My old 180AH Home UPS 'Base Terminal' battery started to go flat in an
hour after a great service life of more than 6 years, I had a good experience
with my Amaron Car battery and after doing a lot of internet research I decided
to get to 150 AH Amaron toll tubular as most of the reviews told it's too good
and which was also having 3 years replacement warranty. I brought the battery
25/10/2013, It died before a year, I can understand that, There may be some
defective products in all good once, and people unlucky like me may get one.
But It should not be a problem if the company helps you with the replacement,
The problem is people at Amaron service centers lie on your face, giving no
value to their SLA’s, I took it in my car from chamarajanager to Mysore(60Km)
for replacement as I was told that there is no Amaron service at Chamarajanager
and I need to carry on my own cost to mysore, and gave it to the Shivapuja Amaron service Center, Mysore on 18/10/2014 for replacement. I was told that the battery is faulty and will be replaced 3 days
(That’s the SLA). It has been more than a month now and the battery have not
been replaced. Whenever i call them the only thing i hear is battery is not in
stock, once we get it, we will call you. We live in farm house at
Chamarajanager, where the power cut is for 8-12 hours. So it goes without
saying that UPS is life to us. It also keeps the wild animals away by powering
the lights around the house at night. I would have bought a new battery if
Amaron would have promptly told me that they will take more than a month to
replace the battery. This company has no respect to its customers, so don’t buy
any Amaron Product. If it works, it works great, If it don’t they will screw up
your life.

I would like to bring in to your attention that we have purchased Battery for my ACTIVA Scooter from JAIWAL SONS, Near Kamla Park, Old Gurdwara Gurgaon, HARYANA on 24th Mar 2013 wide Battery no ABR-PR-12APBTX50.
As my scooter is having problem self start and when we had checked we have to come know Battery is not performing ok,
Since last week We had requested JAISWAL SONS to change /service the battery as per WARRANTY contract, but he had refused that we will service the same, as i do not have manpower for same . We had awaited for 2 weeks, and today on 12th April 2015, he had asked us to go to service centre nearby
When we had visited your service centre on 12th Apr 2015 requested for complained against JAISAWAL sons, but your service centre person had refused to write the complained stating that this is matter between you and dealer and we can help and service and replacement is done by dealer, and we had been badly treated .
Kindly help us resolving the same, as AMRON is very good BRAND name in the market but we are very much surprised by the response from DEALER and SERVICE CENTRE
