Amazon not accepting to return the product. I have ordered Bladeless Fan Air Purify Round Shaped 10" Table Fan With Remote Color - Silver. on 23/May/2014 order no :[protected] The product i received is not working as expected. The speed of the fan is very slow. I have contacted the seller. Seller replied as "sir, we will contact you after contacting amazon". After that didnt get any reply from Seller. Filed A-Z Claim with Amazon on 1/Jun/2014. But They Rejected my claim. Please help me to return and get my money back.

    I had ordered a HTC desire 310 mobile phone from amazon.in and the delivery address was siliguri, west bengal. I had got a call from GATI courier Guy of Siliguri on around 17th or 18th regarding delivery to which I told him I am Not in the city and will return in 3 days so will collect after that.amazon does have this system of collection within 3 to 4 days . I exclusively told him not to sent back the product and keep it as I will collect it once I am back.Today morning that is 20th june I didnt receive the product yet but got a message from amazon that my product has been delivered and also its being displayed in the website as delivered THAT TOO WITH MY NAME AND ADDRESS. So to my shock I called the courier team to which he told that he handed over rather sold the product to someone else without asking me. MIND IT He sold a product billed in my name and address to someone else whom I dont know without my permission !! And now when I ask him that I need the product then hes asking me that shall he deliver me a Seal opened product !! Is this the way amazon treats its customers by selling seal opened products or delivering it to someone else !!! I need that order to be honoured anyhow and need the product seal packed at the same price at which it was ordered !! Order number[protected] I have attached the delivered status as being displayed in the website with my billing name and address but I actually havent received the product . Kindly request You to take this complaint on a high priority basis and get it solved at the earliest Thank You

So I dont want to take any further actions and want you to please forgive those involved. They have promised me to improve their services and not to commit such errors again .       I have purchased a fan from amazon with a warrenty of 1 year . After 1 month it stopped working . Now the seller from amazon is not answering and amazon people are not listening to the complaint.

      Dont know what to do.

        This is not a complaint. It is a question. Who is the vendor for a charge on my account dated 5/6/14. I beleive it was some bedspreads and I would like to connect with the company about more.           Order Number:[protected] I am purchased Nikon coolpix s9700 . its delivered last night. In the box all good expect camera pouch. Its size is not matching . So i cant safety my camera. I talk to amazon. But the told to return full set. How it possible to send full iteams for only of pouch. I told them to send me suitable pouch . But they told as its not possible. I get worst experience with amazon india. Why amazon cant send the little pouch for valuable customer ?

                Replacement / return of smart phone

Hence i want to replace or return this difective to amazone on same way (Cash on delivery basis). But amazone cannot accept this procedure. Amazone want to accept aster return this piece and then send cheque after 5-7 days and after receipt of cheque to deposit...

                I had ordered a remote door bell from AMAZON on 18 May through the Order #[protected]. The product was deliverred from Daksh-Exim New Delhi, When I received the parcel, I came to know it is damaged on and so I returned the product on 23/05/2014 through INDIA post tracking number ET[protected]IN, from the tracking records I came to know that the product was un claimed by the dealer and simply returned . When I contacted AMAZON, they were not responded to my queries and simply ignored . I am planning file a case against AMAZON in chennai court.

                I am humbly requesting everybody not to buy any product from AMAZON.IN for the below reasons

                a) Most of their associate dealer's are frauds
                b) They don't have their on delivery team and depending INDIA POST and INDIA Post is not sincere to their profession
                c) Returns is hectic like we need to generate all labels and return to the dealer by paying from our pockets
                b) Most of the case the dealer will to attempt the package and return back with out intimation, Mostly I will depend Flipkar, Jabong and Mantra for online purchasin, this is the first time I depend AMAZON and proved to be a fraud !!


                My humble request
                please keep away from AMAZON.IN

                  Hello, My name is Harshil Ajmera. Amazon.in Order #[protected] / resolution-in+[protected]@amazon.in Firstly thanking you for starting this wonderful service and ensuring justice is done to consumers. I had ordered a product from amazon on 5th May 2014 and last delivery date for the same was between 7th - 10th May. After I checked the shipping details and tracking I learnt that product had arrived in my city Mumbai from Bengaluru on 6th May. I called up amazon customer service on 7th May to inquire about the product and when it will be delivered and they confirmed that it will be delivered latest by 8th May. I called on 8th May and they apologized because product was not delivered and confirmed they have spoken to the shipping team and product will be delivered on 9th May latest and assured me. I again called on 10th May and spoke to the senior floor manager and he said it will be delivered today itself as he spoke to the shipping team and confirmed that by end of the product will be delivered. That too didn't happen eventually. So on 11th May after talking to the manager I got the product. Thrice I was misguided and false commitments were made. Also it exceeded the shipping last date of 10th May. My major concern is that they did not acknowledge well about the whole issue and kept giving false promise. It was a battery for my phone which was extremely critical because I was without my phone for really long and worst part was that amazon kept committing that product will be delivered and I kept waiting with hope because I trusted amazon. I have faced several problems for relying on amazon and trusting them, had they not made the promise I could have ordered the product from some other store or got it from the nearest retail outlet, but i was kept in dark. What I learnt was that product was never out for shipping until 11th May which was 5+ days since it arrived in my city. I would like to address all the consumers that do not trust amazon and I have faced challenges for my previous order too where an A to Z claim was filed.

                    I have booked two items on 27/05/2014. Order No. is[protected] and the order was 'fulfilled by Amazon'. I have opted Guaranteed one day delivery and paid Rs. 99/- as shipping charge. Scheduled delivery date under the scheme was on 29/05/2014. But, they failed to deliver any of the item by 29/05/14.                         Hi, I have made a order[protected] with amazon and it has been redirected to a 3rd party seller. It has been 15 days since I have not received order. I had contacted customer service 2 times and A-to-Z Guarantee claim. The claim has been denied without concerning customer's demand and claim. As an customer I should only be facing Amazon for the stuffs I had ordered. I should not be wasting my time claiming from Amazon's third party seller or courier service for the same. The most shocking response was that it has been signed by someone Raju, when I should the person who should sign and it should be verified by Amazon. The problem is the outright rejection of A-to-Z Guarantee dept for the product. It made me feel like, I am duping Amazon for a petty stuff with a false claim.                             Hi All, Please do not buy anything from Amazon.in unless you are 100% of the amount you are going to pay for it. The Amazon like a silly cheater cheated me by not displaying "Total Bill Amount" and making me to pay Rs.50 extra. Here how it is, they display like "Order Sub-Total:", "4 items in your Cart" and "PART OF YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES FOR FREE DELIVERY". On a casual look it may seems like everything is okay. But in fact, whetever amount you see is NOT the one that you are going to pay and it is more than that. I got very much used to "FlipKart" and its transparent billing checkouts. With global high profile in e-commerce I did not expect these silly tricks from The Amazon. All I am telling is do not get carried away by brand and all.                               I recently bought an item from amzon.in. Status is showing that item has been delivered successfully. But I didn’t receive anything from them. Please be aware while doing online shopping. I recommend not to shop from amazon.in. You may find some item is low cost compared to other online shopping sites, but ultimately you will be on losing side. I have paid in advance. That was my mistake. I have given my office address. Without contacting me how they have delivered the item. Order no[protected] I tried to follow the order, they blamed Currier Company.

                                Order Number:[protected] Item is : Orpat OEL-7007 Emergency Light (Red) I paid Through Credit card for the mentioned Item on 29th April 2014 but till date item is neither packaged or Dispatched. Whenever I contacted with customer support they told they will look into the matter and want some 2-3 days but till date no response with no explanation for delay. When I bought that item, that item still in the stock. But I need that item in urgent basis.

                                  I have ordered a product from Amazon.in . My order number is[protected] . I paid Rs 99 extra to get the order delivered on the same day.I contacted two times to Amazon support to update my contact number and second time I was assured that they have updated the contact number but later in the afternoon I was informed that the order could not be delivered due to wrong shipping address and I need to contact the Amazon support regarding the same.When I contacted they informed me that the courier person tried to call me on the old number and they found it switch off. My concerned is why I was told by the support that my phone number was updated and later I came to know that it was not.I have paid extra money to get the product to be delivered the same day.Now they are saying that they will refund Rs 99 back to my account.But this is not the issue, the issue is why I was given wrong information and why after paying extra money I did not receive my order.

                                    I have ordered mobile from amazon on 27th april 2014 & opt for option fast delivery within 2 days, which promised delivery before 29th april 2014, i havent received product & got message from them saying product could not be delivered due to additional address requirement, so called amazon customer care, i received feedback from them on as incorrect address( as their courier agency couldn't locate address, practically it can not be case, as i am living in well known area, which can be easily located), after discussing with customer care on chat & call they agreed to deliver the product to me before 12 PM, 30th april 2014, but i have not received product yet, & now the thing is that their customer service centre are closed today due to elections in hyderabad, & i am trying to track status of my order, its still showing same status as it was yesterday, so it is clear that they have not put forward my issue, & now i am helpless, as i cant even talk with them, so i can call them tomarrow only, & they can say me reason tomorrow for not delivering product as "holiday in maharashtra for maharashtra day", so whats the use of providing fast delivery option by paying extra charges, so whats the use of false promises.
