amaron tubular battery. Now the battery is taking backup for 15 to 20 minutes only....

I had purchased amron battery for my Jupitor scooty in Jan, 2019 but the same is not working. I visited show room of amron at m block kaklka ji alonwith gaurantee card. But staff at counter told me that bring batter n the will be checked n after 3 days either repairs or replaced.

In this regard, it is submiitted that this is very lengthy process. Co. Should check n replaced in gauranty period.. why harrassing customer to bring...

While running the car, it stops in the middle and also we had complained couple of times but there was no response from the team, kindly request you to look into this and give us a proper resolution ....

Battry is not getting charg...

This is to inform to you that i had purchased amaron bike battery on 25th june 2018 but it's not working since buying date 1 time they changed battery by paying 100 rupees it's my 2nd visit at ur sambhal dealer mr zubair agro engineering agency sambhal now he is not taking seriously battery problem battery gets discharged again n again dealer says ur gurrantee period is over now he is not ready to talk to the valuable customer ur battery...

I have discontent about your service centre in jharkhand, deoghar
DEEP TRADER SERVICE CENTRE they dint reply the calls, and when i go there they simply tell come before calling us, how they do that, whey i call them in any number given in receipt, they hang up by saying come here to know your status and when i reaches there they again reply the same ; come the very next day ... they reiterated ;same thing nearly half of months goes......

I purchased amron bettary for scooty on 19.08.2019 from devda auto parts udaipur rajasthan bettary is totally dead. I went to shop he told dme to go direct godown. Sir he told me that i went one bettary on 16.07.2020 ko bheji for replacement but aj 11.08 2020 tak nahi ai
Mere yaha se 20-25 din pahle nahi ayegi. Sir scooyr runs daily to go office. Godaown is 15 km away from my residence. Sir when purchased tell 3-4 days...

I brought a bxt pro bike rider with invoice no.297 dt., 17.5.2019 from m/s. Sri sathya ganesh agencies, kanchipuram. About 1 week my battery is not working properly when i check with the dealer on 11.8.2020 they check and told me that the battery has gone.
