I purchased one “Amaron” Battery on 22nd April 2012 from M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles (Franchisee for Amara Raja Batteries Ltd.), 4-Neelam Colony, Near Lily Talkies, Bhopal vide Bill no. 300 for Rs. 3400/- with 36 months warranty but to my utmost surprise and shock the battery is defective as it stopped working after one week. Such type of product was not expected even in dreams from a reputed company like Amara Raja Batteries. The above battery was installed in my car by Mr. Sunil Chavan (Mob. [protected]) sent by Mr. Manoj ( Mob. [protected]) of M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles. I have also not been issued any separate cash Memo/receipt for the above battery by M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles or by Mr. Sunil Chavan till date despite my several requests for the same. Of course, I was issued Warranty Card on the same date of installation. I have also brought this defect to the notice of Mr. Sunil chavan who has assured me to replace the defective battery. I tried several times to contact the authorised dealer of Amron Batteries in Bhopal Mr. Manoj but in vain. Whenever contacted on phone, the message comes "telephone is either switched off or out of coverage area".
Now, I request you to kindly Iook into the matter immediately, replace the defective battery and ensure that such things do not happen in future with anyone else.

    I was taken Amaron inverter and battery on 5th of May 2012.
    Due to problem in inverter i was registered complaint through AM care on 6th of may 2012 and complaint number is SAB060501E.But still i don't get any service from Amaron side.I was called several times but they are not responding in proper way.I never seen such a worst service in my life.I decided to wait for one more day and after that i would like to go Consume Court.

      DearSir,

      I have purchsed the AMRON Battery for my Hero Honda CD Delux Vehicle Reg.No. AP29AA - 7086 in the year 2009 from ECIL X Road Area Beside Market One Battery shop . I am started facing a problem From feb-2012 discharging of battery and when i am contacted the shop for repair the
      Shop Owner said taht there is no any problem in battery may be problem in your bike .Again i ahve visited after serviceing of my bike and got the confermation that the battery is only defective only. They took my warrnty card and battery and told us they will get the replacement within one week .When I Visited to collect my new battery that they got replacement from Kanchan Marketing Agencies Pvt.Ltd.The shop owner is asking to pay Rs.650/- for my battery .

      My question is when AMRON is giving 60 month warrnty for battery then how the shop owner can ask money on replacement battery.Ther new battery detail is here given..

      AMARON BATTERY FOR BIKE — Warnty card

      I have purchased a battery within 6 month with 48 month warranty.
      I have mismatched my warranty card of battery and now my battery was fail in just 6 month.
      I have cost of this battery is 1500 rs.

        Dear sir, I purchased 2nos Batteries from your autherised rep Freinds Battery Service ,Madipakkam on[protected] and he has been coming and checking up the battery condtion and charging me Rs150 each time for topping up the Distilled water. Whenever I compolained about the battery strength and it is not giving me required time o[censored]ps load he has convieniently suppressed the fact that one of the two battery is defective.When I complained to central compliant section[protected] vide complaint No;54968 He sent a service engineer Mr Rajendran,cell no:[protected]. He checked up and said that one cell is weak and that is why the batteries are getting quickly discharged and not able to take up standby load and power foe the desired time.Your area incharge sarvanan,[protected] promised to come back has not come sofar. Kindly replace the battery free of cost which is with in the Warranty period

            I purchased AMARON car battery thru M/S Venkateswara Maruti Motors during 03/2010 for my ZEN car No. AP23B 7967. It was probably supplied by Miyapur Distributer. After about one year , It stared giving me trouble . It gets discharged if i donot use it for a week. I gave a complaint no.39712 dt.31.3.2011 and talked to Mr.Niranjan of AMRON at Hyderabad. He promised that the battery will be replaced if it gives trouble again. During this discussion , It came to limelight that a wrong battery was supplied by your organisation ie., AMARON GO instead of AMARON FLO for my ZEN. However Mr. Niranjan arued that this battery will serve the purpose. Later also the battery gave me trouble and after ext. charging , I managed. Again during Dec, 2011 , It got discharged totally and I talked to Mr. Niranjan and on his advise I gave the battery to M/S Venkateswara Maruti Motors to do the needful. To my surprise It was told that a new battery will be supplied for Rs2800/- after giving a discount of Rs 1000/- for replacing the old one. It is gross injustice on the part of the organisation to drag time till the free replacement warranty expires and charge me for the mistakes committed by M/S AMARON. I need justice

              AMARON BATTERY : POOR QUALITY & SERVICE RESPONSE

              CONSUMERS ARE WARNED NOT TO PURCHASE THIS BATTERY AS THEIR QUALITY RESPONSE IS VERY POOR - SEE THIS COMPLAIN:

              On 17the September 2010, I purchased Amaron Battery GO - 38B20L. theis was purchased after deliberate attempt to test thee strengtheness of theis battery in comparison to Exide. The Exide performance is better in comparison to Amaron in every way, quality, after care services etc. The Amaron quality is so poor theat just in 14 monthes, thee battery lost its power. On very day morning of 26the Dec 2011, I was unable to start my car, ultimately my car was tolled by service centre and was told theat battery has lost its power. I am surprised, thee way it has functioned. When I contacted thee Amaron customer care ( complain number: 51258), my battery was collected withe thee warranty papers by local Amaron franchisee, M/S PERFECT AUTO ELECTRIC WORKS, Udaipur. This franchisee is reluctant to give me fresh battery, as I have no trust in thee old one. When I contacted Amaron service engineer Mr Jhanki yadav, Jaipur ( [protected]) to sort out thee problem on dated 28the Dec , who was theen in Udaipur, he had shown very poor quality response. He didn't attended my phone but simply passed thee phone to thee local franchisee dealer M/S PERFECT AUTO ELECTRIC WORKS to sort out thee matter. He has no courtesy at all to handle thee problem

              The Amaron battery, its services as well as its service engineers are wortheless. They cheat customer in best possible ways. I am planning to take legal action against theem if matter is not sorted out.

                i had purchase amron battery for my TVS SCOOTY on 21/08/2011. and after 2 and half month it got discharge.i call on toll free no[protected] but i was not get good responce from there side. they ask me to call naerest dealer. i just ask why it happen he says may wiring is wrong, is it possible after 2 and half month that battery connection was wrong. and demanding for responsible person he dont know. WHY AMRON WROTE SENTENCE THAT WE LISTEN AND SERVE U BETTER. PLEASE LOOK IN THIS MATTER.

                  I bought one Amaron battery from city motors Angamaly (ernakulam district) 2-3 months before. But this month the battery failed to work and I went there. They have replaced me the battery but they refused to give me the warranty card. They said the battery will be replaced once and they wont give warranty card. Why is it so??? i do have one year warranty ryt?? what will i do if it fails again????

I bought a battery on 5-8-2010 from Dashmesh motor DG/3/305 vikas puri, new delhi 18 and it was having 1 year waranty but the battery was dead on[protected]. so, i came to your dealer and he's saying that waranty is over and he's doing for us .                     I request you to replace my battery otherwise i'll never buy your company battery and ill tell every one that do not buy your battery.

                    I am Shreeya From Pune. I purchased Amaron maintenance free battery for my scooty Pep+ on 29 Sep 2012 after viewing detailed reviews on net.. After the period of 2 & half month battery stopped working. I got the battery replaced as it was in warranty period. (1st replacement). The battery worked for another 2 months & stopped working. I again got replacement & new battery was installed (2nd replacement). battery worked well for another 2 months & stopped working. I again went to the dealer. He kept my vehicle for inspection & informed on phone that charging voltage is high.& you needto repair your vehicle. & replacement will be possible only after fault correction. Accordingly I visited the authorised TVS workshop & checked the charging voltage on brand new battery in front of myself. The meter was showing charging voltage of 14 v max. That meance no fault was in my vehicle. Now they are giving me battery on the condition that no further replacement is possible. So be aware of Amron people. Now question aroused in my mind that if there was fault in my vehicle then how they gave me replacement?
                    Please note that Amron batteries are totally useless product. Don't buy any product from Amron as you will be repented afterwords after spending Rs 1300 .

                      A scanned copy of the invoice is attached. I have had trouble with this battery since day one. Moreover the Dealer M/s Seth Battrey is amazingly poor in services. I am told that Amaron does not value its customers once a sale is made. upon repeated visits to the dealer for a solution, he has suggested me to buy another new battery (despite this one is still under warranty)., preferably not Amaron. Also, the dealer suggests that I am free to go the consumer courts to sort this out, as he is not interested in resolving this issue.

                      It is surprising to see that a world leader in battery, Amaron, employs such cheap and non consumer friendly dealers. I have always used Amaron Battery for all my cars, but am now forced to look for other options. I wonder where would the customer base go, if this is the quality of service we get.

                        i have purchased an amaron shield invertor battery on 12/04/2009 and just after 2 years it has stopped working and there is not even a single minute back up and the phone numbers given on the amaron warranty card are not working and i want to know that it is the only life of a battery i.e 2 years and if this is the case amaron company is making fool of all the consumers and for this i want my battery to get replaced........

                          I have purchased a amaron battery for my maruti 800 on december 2010 from cuttack ( noble care)with an warrenty period of 48 month.but in april 2011 that battery was dead.i gave it to the service centre on[protected] and till to day they are not replacing it.they are not responding my calls and my complaints also.,,,,, this is totaly unfair ... if your company is not able to maintain the policy and the system then just shutdown your company or that perticular authorised center.

                          Maruti — change battery

                          This is regarding my car no MP04CE2212 , in last servicing my car service centre ADINATH MARUTI SAGAR, theft/ change (which is better applicable ) the original car bettery with a old one . I think if that service centre worker are so poor then its better to start begging rather than cheating.

                            i have purchased my battery from an authorized service dealer of Maruti car. The battery is dead and is under warranty. I have the original invoice but not able to trace the warranty card given to me during sale of battery. The manufacturing date mentioned on battery is 12/09 and I purchased it in Feb, 2010. The dealer refused to serve it under warranty. My issue is to ask your good self that Is my battery fake if I dont possess the warranty card? Does the company has its policy to abide by a mere paper or its product?

                                I had purchased 1 Battery from your authorised dealer M/s Amit Enterprises, Purnea on 10.11.2010 for my Scooter Activa. Suddenly I found that self starting is not functioning. It is totally blanck. I approached your above shop to check the battery. But the representative refused to provide the service and sais that bring out the battery from sccoter from outside machanic and leave it for 3-4 days for checking. It is surpising that there is no one to provide such service in the authorised shop.I visited this shop 3 times and always found such deficiencies. Kindly arrange to provide such facilities in this centre like other Centre as I experienced in Raipur and Bhilai.

                                  same complaint as on 03/05/2010 , no response shown by amaron people not even a phonecall to ask, real loss to all consumers , investing in a product without a backup, dealing with dead company/people, if such a big company. please atleast return my hard earned money so that i can buy a good battery like exide or any local battery which is certainy better than your garbage, pleople please do not deal with frauds like amaron people.

                                    Hello Sir/Mam,
                                    I am Usharani salve, last time(28/10/10) i buy Amaro battery from Anvikash Trading, Nagpur (Authorised Dealer). This battery had in problem within two day's i inform this all to dealer and they told me that the battery had discharged and it's because of my battery charger but they analysed that my battery charger was working. They took this battery for charging up to 9/11/10 and inplace of this battery they gave me another battery for use, but this battery had problem and because of that i call them but that time they did't help me, . Lastly they gave me Original Battery at 9/11/10. But again i had problem with this battery and that time i was going to home and my scooty was no working, that time my dad call they and told about all this problem what i am faceing. After that conversassion they were ready to send this battery to company(1o/12/10) and that time they gave me another battery for nominal use and told that my battery cherger not in working position then after that i recently change the cherger but this nominal battery was also in problem then i tell this all problem to man that help me all that time(janavi garage). because of this battery i had change charger and cdac and my scooty is in problem, because of all this problem i am faceing so many problems. I am working women that's why i can't give more time to go garage regularly. I am faceing finencial problem and mantal harrasment.i am unsattisfide by the service they provide. I want my Money Back because still my scooty is in problem and i allready spent 1300rs for repairing and i will have to spent more. so i am not sattisfide with this dealer and they always used to fun.

                                      hi, we have purchased 2 nos of batteries from amaron hi-ways12V/130Ah on dt.04/06/09. but it got faulty in free replacement period. when i call on provided customer care toll free numbers no body picked the call however i made calls so many time. and the warranty tenure is going to expire than who will be the responsible.

                                      so look into this matter.

                                        I have Purchaged amron make battery from Jaspal AUTO center on date 05.09.2009. The battery is some time not working from last one month. Whin in 3 or 4 Hrs in Idle condition it is Fully discharged .The charging system of The vehical is OK. IT is Cheched by TATA Car Service center. Due to Warrunty perioed it is to be replaced .
