I am writing this complaint against amazon who is cheating their customers. Because of diwali season, amazon has offered discount on multiple products. On 29th sep, i purchased amazon echo dot and wipro wifi enabled smart led bulb of rs1999/-. They mentioned on their app assured delivery on 3rd oct and on the same date it was showing as "out for delivery". However till date i haven't recieved a single call from their delivery partner about the order to get delivered. Without any call they mentioned on their website that "item has been rejected by customer". How can i reject the parcel when i never received a call?
Despite the fact i am the prime member of amazon but they do not care about their prime members as well. Till now i have called them n number of times but they never did a single call for follow up. Everytime when i call they are saying it will get delivered within 2-3 hours. Today morning i called them they said we apologies you would have to wait for 24 hours to get it delieved. What the rubbish... They are just lying and making fool of their customers. They said to wait for 24 hours.. What should i wait for.. Items are in transit and refund has been initiated by them. What should i wait for? For my money or waiting for them to make me fool again?
I don't want refund, i want the items which i ordered with the same price. I paid 1999/- earlier for both items but now echo dot is only showing as 2499/- and white led bulb is showing for 842/-... Why do i purchase of this much amount if i was getting the same on lower price.
I want the items back with same price, kindly help me with the same.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
