Sir,
With reference to the subject sited above i had order a book order no: (#[protected] (Pin 1963)/ tracking id :[protected] which was dispatched on 6 september 2019. On 10 september i was not able to attend the call of delivery boy. I called many times after that nobody picked the the phone. On 11 september a call from delivery boy was not attend as i am at my working place. Again i called to customer care. With filling my 4 letter no pin. The delivery boy told me that he is on leave since monday. Some other delivery boy may be on his place. The problem is i m not able to contact. The delivery boy. Whenever i am calling through customer no by filling pin, it connects to deliver boy who is on leave. Kindly look into the matter as earliest as possible.

    I had so many complaint for regarding above order delivery 15 days over but product not received till time. Or not track & lost rs. 200 cashback offer in this process.

    Please take action for compensation policy in this regard for reputed organisation. Mr. Ashish executive reply 'i understand that you have received cash back on the order and you wants the same offer applied to the fresh order as this was not delivered. I am very sorry but there is no such option that we can give you some offer code which can be applied on the next order to avail the same cash back.

    This is not fare and totally fraud activities for cashback regarding.

        I had purchased one ray-ban full rim square mens spectacle frame, order placed on-21.04.2019. I paid rupees.7, 174.00. Order no - #[protected]. I received my item on-06.05.2019. But due to some problem i returned the above item on-09.05.2019. The seller received my parcel on-12.05.2019 as per my postal tracking number. I returned the parcel asper amazon return policy by india post to amazon seller gmr airport city, pin-500108 r. G. I airport s o, from - arjuna behera, at - medical campus, po - mohana, district - gajapati. State - odisha, pin-761015, india. But the seller cheating me. He has received their item with cheating my money. The seller not respond my repeated request since 4 month. So kindly help me for above this matter. Thanks.

          Order #[protected] placed on 4th sep reflects delivered to customer dt 7th sep. Amazon cust care notified on 8th sep about the erroneous update. So far have not received any update on package status nor received call from senior as requested
          Since this is 4th such instance in past 5 months i have rejected refund untill the cause and corrective action is known.
          Refund rejection also stems from fact that these products are brought at sp price on the sp. Date and refund does not help get them at. Same price again.

          So far have not received any updates on below points;
          1. Where is the package exactly and req. To deliver it in next 24 hrs since it shows delivered or confirm exactly when it will be delivered.
          2. Exact action initiated to resolve the recurring delivery issue since customer complaints have not yielded any resolution
          3. Compensate for the repeated challenges faced and time spent on issue resolution by customer

Because its the question of your companies image so a good company should nout use sellers who is diappointing customers your company is very good i like it but the seller you are providing i don't want him to deliver me because he has diappointed many customers.

                My name is Amar Verma and I had ordered Sennheiser CX 180 street II of RS.838 (Sennheiser CX 180 street II ) in Amazon on (28.08.2019) and after (30.08.2019) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 31.08.2019 on refund initiated)

                  I ordered a hard drive on amazon and now they delivered the case of the hard disk. Now after investigating they are saying that they have delivered the product. They are not ready to refund or replacement. After sending the mail mail many times they are saying you have too many missing complaints of our orders. This happened 2nd time with me. They are not sharing the right information. They are hiding their fault and they are jot doing their job properly. Nobody is helping me from the side of amazon. They are harassing me from 3 days, giving me mental torture. Order number is[protected]. Amazon said we cannot help you out. It is your lookout.

                  I forgot to give the information that the product is of 5298 rs. And now they are harassing me by saying we will delete your account. And after they delete my account i will jot have any proof of my order. Please do something before they delete my account. It is just a mental torture. They are not ready to reveal any information about their investigation. Please help me if you can. And i know only you can do something for me.

                  They are saying that i have given too many false complaints of missing product. I told them there are not too many complaints there are 2 such complaints. They are not ready to listen me. They are just giving the same reply that i have placed too many false complaints and now they are saying i can continue using amazon but still i did not have any information about what action they are taking about my refund. They are not ready to reveal the investigation results about what all they have investigated. I am continuosly emailing them from 2 days but still no reply. The customer care are saying we cannot help you its your lookout. No one from the side of amazon are ready to help. Please tell them to solve out or take serious action. I am just a student. I cannot file a case and fight with trained lawyers of Amazon.

                      I purchased a product on amazon on 30th August 2019 using my canara bank amazon UPI and i cancelled on another day on 31 August 2019 but the refund i was not received yet.
                      and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected].

                      I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                        I purchased headphones from Amazon online sites.Due to its bad quality i returned it on 1-sep-2019 after return amazon confirmed by mesaage that pickup received successfully and refund will be issued. But today is 10-sep-2019. till date i does, nt get any refund.
                        So i called amazon customer service they said that you refund is issued on 1-sep-2019 from their end check with your bank.they gave me a reference no. to concern with your bank.when i called to bank they said no money issued by amazon.please resolve the issue.

                          Amazon.in has rescheduled my laptop pickup on 11th of september though it had already been picked up by an amazon agent on 9th september at 7:30 am. The agent had all the important credentials, printed address proof. But i didn't get any msg after the pickup.45 minutes later i lodged a complain regarding the entire issue. They haven't got the package and my refund hasn't been initiated.. Plzz do something.

Excepted delivery date was 06-September-2019.Unfortunately they haven’t delivered the item yet. I have sent them communication mail several times, but have not received any favorable response from them.

                              Have ordered bean bag from amazon on june 18 it got delivered and due to busy schedule and i could not check 2 days back was filling beans i found bag was torn there is small hole.
                              I contacted seller he said to wait till monday evening and on monday evening he just given nasty reply saying he cant do anything
                              I asked what should i do with torn bag, he is asking me to buy new bag and fill in that and destroy old bag, do you guys think we dont know this.

                                I have ordered a product from amazon using amazon pay and it was shown that my product would be delivered within 4 or 5 days. I’ve been waiting for the product for more than 2 weeks and i still haven’t got my product. My order id is[protected] and its still showing shipped via amazon. I am very much disappointed about amazon and i wouldn’t recommend amazon to anyone ever again.

                                  I had ordered two products Ipad pro 11 inch 64GB WiFi Space grey and Apple pencil, Both of these were replacement products.

                                  After delivery was done, I found out that these products were damaged, I called customer care to tell about the problem, They scheduled a technical visit to ensure the same.

                                  After Technical visit was done, technician filled the report saying that these products were damaged at the time of delivery. Immediately I called customer care and they initiated the return pick up on 26th august. But the delivery agent cancelled the return pick-up.

                                  They have initiated the return pick-up so many times but everytime the delivery agent cancelled the pick up. The recent he cancelled the product was on 6th september.

                                  I dont know what else to do, They have put my account on hold. Kindly help.

                                    I have purchased Microtronik qualitech from amazon by making payment of 145 throug Punjab national bank in UPI. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they said to file pos. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with pnb customer care.but pnb customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility.

                                        I have ordered a product for which i should get a rs - 200/- cashback. But after the product delivered when i didn't get any cashback i contact the amazon care. Without solving my issue they just told me to wait for 5days...7days...10 days... Etc etc. Finally getting frustrated i just stop calling then repeatedly. I also contacted them on twitter and there they didn't solve my issue and just tell me to wait for more and more.
