Refer my order #[protected] delsey carlit polyester 68 cm 4 wheels brushed silver medium hard suitcase for which i received a small size kurta shirt. I immediately complained to the amazon customer care who asked me to send images. I sent the quick images based on which the investigation team has superficially checked the wait on the tag and assumed that it was delivered. I contacted customer care again today and shared my grievance. I was asked to send detailed images again. I sent detailed images with the following message:
Please note; (1) also on the tag the weight is shown as 4.54 kgs, and mentioned luggage, it was packed in a small cover that can contain only the shirt. Hence i am sending it along with the images of the cover and the shirt.
(2) i didn't break the tag so that it is clear that it is the same cover in which it was sent.
(3) the wrong product sent is short kurta. 38 cms, 1n, blue, indus route kurta, article number:[protected].
(4) it is logical to understand that in such a short cover a big suitcase cannot be sent. So it is evident that only the shirt was sent.
Hence, i request you to re look at the mistake that had happened at your end. It is clear that the suitcase tag was wrongly fitted on the shirt cover and sent to me. Please send the correct suitcase at the earliest.
