On 29/09/2019. I order a product by amazon which show dilevry on 30 sept on delivery day the send me a msg that your order is cancel by you.. It is the most embarrassing movement for the whole company than i call customer care the said the don't have any idea about the issue call delivery agent. The delivery agent told ruduly that he not bring the order today

    I am student of law and i did place an order of book named up judicial services with order id[protected]. I placed an order on 8 sept and the expected delivery date was 28 sept which itself is very long waiting time for a student who is preparing for civils exam.
    In between approx on 17 sept i send a request toseller mk books to deliver the product little early if possible. I couldn’t received any reply. Later, i tried contacting amazon but it wasn’t possible because tracking shift was available.
    As per amazon i wouldn’t received any notification neither any updates regarding my book (But when it comes to any payment or any transaction i m notified all time).
    Coming on to book after waiting religiously for 20 long precious days. Yesterday 29 sept i reported this to customer care at amazon she contacted seller and noted that due to weekend they will be sending it within 24 hrs. I requested her to please send notification and try getting it delivered on sunday. She said she ll be trying as it is something very important.
    Today, 30 sept after waiting long i contacted amazon myself to get notified as amazon hasn’t done it. So i called customer care who said to wait for 48 hrs. I was shocked they aren’t taking my order seriously.
    Later he gave sellers contact no. When i asked her she said the product was there but now it has got over. She asked if i had contacted through mail and said-“ ma’am this is big mistake of our mail department”
    I was shocked how attentively she is informing me. Later she said that they ll wait for one day and then inform whether i ll be getting it or not.
    Basically for them my time my wait and waste of time of more than 1 month means nothing to them. I am student and i know the importance of that book. They have solely wasted my 28 precious days awaiting for that book. Now they r saying of delivering it by tomorrow. They are not understanding the gravity of seriousness and importance of time which i have spend to get that book.
    I want forum to take action against it: this is seriously a big loss for student’s precious time.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I have ordered mobile nokia 6.1+, on 29 september 2019 order#[protected].
      The product is shown with gst prizes and i have uploaded my gst. Inspite of paying gst for the product i don't see gst invoice available with my order.

      This is complete cheating by the seller - appario business (Shown as sold by on your portal).

      Can you pl. Take immidiate corrective action and send me the gst invoice, as otherwise i will have to go to consumer society and complaint against amazon.

        Today morning i was delivered a parcel which costs rs379. So i gave the delivery man rs500. He failed to produce change but returned the money + gave the parcel to me saying nothing. After like 2-3 hrs he called me again and said that he has canceled the order without my knowledge. So i told him that i've already opened it but he cud either take the money or the parcel back today. He said he'd come tomorrow but i said that i won't be at home so he could come today. Then he started behaving very rudely and in an unduely bad manner.

          Self ordered through amazon online for washing machine (Whirpool 7kgs fully automatic front loading washing machine fresh care 7110, inbuilt heater / b077ysj7r8/ by paying an amount of rs 24, 990 incl tax on 05.09.2019.
          Order no is[protected].

          However delivered the machine on 15.09.2019. While opening the washing machine for fitting, it was seen that washing machine was damaged. Immediately replied on 25.09.2019.

          Hence it is requested to take away the damaged machine and redeliver suitable washing machine or return the amount.

            Purchased taj epicure membership voucher from amazon on september 11th for 15930 and that is not accepted by taj, i have points worth 90000 in my existing taj membership and as i am unable to renew membership because of this issue i am loosing that. Amazon not resolving or refunding the amount. They said they are talking to taj team but taj denies that none from amazon contacted them

              I ordered iphone xr 128gb on saturday night date 28th september 2019 using emi as the payment option, i even got the confirmation call from the bank, payment was also initiated, in the application they even showed me that the order has been placed and delivery was to be on date 30th september 2019 but they cancelled my order for what i have no idea, please sir help me this.

                    Hello my name is subhadipto pal. And like other people's i also shop online from either flipkart or amazon. But this time amazon cheated on me. I have ordered a boult airbass truely wireless earpods from amazon and i got the product delivered in my shipping address but while taking the product i felt something was wrong and i also told the courier boy that it is a different product because as i show on youtube the packaging was not so small. And yes that only happened. I received the same product but packaging was different and i felt that some defect is there in the product and yes my guess was right i received a defective product and i immediately claimed a return and refund request and they accepted it and after my pickup is done it is being 6 days i have not received my refund back but it is being told that after pickup refund will be immediately initiated but it's not. And when i contacted and asked amazon about it they said me that they cannot help me in this case. I want my money back as soon as possible

                      Amazon had brilliantly designed their website that there is no link to log complaint to raise my refund/status. The link in our order status takes us a tour and finally diverts to the same refund status page, whereas we need to wait till the refund is made or the only option we ge is "cancel return request" this forces us to keep the same item without any refund or we won't get any refund. If amazon is that brilliant, we customers are ahead of them. We will show our brilliance.

                        I have faced this issue in many orders i have purchased like this from lighting deals and after that shocked to see that we getting less price in regular deals. After speaking to amazon also they are not bothering anything saying sorry or asking to forgive.

                        When they are really caring about there money why they are not bothering about any customers money.

                        Below one item is placed in amazon lighting deals 'elgi ultra perfect+ 2-litre wet grinder, white' on 28th september 2019, my order number is '[protected]'

                        Purchased above product when lighting deal price is 8199 rs, but after purchasing shocked by seen the regular price as 7999. Rs. So they are fooling the customers like this with lighting deals.

                        While i am writing this 72% of lighting deal is claimed even we are getting 200 rs less price for this product because we are trusting amazon lighting deal and buying, but they not not even caring us.

                        So please do not buy from amazon, especially from lighting deals.

                          I have transferred rs.10000 in my amazon pay balance. But the amazon is allowing to use my balance and kyc is not available in my city. Doorstep verification of amazon kyc is not available in kolhapur. Amazon is not availing yo use my money. They are telling that the account is locked. I want to use my money for buying. Otherwise transfer it to my bank account.

                            On 22nd september i made an order of 6 books (Please see my orders from my account) for which i received a message that 5 books will be delivered on 24th september and another one book will be delivered on 28th september. I have received a package on 24th september and the delivery boy sent me a message for online payment. I have made a payment of rs.2407/- which is for five books. The package i have received had only two books. I have called the customer care people and explained the issue, they made me to talk with some special team, they told me that it will be resolved in 5 days but later on there is no communication at all from amazon. I just need my money back or else deliver those books immediately.

                              I had a delivery today. The delivery agent had entered the premises but went off again without delivering us any product. I had although approved his entry to the apartment and immediately after 15 mints i received a message on delivery attempt. I tried calling the guy and got to know that he had delivered. Calling up customer care got no help as they are clueless. I need an immediate compensation on this and like to know the reason for the same.

                                I have placed my order on amazon on 28 feb 2019 and cancelled it on the same day. However my payment has not been refunded till date. I made that order through temporary login. And an amount of rs 3565 was deducted from my account. Everytime i try to call your customer care that say that amount has been refunded and everytime i approach my bank they tell me that there is no refund amount credited in your account. This is such a harassment and i would like to proceed with consumer forum if it will not be resolved. It's been more than 6 months now. I can give you my account details to confirm that no such refund has been made till now. I don't have the order i'd but i m sure you can track that from my name mobile no and account payment details.

                                    I am mithun prawin i had a amzon account which i was using it for past 2 years they are asking the card ending in 27 i did not used the card in that number but they are repeatedly sending me that "address verification failed"i was calling to amazon service center pas 2 weeks they to wait 24 hours all the time. I said tht some one is misusing that account.in my amazon account its automatically placing order and it is cancelling. This also i have reported to the amazon but also no response.

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordered an USPA shoe (order number:[protected] on 9th September 2019 and got a call from the delivery agent on 13th September 2019 13:41 hours from the number +[protected]. I was not available at the shipping address mentioned in the delivery and when I informed him I was not available at the location the delivery agent said he'd come back at 08:00 PM to deliver. Subsequently, the delivery executive marked the product as delivered at 13:59 hours.

                                        I called the same number again at 08:20 PM and the delivery agent said he'd come deliver in some time. After waiting for about two hours, I dialed the same number again at 22:21 hours and call was left to ring with no response.

                                        I tried again the next day 14th of September 13:30 hours and the call was re-directed to Amazon IVR stating that there is no product available to deliver. I immediately rang up the Amazon customer care to raise a case and the team requested 5 days for investigation. The investigation team completed their investigation and closed the case with the comments that the product was delivered. When I requested for proof of delivery, the amazon customer care is refusing to share such detail with me.

                                        I re-opened the case again asking the investigation team to reach me, as apparently, no one from Amazon contacted to hear my side of the story. The case has been closed again now with the same comment however the amazon team neither reached out to me nor did they share the proof of delivery.

                                        I'm absolutely gutted and shocked that such a big organization like Amazon has a very big loop hole in their delivery chain that they have no proof to track delivery. All the conversation with the delivery executive happened via Amazon number and just by listening to recorded conversation the team could have easily found the product was not delivered as mentioned.

                                        I'm flagging up this case in different avenues to highlight the issue with Amazon delivery. Hope posting in this forum will also help.
