I have purchased Amaron flo car battery in 2014, and in 2015, battery stopped giving backup so I got replaced, but now In 2016 it has stopped working, i went to the Amaron service centre in Indirapuram they said we won't change it, it is battery's fault and we can't help it you have to replace your battery,
My question is Amaron car battery works only for 1 year?? Battery comes with 4 years warranty but every year I am paying for a new battery..
Worst product I'll never purchase Amaron battery again

    I have purchased amaron tribal inverter and 150ah battery. with in warranty battery was not working. means there is no back up. they have replaced it. looking this i have purchased another amaron inverter and 150ah battery. in warranty inverter circuit board spoiled. they have replaced it.
    now after warranty ( 26 months after purchase) battery damaged.

    this is the quality of amaron. i strongly recommend not to buy amaron products.

    poor quality.

      Please look as on 14 august 2016 i had placed an order of printer which price
      Howing in amazon 733.85 rs for conformation of price as well detail of printer
      I had call to amazon customer care at same time, they had also informed that it is an offer of company that epson l220 printer is available at 733.85 so i placed order, now without any intimation they cancelled my order. Why,
      My complain is for
      1 wrong information provide me in website as well as customer care.
      2 if any order is given by customer then before cancellation company should be informed to customer or not after cancellation they are sending me message why..
      3 why showing wrong or incorrect information in website.
      4. Company why did not call me before cancel my order.

        I had bought a tubular battery (Model:-crtt-165ah) last year. As it's had been damaged and my warranty period& replacement is still on, so i was complaining in customer-care. But thy don't cooperate us. Now they said that the 165ah battery is not available so you have to take 150ah battery otherwise you can take 180ah battery by giving rs.1000. So who will be sufferer for it. As a company if you don't have stock of 165 ah and can't repair it also then what is the value of warranty. Plzz tell me.

          I purchased amaron apbtz4l pro bike rider battery fm guru enterprises bangalore on 20 oct 2014 for my honda activa bike
          Battery code no bae0235o209718.

          The battery get drain out frequently.
          I complained to the agent.

          On 13 aug 16 agent h/o the battery for recheck fm main auth ser centre at mahadevpura. Returned saying battery ok. Still not ok.
          Battery performance is to poor

            My inverter battery which is under gaurenteed for 24 months amaron
            12 v 135 ah battery getting heated up regd complaint is 182709 as per the message i contatacted mr kapil [protected] and he informed that battery has to take it to service point from my house which is 6 km s away where as in the toll free no it is informed that technician will come to my house
            I dont understand this way of customer service

                I have been purchased the battery from Gola Automobiles B-3 Main Wazirabad Road Bhajanpura on dated 21-June-2015, but after completed the one year batter start trouble and last 15 days the battery is not working my bikes horn and self start is not working. I m physically handicapped I can’t kick the bike.

                  VI have purchased your battery 42B20L ( sl.no - AAB0248P203837)on 29/03/2016 vide bill no 309, TIN - [protected].
                  Going through the matter briefly that my battery is discharging in 3 days in regular basis after 18 days of purchase. But after several cocomplain lodged at your service center jeypore, dist : Koraput, Odisha, he is just ignoring to exchange my battery. I have already haned over my battery 4 times in 3 month but the result is same. It's a kind of mental harassment on my part. So plz look in the matter do the necessary steps in favour of me.

                    Purchased the battery for my honda aviator on 9th feb 2014... now the battery is not holding charge... it's still within warranty period (prorated warranty).. i checked in multimeter that the village drops overnight... however the service station people saying the battery is fine and it can not be replaced... also, they are not showing anything written to justify their claim of battery is fine... this is simple cheating.. i will never ever buy amaron battery and will also spread the word with my friends and relatives... this is pathetic customer service
                    The heading to be read as - Amaron — Company refused to replace damaged battery within warranty
                    I lost my warranty card and the warranty is for 3 years. today just approx one year lapse and my battery is not working. is there any way to change the battery.

                        My self naveen joshi from mehrauli new delhi purchased amaron battery (Sl no bac0211n106979) for my bike (Pulsar 180) which don't have kick and it has only self start on dated[protected].
                        I gone through specially amaron because of it's reputation in market which i have shown from social media and my friends.
                        Now very sorry to say that my purchased battery which was on the warranty of 48 months from one of your retailer muskan automobiles in munirka new delhi.
                        Now battery is not working and i was very shocked when i approached to the muskan automobiles, they simply refused my request and told he is not authorized dealer and he purchased that battery from bala ji automobiles munirka new delhi.
                        Than later on i took contact number of bala ji and approached him over phone and again i was very shocked with the behavior of bala ji automobiles dealer that he told me you have to submit your battery here and he will give solution in 7-30 days on chargeable basis.
                        When i asked for warranty him simply told me that he can't do any thing in this regard.
                        Now i was feeling helpless and than approached to your customer care number
                        And your executive given me contact number of south delhi spoc mr. Lokendra ([protected]), he suggest me to approach your service center at kalka ji new delhi.
                        Than i went to your service center same day (28.06.2016) where your executive mr. Sanjay was on duty and he called up a technician for checking the same.
                        I would like to inform you that there was no parking space infront of your service centre as many vehicle was already parked there, so i had just parked my bike near your service centre that was in few distance from your centre.
                        I was very tired and thirsty because of summer and continuous traveling for my battery service inquiry from your distributor to service centre.
                        I had just asked for help and asked for glass of water but they were not ready to help me and told please take water as self service only.
                        I was very shocked you should deploy some executive who has some professional skills, if they doesn't have no issues but at least they can help on humanity ground.
                        However i took water by myself only which was very unhygienic and pooled my bike to the service centre.
                        The behavior of your executive was very rude and casual, they were smiling on us during my conversation with them.
                        Then he checked my battery and told it is discharged and given me another battery for temporary basis.
                        They told that he will give my battery on next day after charging.
                        Today he called me and told your battery is not reparable and i have to purchase new battery and i have to pay 1350 for the same as per his calculation.

                        Now i would like to take your permission for asked some question as a reputed customer of amaron:-

                        1. Why you give authorization to everyone for sell your product if they are not able to provide all information to your consumer?
                        2. Why it was not told that muskan is not authorized dealer at the time of product selling?
                        3. Why not communicated that i will have to contact service centre for every thing at the time of purchasing.
                        4. Why your have deployed such a incompetent and rude people on your service centre that they are not even help your consumer on humanity ground.
                        5. Why i was not communicated that i will not get warranty benefit as your executive is asking for certain amount.

                        Now my sincere request please see the matter and do the needful as i will not pay any amount for this and also i will not visit your service center any more.
                        Also i need apology letter from company side.

                          I haves purchase amron battery for activa from diomand battery (Number :5lb-babo202q109959), madhavdarsan, lal banglow, jamnagar dated-20/3/2016.
                          In three months i experinced battery two times automatally discharged.
                          When i went diomand shop where from purchase they attend my problem.
                          Yesterday same problem i faced, when i went diomand shop mr. Alpesh told me that battery was ok i hvae to check my activa's rectifier. I also checked my activa's rectifier from guarage it is found ok.
                          Do needful in this matter urgently.
                          I thought that this battery is not good piece, plz replace new one

E. Within 48hrs didn't get a call or service from the company at my door step as per the company t&c.                                   I have purchsed a amaron battery before 3 years for my two wheeler through a local dealer V S Agencies, Fazalganj Kalpi Road Kanpur. I have got 48 month's warranty card at the time of purchase. It has been around 3.5 years
                                  But battery is in very worst condition and
                                  Not working properly.we have complained about this to the dealer V S Agencies, but they replied in very unfair manner and told to us to buy a new battery instead of repairing or replacing the battery as battery is within warranty period.

                                  I urge to your company, kindly lookin to the matter and provide us satisfactory solution as battery is still within warranty period. I am attaching the image of bill and warranty card.

                                    Sir i have an amaron battery which is under warranty and not charging i have visited service centre they said it is manufacturing fault we will replace it.
                                    But now they said do what u can using abusive langauage your rajasthan area manager shakti singh even.Threaten me saying he.Will not do.Anything go anywhere you want. I have called about hundred times. He said it is under warranty we cant do anything you have to purchase other battery by paying 80%
                                    Why will i purchase when my product is in warranty
                                    If i have to purchase i will go to other company which have better service
                                    And the customer care saying we will not take complain regarding this

                                    OUTPUT VOLTAGE NOT COMING FROM THE 5PIN AT THE LOADSHADING CONDITION. BUT ALL LEDs OF THE FRONT O[censored]PS SHOWING WITH GLOW.

                                    Amaron — Poor response from customer service

                                    There is very poor response from customer service center . Please avoid this and save time.

                                      I purchased Amaron 9LB bike battary on the date of 16.10.2014 & battary number is BACO[protected] with the replacement warranty of 24 month from the purchase date . this is absolutely discharged & Damaged during warranty period. but ur dealer Hindustan auto electric works not supporting & Denied to replace. so we should have to move consumer court???????

                                        Few month back i bought a our battery, but now my battery was not working, meanwhile our dealers was unable to response my complaints or doesn't replace my battery, in my battery under warranty period. pls help to replace my battery . apart from what is the next stage to move further process pls expedit . in second thing in our office mail id was not delivered any other mails.
