I was purchase battery on 27 sep 2015, and the same was not working since couples of weeks. I submitted the battery to the dealer named riders motor pune on 05 dec 17, and advised that company will contact you.
08 dec 17 after called dealer reply that your bty will be replaced after charge of rd 550/ apx.
I am unable to understand that without contacted by company, how the dealer decided for my opinion.
Pls clarified the charges and the action taken by the dealer from user to company.

It is to inform you that my car battery is unable to hold charge. As the said battery completed only 15 month and start giving problem. This battery is fitted with car from agency, now agency saying that contact amron . So it is requested to kindly look into the matter and replace my battery as soon as possible.

    I am purchage battary october 2015. Shree sai battary jagtpura road. Battary no.322022. I am afer one year oct.2016 battary discharge. Iam going to deller. Deller batrary charge. And give. After six month battary dishcharge i am saing deller please change the battary because the battary is gareanty period. But deller is not change my battary. Than i am going todec.2017 because battary discharge. Deller saying give550/rs. And give new battary. I am saying what. Is warrinty and garranty vishnu saini [protected]

      There is a problem in my Royal Enfield classic 350 bike.
      The problem in my bike is it not start by its power start my bike is just 3 months old and bike’s battery is in warranty.
      But the main problem is the service provider not giving me service and the customer service is also the same problem.

        I have sold my mobile to amazon and on 12th nov, delivery boy of amazon picked up and told that with in 7 working days i receive my amount or product and i was able to track mobile and after one week i received msg that product is not delivered and in 2-4 business working days i receive my product but till now i didnt received product
        I have lost lot of customers from olx and cashify and now iam not getting any offers from customers and i have not received my mobile either.

        In amazon rules its clearly mentioned that if product is not delivered in 15 days i receive amount but that too not happened

        Without any intimation they have not even called or mailed me and telling that i have not updated and closed the case

          Dear all user please don't buy amaron battery. Its very low quality and high cost. Its written 48 months and 60 months warranty but its not cover actually. When you suffer and contact them they will show you term and condition its not cover warranty. One of the stupid and # company. My battery cover 4 years warranty but when its cover 2 years its became defective and i visited to the dealer point he suggest me to exchange this battery we will give 40% discount. And you battery is not cover the warranty some hidden term and condition present. Company only written 48 months warranty so bloody stupid amaron battery company. I did an email to the heal office but the stupid company did not help me.

            Hi, we have purchase this product on 17/08/2017, batteries number are cda5231r314796, cda5331r314802, cda5231r314787, cda5231r314793 using these batteries in e rickshaw but only 35-40 km going with these after no movement is there. Kindly replace our batteries as soon as possible. We are suffering from these batteries kindly give the appropriate revert or solution on this.
            I purchased a Amaron bike battery 10.12.2015 but is not working properly I also charged this battery 2 time but till date this battery not working that is why I want it must be replaced.

              amaron amaron quanta 26ah battery not working

              I have purchased quanta 26 ah quanta batteries from reddy battery balapur x road hyderabad - 500097 on 17/04/2017 vide bill no 420 and one battery not working no moq02608r312201 and contact them along with battery they told after checking the service person will come and exchange from your house. And the service person came and simply your ups is not working. After i meet our service engineer and contact with amaron service person the service...

              I have been using amaron xenon inverter at home. I had a problem with the inverter and called their customer care for service. On 13th october 2017, they have registered a complaint and provided me with a sr number on my mobile as a confirmation. And they have also sent me another message with the service representative details who will be visiting.
              No-one turned up for days...
              After some time i have called them to enquire on my service request. The customer care representative was so irresponsible and told me that the request was closed as the number was not reachable when he called. This is so disgusting. Mobile network issues are quite common and it happens to everyone o[censored]s. Sometimes numbers are not reachable due to network issues. Should the service request be closed just because this number was not reachable at a particular time? Does this sound reasonable?...
              If the service request is closed, while on earth i will know that the request is closed. Should they not send me a message to let me know that the request is closed?

              When i called them and questioned the same, the representative was so rude and told me that "it's like that only and do whatever you want". All this is just for questioning why there was no update and how will i know the request is closed. Is it not their responsibility to let me know that the request is closed due to so and so reason?

              I have also called the corporate office of amaron and spoke to a senior officer of the company. He also justified that the complaint will be closed if the number is not reachable. And then i have told him about the experience i had with the customer care representative and his irresponsible and disrespectful behaviour with the customer. And i couldn't find him show any concern about the way their customer service is behaving.
              Our ups was in yellow colour and some time it turing on green light for charging even the power supply is on.some time getting sounds from ups and ups fan motor is also getting sound. Please slove it as soon as possible. [protected]

                Amaron has to learn definitions properly.
                "warranty is a written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time."
                "guarantee a formal assurance (Typically in writing) that certain conditions will be fulfilled, especially that a product will be repaired or replaced if not of a specified quality"
                I am trying to understand why do they promote themselves as a 48 warranty providers in market, cheating customers with "fake statements" dealers never told that there will be only 2 years "so called guarantee, where in only that two years there is an assurance of replacement or repair. /"so called warranty will be after two years where in we have to pay 75% value of teh battery and get it replaced.

                Kindly stop cheating customers with "48 months warranty & 60 months warranty"

                But no any improvement

                  Vide invoice no. 445 dated 18/10/17 rs.950/- i purchased amron apbtz 4l from pooja batteries abad.

                  Dealer has insulted, shouted & used non parliamentary language while recharging battery which went down next day & demanded rs.50/- for recharging.

                  Since battery carries 24+24 month warranty, his action is wrong & required action besides change of battery

                    Recently i went to sj enterprises, retaile partener, amararaja batteries ltd. Power zone batteries & inverters, 19-8-156? A, beside d-mart, air bypass road, tirupati and comlaint about the disfunction fo my inverter and my brothers inverter batteries. The said that phone up by 3 pm. I have given my homeaddress and pmobile no.in a slip provided by them.

                    While i am returning home i received a call from ravi mobile no. [protected]
                    Telling that mahesh is comming to your house to attend the service whose mobile no. Is [protected]. He attended the work and said that the board in inverter is damaged and it should be replaced and it cost about rs.2.400-00.
                    And he attended my brothers house and esquired about the battery and said that it is damaged and it cost about rs. 8, 500-00. We both agree to get them done.

                    Later at about 3 pm i got another call from the sj enterprises personal telling that we have received a complaint from you about the inverter and inverter battery. I told them that somebody attended the work and taken the inverter of mine and the inverter batteries of my brother. The said that they don't know it. They also said that the cost of the board is rs. 1200-00 and cost of the battery is 7, 500-00 only.

                    For this fault of the dealer's office who leaked my mobile number and address to some unknown person i lost rs.1, 00-00 and my brother has lost rs. 1, 000-00. Who will pay the loss?

                      Hi team,

                      I had purchased battery of amaron from sai battery house rohini sector-17 in delhi. Serial no. Of battery is ab0907q319358 and model no. 50b20l. Dealer took battery from me on date 06/09/2017 and assured me that i will get new replaced battery next day. Now already 14 days has been passed but i have not received battery neither they are helping me. Even giving an excuse that they do not have the battery and it is also not available with amaron company. They are not giving any specific date by when i will get it. And then after 14 days, i. E. 20/09/017, i called in your amaron customer care and told them all those things and from that i gave them a compliance number. 236959 and service phone number of the service person was given. After that i called vijay (Mob. [protected]) and got my complaint number 236959 and my battery model number, after some time vijay's battery came to me and i will repair it within 2 days. And those 2 days have not come yet, even if you call every day, the same answer remains the same tomorrow, your battery will be fine today, when i called vijay, the answer was that the battery of this s. No was out of stock, and it comes from our hyderabad office, but he has not come yet. This is ridiculous to know that i am not able to drive my car because of non availability... Please find the attached photo..

                      I request ou to take some action and please provide me replaced battery.

                        Sir i bought bike battery for my activa honda 2005. The manufacturing date is year end 2016. Not eve one year. I chose this matter because exide we giving problems. Recently i am unable to auto start. The mechanic says matter out. It is well within replacement warranty/guarantee. But thinking that akron is a very good product i have misplaced the the said paper. I am unable to trace it. I request your goodself kindly replace the battery as per the mfg date it is not eve one year

                          I buy the this battery on dated 10 dec 2017 from your authorised shop after few months its not working, so then i deposited the same with watrenty card at your dealer " shri ganesh auto parts center shop-2, basement, n-10 kalka ji new delhi -110019, but it's not give the proper solution on it every day he says we are working but nothing will done.

                          Dear team noted that we have the total 20 shops in are auto market well fare association. On the average sale in the month is approx 2000 battery is sale done by my market people's. If you are not corporate to us then move on with another company.

                          The choice is yours. Please check the attached receipt.

                              I had purchased a amaron battery from a dealer and i have misplaced the warranty card. The battery was manufactured in 11th month 2015. So even if i don't have the warranty card the battery was purchased less than 24 months back. That means it's still in warranty. But i can't claim the warranty because i don't have a warranty card!!! How does this make sense??

                                I bought two inverter batteries on[protected] which stopped giving backup around a month ago after repeated complaints to the dealer mr. Ratnesh srivastava from amaron visited, checked the batteries and declared that the batteries would be replaced as they are in warranty period but i need to carry those batteries to their naval kishore road office for replacement. I want to know is there no pick and drop facility for such incidents, as i am not able to do as above said.
                                Kindly request the person concern to do the needful as per your company claim of hassle free service.
                                My warranty card lost.and when battary connect the bike do not start the bike..i was chek bike starter but starter is ok..battary discharge...then i give the battary to battary shop to charge..but same problem creat when i charged the bttary..but i lost my warranty card so i dnt give it to dealer to replace the battary

                                    I bought an amaron battery and inverter. The battery got damaged completely within 2 years (Warranty period). We tried to ask for service through their toll free numbers which all are useless; as i could not contact them even trying for 2-3 days. The tirupati office people picked up my call, but they dont listen to any complaint and cut the phone.

                                    After wasting hours during 2-3 days, i finally could lodge a complaint (# 228506). Then another drama started. We kept on calling several numbers referred by the service people, but nobody took the initiative to come to my house. After ~15 days, somebody came for servicing whose behaviour was extremely rude. He confirmed that the battery got damaged and we need to buy new one with 10000 rupees. When we shown the warranty card, he suddenly disappeared and after another 15 days of phonecalls, some other person came for servicing. He took the old battery and the warranty card and disappeared. Still now we are trying to contact them.

                                    We urge to all the customers not to buy amaron product. They dont have any kind of customer support. They just cheat people with low quality product and once the product is sold, they dont bother about customers.

                                      I purchased a battery on 23/07/17 at m/s mathaji automobiles, t. H. Road, chennai -19 and the details are pro bike rider - abr-pr-apbtz42,.

                                      On 15/08/17, battery voltage got down and can't able to use the bike further. This breakdown made a huge disturbance to reach home. Then next shop holder not supporting immediately to replace the battery and asking maximum 7 working days time.

                                      I verified the wiring condition and no defect on this.

                                      I am travelling 100 km/day, with this situation how can able to reach the office by on time.

                                      Let me know to come out from the issue.
