I had ordered amazfit gtr3 from amazon application in which the sensor was not working properly so i gave it for replacement but because the watch is 13990 rupees i thought i should buy some cheap watch so i asked for refund of that order Applied again and on 19th May the delivery boy of amazon checked it properly and took it back but after not getting my refund for 5-6 days i called amazon customer care they said product was received yesterday only 2- You will get the refund in 3 days but it is more than 1 week that I called again and I was told that they did not receive the original product in amazon hub, then I told them that I will give you the video of that delivery boy I can mail in which I made him while returning the clock but I was told that it is not needed we will solve your problem soon and I was given the time of 1st June again then when I called again he said Our investigation team is checking that you will get your refund on 6th June but when I Called them on 6th June they said that we will not give you refund and amazon can't help you do whatever you want to do while i have returned original product and i have proof of that in video also but amazon customer On telling the care, those people are disconnecting the phone without listening to the talk, please help me in getting my refund thank you.

Complaint marked as Resolved On my call on Amazon, its senior officer said that we cannot help you wherever you want to complain and without listening to me, the phone is being disconnected, I have done this 3 times, I told them 3 times. Called once on 6th June, please help me or else next month I will have to deposit the installment of that watch which I do not have with me.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
