I ordered a jbl c300si on-ear dynamic wired headphones (Black) worth rs 999/- (Nine hunderd ninety nine) on 19th september 2019 and immediately cancelled it as i mentioned wrong delivery address for the order. I have not yet received the refund in my account however got the message on my number that refund has been made. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

    I did not give any permission to amazon to deduct any such amount from my account, and that so happened without any otp or pin. I did not make this transaction, and i want my money back immediately. This is totally unacceptable

    Pl. Revert back and give me the complain no and contect person for this complain

      I ordered a laptop (Hp pavilion gaming) using amazon.in.
      I wanted a gst invoice for that but my account was a personal account...
      Customer service told me to change my account to business account and so i did...
      Its clearly written that your all oast orders will be transferred to buiseness account...
      But after completing the transfer to a buiseness account customer service is saying that you will not get a gst invoice...
      I just want a gst invoice of my order...

        I purchased Prestige Stainless Steel Idli Plates of Rs.450, but later I just returned that product because of some issues was on 5th sep but still refund has not yet credited to my account. I called to Amazon customer service and they told that refund had been done and[protected] this is the reference.
        Amazon prime subscription amount $12.99 deducted from my credit card in 24 Jan 2019 as well as om 24 Feb 2019 but no prime service rendered to me please retuen the subscrpition

              I have ordered on amazon using my 40% cashback & flat 100 cashback coupons received while applied "newcust" code, but after applying code and ordered no cashback received of rs. 100, immediately initiate severe action on amazon and provide compensation of rs. 5000 in this regarding!

              As i have faced many several inconveniences after writing email to [protected]@amazon.in

              So cs and lead team have no knowledge and won't help to resolve issues just waste costumers valuable time!

And the amazon refunded process is 3 to 5 day working hours in back the amount in your account, and amazon refund the amount 20/9/2019. And today is 22/09/2019. So today i call amazon customer care and he tell me the process is done and the amount is transfer to my account but the bank is not refund my amount.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I purchased the above mentioned product on amazon website. It was clearly mentioned the in the website that "product will be in an unboxed or refurbished condition. Minimal or no signs of wear and tear." "amazon renewed is your trusted destination for open-box and refurbished products that are inspected and tested to work and look like new". But the product has unacceptable wear and tear and looks very old. I wanted to return the product immediately and got connected to the customer care person.in spite of explaining the issue, i was told that renewed product can only be returned if it has technical problem or different mode or different colour. I ordered this for my daughter and she is refusing to use this. I have paid good amount for this trusting amazon policy & now i am very upset with the same.

                    Hope you understand the sensitivity of the issue and take the product back and refund the amount.

                        A refund has been made by amazon on 2sep of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.                           I purchased a oneplus 7 on 11 aug from amazon.in by emi mode but now they are saying that i purchased it in full payment which is totally false. I got all msg on my phone but i exchange my old phone with new one and i did not keep msg backup. Now amazon is not ready to make my no cost emi and my credit card asks for full payment.
                          Amazon india did not accept mistake or may be the do it purposely to make extra profit.
                          I uninstalled amazon from my phone and never buy any thing from these cheaters

                          Note - please don't purchase any thing from amazon india in no cost emi scheme.

                            I have lodge complaint on 08/09/19 and your company representative mr. Samir so and so, mob. No.[protected] & [protected] & email id : [protected]@gmail.com. He assured to me total cheated amount refund to my bank a/c, then he collected both bank a/c (Andhra & hdfc bank)
                            No. Cvv no. Pin no. Necessary passward from me on 08/09/19;09/09/19 & 17/09/19. After that i saw my hdfc bank balance of rs. 2, 26, 350/- withdrawn
                            By he and also andhra bank balance of rs. 2, 04, 578/- withdrawn by he alongwith my fd amount of rs. 5, 000/- then he told me provide by process total money and after that process refunded total amount to my both bank a/c on 17/09/19 & effect within 24 hrs. But i have been seen no amount refunded my bank account till now and i communicated in every minute to him through his mob. Ph. & his email id but did not connected. I request immediate take action and refund my total personal both bank a/c balance as early as possible. I have enclosed my latest bank statement. Now my balance is nil.

                                I bought it on may and it was taken on 3rd june.After some weeks when I updated my passbook i saw that there was no amount refunded from amazon. I contacted to the amazon, but they told there was already refunded the amount.Again I look for it after a month but the same thing happened. Amazon Customer Service says they have refunded the amount and the Bank Customer Care service says that there is no such refund in my account.Where did my money went then?

Then he asked me to press keywords and during this period INR 24800 from my bank account has been transferred to AMAZON pay. I lodged a police complaint (no. 14A 20/2019) also.

                                  I request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis and get my money back. this is also to aware rest of your customers about kind of frauds happening.

                                      As per told me amzon that they provided me refund with return reference no. Of #[protected] and #[protected]on date of 2sept 19 and 13sept 2019 respectively. But unfortunately not credited in sbi account. I tried many times with bank as well as amazon. The bank need utr no to process but amazon is not providing the appropriate detail.
                                      Why you are not providing utr no. And i got mail from sbi upi that the amount of 287 rs which amazon sent me on 2nd sept have send again to amazon on 10th september.

Its been more than 20 days now amazon initiated the refund of 190 rupees to my bank account no - [protected] of bank of india, babupeth branch, chandrapur on 28/08/2019. But the amount is not reflected to my bank account till now.
