28th September I have ordered the mobile from Amazon, am Amazon prime member so they mentioned the guaranteed delivery date as 30th September.

I have mentioned delivery location as my office address, office working hours as 9 to 6pm

When 30th September my other order arrived in the same address early but I have ordered mobile not yet have received so I waited for it
After my office working hours.

Near 8pm no one contacted me so I have left the office without received, but 9pm after delivery contacted me and I told him it's my office address I have waited for you I tried calling you but always it's your number busy.

Then 1 October the same thing so many times I have contacted delivery boy he is not attempting my call and not answering

And also I waited for him after my office hours overed 7pm not yet received any call from him after leaving office he contacted me am said I leaved office and near to my home but asked me to back to office and get it the package but my home to office 18km distance how is it possible to again back to office if I back it's wasting money for everything prime member ship, petrol, and my time.

    I have a urgent order of my phone, which my friend has ordered for me and give my contact details as receiver. I received a call from delivery guy on said time however due to some emergency i was not available at mentioned address and since it was an exchange deal i could't ask anyone to pick it on my behalf.
    Now i spoke to delivery guy and informed him about my situation, he agreed to deliver the product next day however i still recieved no of calls from amazon/amazon delivery (Not sure) to recieve the package and since i has some personal issues i answered only two to deliver it next day.
    Now today i am waiting since morning and didnt receive a single text for my product.
    Very surprising is customer care people is not at all helping and informed. All they sayng is product will get deliver like some memorized lines.
    Even i am aware that product will get deliver, question is when and in a sitaution when some is escalating the problem dont amazon has some process setup to communicate the urgency. I am not asking any vip treatment, all i am asking is urgency of situation where i ordered a phone on exchange deal and since amazon delivery has assured me that they will deliver me the phone on agreed time, i have reset my current phone and waiting for them to deliver my new one. I am a it employee and smarthphone is kind of neccessary requirement for me.

      They sent me only one after 2 days

      When i call them they said the second package will come soon but no update.

      And i paid for 3 package.

        My product was musclepharm wreckage preworkout.
        As soon as i recieved the product from amazon i opened it it was supposed to be powder but it was all exposed to moisture somewhere in their warehouse and transportation.
        So i contacted amazon as this product was not returnable and they told be that i should contact the manufacturer and if they wont help then i should contact back to amazon.
        I contacted musclepharm and they told me that amazon has a return policy and i should just return the product, so i told then that this product is non returnable and musclepharm told me that they cannot do anything in this regard as all products are packed in secure environment and that this is not their mistake.
        I contacted back amazon and told then this and they said that they will investigate the issue and reach me back with a solution after 5 days.
        I called on the 5th day and the customer service agent from amazon india said that they will give me a refund because i recieved a damaged product and it is non returnable and that i should contact them again the next day.
        So i contacted them again the next day and my call was then transferred to the specialist team and they told me that the product was delivered to me in the right condition and their was nothing wrong with it as they have checked and sent the product and that they can’t help me.
        How could they know if the product wasnt all clumps inside the box as it was sealed when i recieved it.
        When kept in moist conditions protein supplement powder tend to stick together so why should i bare something that is not my fault.
        Its been almost one month now since i am contacting amazon and they have failed to help me.
        Please help on this issue

          Problem:
          I bought oneplus 7 phone from business account on amazon.in. During order i gave billing address as company address and shipping address as residential address which an be seen in order summary (Can be seen in attachment).
          But when the mobile was delivered, the invoice generated has a fault.in invoice, the shipping address was but in billing address.
          When i chat the customer care employee about this issue they said that it is their policy for changing the shipping address into billing address. But what has happened with me was opposite and when i told him that then they said that is their policy for this also. Then doesn't the policy of amazon business is in contradiction.

          Resolution: provide the invoice with proper billing, i. E. With the billing address which was stated which is our company's address. Billing address should be the company address only as business address is fixed and all the order placed from that account is for that business. And check the policy of amazon business account of such contradicting policies.

                I am using amzon.in subscription on 20th may 2019 and it is annually 999 rs only. All my cards are only available with www.amazon.in account.

                But amazon.com enrolled me into any amazon.com prime membership;

                However my credit card were charged for the monthly fee. I have discovered that they were enrolled when i have received my credit card statements and noticed

                The fee. This happening to repeatedly, necessitating the deletion of my saved credit card information from amazon.in's system.
                Some of amazon.com customers' experiences of these purported deceptive practices include:

                I did not agree to a membership nor did i have any idea, i would be enrolled.

                How can amazon do this? This is fraud!

                So far, they charged my 12.99 usd for three times. I am lawful right to ask the refund.. Please refund my 38.97 usd.

                  I was so excited about the amazon big billion festival sale. I bought the amazon prime for the fast and comfortable delivery of my shopping products.

                  This is the worse mistake i have ever done.

                  I ordered a samsung phone and 1 blazer. On saturday 28th sep 2019.
                  They have informed that they will deliver both the products on sunday. I was so happy, because i wanted to gift that phone to my sister on her birthday which was on sunday. But your so-called amazon facility ruined the entire my plan and the moment. Your delivery guy didn't call me neither came on my doorstep to deliver that phone. Because i was at home all day. And suddenly i got a text that the guy attempted the delivery. What nonsense. And got an auto call from the amazon regarding the same and she stated that the next delivery attempt will be done in next 24 to 48 hrs. So pathetic

                  You guys have no business ethics. Worse customer service. I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum. Regarding the same. You lied to us, fake commitment, false advertisement. Etc

                        I am student of law and i did place an order of book named up judicial services with order id[protected]. I placed an order on 8 sept and the expected delivery date was 28 sept which itself is very long waiting time for a student who is preparing for civils exam.
                        In between approx on 17 sept i send a request toseller mk books to deliver the product little early if possible. I couldn’t received any reply. Later, i tried contacting amazon but it wasn’t possible because tracking shift was available.
                        As per amazon i wouldn’t received any notification neither any updates regarding my book (But when it comes to any payment or any transaction i m notified all time).
                        Coming on to book after waiting religiously for 20 long precious days. Yesterday 29 sept i reported this to customer care at amazon she contacted seller and noted that due to weekend they will be sending it within 24 hrs. I requested her to please send notification and try getting it delivered on sunday. She said she ll be trying as it is something very important.
                        Today, 30 sept after waiting long i contacted amazon myself to get notified as amazon hasn’t done it. So i called customer care who said to wait for 48 hrs. I was shocked they aren’t taking my order seriously.
                        Later he gave sellers contact no. When i asked her she said the product was there but now it has got over. She asked if i had contacted through mail and said-“ ma’am this is big mistake of our mail department”
                        I was shocked how attentively she is informing me. Later she said that they ll wait for one day and then inform whether i ll be getting it or not.
                        Basically for them my time my wait and waste of time of more than 1 month means nothing to them. I am student and i know the importance of that book. They have solely wasted my 28 precious days awaiting for that book. Now they r saying of delivering it by tomorrow. They are not understanding the gravity of seriousness and importance of time which i have spend to get that book.
                        I want forum to take action against it: this is seriously a big loss for student’s precious time.

                          The product is shown with gst prizes and i have uploaded my gst. Inspite of paying gst for the product i don't see gst invoice available with my order.

                          This is complete cheating by the seller - appario business (Shown as sold by on your portal).

                            Today morning i was delivered a parcel which costs rs379. So i gave the delivery man rs500. He failed to produce change but returned the money + gave the parcel to me saying nothing. After like 2-3 hrs he called me again and said that he has canceled the order without my knowledge. So i told him that i've already opened it but he cud either take the money or the parcel back today. He said he'd come tomorrow but i said that i won't be at home so he could come today. Then he started behaving very rudely and in an unduely bad manner.

                              Self ordered through amazon online for washing machine (Whirpool 7kgs fully automatic front loading washing machine fresh care 7110, inbuilt heater / b077ysj7r8/ by paying an amount of rs 24, 990 incl tax on 05.09.2019.

                              However delivered the machine on 15.09.2019. While opening the washing machine for fitting, it was seen that washing machine was damaged. Immediately replied on 25.09.2019.

                              Hence it is requested to take away the damaged machine and redeliver suitable washing machine or return the amount.

                                        Hello my name is subhadipto pal. And like other people's i also shop online from either flipkart or amazon. But this time amazon cheated on me. I have ordered a boult airbass truely wireless earpods from amazon and i got the product delivered in my shipping address but while taking the product i felt something was wrong and i also told the courier boy that it is a different product because as i show on youtube the packaging was not so small. And yes that only happened. I received the same product but packaging was different and i felt that some defect is there in the product and yes my guess was right i received a defective product and i immediately claimed a return and refund request and they accepted it and after my pickup is done it is being 6 days i have not received my refund back but it is being told that after pickup refund will be immediately initiated but it's not. And when i contacted and asked amazon about it they said me that they cannot help me in this case. I want my money back as soon as possible

                                        I have complaint about the refund and you people's have forwarded it and immediately the next day I got the mail and the amount also got reflected on my bank account
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
