I purchased amaron (Flo) car battery on 19th sep 208 with 24+24months warranty.
Battery started troubling from start of this year and then due to covid lockdown i was unable to raise complaint than post unlock i raised complained with amaron, service agent roshan assigned to me on 5th september 2020 and on wednesday 9th he send his technician who took battery for checkup without installing any backup battery in my car leaving it dead.
As per amaron's policy 24hour service is promised and they promised that atmax by thursday evening i will get a relacement (As battery was under replacement warranty).
Its 12th night now and raushan and his team is not providing me neither my faulty battery nor a replacement i raised this issue twice with amaron customer care and they are not doing anyting. Complaint # [protected]
Every new day i am getting a fake promise by amaron technician (Raushan and his team) that they will come by evening and install a new battery but nothing happend so far.
Major trouble is that i cant start my car without battery and its useless for me i am taking cab to go to office which is risky due to covid.

Complaint marked as Resolved no support from Amaron customer care, i manually had to followup with service centre with efforts more than the cost of battery, i should have purchased a new battery instead of claiming warranty.
It took them 4.5 days to put replacement back in my car and during that 4.5days my car was unusable as they have not arranged any backup as well.
