This is to complain of an extremely rude behaviour on the part of Amaron's pit stop service provider Mr Manish Gupta in Kolkata ([protected]) who was recommended by Amarons Customer service centre.[protected] at 8 :56 am on 18/3/2015) I wanted to hv my battery checked as my car was having starting problems, and contacted Amrons customer service center. I was given Mr Manish Gupta's number whom I contacted and he suggested he would see if he could send a representative.I told him to contact me before sending as we have recently relocated to Kolkata and are in the process of setting up our new house.I SMSed my address to him. Subsequently Mr Prasad who claimed to be from Amaron also rang me up and I told him the above in detail and gave Mr Gupta's number. Mr Gupta sent his representative, without contacting me and rang me up at 14:27 hrs asking me to give directions to his representative I was not at home at that time and I rang up this representative and told him I was out and would be there in 20 mins and gave him the required directions.I had left my handpone with my wife as we were getting a local number from a Vodaphone store. In the mean time the representative continuously rang up my wife seeking directions but could not locate the house. Mr Manish then called up my wife and started hurling abuses at her for keeping the rep waiting, in a language that is not worthy of being printed and without any sense of decency or sensitiveness. To me this service provider is part of Amarons extended family and such behaviour from a company like Amaron is not at all expected. What was more surprising was that Mr Prasad of Amaron simply refused to accept this as a complaint and washed his hands off from this. Amaron is a brand to reckon with and its batteries are reputed for quality and performance. Amaron is also proactive in taking a lead in giving superior customer experience through its Pitstop battery check services and online battery procurement.These r commendable initiatives on the part of Amaron and management needs to be credited for getting closer to the customer However all these effort will be put to nought if the effectiveness of the customer service center is not sharpened and if proper selection and training of service providers are not carried out. The humiliation my wife suffered at the hands of Amaron's representative will remain deeply embedded in her and though Amaron may have an outstanding product, after this experience today I do not think I will ever go anywhere near this Brand as it will continue to remind me of the bitter experience and humiliation we were made to suffer. I am sure Mr Manish would hv his side of the story too but whatever it may be, he has no right to abuse any customer and that too a lady, a right which Amaron has implicitly provided to him by choosing him to be part of the Amaron family. In any customer facing organisation such partners like Manish would be dealt with firmly as would employees like Mr Prasad who believe customer service begins and ends with saying Good Morning sir. I expect action as may be deemed fit be taken against those mentioned above and also Managers be made accountable to ensure such treatment is not meted out to anyone else in the future who wishes to use the online services of Amaron With best wishes Indrajit Mitra Kolkata

      I have purchased one battery of Amaron go on 31.031.31.08.2013 and I made a complaint on 20.02.2015 in R.k agency who is the authorised dealer for check up of the battery. They took my battery for the check up and on 22.02.2015 they told us that your battery is good and it is in very good condition but your car's alternator is defective. Yesterday we went somewhere and our car stopped at one place and it's not geting started and then we called one mechanic who told us that your battery is not fine and you need to change it as soon as possible. We also called crossroad company for the same problem and they also told us that battery is defective. Just due to the fact that our warranty is at the expiry period R.K agency didn't change our battery and we are facing lot of problems with that. Kindly consider my complaint on a very urgent basis. For your reference I am also attaching the service report of R.K agencies which was given to us.

          We have purchased one HCV620D31R Amaron battery for the use of generator in 30.09.2013 from M/s.S.S.Tyres and Batteries, Vadapalani, Chennai. The battery is not working for more than one month and we were persuading the above dealer to attend the problem. He was misinforming us that the battery was not suitbale our gen set and we were asked to buy a higher capacity battery. The answer was totally unconvincing as the battery with same capacity was backing the generator for the last 7 years.We stopped talking to him and as per his information we have started dealing with company man, one Mr.Rajendran (Mob.No.[protected]) who has agreed to settle the matter to our satisfaction. We were contending that the battery has not even completed 18 months and if possible we want a replacement of the same. Or else we demanded a substitute battery which will run at least for 6 more months so that we can replace the same after 24 months of the original purchase. On 04.02.2015 one service person was sent by Mr.Rajendran who took the battery from us and till date they are not at all attending to our problem. I call these people every day and they keep on giving me false promises. Till date matter is neither settled nor we have the battery with us.             sir, i purchased two wheeler battery on 15.11.13 for kenatic flyte model vehicle i.e BAC0236N125685 FROM SRI SAI ENTERPRISES VIVEKANANDA ROAD, GUDUR, NELLORE DIST. AFTER 6 MONTHS BATTERY WAS PROBLEM SO IN WARRATY PERIOD NEW BATTERY WAS CHANGED . AGAIN 6 MONTHS NOW ALSO SAME PROBLEM BATTERY PROBLEM. THEY TOLD THIS IS VEHICLE PROBLEM BUT MECHNIC TOLD NOT A VEHICLE PROBLEM IF ANY VEHICLE PROBLEM WITHIN MONTH OR TWO MONTHS PROBLEM CAME BUT 6 MONTHS WORKING GOOD CONDITION.               My old 180AH Home UPS 'Base Terminal' battery started to go flat in an hour after a great service life of more than 6 years, I had a good experience with my Amaron Car battery and after doing a lot of internet research I decided to get to 150 AH Amaron toll tubular as most of the reviews told it's too good and which was also having 3 years replacement warranty. I brought the battery 25/10/2013, It died before a year, I can understand that, There may be some defective products in all good once, and people unlucky like me may get one. But It should not be a problem if the company helps you with the replacement, The problem is people at Amaron service centers lie on your face, giving no value to their SLA’s, I took it in my car from chamarajanager to Mysore(60Km) for replacement as I was told that there is no Amaron service at Chamarajanager and I need to carry on my own cost to mysore, and gave it to the Shivapuja Amaron service Center, Mysore on 18/10/2014 for replacement. I was told that the battery is faulty and will be replaced 3 days (That’s the SLA). It has been more than a month now and the battery have not been replaced. Whenever i call them the only thing i hear is battery is not in stock, once we get it, we will call you. We live in farm house at Chamarajanager, where the power cut is for 8-12 hours. So it goes without saying that UPS is life to us. It also keeps the wild animals away by powering the lights around the house at night. I would have bought a new battery if Amaron would have promptly told me that they will take more than a month to replace the battery. This company has no respect to its customers, so don’t buy any Amaron Product. If it works, it works great, If it don’t they will screw up your life.

When ever i am calling amaron customer care center they ider disconnect the call or they divert it.                       The battery has been troubling within 6 months of purchase.The service centre would ignore complaints and not attend even the complaints.They even kept the battery with them for a month.It was thought that they may have repaired it during this long period but no.The troubles continued.They blamed it on drainage which was 0.06.rubishing the report of a service centre at Motibagh on Botsh Machine which advised the battery replacement.Advising check up of vehicle at service centre of Maruti.No fault in this regard was found by the Maruti service centre.The problem of not sustaining gravity continues and the vehicle does not start if idling for a couple of days.The intention of the concerned in the company is clear that they dont want to replace as promised and even not repairing the battery.This is a clear cut case of cheating.There is enough of evidence available with company submitted during complaints.

                        I have bought Amaron Black for my 4 wheeler on 14-Jan-2014 and during May the battery was consistently discharging. When I contacted local battery service center, they confirmed that the battery has gone bad and suggested to replace it. I have raised a complaint with Amaron - 107950 on May-1st and they took my battery. Since then, I made several phone calls with service center and they assure they will rectify. However, they never returns the call or fix it or provide a replacement.

We have talk with Sreegopal agencies they have said without warranty card we cannot able to service. So please understand our problem our battery is within the warranty period.                             Dear Sir I was purchase two wheeler Amaron make battery on january month.They was give 4 year warranty with guarantee for that. But it was gone on next month. I complaint to the automobile shop, he give to the battery to vandallore amaron battery service centre. They asked it was not charged properly, now we can rectify.They were charged.After that It is working two days only..now it is repeat the same problem. I'm very disappointed about this product

                              I have purchased ar[protected]+30) battery from m/s sree gopalakrishna batteries, secundrabad with wide invoice no 5855 dated[protected], at time of purchase they have explained that the battery stands 60 months guarantee, with the fair intention i purchased the same by cash of rs 9400=00. For the same first they have issued hand written invoice because they requested me to collect printed invoice after some days becuse the printer problem . In mean time i am not sure that weather i have collected the guaranteecard or not, so i request you to againtst the original invoice, seriel no and manufacturing date please allow me for propper discount.

                                      Dear Sir Plz note that I had purchased Two wheeler Amron battery from Raj Tyres n Battery Svcs, andheri east, mahakali mumbai 93 dated 17/06/10 Guarantee period valid for 48 mths. All of a sudden I had prob with my bike. Today ie 16/109/2013, I took to the bike to Viva Mktng under the advice of call center executive and met mr vinay as instructed by cce who wud change the non functional battery. On reaching Viva mktng located at andheri east, mumbai 69, I was told by vinay that I ll ve to buy a new battery minus 20% discount as per pro rata basis. When asked to show how pro rata is calculated he got wild and spoke very rudely and said won't show anything no matter what. I felt cheated n called call center n they advised me to contact Svc engineer mr rajesh who bluntly told me vinay is right and i ll ve to pay for the battery. Sir I feel cheated they claim to be giving guarantee for 48 mths n under some fine print they mention pro rata basis Sir Amron is advertising in a big way with 48 mths printed all around but when it comes to delivery they get into fine print that too without any clarity. Are not Amron not supposed to mention in the guarantee card as well as on the box not to fox the customer. Battery detail: Old : BAA0210K11217 Date of Purchase:17.06.2010 New : BAA0230N11790 Date of Purchase: 16.09.2013 All reqired documents are there to prove my point Regards

                                        Hi, My Scooty battery has 48months warranty. But the warranty card is missing. However the battery has manufacturing date of 06/11 and its only 25months from manufacturing date. I never understand how my warranty is invalid just because I dont have the purchase date? The battery manufacturing date itself does show that its only 25 months and hence it should be replaced.
