    I have made an order of Lexar 16 GB micros card on 4th Nov'14.Order No:[protected]. I have been upadated that the package will be delivered between 7th Nov'14 to 11th Nov'14.On 7th Nov'14 ATS representative came to my address but he did not brought the material and he committed that he deliver the same by next day. From then to till date I have not received the material which I have paid. I have received SMS on 07.11.14 at 20.46 hrs mentioning that "Delivery attempted and addressee not available." I am calling every alternate day to customer care representative / supervisor and every time I have been updated that the same will be delivered with 24 hrs but nothing is happened. I understood that the product is not going to be delivered and I asked for refund, even for that there is no action taken but every time the CS representative conforms that the same will be initiated immediately. I have called once again on 26.11.14 and checked the answer was same. On request the call was transferred to supervisor and he committed that he has taken up this issue with ATS and the material will be delivered before 8.00 PM.otherwise my account will be credited with equal amount of points for the money I have paid and the same can be used for my future purchases. But even then it was not delivered and there were no points credited in my account. On 28.11.14 when I called CS they said that once again that they have taken up with ATS and it will be delivered soon. I do not understand what type of tracking amazon has and all the calls were recorded for quality and improvement purposes, did any body really monitoring all these or it is just formality.I felt very bad, I have chosen a wrong online shopping option. Once again today when I have called and asked for the refund and I have been informed that the material has to reach the seller then only the refund can be done. I am really does not understood why should I suffer after paying the full amount and waited for more than 25 days and wait further to get the refund without any fault of mine. The worst part is that, Today at 16.19 Hrs I have received a SMS mentioning that "The package of Micro SD card was refused at the time of delivery, If you have not refused the packages please contact amazon". When nobody called and tried delivery today how can they send an such SMS. I feel that there are many o[censored]s facing such issues with Amazon.Hope we all will get proper response from such online shopping facility. Thanks and Regards Seenivasagan.T

      I have ordered a product on dated 06-nov-14 through amazon india ORDER #[protected] which was to be delivered on or before 19-nov-14. On 12th novemeber when i checked the status thru their courier partner it was written to add some addtional address details which i added by calling amazon directly and given landmark details, whereas the issue was of wrong PIN CODE given either by seller/amazon due to which my order gets delayed and till now i didnt received the order after follwing up with them lot many times thru email and chats and phone calls. Fews days back one of the executive has asked me that he has cancelled the order and compensated me some amount of Rs 100 which i will get within 2-4 days but that too in vein. again i contacted thru chat and again executive told me that he will send the request again for compensation which i will get within 2-4 days which i didnt get back till now. Today also when i tried chatting to ZAINAB firstly, he doesnt know that my order is cancelled or not and asked me that he will cancel and send me the compensation as 100 rupee gift card that too after 1-2 days and when i asked to connect me to his supervisor, he just logged out the chat and i was waiting for 14 minutes to connect to other person but in vein. I AM GETTING HARASSED BY THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE by their executives. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

        Hi Amazon Team, I placed an order with you for a Nivia Tummy Twister(Blue/Black) on 21st Oct' 2014, I haven't received this product till date, more embarrassingly I have spoken to the Customer Service many times, and the last 2 times I spoke with a supervisor too without any positive but negative results is what came out of these calls, on this last occasion I spoke to Manisha who not only placed the call on mute to make it a Dead call, I disconnected and called back ironically got connected to her again, when I asked her what happened she said it was a technical error, I asked her why didn't u call me back again, she said her system had a technical problem too, it didn't stop just here I asked her immediately get me connected with a supervisor, I got connected to Rohan, he spoke on the same lines, I cannot do anything since the order was not fulfilled by Amazon, disconnected the call when I said I will record the call since u guys are not helping me he disconnected the call too. the supervisor who I spoke before this few weeks back said she will get back to me but never did.           I am highly disappointed with Amazon's service center. I had placed an order for an iphone6 cover which was for 2499 rupees but due to the poor quality had returned it back on the 12th of November 2014. As we had returned the product back to the company, they have been claiming that they had not recived it back. I have the recipt as a proof for the company receiving the product and also have sent it to the company. In spite of calling them several times in a day and being promised for a solution, noone is taking an effort to resolve this problem. I have also spoken to the manager Mr. Pranav about this but it seems that he had been fooling around with the customer and as well as not helping me out. This is one of the worst e-commerce I have been through and have been wasting my time explaining each and every employee my problem, but none of them was ready to take an action. My temper had been tested and Amazon forced me to take this step.

            vide email dated 3rd Nov 2014, Amazon's customer care committed that the Lenovo lap top shall be covered with 1 year + addl 2 yrs warranty . Based on this commitment, I purchased Lenovo laptop from Rocky marketing through Amazon on 3rd Nov. 2014. But, Lenovo has given me only 1 year warranty on the product. I have already taken up this issue with the Customer Service Deptt several times through emails and telephones. But, the issue remains unresolved, as yet.               Sir, i purchased one Sony Vaio Fit SVF14212SNB 14-inch Laptop without Laptop Bag (Black) laptop from amazon and it is shipped by seller. after 2-3 days i got some performance issue and i file a claim for that. on seller side returned request is filled for this. even i was no idea about that . and amazon processed this and i got the amount. in that case i have both laptop and my money with me. then seller asked me again and again to return laptop to him. then i shown honesty and returned it. seller said that he will pay whatever the shipment charges it will take. but after getting laptop he is not even receiving my call and not replying to me messages. i returned the laptop because i trusted on amazon and the mistake is placed by their side not mine then why should i pay for that. please take this seriously and take an appropriate action about that.otherwise i have to file a complaint in consumer form.and will never ever go to shop anything from you and will not recommended anyone for the same.it's not the matter of money it's all about trust. i hope you will not do anything wrong like your seller do.                       Dear sir

                      I had transaction with amazon for purchase of gift card worth 7500/ and subsequently cancelled the order and was informed that the money will be refunded within 3 days to my bank.

                      On repeated enquiries with the amazon they kep on telling that money was not transferred from the payment gateway from my Axis bank and was informed to approach the bank for refund.The bank gave evidence that the money was credited to the amazon accont and evidence was given.

                      Despite all this effort i have been duped of this money and seek your help for the refund and penalty to the amzon for denying the refund,

                        HiI am sandip I am buying a product anarkali pink suite in amazon.in ..@ 16th of October2014 on cas on delivery but I will give the product return back for some reason on 18th of October2014 they recived products on19th October 2014..but from 19th Oct 2015 to 19th November 2014 I haven’t recived my redund Rs.1775. I am talk with his costomer care every day but every day they tell wait 5 to 7 days every day I get this answer I will send so much mail but every mail reply wait 5 to 7 day I don’t know when received my refunds ..I already give him to my bank details at 19th October 2014 but till date I can’t recived any refund in my accounts every day I will call but thwu not give me setified and..just pamper me and tell me wait for refund please sir do the neesfull action fromamazon.in coz one month over but..but my refund is not recived …and I don’t have any ways…that’s why I will complain..please sir action refund me back as soon as possible do the nee

                                  Hello sir/madam, I have ordered Nokia Lumia625 Mobile phone and Flip cover On Oct 21 on amazon.in In an Offer Rate.which i saw adv on Times Of india giving at offer price in amazon website. i paid rs 6999 through online for mobile and flip cover paid rs 249. But next day Oct 22nd I cancelled these 2 ordered..my Mobile ordered id is Order #[protected] and Flip cover ordered id ORDER #[protected] cancelled on Oct 22nd, i asked for Refund After 8 days on Nov 1st they said they have not recived the item to their centre.. Nov 5th chated with amazon customer they said they 5 to 10 days they will return my money they said ie, Nov 15 th they will return my money they said.. Nov 14 chated with them they saying still 4 days to wait to refund my amount, so i asked the seller contact number so that i can contact him directly But their answer was really SHOCKING TO ME ..the answer is they dont their seller mobile number, Amazon customer reply to me on nov 14th: CHAT ON NOV 14 TH Amazon Customer 08:51 AM IST Amazon(Amazon): Sorry to inform that we don't have their contact number. LIKE THIS ONLY AMAZON PEOPLE SAID TO ME ON ABOVE CHAT nov 14th they said 24 to 48 hours their customare care people will call me but still now no one called from amazon..iam really getting fear that these people will never return my money rs 6999 + 249 =rs 7248. over all 24 days over which i cancelled My Product still they are not refunding my money .. 24 days nearly one month they are talking to refund My amount.. Then How we can get money Back With knowing the Seller Information. Thank You

                                    On 11th Nov 2014 I had purchased a mobile handset through Amazon India & on 15th November 2014 I had received a delivery confirmation SMS & Email whereas the item is still not delivered to me. Amazon had sent me a fake delivery confirmation without sending it. I had contacted customer service 6-7 times and sent numerous emails to resolve the issue but no suitable answers or replies received from there end. It was my first order from Amazon. Never ever buy anything from Amazon.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Dear sir
                                    I have placed a order for Philips HP8100/46 Hair Dryer (Purple) on amazon.In and paid by credit card amount of rs.550.Till the date i have not received any kind of product from them nor their are refunding my money.

                                    Order placement date is 12 Feb. 2015

                                    Pls help me.I am really helpless in front of them, i have called them plenty of times but they are still telling me to wait.

                                      Dear Sir, the product ( ASUS X200MA-BING-KX395B (X200M), Size11.6 Inch NoteBook Laptop (Black) Without Laptop Bagwhich I bought from you is not working properly as it is hanging every now and then and also window 8 which is installed in this notebook is not working properly(most of its option not working). I had visited authorized service (Arsh Vision, Ajmer) center today for these two problems but they have not accepted this device in first approach as the serial no E6N0CX[protected] of device is not mentioned in your invoice and also according to service center (Arsh Vision, Ajmer) the window 8 which is installed in this device is not genuine and asked me to contact on customer care of your esteemed company. i contacted on your customer care no.[protected]... 3-4 times. we discuss this matter to your customer care executive but they does not supported me and not giving satisfactorily answer to me. Their behavior was too rude. Now they are saying me to send Email with full detail of product.                                         Hello I am Sabarish Kumar I wish to bring this to your kind notice that I had placed an order, WD Elements Portable 1TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive (Black) (Order #[protected]) on Amazon.in on Sept 29, 2014 and received the product on Oct 7, 2014. Unfortunately the product was not working so I placed return request on Oct 7, 2014 and the product was picked up from my end by Amazon.in on Oct 9, 2014. The refund amount (i.e, ) 3739 INR was to be credited to my account on or after Oct 9, 2014 but till today (Nov 07, 2014) the amount has not been credited. When I contacted Amazon.in on this issues several times after I initially checked the status of refund on Oct 14, 2014 they provided me with the NEFT Payment Transaction ID – [protected] and added that the refund was initiated on Oct 9, 2014 and also suggested me to check my bank statement. After I checked my bank statement, I contacted Amazon.in and informed that no money was credited and also provided a soft copy of my bank statement on their request. Again a week later I asked them for the UTR number and they provided the same Payment Transaction ID saying it's the UTR number. Meanwhile I even asked them for proof of the refund initiation and they didn't provide me any, they have been beating around the bush. They have been sending the same email time and again, every time I contacted the costumer care. It's been more than a month now. Now they are disconnecting my call intentionally (either putting on hold or the Customer care associate saying "Thank you for contacting Amazon..." while I am still saying "Hold on hold on...".) Even after a word of warning from me they have uploaded the status of the refund as "refund issued". I have been taking to them for more than a month everyday. THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS. PLEASE TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST AMAZON. As the refund amount was not credited to my account till now and I request you to look on to this issue and to suggest me the right solution to resolve this issue. Thank you.
