Hi,
I made a recharge through Amazon worth Rs 666.00. The money was debited from the bank account and the operator reference number generated was [protected]. However, the recharge was not successful.
I made a complaint to Amazon CS and was advised to check with the Operator, Jio. I called Jio and spoke to customer service reps. I was informed that they did not receive any communication from Amazon about the recharge and they cannot proceed further or refund my money. I believe, that since the operator did not receive any command so they would not proceed further.
I spoke to a number of CS reps and two Supervisors, Sohail, and Abu on June 20th and June 25th respectively. However, they were not able to resolve my issue. Sohail mentioned that I would get a call back from him. Even he did not call. I'm expecting a refund from Amazon or you should yourself check with the Jio and get back with the resolution.
