This is to make a complain that i have purchased a amron battery no. 329436, for my scooty pep+ 2015 from the dealer: altaf batteries, shop no. 2, purohit ji ka bagh, jalupura link road, m i road, jaipur.-1, while purchasing the battery, i was promised of best post sale services.

The battery is still under warranty period and it is not performing properly.

    I do have the original bill of the battery which is in still covered in warranty period. The battery is not working at all. Last time i had given the battery for service check in which all checks were ok. But now the battery is not working at all. Service centre has said without warranty card nothing can be done. There has to be a way out? You can check bill and other details on the battery itself.

    Yes, Its the same with me, Battery quality is too bad as it failed within 12 months of purchase. I regret for not checking the customer reviews and warranty policy before changing to amaron.

    I also lost my warranty card and no replacement is done without it. Serial number given on the battery itself is sufficient to ensure warranty status. But company is not a customer friendly.

    Don't expect much, they even do not respond to complaints.

        I have purchased Amaron BTX5L battery on 05 April 2015 for my two wheeler. The warrenty for this battery is 24 months. Battery S. No. BAB0202P302717

        As i observed that, from 07 Dec 2016 battery totally discharged so i reached dealer for battery replacement on 12 Jan 2017 and delear commited me replacement on 17 Jan 2017. But dealer doesn't get replacement from distributor till 21 Jan 2017 and still he can not assure exact replacement battery deleviry date.

        As well dealer is not providing escalation details.

          I encountered problem with my Amaron Inverter Battery, I raised a complaint # JS[protected] where technician told that there is a problem with the battery. But after charging the battery again the UPS gives the same problem. Amaron UPS are not durable and service is a nightmare, technicians are not knowledgeable.

            Already i submitted battery dated on 12 June, 2017 but not proper response from Shree Aditi Enterprises

            My Battery is not working properly. The Local Amaron Battery Dealer Says Battery is now dead But My battery is in warranty period. ( please don't buy amaron batteries )

              Dear Sir, We have purchased 2 no of battery's on 3.06.2016 at BBSR ( Orissa ) after one month the battery's are discharged . in this regard we have Approached Mr Nagaraju ([protected] ) at two months back he took the battery and charged it and return back to us But the problem is the same. in this connection today we call again to Mr Nagaraju, he refused to talk, is this right way to refused our calls, he did not know how to talk to Customers Properly

                महोदय, मैंने माह फरबरी 2015 में, राजू एजेंसी - स्टेशन रोड कोटा जं से SUKEM इंवर्टर मय AMARON बेटरी ( 4900+11000) कुल 14900 रु॰ में खरीदा, बिल मांगने पर दुकानदार राजू ने कहा कि में बेठा हूँ ना, तथा मेरे कई परिचितों के नाम भी लिए और बिल देना टाल दिया।
                मई 2016 में इस इंवर्टर सेट ने काम करना बंद कर दिया, मैंने दुकान पर राजू को कई बार बताया फिर उसने मुझे टोल फ्री पर शिकायत दर्ज कराने को कहा एवं बेक डेट में बिल नं 1217 दि. 22.02.2015 बना कर दिया, टोल फ्री पर शिकायत करने के बाद वहाँ से मुझे शिकायत सं॰ [protected] दिनांक 16.6.2016 मिली जिसे दिनांक 16.7.2016 को अटेण्ड किया गया और मेकेनिक ने बताया कि बेटरी खराब है । उसी दिन दुकानदार राजू ने मुझे बेटरी का बिल नं. 1215 दि. 16.7.2015 बना कर दिया और बेटरी की शिकायत टोल फ्री [protected] पर करने को कहा, वहाँ से मुझे C/No. 178900 दि. 16.7.2016 दिया गया । यह शिकायत एक माह तक अटेण्ड नहीं हुई तो मेंने राजू को कई बार इस बारे में शिकायत की तो इन्होने मुझे फोन ( [protected] से ) कर बताया कि ऑटो No. 6754 वाला भेज रहा हूँ उसको बेटरी दे देना । महोदय माह अगस्त 2016 से बेटरी वापिस नहीं की है, इंवर्टर को खुला छोड़ दिया गया था जिसके तार खुले हुए पड़े हैं, सफाई करते समय किसी को करंट लगने का खतरा बना रहता है तथा खराब होने के कगार पर है । महोदय उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें ।

                  I have purchased amaron battery some time during september in mangalore, karnataka, (Amaron black caa4330p114759 - aam-bl-0bl400rmf). Now the battery is completely dead while i visited amaron centre in mangalore he is refused to replace the batter for the reason not having guarantee card.
                  When i purchased the batter the dealer did not issue any card and advised me that the bar code is enough extract all details.

                  Kindly let me know how to solve this problem

                    I had purchased a battery Amaron B..20.L from K.K. Battery Works Old RTO Office Road, Kundala Road, Pattabhipuram Guntur -522 006 on[protected] which was under 3 year warranty. On 26 Nov 2016 as my car (wagon R) was not starting I had gone to the K.K. Battery works( where I purchased the battery) for the check up of Battery and was told that the battery had a problem and he would arrange a replacement. He had taken my battery alongwith the gaurantee card and now he is claiming that the company had replaced old battery and provided a new battery for which I need to pay Rs. 2500/-.

                    The amount paid by me to K.K. Battery works for purchase of new battery on[protected] vide their bill no. 40 was Rs. 3600/-. How has the company decided on Rs. 2500/- when i had completed on 1 year 8 months of the warranty period?.
                    Please note that this is the 7 battery of Amaron that I had used for my 2 Cars till date and never had any problem till now. This particular overcharging a customer is not right and if any wrong done by the retailer severe action has to be initiated as the name and company image is getting tarnished.
                    Kindly advise way forward on the same and also let me know why the charge is being done while the battery is in warranty period.

                      I purchased 12V 7Ah amaron battery from Jorhat, Assam dated 05 Aug 2013.
                      Warranty-48 months
                      Now on date 01 Nov 2016 it became useless (not holding charge) within 36 months.
                      Now I am in Amritsar, Punjab where there is no Amaron Service Centre.
                      What can I do?
                      Company decieves customers.
                      Company manufactures products in such a manner that products never perform well beyond warranty or guarantee period and company befools the customer to roam here and there so that it may cross the warranty period and minimize company service load.

                        I was purchased one two wheeler AMARON battery on 14 nov 2014, from Ahmednagar, Savedi. it has not worked properly since last 3 months & i was got confirmed from last 2 weeks.

                        Today i give it to service center & they told it's crossed 24 month free replacement period, so you are not eligible for that, only you get 47% discount on new battery(Rs.500).

                        as a customer why i should pay this money, i need free replacement from company.

                        They are only for to take care about complaint register between 24 months but not to take care about customer problem.

                          Damn ******* product, i purchased amaron battery for my car.the battery got discharged on third date of purchase at kondapur appa junc ORR i raised my first complaint. every year its get drained and battery needs to be charged. this year battery got drained third time although i replaced car alternator(dynamo). now im on road at ameerpet with my family and can't able to start my car and i raised complaint(cmplnt no:189845) but no response from the people. this people never gave me a trustful commitment and proper solution i asked to replace the battery when ever i raise a complaint but this people never change and my warranty is getting expired in 4 months but they can't able to solve the problem and simply returning the same battery by charging it, they can't give you permanent solution, i suggest you people please choose the best service giving product.
                          Respected sir our inverter is not working when the eb supply is cuted off so please send your exicutive to our premises to do an assistance [protected] the above returned is my contact number so please contact us for that number if your able to help quicker is usefull to us
                          I am phases and work only six months so please replace to new battery thanks all

                            I had purchased an amaron battery for my santro car on 25th may 2016 but the battery is not working now. it does not have any current.

                            The battery was purchased from 'amjad malik car battery' located at b-235 savitri nagar, malviya nagar, new delhi-110017.

                            Battery serial no is: aab0245p235977

                            Unfortunately i misplaced the warranty card but i do have the original bill with me. the shop owner is refusing to replace the battery now.

                            Please help, else i will have no option but to proceed to consumer court to seek legal help on the matter.

                              I purchased amaron battery on[protected] the very third day battery got completly drained i.e[protected] at ORR hyd, raised a complaint and they charged it for a day and returned. again same problem after few months i.e may 2014 there is no proper service at all. and the battery got drained, again in dec-2014, this is 2016 yesterday the battery got drained completely, every year its get discharged 4-5 times and i changed new alternator(dynamo) though and today the amaron people saying that, sir' the battery plates are gone you have to buy new battery although it is under warranty (warranty exp in jan-2017) wtf they are doing from the beginning (2014)when i raised my first complaint for the same issue, they are simply cheating the people. before that i used exide battery from 2010_2014.(1 year warranty product) it is far better than this. i suggest you people please choose the best product when you purchase, and from now i never choose amaron and i never and ever suggest this companys product to anyone.
                              Worst battery i've ever seen in my life, i dont know why this people are cant able to solve the issues and simply blaming customers goodbye to amaron. i never use your product and i never suggest it to anyone. thank you for your great service.

                                I had purchased amaron ups/invertor on[protected] from noida and had it installed at my residence in sec 1 vasundhara, ghaziabad.
                                Since last few days i have been facing some problem with it on backup. As soon as the power supply was interrupted the ups buzzed and tripped with overload indication.
                                I decided to contact the customer care and lodged a complaint on 1st oct-16 with ref. No js16a00000146, and sent a sms with name of technician (Sohanlal) to visit,
                                The said technician called up and came up to the place and just switched on/off one mcb and said ups inverter is ok and your battery is faulty, contact c. Care.
                                I second time call up and another complaint was lodged with no 188956, sms provided with name and no (Rajendra-[protected]) on calling him he said he is on personal leave for few days and won't be able to help instead provided me with another no [protected], who again gave me another no [protected], who again gave a no [protected], 60. At last [protected] came up and checked the battery which was found ok and the fault lied with the ups tripping with overload indication buzzing when there was no load of any sort (0amp), again called up c. Care some shiva responded and talked to the technician monu and assured me to put up the matter with some seniors.
                                On monday 3/10/16 i called up c. Cre again and a new complaint is lodged with ref no js16a00000650, sms sohanlal will be visiting, up to present (06:41 pm) hours he has not show up and on calling said was at greater noida and will take time to come. Now when i call up c. Care and tried to talk to a senior the excuses are given in terms: low voice clarity, not able to hear and the latest no hindi (Language problem), when all this 3 days the conversation went in hindi language.
                                Not able to understand when i have the guarantee period available.

                                  Hi i have purchased amaron battery from kamal batteries, near mahavir park bhilwara rajasthan in may 2015 with 60 months warranty. The battery discharged in sept 2016 so when i went to kamal batteries they asked to send it to arihant batteries, near old bus stand, azad nagar road and promised to provide it back on next day at 10 am in morning so when i went at 11.30 am in morning to collect the battery then the person at arihant agencies (Anil nandawat probably) said that they forgot to put the battery on charging so then i asked them to charge it till the evening as i had to go out of bhilwara then he said that the shop is about to close in half an hour and ask me to cone on next day's evening. I said that i have to go to out if station by today's evening so i asked them to hand it over to some one else on my behalf whose name i would mention to them then that person denied saying that they can not hand it over and it is not their responsibility.
                                  After that i told him that he was supposed to put the battery on charge as it was delivered to him on yesterday's morning then that person lost his temper and started shouting at me and using rude words. I asked him to not shout and speak calmly then he said that this is the way he knew to speak and could not change his behaviour.
                                  My question is
                                  1. Why the person did not charge it on one day before when he received the battery one day before in morning
                                  2 next day when i reached in afternoon (At 1.00 pm) then he could also have charged it but he said he is going to close the shop.. Why the person did not charge it on next day rather than closing the shop.
                                  3 when i asked him to hand over it to some one on my behalf whose name i would mention then why he did not co-operate and shouted at me.

                                  He mistreated with me which is not acceptable at all so please take necessary step so he could change his rude behaviour

                                    After complaint of low battery backup at official amaron kurnool centre after the completion of the service the battery backup is still very low than before giving a back up of 15 mins it is under guarentee period and the service centre people are not responding to the complaint.the battery are tubular tall batteries of amaron company . please do lodge a complaint against them and the required documents will be shown

                                      Called customer care regarding ups problem... It was not resolved... Called customer care... He started to speak in singelar word... When i apposed to it... Executive was so unprofessional we spoked in bad words like maki... Called manager... There was no response.

                                      Amaron is so worst, now decided not sell amaron battery and ups.
                                      Returning the stock to distributor.
                                      We have Amaron Battery in our mobile crane having following details-

                                      We have lost the warranty card of Battery and have issues, Kindly tell how to get warranty card as dealer is asking the same.

                                        I have just purchased the amaron tall tubelar 150ah before few month, now it does not giving any back up, already complaints on call center and mailed to official id so many times, but no one has bothered to reply on mail, Neither your local service person giving any solution.

                                        I don't know how the company working and consumer only purchased once .

                                        I don't know how the company working and consumer only purchased once .
                                        My Amaron Battery with Number BACO207N106276 was purchased in 2013.The battery is with 48 month of warranty.The battery is not accepting charge.The bill has not been kept with me.I request your assistance in resolution of my problem.
