Vide invoice no. 445 dated 18/10/17 rs.950/- i purchased amron apbtz 4l from pooja batteries abad.

Dealer has insulted, shouted & used non parliamentary language while recharging battery which went down next day & demanded rs.50/- for recharging.

Since battery carries 24+24 month warranty, his action is wrong & required action besides change of battery

I had purchased a amaron battery from a dealer and i have misplaced the warranty card. The battery was manufactured in 11th month 2015. So even if i don't have the warranty card the battery was purchased less than 24 months back. That means it's still in warranty. But i can't claim the warranty because i don't have a warranty card!!! I bought an amaron battery and inverter. The battery got damaged completely within 2 years (Warranty period). We tried to ask for service through their toll free numbers which all are useless; as i could not contact them even trying for 2-3 days. The tirupati office people picked up my call, but they dont listen to any complaint and cut the phone.

After wasting hours during 2-3 days, i finally could lodge a complaint (# 228506)....

I purchased a battery on 23/07/17 at m/s mathaji automobiles, t. H. Road, chennai -19 and the details are pro bike rider - abr-pr-apbtz42,.

Kindly help as ill buy a amaron battery on jan 2017 but this discharged on feb 2017 as per your engineer this was my wiring fault.. Then ill changed my bike wiring but battery again discharge on april 2017 and again as per your engineer this was my bike`s charger fault.. I have raised a complaint on[protected] that the Inverter has issue in charging.

Complaint No : JS[protected].

But even after a week no one reached me to rectify the issue, I have called back to customer care twice today and It seems they have no interest in resolving the Issue.

And more over they are giving a toll free number in the SMS [protected], which is always busy.
