I had ordered a product from Amazon.in. When the product got delivered, I did not like it and decided to return it. I thought that it will not be a problem since they advertise so much of their easy returns. But to my suprise, when I asked them to return the item, then they told me that a third party seller was involved in the transaction and that I will need to contact him for the return. I could not even imagine that such a big site which claims for easy buying and returns would have such complexities involved and they would drag the customers into it also. I did not end here, when I contacted the seller, he refused to return the item. Then I again contacted Amazon, and they asked me to raise some A-Z guarantee claim, which I did. After a while, they replied saying that the seller has agreed to provide refund but I'll have the myself ship the item! Now, look at their double standards. They advertise here and there that they provide 'pickups' for returns and here they tell me to 'ship' the item myslef, that to to a third party seller. I obviously denied. Why should I, as an individual, who is neither a retailer/seller take the responsibility of shipping such a huge item? There are other sites which arrange pickups within minutes. They still are struggling to arrange a pickup and I have'nt recived my refund.

    Dear Sir, i had order the mobile phone on amazon on 21.09.14 and the delivery date was 27.09.14 sir i had not receives the product till now, i had spoke with the executive als they also sad that the product will get delivered today but the product is not delivered.This is the worst service i am receiving from the amazon no proper response and no proper follow up with their team. please take the matter in serious and take the action as soon as possible. thanking you

    I have ordered one product through Amazon India on 13th OCt 2014.As per their promise date i was suppose to
    receive my product on 24th OCt 2014 but last 6 days i have been calling Amazon customer care they are only giving assurance saying it will reach same day.. I am fed up and frustrated and chitted by Amazon.. Pls suggest what shall i do?

    I ordered a "ihave ia[protected]mah powerbank" on 6th October 2014 worth Rs.799, ORDER #[protected]. I chose Cash On Delivery as payment option after repeated decline of payment via my debit card. In this process, my delivery address was incorrectly selected. On the same day I contacted their customer service regarding this asked them if delivery address could be changed. They assured me that they would change the address and it would be delivered at the new address. However on 9th October, the product was delivered to the old address and refused due to payment refused. I again contacted the customer service and they again said that they will get it fixed. But the next day, again same thing happened. I talked to customer service twice more and each time they said that they will get the product delivered but now it has been returned to Amazon's fulfillment center. And now they are refusing to deliver the product. Also, they sent me a gift card worth Rs. 464 saying the product was available for Rs. 1263 and they would compensate for the price differential. But when I tried to order it, the Cash On Delivery option was not available and my debit card(HSBC) was again refused although the same debit card(HSBC) works with every other online retailer. When I again tried to order the product it showed the price as Rs. 3999. When I contacted the customer service, they did not reply. This is complete fraud. First of all, if they couldn't get the product delivered at the new address, they should've told me straight away so that I could've made some other arrangements to receive the product but they kept on lying. Then they send me an offer to compensate for it, which I can't avail. I request strict action against this practice of duping the customers so that an example can be set against cheating the customers.

    After many discussions with Customer care they will only give an assurance to me, nobody able to contact the courier service even they are not able to provide me the courier number, this is very very bad.

    I ordered Yu Yurekha mobile phone on 6th May at Amazon website. My order no is[protected]. When i track my order it is showing that package could not be delivered contact amazon for next steps. The package held by courier on 15th May in Narasapur which is 25km far from my Penugoda village(Billing address). But, till now my package is not delivered.     I have ordered laptop Lenovo U41 worth Rs.50, 490 on 19th September 2015 [ORDER #[protected]] . I was supposed to receive it by 23rd September 2015 - 26th September 2015. The laptop did not come. I checked the status. It is stuck in transit in Delhi location . The courier service is Amazon Transportation Services [Tracking #:[protected]].

    After numerous calls after 26th September, Customer Services suggested me to raise A-to-Z Guaratee Claim on 29th Sep 2015.
    So far not refunded amount or laptop has come. The tracking update is stuck to same position.

    On 30th Sep 2015, I have received the mail from Amazon that they have contacted the seller and here is the claim status update - Claim Status: Thank you for providing us with the return tracking information. The seller will reimburse you directly. If you are do not receive an update within five working days, please contact us so that we may take further action. But the seller did not contact me. I am really frustrated. I have tried to contact seller and amazon customer services, Noone has refunded my money yet. It is very frustrating.

      Hi, I have purchased a Lenovo A536 (White) from Amazon on 15th October. I was notified that the order will be delivered on or before 27th October. It is 27th and I have neither received my order nor have I been intimated of the reason for delay or a revised date of delivery. When I checked the Aramex website, I found out that the consignment details are not valid and the tracking no.is invalid. I have no idea what is happening with amazon, for over 10 days now. Upon calling the Amazon Customer Service dept., I was told that my complaint has been escalated and that they cant assure the date of delivery. It has been over 2 days and I am yet to receive a call as promised. My order ID[protected] Kindly make sure that i receive a compensation on this order for their delay of product..           Amazon is making fun of customers, they first put products at unbeatable price and then accept the order and ship it, but when it is to be delivered they will take it back by telling sorry and refund the amount .. This happened to me in the case of Canon PIXMA MG 2570 Multi Function Inkjet Color Printer which was priced at rs.259 and shipping charges of rs.49 Order Placed: 29 September 2014 Amazon.in order number:[protected] in this case they have sent the tracking number [protected] also .. But when it was to be delivered on 2nd october they mentioned has customer adddress is not available and returned the product.. but i was available on my address and earlier also the same courier people had delivered the other product to me..             Hi Sir, I placed an order for a travel bag on online my order id is[protected] . i have paid the cash on delivery man full amount of the purchase after that i opened the product and caompared with the image displayed the product was entirely different, so i contacted the seller to refund my amount, they are not responding properly. So please take an immediate action and refund my amount.

              I purchased a Titan watch from Amazon.in (order no.[protected] on 10th Oct, received the product on 13th Oct and placed the return request on 14th Oct by calling on their customer support center.I was assured by the customer care executive that the product will be returned, and if the seller does not respond to you within 3 working days Amazon would be responsible for returning & refunding the product as per their A-z guarantee.I have called at their customer care number 5 times at every time I was told the same thing.Now they are giving lame excuses that the product(watch) is not eligible for return & product will only be returned if it is damaged whereas on their website it is clearly mentioned that watches are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.I want to mention again that the product is still unused and the return request was placed within 1 day of receiving the watch.They are just harassing people by changing their statements again and again

                I have buy three items from amazon.in and they have to deliver this as expected date but they not deliver yet its almost 15 days delayed. Below are more details about my orders: 1.                   I placed a pre-order for a book having release date of Oct 29, 2014. Order #[protected]. The item has not been released by Amazon India. After a recent harrowing experience with another item, I sent an email to customer care requesting cancellation of the said order. However customer care sent a reply as follows- "I'm sorry; I tried to cancel your order, but I couldn't because it's already been shipped" My simple question to Amazon is - How can an item that has not been released by you be shipped? Orders page displays Item Release date to be *Oct 29* and Dispatch date is *Oct 20*. Add insult to injury- Estimated Delivery Date is Oct 25- Both dispatch and delivery before the item is even released! If you dare contact Amazon's customer care associates thru phone, chat or email then pre-written general answers, being put on hold after every question and absolute ignorance of the issue being discussed is all that we get.

                    I had placed an order[protected] on Amazon on 1st of october and its been 23 days, I have not received my product and I was told by customer care executive named "Ajit K." that If I have not recieved the product by 15 october I will get my refund and they put my account on hold so that I could not even raise a refund complaint. they never told me why they put my account on hold and they asked me to send a fax copy of my debit card I sent the same 5 times and again they asked me to send the fax copy of my debit card's statement as according to them the information they needed it was not there on my billing statement but matter of fact It did had all the information like ( BILLING NAME, BILLING ADDRESS, BILLING CONTACT NUMBER) I do not know how many times do I need to fax them. I have been contacting amazon.com customer service since 6 days they keep on telling that an Account Specialist will contact you withing 24 hours as we are not able to help you out as your account is on hold, so this account specialist keep asking me to fax him my billing statement and I have been faxing him again and again, and again and again he's sending me a mail that "YOUR FAX DID NOT CONTAIN THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED, however it did had all the information and even today MY BANK HAS FAX ALL THE DETAILS LIKE NAME ADDRESS EMAIL ID CONTACT NUMBER FOR ACCOUNT VERIFICATION ALONG WITH DEBIT CARD BILLING STATEMENT I can send you the JPEG file if needed and again the ACCOUNT SPECIALIST sent a mail to me stating again "YOUR FAX DID NOT CONTAIN THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED" Its like they never care to even have a look at my fax and so ready to send me computerized mail! I'm not getting any solution of my problem and as it has been 18 days now I dont need the product I just need my money back! please help me out! as this is mentally torturing me I'm not able to concentrate on studies as my exams going on please help!

                      I placed an order on Oct 14, 2014 for Rs. 2395/- prepaid by debit card. Order no is[protected]. The order and payment was confirmed by Amazon and estimated delivery date was Oct 21, 2014. However, the order has still not been received and customer care is totally unhelpful, either blaming it on *festive season* and behaving as if they do not understand the issue. One customer care associate (Satish) even confirmed on amazon chat that it is technical issue and he can see that product is out for delivery. He gave written confirmation on chat that product is out for delivery and will surely be delivered by evening of Oct 22, 2014. Another custonmer care associate (Roly M) rudely said on phone chat that - You should have paid extra for one day delivery, now we are not responsible. I would like to remind Amazon again, that I have placed the order on *Oct 14* and estimated delivery date was Oct, 21. I had to buy another similar item from a local electronics store as it was a Diwali gift for a relative. The courier tracking details displays that product has left courier facility at Andheri-Mumbai on Oct 20, 2014. Delivery location is Borivali which is close by - 45-50 minutes away. Yet the order has not been delivered till today -Oct 23, 2014. Amazon customer care is neither delivering the order nor refunding the money. Neither can I return and claim refund because product has not been delivered. My money is stuck with Amazon and I don't even have the product. I request Consumer Complaints forum to provide suitable redressal for the issue. I also request other consumers to be alert and aware when placing orders with the said company in future. Regards, Kia

                        Ordered DSLR CAM on 13th oct. Delivery commitment of 21st oct. & now after 9 days the status is "Delivery on schedule by 27th Oct". I had ordered this product because of Diwali as i was getting before that. After talking to their representative nearly 3-4 times in 5 days I come to know that they cannot do anything and they are not answerable to any questions I ask them.

                          I ordered for Sony Cybershot On 12st October 2014 and I received a auto confirmation mail that the order will be delivered on 18th then date was pushed to 21th October, 2014. Again I visited the site I found that the estimated delivery date is 21th October, 2014 and no tracking information at all in between. But till date the order has not been delivered and now they are saying that the product will be delivered by 25th October and that to not sure. Whenever I call the customer care executives they alway apologize for the inconvenience and say that they will escalate the matter to higher authorities. But till today the order has not been delivered. Amazon put it on courier delivery company ARAMEX, ARAMEX puts it on AMAZON, Frustrated with the service, Ridiculous service experience by Amazon? This is not acceptable, I would not recommend shopping on Amazon as they don't care about hassles the customer goes through after paying money.

                            I ordered for Toshiba Canvio External Hard disk vide Order #[protected] on 01st October 2014 and I received a auto confirmation mail that the order will be delivered within 08th to 11th October, 2014. Again I visited the site I found that the estimated delivery date is 15th October, 2014. But till date the order has not been delivered. Whenever I chat with the customer care executives they alway apologize for the inconvenience and say that they will escalate the matter to higher authorities. But till today the order has not been delivered. And also surprisingly whenever I try the track the order shipping status on courier website it says the details of consignment is not found. What a horrible service from Amazon India.

But already the price of this product 2495 rupees cut my account .i asked for reason .customer care told me that seller price not set properly .                                 Amazon India: Item ordered : 10-oct-2014 Item dispatched : 11-oct-2014 Expected delivery by Bluedart: 13-oct-2014 Todays date: 21-oct-2014 Item status: Not received yet. Issue: Amazon put it on Seller, Seller put it on Bluedart, Bluedart never answers. Frustrated with the service, paid completely for my expensive camera, no money no product. What kind of business is this in India by Amazon???? This is not acceptable, Please don't buy the products in Amazon. Never again.

                                Ordered an item on 21-Oct. Expected delivery date: 28-Oct. Not received yet. Paid already. Standard replies with sorry/apologies/within 24-48 hours/within 3-4 busidness days etc., from the poor call center employees wont ensure amazon's success. Customers are irritated. Its own call center employees are bearing the brunt from irate customers because amazon is not capable of delivering promises. Does amazon care about quality of sellers or transportation agencies before tying up with them? Passing the bucks on them by amazon won't help. Amazon India has to respond to the plight of its customers. It cannot fool around any longer in India !! The story is same with all e-tailers. No capacity to deliver during peak load. Why do they commit delivery dates to customers? When wil lthe customers stop yielding to the false promises from these e-tailers?

                                The macbook air system shows a different serial number from what is in the invoice. this means that i could have problems with warranty.

                                  Ordered a Mobile handset online product (upfront payment also made) with details as follows : Order #[protected] Product : Micromax canvas Knight A350 Order was to be received on Oct 18, 2014 . then suddenly on the same day order tracking status shows up as 'addresee not found' though the sales person has never reached the address to which delivery has to be done . Wrote several emails to department spoke to manager, its very distressing that it has made no difference . Now the status shows up as 'product delivered', though, We have not received product. Repeated calls to customer care center leads to even more frustrating experience with them having no information, where the product went, who delivered it and now what should we expect ? it has been overall a very pathetic service that Amazon has offered to us and I would not recommend any one to pay upfront and buy products from them as there is no obligation from them that the product will reach you. Beware from such cheating and frustrating experience!!!

                                    I have ordered a Smart Phone and they said they will take maximum 6 days to deliver because of festive season and the order was not delivered even after 6 days and none of the Amazon people know where is the order . I am going to my home town for diwali and the order status no body knows when it will reach, i set a deadline after that day i will be not available in the city and they are ready to cancel the order. That is what amazon can do make me wait for 7 days and break the heart of other to whom is thougt of gifting the phone. Worst service by Amazon, if they cannot full fill the delivery why do they commit.Extremely Disappointed.A Post office service much faster then there service. Thanks/- Srinivas [protected]@gmail.com

                                      ridiculous delay with a blame on the festive season...they have an online track package system in place and it does display today as a delivery date and your customer service informs me that it is going to be delivered by a further 5 days later ..then why have a online tracking system in place? Also I have to call to be informed about the delay.Cancelled the product and the refund is going to take close to a month due to festive season...Clearly states not a well managed operations .Simply put take the Indian customers for a ride.

                                        Purchased the item on 10th Oct, Expected delivery date : 18th Saturday Product received at International tech park Bangalore on 15th Oct, as per Blue Dart expected delivery date 16th Oct..Today is 20th Oct, product still not received. Called Amazon on 18th Oct, they say there is a problem with the courier service, asked to wait till 20th Oct, called Amazon on 20th Oct, they say wait another 2 - 3 days..same story...After calling on 29th Oct suddenly the status changed in Blue Dart and Amazone website...now it says 'Delivery on Next Business Day'..Hopefully will receive the product... Lost the confidence on these guys..This is the status from Blue Dart..they are not available to answer... Decided not to buy anything from Amazon and spread the message to 100 other colleagues..
