We purchased battery of capacity 150ah from m/s shanmukh battery, 4-124, sundar nagar, visakhapatnam on 05/08/2017. We lodged a complaint in toll free no and shop owner regarding battery problem in july-2018. He taken battery for service, after one week he brought back battery and kept it in my house. We given money rs 200/- (Bill not collected from him).
Again battery was down on 18/09/2018, we given complaint to shop owner on same day, he send technician named mr ravi on 19/09/2018 and charged the battery with his battery charger in my house forl one day fully. Today i. E 21/09/2018 mr ravi collected money for service charge of rs 290/- as battery service charges. We spoken to his owner also, but he is talking very abused manner. We given money to mr ravi and collected bill signed by him.

i had purchased a royal enfield with amaron battery, now the battery has fluid leakage due to overcharging and heating, the royal enfield company which has tie up with yours has found the problem and has recommended for replacement with your dealers by providing a request to replace the battery. But the dealer doesnt replace it to me.
