This complain is regarding two aheli brand rakhi which i had booked on 30 july 2019 and 31st july 2019 for pune and kolkatta location respectively. My bookings was 15 days before the festival rakshabandhan, which is an appropriate time for any product to get delivered to the desired location. I made a payment of 1000 rupees from my state bank of india account to beneficiary account through amazon pay upi on 5 july 2019. After making upi payment money deducted from my sbi account instantly but and the transaction status shows successful but money not credited or reflected in beneficiaries central bank account. But, i never received the package and didn't signed. It is clear case of fraud since it was marked as signed by me.

I ordered tampered glass for my honor play mobile, but the product delivered is wrong. It is for some other mobile. When i tried going for a replacement, but there seems to be no replacement for this product.
It is very unprofessional for such a big website to deliver a wrong product and then not even replace it with the right one.

Hi on 9th August evening amazon delivery boy call me and said that he will going to deliver the product on Saturday 10th August but till today 12th of August I have not received the product. And delivery status is displayed as "Delivery Attempted"

I have placed order for exchange offer purchase of motog7 mobile vide order no.[protected] on 12/8/19. I received a mail stating payment declined and in order to avoid order cancellation make revise payment and subsequently i made payment. Again i received msg payment failed. How many days it will take to get the payment back to my account....

I had ordered an oppo k3 from amazon and there was an assured cashback of rs.1000 through amazon pay. Amazon is not responding to any queries or mails sent to them. This a scam because they are not willing to take the product back as well.

There are many customers facing the same issue and amazon is behaving indifferent to all queries. Please look into this because the phone was sold of in the first day and if they scammed...
