Today 7 days completed but he has fail to replace the battrey.

My name is Somnath, My bike battery has got problem. It was checked on Amaron pit shop and during checking it was clear that my charger is giving a Voltage of 14.2 Volt after starting the bike but during start the voltage across the battery is getting dropped to 8 volts but after that also the Technician who was checking, told me that it requires charging and for that I have to give the battery for 2-3 days but my bike has no kick start and they are not giving any service battery. So kindly help me in this matter. Being such a big company you should support customer in this regard. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

My battery warranty card was lost, and my battery is not working, they ask me for warranty card, than they replace my battery.

I purchased Amaron battery[protected] but within 7 months it's not working and when I asked seller he is not responding properly and behaving rudely SM Subhani batteries, Morrispeta, Tenali contact no [protected], [protected]. So I request Amaron company look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

Self start and kick is not working properly and battery problem

I have been going to the Begusarai dealer for 15 days but my battery is not being replaced every 3-4 days time is taken and today when I went to the dealer, I told them how long they would replace the battery. Where do you give your mobile number When I have the battery, we will call you.

I bought a 48 month green Amaron battery in Feb 2019 and it died yesterday. I lost my warranty card and Amaron service says they cannot do anything without the warranty card. How do I get the service under warranty?

Hi, I purchased a Amaron Pro battery in Dec 2019 for my Petrol Verna car and facing issues with the battery from day 1. I placed a complaint with the customer care in Jan and Feb 2020. After checking the battery they told me the issue is fixed and asked me to use the same defective battery. Battery draining issue continued Post which the lock down started and there was no proper customer care support at Amaron. Finally 3days back again someone from Amaron came removed the battery for checking and now they are advising me to use the same one. I do not want the defective product and provide me a replacement. I couldn't use the car because of your battery problems and it is really causing me lot of stress. Current complaint number is [protected]. My mobile number is [protected], Bangalore

i always use amron battery from long time and i had a good experience also but today i met with kamal rawat who is branch head at punjabi bagh for replacement my battery which is completly down. . my vehicle was not starting there also but he denied for replacement at that time...i was come from gurgaon very far. ... i have my warranty card and dealer letter in hand, my battery is only 10 month old... but he denied to change the battery and his attitude was not good... he was expecting some money from me... but have my warranty card and dealer letter how can i give... now i decided i will never come here and buy amron products and i will never convey to buy amron battery to anyone like my friend and relatives. . very bad experience with kamal rawat... he was expecting money... he should fired... but i am the small buyer for amron... but i can give you gurranty if this kind people working amron... so this company wil shut down very soon... no one will buy amron products

Amaron batteries 4 installed for 1kv solar in 2017 march 10, house purpose.
After 3years batteries going charging down. Now did not charging. Solar mechanic said batteries are not charged replace it. This have guaranty 5years plz as soon as replace and resolve my problem.

I have purchase two wheeler battery from om automobiles vasmat road parbhaniat date 08/10/2019.
After three months battery not chargeing in my scooty pep.
I have visited six times in shop and service centre near anusaya talkies gamgakhed road parbhani.
They don't intertain me and says to change chargeing instrument. I do it also but prob remain same. (Rs 580+100)

Pl resolve my issue and replace my battery.

I had purchased the waganor car battery in delhi location dated feb-18
Unfortunately my car battery has deteriorated. After that i had complaint to customer care for the same & complaint attend very smoothly.
My complaint attend by a dealer & his landline no. Is [protected]
After pickup the battery he call after two days and said that your car battery is deteriorated i am asking that what is the next step he says that as per policy 33% discount given of new battery & same is afflicable on mrp.
If am purchasing new battery then amount is rs 3200 to 3500 and i replace the battery with company policy discount then amount is same.
So i request to the company please resolve the issue on top priority basis.

Sir, I have launched a complaint on 10/03/2020.or 28/03/2020.for my car battery on that time my battery is in warranty.but Due to covid 19 limited access ur technician was not able to assist me.so I went to ur service station libaspur.they said that they haven't a stock right now u can change it after lockdown.and charge the battery.after that one more time he charged it .and this time he said that ur battery goes out of warranty and we will not change it.sir I fell my self as ASTONISH.plz help me in this i continuely make complaint through ur customer care center.plz help me in this as soon as possible.

My warrenty card has been lost in the change of house shifting and My battery positive cell has been damage in lock down but i have no warrenty card i not understand because my battery is under warrenty or not pls call me and give battery full details

I bought amaron black 1000 inverter battery last year jan 27 2019

after a year o[censored]sage i faced trouble with battery as there is no proper battery

backup so i contacted the authorised dealer who checked and told there is no

problem this time

but now its been 18 months since purchase i still facing the same problem

with the backup.its really disappinting to mention your service doesnt made me happy and tired o[censored]r service

one of my collegue faced the same issue
