I ordered fossil watch worth approx 11800/- but i recieved a blank box no watch in the box so i complaint immediately but they told me they cant do anything they delivered right packet just tell me one thing whats my fault in this i just need the watch... Because i spent money on that. Its reallly pathetic and first time i face this really a bad service

    I was order placed on 30 september, 2019-order number[protected].

    Today on[protected] morning i got sms that my order will be delivered today. I got one number to contact him. I suddenly contact him and request to order my product as early as possible. He also respond me to give early delivery of my product. But now since 15:23 pm he was unable to deliver my product. I am afraid now about tempering with my product. Even i was called him so many times. But he was giving me personal reasons for late delay. Kindly reply me with my order reference.

      My name is hemanth kumar k r and i had ordered a product of rs.1699/-potronics sound drum in amazon on 29/09/2019 & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 29/09/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but canara bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.         Amount not credited to my account even after complaining amazon about it
        Refund reference number-#[protected]
        Refunded date -30/9/2019
        Amount to be refunded-rs.949.00
        After several calls they are either complaining on the bank as not refunded the amount we have already refunded the amount, if i call the bank customer care no they are telling we have no access to the track the reference no and are asking me to go to the home branch, but the home branch people are telling that you should contact the customercare number. So no one is responding regarding this issue.
        Hence kindly see to it the issue gets resolved

            I had ordered a combo of amazon echo dot, wipro smart bulb & a fire tv stick from amazon during their great indian festival. I have received both echo dot and smart bulb in proper condition but not the fire tv stick. Amazon has said that according to their enquiry, the product has been delivered. At the time of delivery they did not take our signature or anything to verify the delivery.

              Hello,
              I had ordered an item from amazon of which i had paid via amazon upi and after cancellation i didn't get my refund back. And on the second part the customer care numbers which are provided by amazon.in are not accurate, you can't get any help regarding your refunds.
              They don't entertain the refunding customers. I tried contacting their helpline numbers and didn't get any help from them. Then i also visited thier chat section there too i didn't get any help. It tooked half and hour and there also no customer care executive attended my query.
              Seems like they just trying to fool innocent people by this policy they are looting people's fund. By not returning them back to the customers after the cancellation.

              All the above numbers are of no use. Only computerized activities were there. No manual executive talks there.

              It's a request to you that please help me in clearing my query regarding my refund of 999 inr.

              Same problem to me. I have paid the amount online and ordered things for Rs. 2053 vide Order No.[protected] on 9th August 2020 in Amazon.in. As per the Tracking ID[protected], the items reached Chennai on 17th August 2020 and left Chennai to Pondicherry ( my place) on 21st August 2020 at 2.00 A.M.. But Till 5th September, 2020 I did not received my package. I do not know what happened to my parcel after it had been left Chennai. i tried to report it to Amazon by different ways. But NO RESPONSE from Amazon. Then I returned my package and ask for refund. They say that money will be refunded after the receipt of package. I do no t know where is my package. Whether it had been lost on the way or The Amazon Company is now on the way of Looting customers's money by tricking like this. No response and NO CUSTOMER CARE now a days in Amazon. I do not know what happened to my money. Swollowed ????????

                I had placed an order for a philips trimmer (Id[protected]) which was to be delivered on 2nd october. Since the past 3 days, i have been taken for a joy ride by your delivery boys who don't pick up the calls. Thrice they claimed to have "attempted delivery" (Once even at 11.14pm, screen shot attached)
                After calling the customer helpline number over 10 times (Have all the call recordings) and messaging them constantly over the last 3 days (Check the message log) and also registering a complaint yesterday, i was told by the delivery agent today that " main busy hoon, kal karunga delivery". (Recording available). When i called customer service, i was told the parcel is being returned because i refused. Wth!
                Since the past three days, i am calling and messaging like an #. I am a surgeon and yet i remove time. I am travelling abroad for 20 days on monday which is why i needed the trimmer.
                1) why was a lied to that the delivery was attempted when no one came? (Multiple calls and messages from your end i have received apologising for the same)
                2) who the hell authorised to return the product? (Can't be me, since i am still writing this)
                3) if i have to reorder the prices have gone up. Will you guys pay me the difference?
                4) most importantly i have to travel on monday for which i needed the product. Had you guys said we are not capable of product delivery earlier, i could have bought the product from flipkart at the same price.
                Not only have you guys wasted my time and energy, you have treated me like # and made me feel like a beggar who has been given freebies.
                Is that how you treat customers? Your attitude towards your customers is pathetic. Do you take your customers for granted?
                I hope i get a solution to this failing which i'll have to go the legal for since you have cheated me, lied to me, wasted my time and energy and caused me mental agony.

                    I ordered pantry items. I got a message that the delivery is scheduled for today. I waited patiently but nobody cam and there was no communication from delivery agent either. The agent directly submitted report that the order is rejected by buyer. The order was cancelled. It was a prepaid order.
                    The next day when i opened amazon app i found the order cancelled because it was rejected by me on delivery. But the fact is that nobody came to my home and nobody called me for any thing related to this delivery.

                      I had ordered an i phone x r 128 gb on 28th september, the first day of great indian festival sale at a very attractive price. The delivery boy visited my house when i was not at home. I asked him to visit again to which he agreed. However, on the same day the order was cancelled. I contacted amazon customer care numerous times since then and at i was told that the delivery will be made again or wait for a day to get the issue resolved. Later the customer care started asking me reorder it at higher price. The amazon didn't allowed even a negetive feedback regai this incident. I have heard that the same thing has happened with several people.

                        I have ordered an item with orderid (Order #[protected] on sep 29th and it was showing as will be delivered by oct 4th but status was still showing as ordered only
                        I was continuosly following up with amazon customer care from past 3 three days and they assured that it will delivered on time as expected i. E., oct 4th
                        But today its showing as arriving 7 oct - 14 oct and later now its showing as oct 14th
                        As per amazon order status it should be delivered to me today (Oct 4th) but as of suddenly changing the status that too after 5 days of ordered date and that ordered from amazon prime is really frustrating

                          Purchased quick heal antivirus for 2 pcs on amazon and it showed delivery in 3 days.. On the evening of delivery i called up the delivery agent and asked him for time of delivery to which he said by 830.. I[censored] see the screenshot it shows item delivered but the item wasnt delivered at all. And yet the status shows delivered.. And signed by person when the delivery wasnt even made to the home.. I cant believe the guts they have to even put signed by the person whem the delivery wasmt made.. And whn i called up amazon they said the delivery guys scanned the wrong product and put delivered.. But if the scan was wrong how the hell do u put "signed by" when nobody with that name signed for it.. Absolutely absurd..

                            I have ordered apple xr 64 gb on 28th september, 2019 order #[protected]. But delivery boy said the order cannot scanned now and it can be damaged, delivery boy takes back the product with him. I get message that my refund has been initiated because damaged product. I want replacement of product rather then refund. Its not my fault if my product is damaged on the way. I just want replacement otherwise its loss for me, i pay for product not for refund.

                              But matter of sorrow is that on 4/10/2019 at 7 pm i received amazon delivery boy call by this no [protected]. He asked my exact location i explained him my location, he then told me that he would deliver at 8 pm but now i have not receive my consignment and on amazon site it is being shown, as a delivered one at 8.0 7 pm, tracking id:[protected].

                              Sir please address this issue and get me my consignment (Havells trimmer)

                                I order "becom usb 2.0 type a male to type a male cable (1.5m - 4.5 foot - 150cm) (Black)" it supposed to delivered today. It has been received nearest deliver hub on today morning 6 am and it was out of delivery at 6:58 am but the delivery agent didn't called and now the item has been showing as "item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller."the delivery agent not attempted to deliver item but it is returning to seller. It is shame to the amazon. I will not buy any product in amazon and same will inform to my friends.

                                    This has happened to me for the fourth time now... Despite being a prime member i am not receiving the products the next day for all the orders i make with a guaranteed delivery of next day...

                                    So i ordered the product on 3rd of oct with a guaranteed delivery of 4th but haven't received it. When contacted the customer support they said that it will be delivered by 10th...
                                    Now if i paid for the prime and they are not delivering in time should not they be penalized and i be compensated?

                                    The product did not get delivered on 4th and the tracking shows they attempted delivery, it's a blaten lie...and they also have the odacity to do this...what are my legal options?

                                      I have ordered two products from same id on 30.09.2019, and i have received one product, karcher vacuum cleaner on given time, and for philips product till date i am getting only delays and new dates only, and without any information and calls, all times customer care people are giving me new stories only, i want same product any how condition, always from customer care persons i am listinig new stories, some says coz of couriers services to your area, then how i get vacumm cleaner, i have not cancelled the order and i am going to file fir against amazon.
