I have been ordering cocojal for the past many months from amazon.in the last lot i ordered there were ghastly floatings in one of the bottles which was packed along with the other 5. I like to address my complaint against amazon india and product seller - bellakit for not delivering my product despite said timeline. I ordered my product from amazon india on 9/7/2019 and was expected to be delivered on 24/7/2019. Both of them neither updated any status of my delivery despite my complaints. Past 1 year experience i got worst service from amazon nearly 7 shipments were returned including the latest one. Poor response from customer care with no action after several follow ups.
