I was charged 127.63 on my discover card on sept 3 2019. #kdjaiqdjpmv. I do not know what this is and did not order it. Please remove charge. I have also contacted my credit card company. I do not know what the charge is for. I have not ordered any merchandise from amazon since march 2019. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.

    I have ordered a book from amazon india on 24th august 2019 and it was cancelled by them on 29th august 2019. I didn't receive my refund amount of rupees 509.
    I have called in amazon several times for inquiry but they said that they have refunded the amount and it is the problem in bank due to linkage failure and asked me to fill this form for getting my refund.
    Please try to refund my amount as soon as possible.

      I order a trouser from amazon. When i receive it i see packet filled with paper. I contact amazon customer service and tell him about my problem. They initiate my refund at 29/07/2019. They say amount credid in my account at 05/08/2019. But amount not receive in my account. They give me refund reference number: #[protected]. I contact bank but no solution. I also file charge dispute but no solution. Sbi customer service say there is no any method to locate money with help of reference number. My order id is #[protected]. When after some time i place order on amazon they block my account. Please give my refund. My register email is on amazon is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].

        Refund of rs. 514/- has been made by amazon on 23rd of august 2019 regarding a product wox i7 headphone twins (Order number is #402-[protected]
        "the reference number of the refund is ref 143658
        But, the refund has not been received yet.
        Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
        I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

          I ordered a product from amazon and it says it delivered and i in person received the product which was all fake. I don’t know to whom it was delivered or wether it was delivered at all or not. I haven’t received the delivery boy details and updates. They simply say that they can’t help with this any more. What if this repeat with an most expensive product

            I had ordered harman industries ultimate 8 exhaust fans @999rs. 3 such amounting to a total of 2997rs as per order no.[protected]. I received my order on 25/09/2019 by your agent whereby i made payment of 2997rs by a gift card. I found only 1 item instead of 3 and that too it was wrong item. On raising a complaint to amazon i was told to share my bank account details... As i was not comfortable with sharing my bank ac details i told the amazon executive so.. For which instead of trying to help got a very rude reply.. As it was a recorded conversation on 25th september around 12pm you can verify the same. I do not want a refund i just want to return the wrong item and get the items which i asked for. Is that too much to ask for? Please provide a amicable solution so that i retain my faith on amazon and have a long lasting relationship with amazon.

              I brought "fire tv stick with all-new alexa voice remote | streaming media player" on 24th april 2019. But after a few days alexa's voice stopped working, i called customer care and they replace fire stick only (For this i called twice to the customer care).
              But my problem not solved.
              I call to customer care, asked to replace with the new device instead of the fire stick. (Fire stick replacement is done but no use). They said we can not replace that but we will pick the device and refund the money, you can buy it back.
              From that time i keep calling to customer care but nobody coming to pick the device and refund the money.
              Till now i called around 5 to 6 times to your customer care. Nothing is helped

              Are you expecting, i have to go to consumer forum for this?

                      It is hereby submitted that one online prepaid order bearing no.[protected] of Rs.1158/- (Rs.299.50 X 4) was made from Amazon.in on 06.06.2019 and the same was cancelled. Refund was initiated from Amazon.in on 17.06.2019 with Refund Reference No. 670499. Amounts of Rs.(299.50 x 3) have been credited in the source SB A/c. of SBI except an amount of Rs.299.50. Many communications as well as telephonic conversation have been made with the Amazon Customer Service Centre and Amazon's Chat Helper but my refundable amount has not received from your end. Even, as per advice of customer Service Centre, various Sections of SBI along with own Branch have been communicated but no fruitful result comes out.

                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that the above-mentioned amount of Rs.299.50 may be credited in my source account.

                        Dear Sir - At the time of delivery of the defected item of the above mentioned order, I want to return the item, the delivery man refused to return the same as this is the online system when i request him to return the item, he use to some misappropriate words i.e. i am a new online customer, does not know the system of online marketing and many others and after talk to his supervisor, he return the same Pl. take necessary action against him so that no further complaint has been registered.

                        I transferred Rs.460 from my Amazon pay account and it shows successfully but it not transaction successfully .Again and again I face this problem. Plz immediately solve this problem.

                          Respected sir

                          Basically i ordered samsung mobile phone from with respect to order no :[protected] order placed on 18th spet 2019.
                          I have paid 77000+ to amazon which is mobile cost and on exchange given my old phone (Samsung j7) as well.
                          The product was delivered on 21st sept 2019. The issue is they have delivered wrong product i ordered samsung note10+ which cost 79999 indian rupees but they have delivered wrong mobile samsung a30 which cost around 15500 indian rupees. On raising the compile on issue they are not even responding and saying delivered intact delivered intact.

                            Last 20.9.19 i have brought mi a3 i have spend the money for it, last expected was mentioned that is 25th of this month i will get it, but as it is amazon prospect next day it will delivered the same. Last few days to asoff now i am writing this mail i was seen order is on preparing mode is on order option wise. I was yet to gift this phone to my wife, last day wise 25.9.2019 i have seen order will be on my hand., mentioned is on amazon side., last 12:30am i have seen my order got cancelled how does it possible it cancelled automatically. As it is i haven't cancelled my order the same. As it my money haven't received and refund back.

                            Last 20.9.2019 i have talked with more than 40 customer service teams they mentioned is on chat, calls that my account is hold, how does it possible my account is on hold without my prior information as it is i haven't given any request of it, i haven't given fake, false order of it., i am not a cheater, fraudulent activity i wasn't done with amazon, they are mentioned that account specialist team they have done the same. How does they done this things i am user amazon more than 8 years, without any prior documents and notice of it how dare they have done this things., i haven't taken any credit, legal liabilities with amazon itself., like as bank overdraft, credit card of where they are doing and making customer account of overdraft, credit card blocked any times and withdrawal the facilities. As it is from month april 2019 i was made kyc verification, amazon team one of executive got collected documents from home with sign copy., i have given aadhar, voter id and pan id also that guy also verified the details and see my home address is that true or wrong.

                            For frequently i am getting mails, sms that after getting money got deducted from account my order got cancelled, got mails from accounts team please provide address details, billing details in correct as it is i have done the same more 45mails i have given, they want bank statement also where i am making the payment of it, bank registered mobile no. Also, what and how makes this customer secret documents they are asking for to take it further. How long times i need to share my basic details with address with help of bank verified address details. Why don't you thing that its criminal offence, customer care executive told me sir please wait our team will reply you 24hours, when would be 24 hours would have come, please tell me...

                            Is that jocking with customer and making customer fool, i am not even fraud star, cheater, neither terririst what makes this things got happend.

                            Today at 8:30pm onwards i would like to brought vivo z1 pro, i have make the payment of it down payment got deducted from my account still asoff now money haven't got refund, but when i have make transactions of it money got deducted while i am asking for my money refund back they telling me please wait for 24 hours, account specialist team will respond back we don't have any access of it. Is that jock why they aren't sending details, why they are not talking with customer is they are secret specialist agent who will verify customer account details, bank details, address details, bank statement wise details., is the customer is fraud or some of cheater or terrorist or not.

                            Still asoff now my money got deducted, i dont understand why and how it's got happend. If my account is hold or blocked how does it possible account transaction is happening., how does it possible money got debited from account, don't you thing that way of making customers fool. Customer service team told me please provide details we will send account specialist team they will verify then send me mail or call back still havent got any calls. As it is i have provided bank details statements which they want from of where i am making transactions of it of where i am making transactions card number with it.

                            Why they are asking for it why don't like send mail, why they don't like contact customer as it is me also being as customer of where i am facing this issues such 5 months as discussed above i have done kyc verification amazon team of where i have given kyc documents for processing of verification needs to be done.

                            If amazon team account specialist team is not a fake, after having customer details why they are not like to verify and make investigation with nearest police station, bank statement wise name given banks of where customer actually given same as it is i have done, how they like to verify and make this happen customer is giving false information, keep account is on hold, transactions got happend with blocked and hold account how does it possible. How does it possible with hold or blocked account wise transactions got happend as it is if it's hold after taken customer money why it's delay to refund or repay back., same as discussed with me also got happend. Make this things is serious issues which is not needs to be done.

                            Still as off now i haven't got my money refund back as it is discussed above mia3 which i have shown last 12am it's will delivered within 25 the of this month 2019, then got cancelled., how does it possible, after make the payment, i havent done cancelled request.

                            Its shown is on order page last 12am 2019 24th of this month while i have got sms that got cancelled it's automatically got deleted from my account i haven't details any where from amazon also, haven't got any mails.

                            As it is i have shared i am customer, account details of mine, same addess details which is shown is mine home location is mine i am authorized it bank statement wise, account details wise same as it is please check my previous order details of where i have brought products and which addresses i have got it you will find out details of mine address same as it is i am verified the same.

                            Don't you thing that its fradulent activity going on needs to be rectify, where is rectify only taking customer details and then stop it.

                            Same as it i would like to say, details of address which i have given is on mails it's true and real, which have already mentioned side of amazon it's true and real, same as it is i have mentioned is on amazon side of where i am getting the mails after wards no response, how they like to verify details.

                            Does amazon gone through with any cheater, fraud activity of any where of over their thats why they are doing this bad things with genuin customers...

                            After having 4 different calls still asoff now from 8:30pm to 1:48am asoff now at 24.9.2019 still now money haven't refund back. Customer care executives told to whom i have talk with is on phone, chat with it they responded that they haven't any access with my account but one poplink is opening only to take the details of customers,, then provide it account specialist team.

                            But seen details also customer how and how much they have paid for the products wise and amount wise, woooww... Just check and clarify it and then i am asking for money refund told me not possible please wait for 5 days to refund back., woooww or 2-5hours. Nice... How and what makes this things needs to be happend. They don't have any options to make refund back within immediately effect.

                            While i have talked with chat with customers every customers service team individual chat wise, after having chat whole details got deleted...

                            Just thing it, please do it.

                            Please note of it... Please refund back what i have spend it for, don't try to make customer angry of what i am being now, don't make customer fool and fake of what i am now. Its a not good big reputation will be lost it will gone through.

                              If amazon team account specialist team is not a fake, after having customer details why they are not like to verify and make investigation with nearest police station, bank statement wise name given banks of where customer actually given same as it is i have done, how they like to verify and make this happen customer is giving false information, keep account is on hold, transactions got happend with blocked and hold account how does it possible. How does it possible with hold or blocked account wise transactions got happend as it is if it's hold after taken customer money why it's delay to refund or repay back., same as discussed with me also got happend. Make this things is serious issues which is not needs to be done.

                              Still as off now i haven't got my money refund back as it is discussed above mia3 which i have shown last 12am it's will delivered within 25 the of this month 2019, then got cancelled., how does it possible, after make the payment, i havent done cancelled request.

                              Its shown is on order page last 12am 2019 24th of this month while i have got sms that got cancelled it's automatically got deleted from my account i haven't details any where from amazon also, haven't got any mails.

                              As it is i have shared i am customer, account details of mine, same addess details which is shown is mine home location is mine i am authorized it bank statement wise, account details wise same as it is please check my previous order details of where i have brought products and which addresses i have got it you will find out details of mine address same as it is i am verified the same.

                              Don't you thing that its fradulent activity going on needs to be rectify, where is rectify only taking customer details and then stop it.

                              Same as it i would like to say, details of address which i have given is on mails it's true and real, which have already mentioned side of amazon it's true and real, same as it is i have mentioned is on amazon side of where i am getting the mails after wards no response, how they like to verify details.

                              Does amazon gone through with any cheater, fraud activity of any where of over their thats why they are doing this bad things with genuin customers...

                              After having 4 different calls still asoff now from 8:30pm to 1:48am asoff now at 24.9.2019 still now money haven't refund back. Customer care executives told to whom i have talk with is on phone, chat with it they responded that they haven't any access with my account but one poplink is opening only to take the details of customers,, then provide it account specialist team.

                              But seen details also customer how and how much they have paid for the products wise and amount wise, woooww... Just check and clarify it and then i am asking for money refund told me not possible please wait for 5 days to refund back., woooww or 2-5hours. Nice... How and what makes this things needs to be happend. They don't have any options to make refund back within immediately effect.

                              While i have talked with chat with customers every customers service team individual chat wise, after having chat whole details got deleted...

                              Just thing it, please do it.

                              Please note of it... Please refund back what i have spend it for, don't try to make customer angry of what i am being now, don't make customer fool and fake of what i am now. Its a not good big reputation will be lost it will gone through.

                                I am very sorry to say that amazon has lost all its standard in india market.
                                Despite trying everything, i cannot get my parcel which was a replacement o[censored]nder warranty remote of amazon fire stick.

                                The major concerns which i would like to highlight as a customer are:
                                1. Amazon used india post (Govt. Organization) and not a standardized courier service
                                2. Amazon claims they have attempted to deliver this 2-3 times and since they could not reach us they returned back to amazon office now that order stands cancelled
                                3. We have not received a single call from india post delivery boy or amazon representative regarding facilitating the delivery.
                                4. Now i have been directed by the customer care representative that now i have to order this remote and i cannot have it as replacement under warranty.
                                5. Amazon has collected my old under warranty product on the pretext of giving me replacement and now the order stands cancelled on account o[censored]nable to reach me for delivery.

                                Should i conclude that since it was a replacement, amazon did not took interest to deliver this to me?? If this would have been a fresh product amazon would have put his efforts to deliver it.

                                Is the standard amazon gone so down??
                                Is there any customer centric approach left in amazon??

                                This is a straight case of customer cheating and i will ensure to take it to necessary forums, if i did not get a replacement to my under warranty product as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered a laptop (Hp pavilion gaming) using amazon.in.
                                      I wanted a gst invoice for that but my account was a personal account...
                                      Customer service told me to change my account to business account and so i did...
                                      Its clearly written that your all oast orders will be transferred to buiseness account...
                                      But after completing the transfer to a buiseness account customer service is saying that you will not get a gst invoice...
                                      I just want a gst invoice of my order...

                                        I purchased Prestige Stainless Steel Idli Plates of Rs.450, but later I just returned that product because of some issues was on 5th sep but still refund has not yet credited to my account. I called to Amazon customer service and they told that refund had been done and[protected] this is the reference.
                                        Amazon prime subscription amount $12.99 deducted from my credit card in 24 Jan 2019 as well as om 24 Feb 2019 but no prime service rendered to me please retuen the subscrpition
