My Mastercard was charged with purchases dated 5/22/12 and 5/23/12 both posted on 5/24/12 amounting to 78.21 USD and 72.81 USD respectively . Now , I haven't purchased anything from you so how come these charges ? How did my credit card number got to you ? Please look into this matter and hoping that this problem be corrected . Thanks .

      I want the account used to put in an "unauthorized" purchase. My granddaughters are doing some fast talking on who ordered what. I knew Tiffany Renee McClenny and Jamie Carla McClenny were ordering cell phones but I never authorized accessories purchases.

      ALSO:

      One was supposed to be $169.00 and/or the other "less than $200". This is the story I get. They are cornered now!
      I bought 2 cervical cancer bracelets here and i need to return them cause my girlfriend said they are both broke. so how do i do this. the amount came to 15.52. Kn Februarey 13th 2014. [protected]@yahoo.com

        Upon reviewing my monthly bank statement, I have several charges that were unauthorized. Specifically to
        *AMAZON MKTPLACE PM 03-31 AMZN.COM/BILL WA 0428 for $266.49,
        *AMAZON MKTPLACE PM 03-30 AMZN.COM/BILL WA 0428 for $15.86,
        *AMAZON MKTPLACE PM 03-30 AMZN.COM/BILL WA 0428 for $4.37, and
        *AMAZON MKTPLACE PM 03-30 AMZN.COM/BILL WA 0428 for $7.53.

        I have never bought or sold anything on AMAZON.COM!!.
        I have never been a member of AMAZON.COM!!.
        I don't own a cell phone or accessories for a cell phone!!
        This is charged to my bank debit card Visa account and I am requesting immediate reimbursement for the
        total charges in the amount of $294.25

            I have a charge on my Visa credit card for $69.48 from the above mentioned company. I have no idea what this charge is for especially since I rarely use this card for anything that costs over $10. I need for somone to contact me telling me what this charge is for and how I get it removed since I did not authorize whatever this purchase was. I use Amazon on a regular basis and am very disappointed that this is how they treat their customers by trying to sneak charges in to get extra money out of them.               Amazon Mktplace charged the amount of $ 35.86 to my Sears Master Card, on 02/11/12. I have not made any purchase of any kind through Amazon on any of my credit cards. What can I do to get a refund. If I don't get an answer in the next few days, I will file a purchase dispute with the credit card company. After reviewing other complaints about Amazon there is a real problem with them. Please answer asap. I am very concerned.

                I noticed (3) charges on my ATM Mastercard that I did not authorize in the amounts of ($7.71) on March 20, 2012, ($11.95) on March 19, 2012, and the 3rd charge was from AMAZON COM SEATTLE WA ($7.21) on March 19, 2012. Have had no way to contact the above company, so the bank needed to hot card my ATM card in order for the charges to stop. Please contact me in regard to how to handle this situation.

                    I recently had a charge of $98.78 on my American Express credit card from Amazon.com(amzn.com/bill-WA) on the date for 03-01-12. I did not purchase anything from Amazon.com. I think this is a fraudulent charge that was made to my American Express bill and I am very concerned. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you for your concern in this matter. If Amazon claims that I made a purchase, then they need to supply me with the details of what exactly that purchase was for.

                            Hello Sir, I am also working with M.Turk .com as an online home based worker of HITs from last 3 months. I enrolled my earnings on total of $89 in to Indian rupees. I have not received any cheques so far from last 6 weeks. when I mailed them about the cheques they replied that the cheques might have missed because the mailing address is more than 2 lines and guided me to change the address when in i was not able to understand where the ' Edit " button is on the Mturk. They didn't replied for my questions, nor they have intimated about the cheques.

                            Hello Kankesh,

                            I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your payment yet. This check was mailed out at the time the exchange rate email was sent to you, and may have been lost.

                            Before we can reissue your check, we'll need you to update the mailing address for your payment. Our issuing bank requires that the address on the check be limited to two lines of text. Additionally, each line must be less than 35 characters. The two line limitation refers to the address itself and does include the lines with the name, city, state and zip codes.

                            Once you update the address, sign back into your Mechanical Turk account, and you will be asked to confirm the address. Last, you'll need to resubmit your PAN, EPIC or passport information provided there is a balance of at least $4 on the account. If the balance is less than $4 you will not see the option to submit your ID and will need to complete HITs to increase the balance.

                              a charge was applied to my daughter's paypal student card and another is in process. Who are these people and are they really amazon? We bought nothing in a long time. How can they get away with this? On another forum the people said the charge was to see if the card was valid. On here people have been taken for a ride. If you know anything please let me know.

                                Ordered 6 bottles of Martha Stewart pump handsoap from Amazon.com on 11-17-11. Never did receive the merchandise, so tracked it down from UPS tracking. UPS said package was damaged in transit and the mechandise was discarded. UPS said they would notify the sender with details of the damage, and a damage claim was under investigation. It has now been 12 days since that notification. UPS said we would have to contact seller to learn of claim status. I have tried all possibilities through Amazon.com without success. Amazon does not provide any phone numbers for customer service. Meanwhile, our Discover card is still charged for $32.54 and we do not have the merchandise and have options to investigate further. When attempting to inquire about the order through Amazon.com, they asked for the original order number --- and upon providing it, the reply was that they have no record of any orders with that number or with my name.                                   I ordered the book Heaven is for Real on 10/14/11 it was deductd from my checking account on 10/14/2011 with the reference AMZN.COM/BILLWA us Trace #97069 (eff date 10/14/2011) First I ended up getting the wrong book I got the oe for Children then sent the book back with your labeling for returned on or about 10/10/28/2011 (cannoit find copy of return) and it was only to take 2-3 business days to receive the refund into my checking account and as of today this trace does not even show (I have a copy ofmy checking statement showing this) and then it never shows I ordered this book under any circumstances I am now out approximately 11 dollars Now What Lynn C Airheart email [protected]@yahoo.com

                                      I have found three charges on my debit card to the above company for $219 on October 11, $17 on October 7 and $1 on October 7 that were not made by me. I need to have someone contact me so that these charges can be removed from my card immediately.

                                      The three charges are for $294.21 on 10/12/11, $91.98 and $17.78 on 10/7/11 rather than the amounts previously noted on my original complaint. I would like to find out where the items ordered are being shipped so my bank can follow up on this.

                                      I had a similar thing happen to me with Amazon. I purchased 24 books from Amazon on my Discover card. Twenty-one of the books was correctly charged to my Discover card, and then somehow, Amazon charged $79.00 to a checking account that I keep only a minimal amount of money in strictly for cashing checks. Of course, I not only got the overdraft notice, but also got an overdraft charge of $35.00, plus $5.00 extra charge. I simply cannot find a telephone number to attempt and get this resolved. Anyone have any numbers that I can contact. I like dealing with Amazon, but when there is a mix-up, it is really difficult to even find an email address where such problems can be resolved.

                                        Checking debit through my bank

                                        I see an unauthorized debit on 8/24/2011 on my checking account in the amount of $59.00. My bank was unable to help to identify the exact reason for the debit, but recommended I go to the website AMZ.COM/BILL WA, which led me to this site where numerous people have reported unauthorized debits from the same company! Please help!...
