I bought a car battery for Hyundai Accent, the battery went kaput in 2 months, and the company people are not ready to replace, Please help me. I have paid 5400 INR along with my Old Exide Matrix battery which has gone waste in 2months. Amaron is a Worst company manufacturing low quality batteries.

        Sir, I have purchased the Amaron battery in Sep 2015. Problem started within 3 months, reported to my dealer that the battery had completely drained. Dealer said due to cool climate, there may be chance that battery will drained fully, done the battery recharge and given to me. Hardly it worked for a week, raised complaint 2nd time to dealer with same issue and insisted for a new battery, dealer said that he will take this complaint with distributor for replacement. Nearly 2 weeks i am following the dealer, but I couldn't get good response from dealer side. Mean time i have also verified my car whether there is any electrical defect, electrician also confirmed there is no electrical issue.             I have purchase amaron battery on 12/6/2013, Beta APBTX5L battery no is BABO218N128802 from Amravati. with all terms and condition of warrenty of 24 months. Battery purchase through Katariya Agency, badnera Road Amravati. Invoice No is 905 date 12/6/13. Shop No is[protected], valued Rs. 1180. Battery is not working in order since few months which is under warranty period. when I was gone to shop for battery maintenance, my bill had lost and shopkeeper and dealer said they cant do anything for this. But now i have my bill and i was gone again and battery also on warrenty period, they again say we can't do anything Please Arrange to direct your representative to collect the battery is not in working order and arranged...               I had bought a battery for my car swift (petrol) on 8/12/2013 from Chaddha Batteries, Paschim Vihar New Delhi. Battery no is AAB 0240N31234 MOdel No AAM FL 00042B20 R, on 20 the Nov I found my bateery was not working and car did not start, subsequently I called car machanic who told me that my car bateery is not working. The company man came and told me its over charged whereas I got my car checked and it is not overcharging at all.

              Poor Bacup

                I purchased the battery Amaron battery in Aug 2015. I started having problem within 2 months. In Oct 2015 I lodged my first complaint that the battery had completely drained, I had just used the car the previous day. The dealer recharged the battery and it worked for a less than two weeks. My car wouldn't start and the battery was completely discharged. Called the dealer who said he'll come and check the next day, but his not picking the call. I keep getting ' line is congested' message for the last two days when I called the customer care [protected]. Alternate number [protected] is switched off.
                Don't even f this company exists anymore

                    Dear sir, i bought amaron black battery sl.No.Bl400l aaa[protected] on 19jun.2014 which has 18 months warranty fron the dealer jay shree electronics haridwar i was not provided any seperate warranty card i only have the invoice and the battery itself has the manufacturing sticker of may 2014. So it implies that battery is in warranty but i do not know why this replacement is not done immediately

                          Hello Sir, I’ve been using Amaron battery for my car and bike for the past 5 to 6 years and I was very happy with the performance earlier days. And this May 20, 2015 I purchased an Amaron battery for my bike from Sree Aditi enterprises, Hosur Main road, Bangalore. This is less than a month that I am writing this with utmost regret of purchasing the same. (Today is June 18, 2015) From the day one I purchased the battery I was facing issues intermittently. Since, the issue was happening intermittently I thought it could be because of circuit and went to the bike showroom and got it thoroughly checked and they replied it is because of battery fault and nothing else. I also went to a second show room, they also reported the same. Finally after 2 weeks of effort, I went to Shree Aditi Enterprises to recheck the battery again. The response that I have got from them was horrible. A service person named Naveen was behaved me, as if I am begging him some penny. His reply was very rude and I never had such a ridiculous response from any shop like this. I’m a person who has severe heart disorders, couldn’t adjust his very bad and rude way of talking. Then later I called the customer service ([protected]), and they were asking the serial number of the battery. I checked the battery, the invoice and the guarantee card then only identified that there is no serial number any where. He told with the serial number only, he can take any complaint and also he advised me to go to consumer court. Then only I came to know that I have been miserably cheated with a damaged or duplicate battery without a serial number mentioned on it. The purchase is on May 20, 2015 and the invoice number is 445.                             I bring to your notice that, I bought Amaron GO battery for my car (matiz) on 21.12.2012 from your dealer in Bangalore, Kumaraswamy Layout) with a warranty period of 3 years, but battery got discharged within warranty period and your authorised dealer in Bangalore refused to replace with new one or conditioned one. And he is telling to sell it and buy a new one. This is surely a cheated practice for loyal customers like me buying amaron battery for my all vehicles (2 cars & 3 tw) and in future I will definitely forgo with Amaron & buy Exide.                               I had purchased your amaron go battery in the month of January 2013 for my car (santro). The warranty card stated for a replacement warranty till 18 months, and thereafter a repair warranty till 36 months, but now no dealer is ready to repair. Instead, they want me to buy another battery. I would like to know, that why was a three year warranty promised at the time of purchase, when the only thing the dealers are offering is a replacement discount when you buy a new battery and return them the old one. This is highly discriminatory.

                                    I would like to bring in to your attention that we have purchased Battery for my ACTIVA Scooter from JAIWAL SONS, Near Kamla Park, Old Gurdwara Gurgaon, HARYANA on 24th Mar 2013 wide Battery no ABR-PR-12APBTX50.

                                    As my scooter is having problem self start and when we had checked we have to come know Battery is not performing ok,

                                    Since last week We had requested JAISWAL SONS to change /service the battery as per WARRANTY contract, but he had refused that we will service the same, as i do not have manpower for same . We had awaited for 2 weeks, and today on 12th April 2015, he had asked us to go to service centre nearby

                                    When we had visited your service centre on 12th Apr 2015 requested for complained against JAISAWAL sons, but your service centre person had refused to write the complained stating that this is matter between you and dealer and we can help and service and replacement is done by dealer, and we had been badly treated .

                                    Kindly help us resolving the same, as AMRON is very good BRAND name in the market but we are very much surprised by the response from DEALER and SERVICE CENTRE
