refund not reflected in account

My name is parthiban and my account number is xxxxxxx8009
I ordered a product through amazon and the product was damaged so i returned that to amazon and asked for a refund so,
Amazon has initiated my refund amount rupees 339 on 28th july. To my account and gas generated this reference number[protected]
It's been 15 days still the amount is nt yet reflected plz make my refund as soon as possible...

Did a purchase from amazon.in on the 8th of august 2019 morning.

Suprisingly the same afternoon i got a message that the product has been dispatched

Today morning (9th august 2019) got a message that the product is out for delivery

11.45 am again received a message stating that the product has been delivered

A refund amount should have added to my bank account till 8th august after a failure transaction of 500/- on Amazon pay (through UPI) on[protected].But as it was through UPI the money amount should have returned to the corresponding bank account after the failure of transaction but unfortunately the SBI may have failed to update it on my account. unauthorized transaction

1.5 ton ac is delivered without accessory bag and remote

fake product delivered imei not verifying

I had been a prime member of #amazon last year i bought #xiaomi #redmi 5 for my grand father from amazon and now when i am trying to exchange it on #flipkart it says imei number doesn't match with make and model.
