R/Sir,
I have purchase a new battery on 23/1/11 Amaron GO and from last 6month I am facing a problem that battery has discharge in 2-3 times in a month .I have complaint in customer care but they said we cant do any thing you can contact to your supplier when I contact him he said battery is ok you can check your wiring/alternator that also I had checked and found ok.
I just want to know that this type service given by you. please go through this case and please change the battery as soon as possible.

    Dear sir, I purchase the amron battery from paraskar motorbike showroom for hero honda in 2011-12, now the battery become dead the owner of showroom send me to your dealer where i submited the battery and warranty card now he asked me to take the bill of battery for repalcement but i was not get the bill while servicing in showroom they give me only warranty card now their softwre for accounting is changed and they ask that they are not able to provide duplicate bill so please help me for replacement the battery form your dealer my battery no. is BAA0143K220876, ABR-PR-12APATX25 and i assure you sir if such type of service is giving by your network then you are not sustain for leading brand in market long time. the date of sibmitting battery is 13.05.2013 enroll no. 261 in their register for complaint

    Bike Battery — Non-Replacement of bike battery

    I have purchased a battery for my bike of MINDA company company from Garg Auto Store. He tole me 18months of warranty for this battery. Now battery is not working and the shopkeeper is not changing this battery. Please do the needful

      Please note the above complain was lodged at your customer care on Sunday the 28th April 2013 and today 3rd May 2013 my dead battery is still not repaired / replaced.

      There was a similar problem in Jan and the service report said that the battery is ok and that the Car’s alternator is defective. This time I got the Car alternator thoroughly checked at the Skoda dealership in Bangalore and they said that there is no problem in the car and that the battery is work out and needs to be replaced as per their computerized systems. The above mentioned battery had been purchased on 2/4/2011 and is under 30 months of free replacement warranty. The people at customer care (Mr. Nagraj and Mr. Basant), the service advisor in Bangalore Mr. Manjunath and Mr. Neel Kanth are just playing around bouncing me from here to there and my battery is still not replaced.

      I request your urgent and kind help in this matter to close this issue as I am tired to following up with them.

        By believing your falls advertisement regarding AMARON SHIELD BATTERY, I purchased a AMARON SHIELD BATTERY sl. no.AAH0827K102052 ON[protected] from your Mangalore dealer M/S V.S.K.ENTERPRISES.The Battery was 24 Months warranty.The said battery started giving trouble 6 months after installation I given a complained to the dealer technician came and added some distilled water still the performance of battery was not good.It was not taking load even for 3hours.The days are gone the performance of the battery was day by day felled down The day of[protected] the said battery was completely dead. again i called dealers man and he declared that battery is totally dead and could not do any thing.By the time of the battery totally dead the warranty was lapsed.

        Iam working in BSNL in the department of ACCEPTANCE AND TESTING My work include testing of batteries of different capacities from 200AH to 5000AH from different companies In my observation quality of AMARARAJA battery is poor early days of year 2000 the the quality of battery was very good
        Now my question is why the battery performance is so poor
        Can i make recommendation to others reg your Battery
        My humble request is kindly replace the faulty battery

        Amaron Batteries — Poor quality product with Extremely Poor Customer Service

        I have purchased an Amron Car battery in the month of February 2009 with 24 months warranty...but within a period of 5 months the battery started giving trouble and ultimately it's out of order now...I tried couple of times reaching their Toll Free # [protected] which is never picked by any of their customer executive. One day I somehow managed to speak to one of their staff who din't even bothered to answer my call or respond back after giving me the request number PRA210809A. This is something very Pathetic and never expected from branded companies. What they talk about there brand if they themselves doesn't understand the importance of it.We too work for our organizations but always make it sure to reach our customer before our customer approach us...we should take some very serious measures against these companies and better cancel there licences...if they cannot meet their customers requests.

        If writing to Consumer forum may somehow sort this problem then I would like to encourage evrybody to take initiative in doing so...and better chuck off companies which committ fake promises just to 'Sell' there products.

        Amaron Batteries — Always telling battery out of stock !

        amaron battery services are not providing us the new battery as for the replacement of our old battery they took with them. We are helpless as our Inverter can't work when electricity is gone . Yesterday there were heavy rains in delhi and our power supply was cut for more than 10 hours due to some fault and we did'nt had Battery in our Inverter . Amaron people are saying persistently battery is out of stock .. They have wrong commitments and innocent people suffer please help us out......

        Amaron Batteries — No exchange Of Battery even its under exchange period

        Hi i m vishal bhalla i bought an amron battery before six months & it get exchange @ one time only after three months the battery which i exchanged with him that was also not working.when i go back to his shop he said i can exchange your battery at one time only for another battery exchange you will have to go back to Head office of Amron Bateries.it is very pathetic kind of deal which i did from your company & that dealer (Bawa Batteries,Gulabi Bagh) has no sense to talk with customers.Now i can just hope for posstive action from your side bcoz a brand like amron famous for custmoer service only.
        Please revert me back as soon as possible.i will wait for your call because i daily travel from delhi to gurgaon by my bike & without battery u can understand how a person can drive.So please take some strict action & change my battery because its under exchange period.

                  I bought Amaron battery which is still within the warranty period, i registered a complaint on Dec 17th, 2012 and had to repeatedly call them multiple times a day for them to attend to it after 5 days when they claim 24/7 support and engineer landing to check within 24 hours. a service guy lands after 5 days and claims the battery to be working perfectly fine and that the problem of delayed ignition could be due to my Starter Motor, when i take my care to the authorized service centre they use a device and proves it to me with a print from their company stating that the battery was deffective and needs replacement. never expected this from a company owned by the Amaraja Group.                     i have purchased one car battery from Amaron dealer from Mehsana on 17.08.2011 with guarantee for three year On 27.11.2012 my car could not start and local dealer from Vadodara took my battery without providing service battery After five/six days Dealer from Vadodara informed that your battery is out of order and will change new battery tomorrow morning and to my surprise they informed me afternoon on next day that now your battery is in working condition and their messenger mis behavied with my wife Now my car is not in working position due to non availability of Battery I request to please ask company to change my battery and give me comensate for 15 days

                        One Generator set 15 KVA was installed on[protected]Mahindra Make) through dealer Mr.Pankaj Sharma(mob.[protected]) M/S Powerol Generators, B-48 ,Nehru Ground,NIT Faridabad .Since it's installation,it hardly worked for a day and causing problem of start .Neither it is taking start on manual mode nor on auto mode.It is completely dead,lying IDLE.Despite payments are made in advance,the dealer is not responding to any complaint.Nether the calls are replied nor SMS are responded.
                        Can this problem be resolved.?

                              This is regarding the " TRIBAL " brand o[censored]PS by AMARAJA ( AMARON BRAND owners) , they have launched this brand o[censored]PS called tribal and have made it an orphan with no working contacts ....people who bought it and ARE BUYING IT EVEN NOW are left high and dry with no SERVICE delivery or EVEN A WAY TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURERE as all touch points are false or do not exist.


                              This is the fate of TRibal UPS Buyers, email is bouncing contact number is wrong website does not exist. Seems you ahev played a cruel joke on buyers of your Tribal brand o[censored]PS/ Inverters.

                              Pls provide a contact which works !! to get service / register the product.

                              Hi I have recently bought a Tribal UPS of 875 VA capacity :
                              I was looking to register the product and the website provided on the warranty card is NOT WORKING / I have tried " worldoftribal.com " for the past one month and it does not work !
                              The toll free number mentioned "Tribal care :[protected] " is also engaged most of the time .

                              Altough you have introduced a new product but have not bothered to take care of any touch points with the customer . In this age your website being down for the past 1 month speaks lengths about your commitment and seriousness with the "Tribal Brand o[censored]PS" . I see myself at a loss having trusted Amaraja brand behind Tribal product .
                              Pls enumerate as to why No touchpoints exist for service and support ! I shred to think of the day i might need to rely on your service as there is NO way to reach your service support .

                              PS: even after repeated requests your delaer has not provided any Bill of purchase and says the warranty card is enough to claim warranty pls advice as he is unwilling to provide a bill of purchase after having installed the product at my residence.

                                  I purchased one “Amaron” Battery on 22nd April 2012 from M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles (Franchisee for Amara Raja Batteries Ltd.), 4-Neelam Colony, Near Lily Talkies, Bhopal vide Bill no. 300 for Rs. 3400/- with 36 months warranty but to my utmost surprise and shock the battery is defective as it stopped working after one week. Such type of product was not expected even in dreams from a reputed company like Amara Raja Batteries. The above battery was installed in my car by Mr. Sunil Chavan (Mob. [protected]) sent by Mr. Manoj ( Mob. [protected]) of M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles. I have also not been issued any separate cash Memo/receipt for the above battery by M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles or by Mr. Sunil Chavan till date despite my several requests for the same. Of course, I was issued Warranty Card on the same date of installation. I have also brought this defect to the notice of Mr. Sunil chavan who has assured me to replace the defective battery. I tried several times to contact the authorised dealer of Amron Batteries in Bhopal Mr. Manoj but in vain. Whenever contacted on phone, the message comes "telephone is either switched off or out of coverage area".
                                  Now, I request you to kindly Iook into the matter immediately, replace the defective battery and ensure that such things do not happen in future with anyone else.

                                    Due to problem in inverter i was registered complaint through AM care on 6th of may 2012 and complaint number is SAB060501E.But still i don't get any service from Amaron side.I was called several times but they are not responding in proper way.I never seen such a worst service in my life.I decided to wait for one more day and after that i would like to go Consume Court.

                                      I have purchsed the AMRON Battery for my Hero Honda CD Delux Vehicle Reg.No. AP29AA - 7086 in the year 2009 from ECIL X Road Area Beside Market One Battery shop . I am started facing a problem From feb-2012 discharging of battery and when i am contacted the shop for repair the
                                      Shop Owner said taht there is no any problem in battery may be problem in your bike .Again i ahve visited after serviceing of my bike and got the confermation that the battery is only defective only. They took my warrnty card and battery and told us they will get the replacement within one week .When I Visited to collect my new battery that they got replacement from Kanchan Marketing Agencies Pvt.Ltd.The shop owner is asking to pay Rs.650/- for my battery .

                                      My question is when AMRON is giving 60 month warrnty for battery then how the shop owner can ask money on replacement battery.Ther new battery detail is here given..

                                      AMARON BATTERY FOR BIKE — Warnty card

                                      I have purchased a battery within 6 month with 48 month warranty.
                                      I have mismatched my warranty card of battery and now my battery was fail in just 6 month.
                                      I have cost of this battery is 1500 rs.

                                      Please advise me on this and needful to me.

                                        Dear sir, I purchased 2nos Batteries from your autherised rep Freinds Battery Service ,Madipakkam on[protected] and he has been coming and checking up the battery condtion and charging me Rs150 each time for topping up the Distilled water. Whenever I compolained about the battery strength and it is not giving me required time o[censored]ps load he has convieniently suppressed the fact that one of the two battery is defective.When I complained to central compliant section[protected] vide complaint No;54968 He sent a service engineer Mr Rajendran,cell no:[protected]. He checked up and said that one cell is weak and that is why the batteries are getting quickly discharged and not able to take up standby load and power foe the desired time.Your area incharge sarvanan,[protected] promised to come back has not come sofar. Kindly replace the battery free of cost which is with in the Warranty period
