Hi, I have purchased online Sennheiser cx275 s universal mobile headset(Black) from Amazon India. My order number is[protected]. I made full payment but Amazon India did not delivered that product. They sent headset to me by ARAMAX Courier service. I have called several times both Amazon India and ARAMAX several time for deliver that product. But they always said your request is in process. I will deliver your product as soon as possible.. But now above 3 days has spent from estimated date of delivery. Amazon India and ARAMAX both company only take request and did not take any action how to deliver that product. I have mentally confused and disturb to call Amazon India and ARAMAX

    Hi, I selected two items of barbie doll, both of different type from Amazon.in (on12th December, UK time). During payment, I had selected 2-day gauranteed delivery and completed the payment. After payment was successful, I was shown that one of the orders will be delivered on 17th Dec and other between 20 -24 December from their partner Sams. I was shocked to see this kind of a dupe. Is it not a fraud? to shhow 2 day guaranteed delivery before payment and then something else. Are you guys not ashamed to do these kind of cheap tricks online? I have been an Amazon customer for a long time, while I was in US, now in UK. Is Amazon competing with Fraudsters ???         I have Purchased Online Laptop through seller Amazon India @ 190 as the Price of the Laptop is INR 23499 & they had offered Promotion of INR 23309 due to which the Total Amount payable was INR 190 only. But unfortunately they had Undelivered after dispatched and order confirmation which should be provided by them as per their Website Promotion Gosf Offers and lightning deals as it it their Fault. Requesting you to please take strict action against these companies which are troubling People by their fake promotions. Order no[protected] if you are unable to dispatch then give me same coupon of original price i.e. 23000/-.Damaged Occured :Amazon.in are posting wrong promotional offers and making fool to customer for its website promotion.           My order no . is[protected].Had ordered a laptop in a lightning deal .Got email/sms confirmation and have screenshots for order placed.Later the order was cancelled & removed from the order history without my approval. Have been following up with service desk for 2 days now & i get the same response that the supervisor is busy & a callback will be arranged asap.Dissapointed with the insensitive customer support, have no option but to opt for other modes to communicate my grievance's. While they have cancelled the order just by sending out an email to a single customer, The deal is still highlighted on various GSOF websites as a loot/lightening deal which is still misleading/fooling customers.

              I booked a laptop for 190rs in GOSF lightening deal from amazon. My order no is[protected]. They dispatched my order and confirmed via sms yesterday. The product reached hyderabad also (My delivery location is in Hyd) and all of a sudden they cancelled the order saying pricing error. The product was a amazon fulfilled order and they should take complete responsibility in delivering it to the customer. Amazon simply cannot put the trust sign of 'Fulfilled by Amazon' without fulfilling them. I feel they have no right to cancel a confirmed and dispatched order just before delivering it to the customer. They are blaming the vendor instead of taking the responsibility and vendor has already dispatched and amazon has stopped the delivery. Attached the evidences.

                I booked a laptop for 190rs in GOSF lightening deal from amazon. My order no is[protected]. They dispatched my order and confirmed via sms yesterday.                       Dear sir, I placed an order and get cancelled automatically, after placing an order i also contacted to customer care but they tell that your order is confirm and take long time to dispatch.I want this order any how. if you are unable to dispatch then give me same coupon of original price i.e. 23000/-.Damaged Occured :Amazon.in are posting wrong promotional offers and making fool to coustomer for its website promotion. Also they hold amount for 2-3 days.I debited 190 rs for Asus X450CA-WX214D 14-inch Laptop. They can say its a technical glitch, if its a technical glitch why did they sent a confirmation email, SMS. And after 4 hours or so of placing the order, they cancelled the order.                           My complaint is regarding ID :[protected] Its of 4 Shoppers stop GV. The estimated delivery date is 10-13th Dec. I wanted the delivery by 11th of Dec, as the function is today!! I contacted amazon on 8th, they said it will be delivered as urgent delivery. But now everytime I am calling to know the status, they are sending mail to seller, and seller is sending automated email. If it wasn't possible in 1st place they should have told me, I would have cancelled. What will I do with the vouchers post function day, i.e today!!! Its really disappointing. Other online shopping portals are far far better than amazon.

                            I Brought a Philips trimmer QT4005 from Amazon which guaranteed one year extended warranty on product after registration but when I tried to register on the Philips website there was no such product listed on website. I was cheated by the seller please help me out.

                              I have given the payment online to Amazon India but I have not received yet my order of Amazon India order no.[protected] ordered dated 27th November 2014. I had called your customer care and had sent email but till now there is no action from your end. As mentioned dtdc tracking no Z40000355 in your email, the tracking shows it was delivered to an unknown and wrong person Mr P Kubawat. How can this be possible where as my home delivery address is 12/3, Patel colony, Jamnagar. Seeking your prompt action to solve this issue on urgent basis.                                 I bought a Blackberry Passport Mobile Phone worth Rs. 49990 from Amazon.in through Online Purchase on 9th October 2014. Amazon has also offered Free Gift coupons of Rs. 5000 and free Jet Privilege miles worth 5000 along with the purchase. They mentioned that these gift will be given after 25-30 days of Purchase. After 30 days they did not honour their commitment. After repeated call they finally gave the coupon after 45 days on 23 November 2014. The free Jet Privilege miles are yet to be given though I have submitted details of Jet Privilege no along with purchase and subsequently too.This is causing mental agony, loss of business opportunities as these phone calls take lots of time. This also puts a question mark on large US retailer credibility and through this sullying the image of entire online e commerce companies. 1.                                   i had ordered one pigeon induction from amazon on 28 nonember 2014. on 2 nd december i have received a mesage saying my ordered will be delivered today. as there will be no one in my house i waited for the delivery. i was in my house for a whole day but there were no sign of their delivery. i contacted their customer care but they were not able to help me.because of this i wasted my whole day sitting in my house.

                                    I added book on last month (19-November-2014), still am not yet receive my product. they said " Entry restricted for courier at the delivery address. Please contact Amazon to provide additional delivery instructions". I dont know what is that problem in my address. Compare to Amazon flipkart is good, i used same address for flipkart, their delivery is perfect. AMAZON IS WASTE.

                                      R/S Above mention I purchase the camera of Samsung on 11/10/2014 but i this camera is not working properly so I send the camera on your address .You refund my money on my account .Which No is (Master Card ending with 7487)But this card account no is closed on 31/10/2014.                                         Hello, What a worst part is this from amazon.My amazon.in account with email id: [protected]@gmail.com was suddenly closed more than a month before without any valid reason and I have more than 20000 gift card balance in my amazon account. I mailed you many times everytime I get a mail stating we will get back to you within 3-4days with resolution but till now I didn't get any resolution.I have been a customer of amazon since its existence in india and bought many products till date. This is really very worst from amazon holding my gift card amount and earning interest and making business by playing with customers money. I need to buy many products but because you blocked my account I don't even have money to buy. If you people doesn't activate my account or refund the gift card amount to my bank account in 1-2 days I will raise a police complaint on Amazon.in for the same.
