Amazon India — amazon cheating customers

Amazon standard has gone done completely.. I haven’t received my order yet (That is monday) and they have updated status as delivered and signed by security. When complaint they ask you to wait and do nothing about it. I am a prime customer and only advantage is we are supposed to get order in 2 days but they deliver products at their own time. I don’t have dress for my kids birthday now

R/Sir I am Anuj from mumbai, I purchased MI Note 5 Pro Mobile to Amazon, Mobile totally condom condition, because not working after 03 days and light scratch on screen also charger not working. inform to Amazon & MI care about this, but not any help.

I return a product to Amazon they processed my refund but it will not reflect in my bank account I have Refund Reference #[protected] so please send my refund.i apply for this refund before 3 months. I brought an earpods from Amazon I return it but I not get my refund
