I ordered a product through amazon and the product was damaged so i returned that to amazon and asked for a refund so,
Amazon has initiated my refund amount rupees 339 on 28th july. To my account and gas generated this reference number[protected]
It's been 15 days still the amount is nt yet reflected plz make my refund as soon as possible...

Did a purchase from amazon.in on the 8th of august 2019 morning.

Suprisingly the same afternoon i got a message that the product has been dispatched

Today morning (9th august 2019) got a message that the product is out for delivery

11.45 am again received a message stating that the product has been delivered

Checked with my office reception and enquired if any parcel received from...

Note : i had raised a complaint yesterday but sadly that complaint was deleted :) thanks to the monopoly and the power of huge organizations, voices can be suppressed with money.

A refund amount should have added to my bank account till 8th august after a failure transaction of 500/- on Amazon pay (through UPI) on[protected].But as it was through UPI the money amount should have returned to the corresponding bank account after the failure of transaction but unfortunately the SBI may have failed to update it on my account. I purchased 5 items worth rupees 3666/- on 1/8/2019 from amazon india from my debit card.

On the same day from my debit card they have taken 37440/- on 1/8/2019 in my statement showing amazon mumbai.

I booked a voltas window ac 1.5ton 5star on 04/08/2019 through amazon, which was delivered on 07/08/2019, but accessory bag with remote and warranty papers is missing.
