I have purchased quanta 26 Ah quanta batteries from Reddy battery balapur x Road Hyderabad - 500097 on 17/04/2017 video bill no 420 and one battery not working no MOQ02608R312201 and contact them along with battery they told after checking the service person will come and exchange from your house Now I'm residing kadapa door no 36/256-74 opp kesevareddy school Bhagat nagar chinnachowk kadapa - 516002
I am Deepak Kumar Chandrakar and my car battry is totaly dead it is under warranty but I lost my amaron battery warranty card.
So kidly help me to replace my battry
battery no. Is 38B20R please file a compain to replace my battery other info is in atatched image

    Kindly help as ill buy a amaron battery on jan 2017 but this discharged on feb 2017 as per your engineer this was my wiring fault.. Then ill changed my bike wiring but battery again discharge on april 2017 and again as per your engineer this was my bike`s charger fault.. Then ill changed my bike charger but battery again discharge on august 2017...

    And now that time two days to go my battery submitted on your service center but no any person reply to me whats the problem...

    Or in service center all member way of talking is very bad exp (Jao karlo mail jis marzi ko jo uklhadna ho ukhadlo)

    A CRTT 180 AH battery for inverter was purchased on 05/09/2016 from M/s Madhav Enterprises, Lakhisarai (TIN-[protected]). The battery is not giving proper back up .Gets drained in half an hour after showing fully charged. Facing lot of problems. An early redressal to the complaint is highly solicited to avoid further legal hassles for both o[censored]s.

      This is to request regarding a severity of problem in battery. We have purchased a inverter in 2014 (Bill is attached), however it has started occuring problem in battery and we can not operate as battery not working. We have tried to reach retailer but he is asking for warranty card and unfortunately either we have missed it or retailer has not provided but we have bill of the battery.

      We are your loyal customers since long time and have purchased so many equipments but this is the only one occuring problem. I would request you to please consider bill and start working on it. We would request you to please look into this matter and replace / repair the battery. I have attached bill for your more information.

Dealer took battery from me on 19/07/2017 and assured me that i will get new replaced battery next day. Now already 13 days has been passed but i have not received battery neither they are helping me. Even giving an excuse that they do not have the battery and it is also not available with...

          This is regarding ups issue complaint registered with ups customer care 4 days ago sr no js[protected]. I just keep getting calls that they are calling from lb nagar n take my present address (Despite giving it very clearly with landmark to cc executive). Each time they say they cannot come as it's far from lb nagar but send sometime from panjagutta branch. It has been same story since 3 days but today the ticket is closed despite no one even attending the issue.

          I reached [protected] to get more info and repeated the story to executive n then his team leader - these guys are # b grade ones n do not know how to speak to customers (Esp when issue is on their side when they shamelessly close unresolved tickets) and raise their voice. They had to be taught some hard lesson today as customers are not fools to keep hearing their # stories. I asked to transfer the call to manager but they maintain managers are not available on saturdays. He says in a very different tone that he would 'try' to send someone today. I had to give him my piece of mind to this supervisor in a way he truly deserves and that dick # disconnected the call.

          Is this the way your cc operates? In 6 years, i have changed batteries 2 times, ups unit once n then the mounting unit to match this - are amaron products this sub standard n more their customer care not capable of taking timely action?

          Deeply regret to have purchased this company's product. Let me see if you guys would even do anything today, if not i might take this to a public place and burn in front of good gathering also posting the same over social media so others do not fall victim to this sub standard company.

            I already take three 'times service of battery in three month becouse the battery backup is not enough and suddenly down automatic and battery is repaired of three times but there is same as before". Whenever i go to the shop so the shopkeeper says go to the service centre. Service centre is not respond properly so im not satisfy with this item. I never expect the amaron service is like this. So i want replace my battery.

              I have raised a complaint on[protected] that the Inverter has issue in charging.

              Complaint No : JS[protected].

              But even after a week no one reached me to rectify the issue, I have called back to customer care twice today and It seems they have no interest in resolving the Issue.

              And more over they are giving a toll free number in the SMS [protected], which is always busy.

              I lost all the hope that Amaron will resolve my issue, I need to look for local technician to solve my issue.

                Respected sir,
                I had experienced both exide battery and amaron.
                As per my experience amaron is a much more popular in india and you get from any shop, but if you are comparing over all simply amaron is much better, you will get more warranty than exide, performance is awesome even after years usage. Chance of complaints during the last year of warranty less in amaron vs exide.
                I bought a flow battery for my swift car dated on 23/8/15. Suddenly it started making trouble and when i get it checked by nearby amaron dealer they declared the battery faulty. I made a complaint on a toll free no [protected]. They gave me a mobile number of a boy name jeesan[protected]Working in preet motors) firstly this guy don't talk manner fully uses abusive words.
                I gave my battery in good condition to nearest battery shop from where jeesan has to reserve the battery. After two days i reserved a call that "my battery has a little scratch upside and it is not replaceable however one cell of my battery is dead". I gave my battery in a perfect body condition and service people who came to reserve my battery broke it.
                My battery is still under warranty and the photo of warranty card has been enclosed

                It is my humble request to concern department to kindly look into the matter.

                Amaron is the brand of my trust and i want u people to maintain that trust in me.

                I purchased a new set o[censored]ps and 165 umpire bantry on dated 22/04/2017 made of Amaron but bantry is not giving backup at least 2hour on one ceiling fan and it is putting out it's water and other cemical so I request to change as soon as possible . it is not working well

                    I have purchase battery on 16th june 2016 from sree r. S batteries, thiruninravur-pin code 602024. Phone [protected]. This battery not working within one year. Full chare down within 2 hours on daily basis. I have spend rs.80 per day for battery charged past few days.
                    I have bill copy (Photo copy enclosed). Unfortunate i have missed guarantee card. But this battery manufactured in 2016 only as per the bar code printed on battery (Photo copy enclosed). For this products have 2 years warranty.

                    I have required, please replacement battery on priority basis

                        I purchased one 150ah battery and 880w inverter from m/s new indian auto electrical works, karunagappally, kollam9dist0 kerala.

                        After one week there started heavy noise from the inverter during the charging of the same.in addition of this there was heavy sound from the inverter when power resumes after a power failure. Complaint registered. Js[protected] service person came. He inserted some paper in the cover. But there is no use, again i made a complaint, js[protected] dated[protected]. No body turned up so far. I request to replace the inverter with a new one as early as possible

                          I Was purchase a car battery on11/05/2017, in trichy annai auto accessories (Billno: Rs/869/17-18), then battery was try dead condition on 14/05/2017, complaint for that 15/05/2017 was get battery for showroom recharge the battery and give me on 16/05/2017 than battery was again try dead condition on 17/05/2017, complaint for that he was collecting the battery and also telling new battery is no stock wait for another two three days kindly action for it and do the needful.

                          I purchase amaron flo 42B20L battery on 02/01/2017 from apana maruti geraj, rawatbhata, chittorgarh (raj). It is discharging frequently with in 10 days when not in use. I have complain this problem to the dealer also earlier two times but he don't replace it & return it to me after full charging. I have also raised a complain through call (219250)

                            When electricity is gone and comes back after some time the overload button beeps with a sound.after sometime the overload button along with the mains and ups on button also beep.we have to manually take the plugs and replace them in their positions.then it is working again.it is very irritating and is troubleling us.

                              I purchased battery and amaron inverter 880va recently dated 8th april from golden electronics jodhpur which i had installed on 23rd april. After 5-6 days, the inverter is not working properly, it is fluctuating from ups on to charging/mains mode and again back to ups on in every 15-30 seconds. Sometime red light is being shown as over load. I have done my internal electricity wiring check which is perfectly done. I could even connect my electrician with your technician to know further. I am really disappointed, i would need amaron to replace or refund it at the earliest possible.                                 Very poor service by dealer mr vinay kaushal or maybe dealership is in other name in bhilai as mr vinay is bsp employee so the dealership may be in some other name they aren't looking into problem of weak battery back though it's in warranty period both dealer and company this way run away from fufilling there responsibility have talked to mr vinay kaushal three days but no solution

                                  I purchased amaron battery by advice of one of the bike service centre jus 1 month back.. Within a week battery is down.. We went to amaron dealer he put battery with him and asked to come back after 2 days he charged it again and returned us.. It was working well again for a week..

                                  As per my research i have analysed that many customers are facing the same problem with amaron almost 80-90% of my relatives have suffered in the same way.. Then i realised my bike service man also know about this and he is advicing whoever come to his service to go with amaron and he hinself fits battery and give us a warrenty card.. And says if any problem exists pls reach me again..

                                  When we reach him he will forward us to dealer.. Its a big game between this two guys.. See how is it follows..

                                  Its a big scam they give us warrenty of 2 years but they make customer to roam repairing the same bateery by recharging it again.. Dealer is very much aware that customer will not have patience to reach him all the time so everytime he take a gap of two days so the customer would totally vex and he can hardly reach him 2 - 3 times..

                                  They give us warrenty being aware of that they can recharge it and give back to customer until customer gets totally vexed of it..

                                  Jus imagine how can customer take his time to reach dealer every week.. Its hardly impossible.. He says in warrenty that in worst he will replace.. At any cost they are not going to replace.. They just ask customer to reach againa and again and recharge the same battery again and again..

                                  I also put my amaron battery on side and purchased new exide battery.. This same thing happened with whomever i talk to and who are complete victim of amaron tricks

                                  My friends my relatives have face with the same problem and they have switched to exide..
                                  This is the worst battery i have ever seen.. Even the customer care or dealer are playing with customers on the same way..

                                  As a customer we expect genuine customer care.. But you guys are giving warrenty simply and playing a complete sychological game

Jus imagine how can customer take his time to reach dealer every week ..its hardly impossible..he says in warrenty that in worst he will replace..at any cost they are not going to replace ..they just ask customer to reach againa and again and recharge the same battery again and again.. I also put my amaron battery on side and purchased new Exide battery..this same thing happened with whomever i talk to and who are complete victim of amaron tricks My friends my relatives have face with the same problem and they have switched to Exide .. This is the worst battery i have ever seen..even the customer care or dealer are playing with customers on the same way.. As a customer we expect genuine customer care ..but you guys are giving warrenty simply and playing a complete sychological game

                                    I was purchased car battery in feb 2017 from sethi motors, industrial area phase 7, mohali. But in this month march 2017 battery s down. I complaint to the dealer abt battery but he said that it ll service charge. But i told it is in warrenty period. I have warrenty period (Aab0536q225978 & aam-go-00038b20l)
                                    Plz change my battry asap. Otherwise i ll go to the consumer court

                                    With reference to we earlier complaint, Please note that we are facing the same problem with my car battery. The problem occurs twice within 1 month of purchase of battery. We are unable toi understand the problem with a good companies product. So, we request you to please instruct your dealer M/s Sethi Motors, Mohali to change the battery without any delay. So, that we can't suffer the problem in car while driving.
                                    Please treat it as most urgent.

                                    I have purchased Amaron Battery for Car Wagnor in Oct 2016. But now battery is not working properly. I have complaint in customer care. They have provide me number of their service provider. I talked with him. But he denied to come at home for check Battery. Please provide me warranty service at home.
