With due respect i am himansu mauli srichandan kindly inform to u that i had credited balance in amazon pay. I want to transfer this money from amazon to my pnb account. But in case amazon has already started the refund and send the money to my bank account but it hasn't credited yet. And also the pnb customer doesn't file a complain.
So regarding this i want help for getting my money back.

    I had ordered moto g7 from amazon but they have delivered moto g7 power with local items in it i had returned but they have not refunded the amount and it has been 8 days still i haven't received my refund amount i have been calling them since then first they said they will provide within 2 days then they said me to wait till 13th of september and again said me to wait till 16th of september and yesterday i had called they said me to wait till 17th night 12 am but still have got any response or my refund

    My name is Ghodasara Sagar, recently i ought a new phone but when i tried to login into my amazon account it shows that it is locked. i can not even reach the coustmer care in any way. i even have a prime subcription and i cant even use it since the account is locked.

      I have purchased helmet from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 12, 999.00 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. They even shared transaction id on my request -03om3osf0000k00r94aj. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

        Sir i returned my wrist watch at 18 august but i did not get my return money after then they send me an email saying that return process is completed with a unique refrence no[protected]. But i did not get any message from my bank related to return money then i talked with amezon customer care they said that we have done all process from here and talk to your branch so i went to my branch they said that we can not do anythingh they suggest me to update my passbook to conform return money. Then i again talked with amezon they (Amezon) suggested me to talk with sbi customer care then i talked with sbi customer care they said that you should charge a dispute form then i come here.. Please sir help me i am a student... Thank u sir

          Hello there,
          I purchased cn-knight tws i8x earbuds of inr 2599.00 on 26 august 2018 with order id # 405-[protected].
          I retuned the product with tirupati courier service pvt. Ltd. With awb number[protected].
          But i did not get refund yet.
          I contacted amazon customer care several times but nothing happened.
          I have attached courier slip and tracking details.

          Please refund my money inr 2599.00

            I've ordered a mobile on 7th September i.e. vivo y91 costing 9990 rupees for which I've given my old mobile as exchange after which I've paid 5740 remaining money .And after a day, I've cancelled my order due to the reason that my old mobile got repaired and I've requested a return after which on 8th September at 8 20 pm, a refund has been initiated according to Amazon India .order no is -Your Amazon.in Order #[protected] .
            And after almost 8 days i.e. today on 16th September which was the actual last date of refund according to them is still not processed into my account .
            I've called the customer care of bank as well as Amazon and both of them take no responsibility for this . Both of them say the opposite person is responsible for it .I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and want my money back.Ive also provided pics of emails showing that refund is initiated.please look into it now ..I'm fed up of calling the customer 10 times a day and Everytime a new person picks up the call asking me to go to bank ..one says contact bank customer care ..my qualm is why do I need to go a bank when ive paid my money to Amazon through my debit card then why is it taking so much of time to give back my refund ..please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

            I got my refund after I complained in SBI for several times but nothing happened .. later my fiancee filed a complaint online for money refund and then I got my refund back .. no action is taken either by company nor by customer care as told by Amazon .. such worst experience ever.

              Dear consumer forum

              I placed a order in *Amazon India* on 13-9-19 but till 16-9-19 I never know where is my order or product.
              After Tracking from 5 days on 16.9.19 I got known that my order is given to wrong person and name on invoice also was wrong it was INDER DEV instead of KRISHAN KUMAR(my name). My order is payed online if this order was booked on COD formet is Amazon excutive will give this order??? No never
              Its a big blender. Without PIN no how Amazon excutive gave this order to anyone because PIN no was on my phone number and otp which needs a the time of delivery was send to both numbers my and that person's number too next of delivery 15.9.19 in morning.
              It's big sign of mistakes and corruption in Amazon india.
              It's need a right and tight action against both Amazon India and that person too who received this order. Pics of invoice and my order details

                I had ordered a mobile phone and was promised the delivery within one day i.e on 16th September. The delivery person came, he checked my current phone which was due for exchange, and then denied giving new packet. Then he said he has fulfill some formalities, and wasted 20 mins scanning bar codes. Finally he spoke to someone through his phone and said Madam I cannot deliver your packet. I called amazon customerservice, but ### did not give a satisfactory response, instead kept on giving standard statements like do not worry, we will give you your order in 3-4 days.

                    I ordered groceries from amazon and the order got returned.. Its been 10 days now and refund didn’t reflect in account... Amazon is saying they have processed the amount of 2713.57 in my account but still i did get the amount... They have given me the return reference number 902660.. And asked me to contact the sbi bank helpline.. I contacted thm but they refused to entertain my request as they said amazon is third party and if they had refunded the amount thn it should hv come to my account.. Now both are blaming each other and no one is solving my issue

                      I bought an item from Amazon which was returned, the product was received by the facility on 2/9/19 but I have not received a refund, talking to the Amazon support I recieved a Refund Reference Number for the transaction[protected]. Calling the bank customer care and visiting the bank has been of no use .

                        I booked an samsung a50 mobile that was scheduled to deliver on 11th sept. No body came to deliver my product on that day however i received a call from the delivery team saying that due to technical problem they won't deliver the product and i need to cancel. When i talked to the customer care they said that the product would be delivered on 12th on which i requested them to schedule it for 13 as i was not in town on 12th. On my request the same was scheduled for 13th but again i did not receive any call and my product is still not delivered. On 16th i call up amazon customer care and requested them to cancel my order but my request was turned down saying that i have to wait till the product gets delivered. On this i wanted a confirmation which they refused to give. This is a complete harassment to a customer. Kindly look into it. I have been a loyal customer to amazon for quite a long time but now considering this level of service i am very disappointed and feel like i have been trapped.

                          I had placed an Order for purchase of 16 items worth of Rs.996.05 bearing No.[protected]. 15 Items are delivered on 13.09.2019 as against 16 items thereby short by one item (Poha- Organic Rs.70/-). Moreover, despite I asked for invoice for the items, a lady on delivery job neither provided it to me nor it was available inside the packaged bag. This is something appears to be ridiculous. Please look into it.

                            Amazon standard has gone done completely.. I haven’t received my order yet (That is monday) and they have updated status as delivered and signed by security. When complaint they ask you to wait and do nothing about it. I am a prime customer and only advantage is we are supposed to get order in 2 days but they deliver products at their own time. I don’t have dress for my kids birthday now

                                I have purchased a product online from amazon india.
                                Details are :-

                                Product was found defective as soon as it was delivered but we requested the return. Yet there was noone sent to pick the faulty product.
                                Product was purchased on 23rd august 2019 and today it's 15th september2019 and still they havent returned the money.
                                I have compalined couple of times in amazon complaints but no one helps me.

                                  My order was cancelled on Amazon (order details in screenshot attached) Order no[protected]. I called their customer care 4-5 times, each time they put my call on hold for 5-6 minutes and say that they will refund the amount but they are not refunding.

                                      Myou complaint is regarding return pickup courier agent first of he doesn't know how to talk to ladies in was not at home while the pickup was scheduled so my mom was giving the return to him so he knew nothing about the rules and on that he was continuesly shouting like the dog barks if he is confused about something he should clarify the things first with his senior officials but instead that stupid was continuesly shouting and arguing with my mom in middle of all neighbours all neighbours were watching it's so humiliating and disgusting that such # are kept for the job which don't have any professionalism nor the manners that how to talk to a lady so it's my humble request to amazon please take some strict actions against these # or otherwise i will make sure that in future these things happen i will sue the person and the amazon at the consumer court for misbehaving and irrespective beheavier so as i mentioned the whole issue please do something about it soon or else i have to take some actions

                                        My order[protected] this is delayed and everytime your team ask to wait one more day. Is this your pattern to feed your customer. Highly disappointed from your working style. Flipkart is far better than you. They meet their commitment. Your customer care executive was not able to understand my situation not helping me none of the executive helps me to resolve my issue
