You tube is not working on my above kodak tv smart tvi have contacted your customer care on phone on 19 sept & 23 sept 2019 but they are saying that the problem of new version is from you tube and they can not do anything at present. I have purchased it on 24 aug 2019 from amazon vide invoice no. Sdeg-88759 dt.24.08.2019.in less than one month the software is not being updated . This is rediculious. I am marking copy of this letter to amazon also, and request you to please update the software so that i can enjoy viewing 4k smart tv.     Dear sir/madam

    On 6th july 2019 some one hacked my email id n swiped my kotak mahindra card in amazon pay banglore of amount rs: 60, 000/ wich is huge amount for me.
    That frauder swiped in imi mobile hydrabad of 10, 000/ i immediately blocked the card & complaint about this fraud transaction in kotak bank.
    I got the email from amazon also for thanking me for ordering so i immediately revert back to amazon that i have not done any transaction & it is fraud so they bloked the order as they confirm with me n assured me that after verifications u will get your refund back...
    I m calling amazon after every alternate day n i m always been assured that it will take time so pls wait... Sir its already 2.5 months now.
    I m really frustrated & n since i belong to army family don't have much money to pay these frauder.
    Sending u my bank statement too so pls consider my request n hope u will solve the issue asap.

      Unauthorized charge on my account. Statement said purchase / amazon prime amzn.com/billwa auth #[protected]. I called amazon and talked to a man but apparently he did not understand. I need help in solving this matter as soon as possible.

      Please advise what the charge of $13.81 is for.

        Today 27th september 2019 my parcel come for delivery and that delivery boy called me up to tell that he is at my bangalow front door so i told him to wait but i was in the office working and was little late by 10 minutes but usually that boy calls me back and tells me sir i will come later that day but this time he didn't inform me. Cut to evening i received call from delivery agency saying if i wanted my delivery or not because there agent come to deliver but no one answered the call. Than he said delivery boy has complained about me "look at the guts he complains about me to his agency" that my house is a bangalow and i have dogs and i am never at house to receive my packages look at the records and ask any of your delivery boys i always ask them for if they want water and treat them well. This agency manager tells me the customer to do behave well i guess they like treated like doormats if people treat them well they confused i have the call recording of the calls and i am going to take it to the highest level possible by me this agency will learn how to behave and speak to customers

          Dear sir

          A refund of585 rupees was successfully processed on 14 sep. 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number[protected] but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              I m not getting information regarding my parcel. I have place the order on 22 sep 19 and it is to be delivered on 25 sep 19 but i m not getting any information.
              I m a regular customer of amazon and i think that i will reach soon. But it si not so.
              The parcel have been shipped but it was picked up by the company.
              Sorry that amazon is providing this type of service.. The regular customer will left.

                As i mentioned that, i have purchased "lifa multi electric mini 4 in 1 desktop functional household sewing machine for home" through amazon on 25th march 2019, my order #[protected], that not working condition properly from last two month. I am trying to amazon to conduct but i did not get. Even from past 3 days i asked amazon they telling to contact seller. If i sent mail to seller he is telling to contact amazon.

                Who is the proper responsible.? I have warranty for this.

                  I purchased one laptop (Acer aspire 3) amount of 28, 399. On 14th september from amazon, i paid rs10 as amazon pay and rest rs28, 389 of amount i payed using my canara bank debit card. And due to some reason i cancelled it. My order id is[protected]. As per there confirmation refund was issued on 14th september night and it should be reflected in my account under 5 days which end on 19th september but amount isn't credited in my account. I already talked to bank support and they told me until n unless amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account unless wait 45days : (How can i wait 45days it's not easy to stay without my savings money., amazon provide me three different reference number which is {rrn - 0io04naw0000k0fqmoby, refund reference # 106578, the authorization code refund reference number for the transaction is 30005492589257160192742.} and i already told this thing to bank but still same situation, i tried to call amazon india several times but every time they told me it's your bank. And bank told me there is nothing credited in my account even they can't find anything with this rrn. After that i call amazon they said they already issued on 14 september and repeating same things again and again, and canara bank also repeating same thing now i am fed up with amazon response so i am sending the proof of my account statement copy, some emails by amazon and my order summary, plz check the below attachment and help me as soon as possible.

                      Please refer my order[protected] for purchase of a mobile.in this deal i was provided one year screen protection plan from amazon promotion offer.

                      The mobile screen has got crack within one year and i approached lenovo service center for screen replacement many times.

                      One year is not completed and the plan is activated.

                      Service center informed that for the screen protection plan facility availment, i should approach amazon.

                      Kindly guide me the complete process to get the damaged screen replaced under the screen protection plan provided by you.

                      I am far old customer of yours and have done a large amount of deals with amazon. I hope i will still get proper support from your end and be satisfied as earlier.

                        I was charged 127.63 on my discover card on sept 3 2019. #kdjaiqdjpmv. I do not know what this is and did not order it. Please remove charge. I have also contacted my credit card company. I do not know what the charge is for. I have not ordered any merchandise from amazon since march 2019. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.

                          I have ordered a book from amazon india on 24th august 2019 and it was cancelled by them on 29th august 2019. I didn't receive my refund amount of rupees 509.
                          I have called in amazon several times for inquiry but they said that they have refunded the amount and it is the problem in bank due to linkage failure and asked me to fill this form for getting my refund.
                          Please try to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I order a trouser from amazon. When i receive it i see packet filled with paper. I contact amazon customer service and tell him about my problem. They initiate my refund at 29/07/2019. They say amount credid in my account at 05/08/2019. But amount not receive in my account. They give me refund reference number: #[protected]. I contact bank but no solution. I also file charge dispute but no solution. Sbi customer service say there is no any method to locate money with help of reference number. My order id is #[protected]. When after some time i place order on amazon they block my account. Please give my refund. My register email is on amazon is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].

                              Refund of rs. 514/- has been made by amazon on 23rd of august 2019 regarding a product wox i7 headphone twins (Order number is #402-[protected]
                              "the reference number of the refund is ref 143658
                              But, the refund has not been received yet.
                              Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                              I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

I don’t know to whom it was delivered or wether it was delivered at all or not. I haven’t received the delivery boy details and updates. They simply say that they can’t help with this any more.                                   I had ordered harman industries ultimate 8 exhaust fans @999rs. 3 such amounting to a total of 2997rs as per order no.[protected]. I received my order on 25/09/2019 by your agent whereby i made payment of 2997rs by a gift card. I found only 1 item instead of 3 and that too it was wrong item. On raising a complaint to amazon i was told to share my bank account details... As i was not comfortable with sharing my bank ac details i told the amazon executive so.. For which instead of trying to help got a very rude reply.. As it was a recorded conversation on 25th september around 12pm you can verify the same. I do not want a refund i just want to return the wrong item and get the items which i asked for. Is that too much to ask for? Please provide a amicable solution so that i retain my faith on amazon and have a long lasting relationship with amazon.

                                    I brought "fire tv stick with all-new alexa voice remote | streaming media player" on 24th april 2019. But after a few days alexa's voice stopped working, i called customer care and they replace fire stick only (For this i called twice to the customer care).
                                    But my problem not solved.
                                    I call to customer care, asked to replace with the new device instead of the fire stick. (Fire stick replacement is done but no use). They said we can not replace that but we will pick the device and refund the money, you can buy it back.
                                    From that time i keep calling to customer care but nobody coming to pick the device and refund the money.
                                    Till now i called around 5 to 6 times to your customer care. Nothing is helped

                                    Are you expecting, i have to go to consumer forum for this?

                                      I keep getting charged for amazon prime and i do not want it. I cancelled it months ago. I have not authorized these monthly charges. I cancelled one card and now it is appearing on another card i have used to make purchases with. Date charge occurred was 9/19/19
                                      Please refund this charge of $12.99 for amazon prime as i did not ok this charge.

                                        9/9/2019 Amazon Prime charge $13.09 refer# 4343 & 9/12/2019 Amazon Prime charge $13.09 refer#2200 . I do not know what this charge. Please discontinue Prime charge as I misunderstood what Amazon Prime was. I would like to know what those charges are for. Your attention to this matter would be appreciate.
