Dear sirs,
I have purchased Amron battery (batch no.[protected]DIN-55(FLO)--From your Nashik Dealer--M/S
R.M.GOTHI--3-4,Sahyadri building,Sharanpur Link road on 26.12.09--Inv.no.5683/09-10 for my car Corsa as replacement(OEM battery--Exide-usued for 5 yrs)on the recommendation of our car dealer M/S Jitendra wheels--Nashik.
However in Sept.10,last week,battery was totally dead & we really got standed arond 40 kms.on Highway from Nasik.I personally alongwith mechanic returned the battery to M/S R.M.GOTHI,the next day.The battery was Recharged & fitted to car
Again after a week car could not be started,as battery was Dead.This was returned again to said Dealer & I requested for Free Replacement--as battery was dead twice within 9 months.
To my surprise,The Treatment from said Dealer was VERY VERY BAD & even the staff was very Arrogant.
I had also reqested to one Mr.Jain--working in Dealer's shop & asked for Replacement(the said battery is guaranteed for 2 yrs.).Now may I request you to look into matter & arrange for replacement.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased Amaron PROBIKE RIDER AP-BTX5L 09/10 BAB0237K101744 ABR-PR-12APBTX50 from M/s.S.S Tyres & Batteries - Vadapalani, Chennai vide billno.1369 dated 22.09.10 which is got low battery on 19.10.10 and the same is handedover to M/s.S.S.Tyres & Batteries.

    Still we have not received any reply from them .....

    Kindly look into that and replace the same immeidtely ....

      I have taken my Maruti Car from Varun Motors in Year 2008 and started getting start up problems few days back. (Model-Maruti Swift-VXI). I had sent the car to Varun Motors, Begumpet for repairs and was informed that the Battery has defects and needs to be replaced. The Warranty on the Original Battery (Amaron Battery) is only for a period of 1 year and hence I need to pay for the repairs. It is shocking that the Maruti Car Vendors are using INFERIOR BATTERIES in the Original car, as Amaron provide more 3-5 years warranty on replacement batteries.

      My car has only run for about 15000 KM in last 2 years and I am very disappointed that a Branded Car Company like Maruti is using Inferior products in the Original Car. All new Batteries today come with 3 to 5 years warranty.

      Varun Motors has replaced the Defective Battery in the car and I have been charged an amount of Rs 3670/- for the same. I feel that I have been short changed on this both by Maruti as well as by Amaron, as they are equally to blame for providing substandard components to their trustworthy customers.

      when i went a amararaja batteries distributor for replacement due to the battery failure which was purchased during sep. 2010 and used for 4 months only, but the distributor not accpted and not given replacement since i misplaced the guarantee card. i said that i am having the invoice copy, eventhough he refused. immediately i bought another battery. o.k. my argument is nothing but the guarantee is for the product or for the guarantee card. expecting your answer at the earliest. my e-mail id is [protected]@hotmail.com
      I am suffering with a complete irresponsible and non-responsive behaviour of the amaron(amar raja) customer care services at hyderabad. My Amaron make inverter is pending for rectification since long. I have been following on with the customer care people on a regular basis, but to no avail. Every time they tell that the problem will be solved the next day. But, tomorrow never comes in their schedule and they don't even care to call and inform. I am fed-up with their negligent attitude and response.

        I was purchase a battery bearing No. AAA0711K 302139 on dated. 07.01.2010 from authorised dealer M/S M.M.Trader,N.H-6,Sirajuddin Chowk,Keonjhar,Orissa. Due to some problem I contract with dealers and he say keep your battery in my show room for observation . I was submitted battery with warrenty cards on dated. 07.08.2010 but till date he not delevery my battery and not known me about his problem. so i harrsed for your company. I would therefore reqeust you kindly take necessary steps in this matter other wise i will go to court of law.

          We had purchased AMARON 07/08 MAINT FREE SHIELD 12V/160AH battery Sl No.[protected], AAM-SH-IS-160D04R, with one home use inverter in Sep 2008 and within one and a half year its battery started creating problem and inverter went down several times. Atlast after verification it is found that BATTERY is not taking charge and searched for authorised service centres . But No one is ready to take this case and it is here by intimated that battery should be replaced at the earliest as it is under warranty period.                 i Have Purchased a amaron battery from Punjab Motors , fauji Chowk, Bathinda, who seems not to be the authorised dealer of Amaron batteries five months back. after the battery installed worked for 2 days then it was discharged. then i went to punjab motors to for checking then the said the battery is correct but my chrging system was not proper in the activa scooter. then being busy i couldn't get it checked it took one month when my scooter was sent for repairs. the the auto mechanic said the scooter was okay there is problem in the battery, then i again went to the dealer but they again refused to replace but just charged and returned, after a month i agian went for replacement but again they just charged but i went for the fourth for relacment and had heated exchange of words then the kept the battery and said will sent for replacement but after two days the returned the battery with broken connection point and said that the cannot relace even when i asked to return my warranty card they said it has been misplaced. i really don't understand when the company gives full replacement why they are not replacing , even i spent Rs. 250 more on amaron then Exide just for this reason that co. replaces without any fuss. kindly help us. My

                Fully agreed. I also faced the same complaint.
                It is a prctice for employees of this organisation to drag time to expire warranty and ask for almost full amount to replace a battery

                  I am having an Amaron battery fitted in my car opel corsa . I purchased this battery on 1.10.09 one of the dealers @ Mugapair Batteries at mugapair Chennai.
                  The dealer has given me a 48 month replacement warranty on the same, My battery is giving me problem for last six months , it looses its charge on its own
                  and i had to get it recharged every month. i had complained to many of amaron helpline . But i am not getting any satisfactory replies from any of the amaron .

                  Now my battery is in such a condition that it gets discharged Within Two days if not used the vehicle .


                  I request you to take this matter seriously and help me in getting a new battery...

                  I am having an Amaron battery fitted in my bike bajaj pulsar . I purchased this battery on 11.11.08 one of the dealers @ Amar Tyre House S/562 School Block Shakar Pur .New delhi-92 mob.[protected]
                  The dealer has given me a 30 month free replacement Warranty on the same, My battery is giving me problem for last One months, it looses its charge on its own
                  i had complained to M.B.traders A-1 Main road, old arjun Nagar delhi 51and also amaron helpline . But i am not getting any satisfactory replies from any of the amaron


                  I request you to take this matter seriously and help me in getting a new battery...

I bought a battery on 5-8-2010 from Dashmesh motor DG/3/305 vikas puri, new delhi 18 and it was having 1 year waranty but the battery was dead on[protected]. so, i came to your dealer and he's saying that waranty is over and he's doing for us . I have 3 cars Maruti 800, Snatro Zinc, Chevrolet Beat.

                  I request you to replace my battery otherwise i'll never buy your company battery and ill tell every one that do not buy your battery.

                  My Amazon two wheeler beta series battery is not replacing in anantapur , andhrapradesh

                  I purchased Amazon pro rider beta series at Bangalore on 17th may 2016, unexpectedly the batter is down, when iam complaining about this in anantapur delar, they are not exchange this battery. They told that, claim at Bangalore only. It is not acceptable response.

                    I bought a amaron battery in date of 1.10.2009 , but that battery got discharged in the period of 8 month 5 times , When i was given complain no one as take care of issue , I just book a complain reg this his help line [protected] , But they register the complain but no bodies tale care of the issue , I was keep on calling to the call center and got a number for his higher official Mr Srinivasan , I WAS TRIED HIS MOBILE BUT IS NOT PICK THE CALL , AGAIN I CALL TO THE CALL CENTER I GOT A ON OTHER NO THAT IS MR KANANGARAJ NO ,I WAS TRIES IS NO HE PICK THE CALL AND ARR AGE THE PERSON , HE CAME AND TOLD SOME STORIES , BUT WHEN HE WILL GIVEN BACK MY BATTERY I DONT KNOW WILL SEE

                    One mont before also i had a same problem but thet time also happen the same but they are given me a falls promise on while selling the battery that agency name Ms Mugapair Battery
                    I don't know what they are doing really i don't know , I think thet=y are really in to the business are what ?

                      I purchased my Xenon ACE with Amaron battery. But since last month my ACE UPS is not working properly and not giving suffiecint backup. So I logged a complaint at Delhi's Amaron Customer Care :[protected]. After that my place visited by a engineer.

                      Engineer told me that there is a problem with battery. That's why even after getting full charged battery is not giving sufficient backup. He told me that Xenon inverter is working fine, but battery need to be change (which was under warranty).

                      I was shocked, as I paid a huge amount for that specific battery only, when I purhcased Xenon ACE UPS along with. Though It's looks good that this happens with in battery's warrenty period but I was told by Amaron dealer that battery is very good and required no maintenance and will work longer than it's warranty period.

                      On the same Day, Battery service provider was informed who is responsible for battery change. But still no one visited to change my battery. I even called him and remind him many times. Every time he told me, he will visit when he got the time.

                      Till today , I am still waiting for my battery change. As per my experience, Amaron's customer service and after sales service are worst and there is no scope of getting after sales services.

                      I have taken amron batteri ah 146 ams in Feb 2008 and I asked dealer to chech the batteries that does not give back up for Inverter, they dont give service proper rather I going to pay for that too

                      hello sir i am hari krishna from andhra pradesh in nellore i was buy a Eicher tractor in feb-2008 and we used amron batteries and it was blasted we dont know reasons but we take to that batteries to company they said we dont give a new batteries istard of that blasted one but i dont know why they dont give for blasting batteries i asked many peoples but every one said batterie must not brokable or blasted but i dont know why this batterie was blasted i hoping a mail from you or pls give me sugession.

                      I never heard of a battery explosion in my life. Since it was fitted in a tractor and a tractor is likely to remain in open field, was there any
                      chance of lightning that prompted the battery to explode?
                      An explosion would not take place even when it is over-charged or charged dry, without electrolyte. Hence you know better, as the owner of the vehicle, how the battery had exploded.

                        battery of inverter — battery is not working properly

                          Hi,

                          i have AMARON BATTERY in my car. Car battery is 15 month old. Quatab motors & Apara motors confirm that the battery cells are dead. I called Amaron batteries and they charged the battery and send it back saying nothing is wrong. After 2 months the battery is dead again. Now the company policy states tht within 18 months there would be a complete replacement of the battery. I think they are delaying this so tht they don't have to replace the battery.
                          Amaron battery is a lying company with cheats running the show. You guys should be taken to court.

                            I have purchased one battery Amaron shield 160ah from Annai Auto Accessories (distributor). Now the battery failure. i sent it back before the warraty period of one month to the distributor. and informed to them the lorry service well. But they are refusing to take delivery from lorry service. then after several phone calls to distributer they have taken delivery from lorry service but the warranty period elapsed 3days.

                            The distributer standing not to claim. the distributer purposely not taking delivery from lorry service for claim. and then the distributer returned to me after 4 days which not to claim the battery.

                            the amaron battery is worst in service and quality.

                            If anybody to prefere to purchase battery please dont turn your face to Amaron Side. This case i have met loss rs.9000 (battery cost) & dissatisfaction.

                            Yes I too agree the statement, even I am also facing the poor service from amron dealers in coimbatore and they are talking very rude also. Now i am talking with customer care let me wait and see any updates from the amron battery.

                            I have purchased one Amaron shield battery 5LB - BAB 032K 122840 from Kovai Battery Ser vice, Tiruppur, Tamil nadu, Their Ph:[protected],[protected], mobile :[protected], My invoice Nr. 288 dt 19.8.2010 to my SUZUKI ZEUS Bike.

                            Within a month the battery is failure. And then they fit another one AMARON in the month of November. It is also failure. Then the dealer given a token slip nr.244 dt 08.02.2011, the battery nr - 5LB Nr.BAB 032K 208733.

                            Still now there is no favourable reply from your side. But the dealer service is good. They told, "we sent the battery to the Amaron Chennai office. But there is no response and no favourable reply from Chennai office. " contact the dealer the said above, sent the new battery and also reply to me immediately.
                            Amaron Service is quite pathetic and worst. The call center reps behave as if we have called up a Politician's house. They do not have a courtesy to speak with the complainant. After giving the complaint you can hardlyexpect the techinicans when they arrive at your home. It would take ages for the techinicans to reach your home, unless you have persisted.

                              I have purchased a amaron shield battery on[protected], which was out of order with in 18 months & we are doing regural followup with amaron customer care but we have not received the proper response after one months we have received the call from mr ratnesh for amaron office lucknow he told me to chechk with local amaron dealer in barabanki but no results, request you to pls do the needful

                              Battery is not working in the car which is brought in Amaron

                              Tried to reach the Amaron Customer care for the past 2 days. But they are not connecting the line to the service poeple.

                                We do not Service urgently Because Our Main Branch Ahemdabad Has No Proper
                                Stocks Of Seasonal Batteries & Calim Batterie.
                                Now- a - Days We Sufer from Shortage of Complain Batteries & Bad Gurranty - Warranty System From our State Reginal Branch.
                                Pls Help Our Franchisee against It's Complains.

                                Our State Amaron Regional Branch - Ahemdabad has not Give Proper Solution About this Type Of Crises.

                                We tired of this Type Of Complain & After We Complain U.
                                Pls Give Proper Solution As Early As Possible.

                                I agree with you 200% as I have purchased Amaron Pro bike Rider battery on 12DEC2009 and I was recommended because it's having 5 yrs warranty. But this battery is totally a flop show...many problems and finally it got damaged within a year and I am looking for replacement but there is no right way I finding. Could you please suggest me as the shop has shutted down from where I have purchased the battery.

                                Aaj meri battery kaam nahi kar rahi hai.

                                  Sir:
                                  I bought an “AMARON Pro Bike Rider AP-ATX9” battery on 23/02/2010. From the day of installation the battery did not function as it should.
                                  The battery lost its charge overnight; I promptly went over to the dealer and reported the problem. The electrician checked the battery and used the Amp meter to check if the Battery received the power to recharge.
                                  He informed me that there was a problem with the wring in my Pulsar 150 CC bike, hence I took the vehicle to the Bajaj Dealer and checked the entire wiring for a whooping cost of Rs450. The Bike mechanic informed me that all was well with the bike and he informed me that there was a problem with the battery (He connected a different battery to demonstrate the goodness of the bike wiring).
                                  I once again (Next Day) went over to the dealer (Monisha Traders) and informed the same, he once again insisted that there might be a problem with the electric start motor. I told him about the demonstration at the Bajaj showroom, He than accepted that the battery for some reason was losing power, so he asked me to charge the battery for one day. After all this, a week later he accepted that it was a faulty battery and asked me to come after 2 days to collect the replacement battery.
                                  Again I had to wait for 4 days to get my battery. While getting the replacement battery, the dealer Mr.Sundaram collected my warranty card and informed me that the replacement battery warranty card would be issued only after 1 month. It’s more than a month and I have not received my warranty and when I ask for the same, I get indecent reply.
                                  Please help me out with this issue.

                                    i purchased a amaron battery for my bike but it gets dis charged in every 5-10 days.i purchased in December 2009 .i got replacement for 6 times but still there is a problem with it . they say that there is a problem in bikes wiring .i got checked with 5-6 mechanics and at last the technician of amaron shop also checked but there was no problem with bikes wiring .i talked with them but they talked with me in a very rude manner i bought from anand . tell me what should i do

                                      I have purchased car battery of brand Amaron on 16/11/09 for my Santro car. The battery get discharged if the car is not driven for 15 days. The battery has 3 years warranty. The battery model is AAM-GO-00034B20R. The service centre of Amaron says that the battery sold to me by their dealer is of lower amphere, which is used in Maruti 800 cars.

                                      The dealer is not listening to me. Please advise me how to replace the battery.

                                        I had purchased a Amaron Make battery S.no.[protected], AAm-GO-00038B20R from M/s Sanya Automobiles Pvt. Ltd,B-227, Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi-110020 against Bill no. Sanya-OK[protected] dt.13/01/2010. This battery had completly down just with in a month period and also i had tried to get it charged it is again down in 3-4days. i had complaint to M/s Amron toll free no. [protected] they issued a complaint no. ABR-100209B dt.10.02.10 but no body yet came to attend the complaint, some body Mr. Manish & Mr. Sunny also loose talked with me that they are not siitting here to attend the complaint. i want to suit a case against them.

                                        I bought Amaron battery which is still within the warranty period, i registered a complaint on Dec 17th, 2012 and had to repeatedly call them multiple times a day for them to attend to it after 5 days when they claim 24/7 support and engineer landing to check within 24 hours. a service guy lands after 5 days and claims the battery to be working perfectly fine and that the problem of delayed ignition could be due to my Starter Motor, when i take my care to the authorized service centre they use a device and proves it to me with a print from their company stating that the battery was deffective and needs replacement. never expected this from a company owned by the Amaraja Group.
