Sir,
I m gopal roy from siraspur delhi. I have purchased a amaron black battery on 10 january 2018. Battery is in warranty period but it is not working. When i told to retailer to replace it he is not agree for replace of battery.
I have registerd a complain in consumer department, my complain id is-940350.
So, please take action and replace it as soon as possible.

Sir my amaron inverter serioal no 2204417 do not work 1 week.I checked the battery but problem ups.please solve the problem early.
I bought royal Enfield 350 classic and the battery is amaron product .After using one month it was found out that the battery was defective . And i file for replacement with the approval of amaron technician. Now I am waiting for 3 months already the staff are not trying to take any initiatives and they are hard to talk with .

    We purchased battery of capacity 150ah from m/s shanmukh battery, 4-124, sundar nagar, visakhapatnam on 05/08/2017. We lodged a complaint in toll free no and shop owner regarding battery problem in july-2018. He taken battery for service, after one week he brought back battery and kept it in my house. We given money rs 200/- (Bill not collected from him).
    Again battery was down on 18/09/2018, we given complaint to shop owner on same day, he send technician named mr ravi on 19/09/2018 and charged the battery with his battery charger in my house forl one day fully. Today i. E 21/09/2018 mr ravi collected money for service charge of rs 290/- as battery service charges. We spoken to his owner also, but he is talking very abused manner. We given money to mr ravi and collected bill signed by him.

      Attached scanned copies of receipt and guarantee card show the purchase of Amaron FLO battery on 02 Dec 2017. This battery worked well for about eight months and now for the past about two months, it totally drains out if the car is not started for one week. Without the starting of car I am badly inconvenienced as my mobility is affected.
      Please issue immediate instructions to your Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) representatives to replace without delay. With thanks; Brig Iqbal Siddiqui

      I have received no remedial response to my complaint reproduced below.
      I am facing inconvenience of not being able to use my car in the event of fully discharged battery.
      Please take immediate action to change battery or remove fault.
      Please advise if I should get the battery charged and use the car or wait for you to cheque battery in the present state.

      We have purchased Amaron Inverter which is not working properly where from output of inverter supplying power in both neutral and phase.
      Employee has came from Amaron company and without having knowledge closed the issue stating that inverter is working fine.
      He is no waited even a 15 minutes of time to check the inverter.
      My name is gurinder singh from faridkot punjab cont number [protected] i have bought a pulser 9LB battery whose number is 329096 on[protected] is has 2 year warranty but it is damaged after one month.so i request the service centre to replace my battery but they arew not replacing my battery

      so please change my battery

        I have purchased the battery (2.5 ah, 12v amaron -) on 06/07/2016, (Before 26 months from now). From amaron dealer.
        Now my battery is dead, as per company offer it is 24 months full replacement & next 24 month is pro-rata basis
        What is the pro-rata amount to replace the battery for 26 month?
        Amaron dealer is giving discount only 20% on new battery against only 2 months over due period
        Please take this on priority

        Dliler sold me 7 months old manufactured battery and it is not allowed by company after 3 months and now, before 1 month I have free replacement gauranty is over, as per telephonic conversation with your customer support exicative he told me that diler must have to exchange it

          Leakage of new battery acid within 15 days from the date of installation in vw polo tdi. All the gear wire, gear nut bolt, main wire from battery (Supply from battery to engine) are damaged due to acid... It is a fault of company manufacturing of amaron battery... Register my compaint and give me the amount of expenses on the new installation of wires of gear and other for my car.

            We purchased recently amaron inverter and yesterday we planned to commissioned. But, output supply not coming from inverter.

              But now battery nagative (-) shell has been fail but if I give to the store (al-han batteries) the person says ok but the shell totally have dead, I am asking for an new battery of same type but they fail to do so, pls do something about this or else I will put this matter in social media such as FACEBOOK AND WHATSAPP that the AMARON COMPANY IS A CHEATER and they are not replaceing my battery with the new one, i[censored] can't solve this matter I will take this issue to jurisdiction of court in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
              Thank you pls solve this matter as soon as possible it's been 6 days so far given the battery to the store and the company .

                Sir i have given a battery to your distributer which in warranty.it is getting charged, shop keeper not giving me exchange battery of that from last month.and regularly going to his office and he daily says tomorrow again and again and now when i goto ask he started misbehaving..pls solve my problem otherwise i will goto the forum..battery is on the name of satwant singh...and the shop name is YADAV battteries, maveshi bajar.
                In Home invertor UPS is not working, it was damged for high fluctuation of voltage..i ask the customer aervice of amaron battery to resolve the issue by coming to home.

                  Bought new amaron flo battery for my santro car on april 19, 2018 from a dealer named batteryboss (www.batteryboss.in). battery drained twice in may. They simply recharge the battery and get it back even though they know that the battery is faulty as the battery should not get discharged so early in its life.

                  Have moved my car to bangalore in last week of may. The third time my battery drained on jun 28, 2018. Have complained them and now awaiting from someone to attend the problem.

                  Don't understand why such a reputed company is selling faulty batteries and not replacing it with a new one even after my requests??? Very unhappy with amaron. My earlier battery was also form amaron but that time did not face any problem with the battery. This time unfortunately i experienced their customer support... And i should say it is pathetic!!!

                    Complaint was registered of amron capacity 150 AH sl no.TAEO113P197810 against complast no.284663 but no body report to me than again remind this to toll free care than Amron detail Mr Ratnesh in place of someone he collect the battery on 15/06/18 and promise to back battery within week but so many call to Mr pranay service engr and Ratnesh also but they have not listen me and not care about me and my problem during these hottest day so I am very painful to this type behaviour of service centre I have so many contribution to this firm.

                      10 months back I installed a inverter amron and amron. Battery. Past 15 days I am in dark. Because of this. I registered a complaint on inverter.so one man came and told inverter is ok. Problem on battery. I again registered a complaint on battery. They told battery is ok. Again I complaint to inverter but no person came till today. Very bad response. And very bad customer care .

                      I purchased amron battery from prime battery ludhiana, in warranty period my battery stop working and i handover the battery to trader with warranty card on 25/06/2018 but now till they do not give any response.i purchased battery on 11/7/2017.

                      I am having Amaron battery for my bike. It is in warranty period but i lost the warranty card. In battery centre they told to get new battery and if you have warranty card you can claim it. But we lost warranty card. Please tell what we should do to fix my problem.

                        I have purchased amazon bike battery on 26.09.2017 from shri ganesh auto parts kalka ji new delhi, with 48 months warranty but unfortunately from saturday 23.06.2018 battery is not working it is not taking self to start bike & when i checked it auto repair centre it said battery was dead.
                        I have lost my bike documents (Bike rc, insurance) last year in december 2017 warranty card was also in that documents.
                        You are requested to change my battery without any charges.
                        If some one lost its warranty card it doesn't means that this product not belongs to your company. Or he is lying to change battery.
                        I have called in customer care they said we can only take request or complaint but if you don't have warranty card we can't help you.

                          I am residing in belgaum. I had requested mr. Ajinkya who is a dealer of amaron to submit the quotation of inverter to my house. Inspite of telephone in twice for the last two weeks and also sent by message, he has not responded as of now. My mobile no.[protected]. I am staying in c-6/5 dad quarters, behind military ganapati temple, hindalga road, belgaum. Send the amaron distributor/dealer for submit the quotation reg the cost/capacity required for installation of inverter in my house.

                            As i booked a complaint on 10.6.18 around 6:00pm with my complaint no is 288135 with the name of amit. Your executive told me that you will receive a call from our technician with in 24 hours of complaint, but till 12.06.18 around 4:00pm no body was come to see the battery problem.
                            This is not acceptable at all as my battery is in warranty period and no support was there from your team amaron.

                            I purchased amaron battery in 2016 and since purchased i have facing problem in battery.. As i booked the same problem in 2016 but due to sunday weekly off it couldn't made a complaint by your executive.

                            Look into this matter urgently.

                                Battery of honda deo damagedwithin the guarantee periof.. Submitted in honda service centre kilimanoor is handed over to amaron battery agency in kazhakkuttam in thiruvananthapuram dist on 23.4.18. New battery is not issued till this date. This may harm the trust of your company. I am visiting kilimanoor honda agency everyday. But they are telling me that battery is not issued by the company

                                    From the date of purchase the battery is irritating me a lot, when i logged a complain with amaron customer care, they send the executive to check the battery, the executive told us that he will take away the battery for checking and wil get back...

                                    I have amaron bike battery, which in warranty. Now my battery is giving problem so went to amaron service center they asked me for warranty card but i lost my warranty card.
                                    So they said warranty card is compulsory.
                                    Its real very bad experience with amron.

                                    Amron have to give some back-up records for customers, if bymistake they lost their warranty card....

                                    I have purchased AMRON FLO on 14 June 2016 and there is problem in this battery. This battery is discharged if I don't drive this car for 3 -4 days.
                                    I have complaining this for more than 7 months and complained many times with my mobile number [protected] and [protected] but each time service person is not replacing fault battery and he is bringing after charging it and I have been facing same problem and complaining about it for 7 months.

                                    I remember my new battery was working fine for months if I were not driving my car but now it is discharged after 3 days.

                                    At the same his very old service battery from service person is working fine for many days without any problem. I told this observation to service person and he is saying very old battery is better than your battery. this statement of service person proves that my car battery is faulty.

                                    Please replace this faulty battery with new one because it is on warranty period and don't cheat the customer.
