Hi,

I just noticed from my HDFC credit card statement that there has been a deduction of the amount in the name of " M-AMAZON SELLER SERVIC " since the May 2022 statement. As far as i remember i do not remember doing any such transactions in Amazon.in. Could you clarify on that? I would request a refund of the same as it is done without my consent from the saved credit card. I have deleted all my credit cards from Amazon and i will delete my Amazon account if not refunded.

    Hi,

    I just noticed from my HDFC credit card statement that there has been a deduction of the amount in the name of "m-flipkart internet pr" since the May 2022 statement. As far as i remember i do not remember doing any such transactions in flipkart. Could you clarify on that? I would request a refund of the same as it is done without my consent from the saved credit card. I have deleted all my credit cards from flipkart and i will delete my flipkart account if not refunded.

      On 23rd March the order was placed, for VIVO V23 phone
      Order No:[protected]

      On 29th March we received the phone in shabby condition
      IMEI1: [protected]
      IMEI2: [protected]

      the same was notified to the Amazon customer Care who approved Pick up of the phone,
      The pick up was approved for 31st May but the agent came home on the 30th and picked up the phone, After 2 hours when the status of pick-up was not updated on the app, we spoke to Amazon customer care who said it will be updated in 5 hours or so
      Then I spoke to amazon again on the 1st June, regarding the same issue but the tracker was not updated and received an Email saying "we will inquire about it and get back in 5 working days "

      After a few days the Same delivery boy came and gave us the same phone Back And I had to raise the return request once again

      This time the pick up was again done, but the status was still not updated and after complaining on 10th June, I received the mail stating:
      "pick up was done and status will be approved in 4 ours or before 9 pm"

      The customer care executive assured me that the problem would be resolved and this time the phone would not be returned,

      Till today the phone has not been received back but after constant follow-up with the customer team The issue was escalated to the leadership team who said they would inquire and respond and they said: “the phone is not with us and we can’t help further”

      When I told them I will speak to my lawyer can you connect me to the legal department I received an email on june 21 stating: "your refund has been processed and will reflect in your bank in 3-5 business days"

      And after waiting for the refund for more than 2 weeks (now that the entire thing is over 40 days old) the team is again saying that "we won’t be able to help you as the phone is not with us",

      After the mail from Mr. Pradip, none of the guys sent me the call notes on mail only false assurances were made and everyone agreed that they will send me a copy of the conversation, but it looks like they didn’t send any mails,

      I have asked them to connect me to the delivery/pick-up agent as I am pretty sure that the same guy
      delivered the phone on 29th May
      then picked it up on 30th May,
      Again deliver the phone,
      And pick it up again on June 10th
      But they just keep saying that the guy never picked Up the Phone from the delivery address with no details as to what happened during the pick up

      This has become a traumatic experience after years of trust and business with Amazon
      The Comapny has neither given the phone nor the money back and a lot of time has been wasted during working hours over this issue.

        Sir Amazon paid me my refund and also they provided their refrence number as equals to transection id which im providing below they did their process i don't onow where is my money get stuck please try to resolve my issue im providing my transection refrence number as transection id

          I had ordered laptop worth around Rs.29000, after return request they picked up the item and then have not returned my amount .I have shared cctv footage and have contacted lots of time but are just pushing the matter, just saying wait for 2-3 days.

            I had purchased one HP 247 G8 laptop on 10 June, I got delivery on 14 June, but due to technical snag I requested for return and contact Customer care, they said one engineer will come and find whether it has some problem or not, a day after I got call from engineer that he can't come at my place and he is reporting that laptop is not working.
            Hence I order for exchange, next day on 16 June one pick up Boy name Rakesh came and picked the laptop. On 20th June exchanged laptop came at my address but they denied to hand over it to me, they said that they will give this only when I will return the previous laptop, I said that I have already given to the pick up boy.
            I have mailed cctv footage, screenshot of that pick up, trying from last one month to get the solution, but still no one is responding.
            Everytime I am getting copy paste mail reply, every time 6/12/24/48 hours time they need to resolve.
            My 30k is stucked from last one month, I am bit frustrated.
            Hope you will give importance to your post and assignment and will return my money soon.

              I have continually received damaged products at my parents house and for a few I did not get refund even after sharing the damaged photos. Now amazon restricted my account due to which I cannot subscribe and save adult diapers for my 85 year old bedridden grandmother. Why do I need to suffer for Amazon's unprofessionalism.

                Dear sir, I ordered the Cadbury dairy milk oreo chocolate from Amajon but I got the chocolate of very bad smell and taste. It was also totally melted. when I complained about the same to the customer care of Amajon he refused to return or replace the item. He replied me that he is not responsible for the quality of the product. He directly refused for any responsibility about the quality of the product.

                  I have ordered a product on 20th June 2022 on AMAZON but due to size issue I placed the return request which got accepted but no one came to pick the order and it got cancelled. Then i again did the same and no one came then too to pick the order and agent not even picked my call both the time. I have contacted Amazon customer and then they scheduled the pickup on 11th July 2022 and same goes here too NO ONE CAME TO PICK THE ORDER. I want my refund of Rs. 698 which is the value of my order. My order ID is #[protected] which is by this name "The Souled Store Bird Pattern Womens and Girls Graphic Printed Cotton Skater Dress Blue". I want my case to be resolved asap because i have paid for the order via Amazon pay later and the due date for its repayment is nearby otherwise penalty will be charged and if so happens penalty should be borne by Seller himself. I want my money back and seller have to pay me the opportunity cost as i have wasted my time here, i could have otherwise spent my time on my work

                    I returned one product. Order Id is[protected] and it's price is 987. In Amazon refund status shows that it's credited on 23 jun but it's not reflected on my payment method so i contacted my credit card company they asked me for Refund refrence number and it's not generated yet and I raised a ticket about RRN but they keep postponing date. First they told me wait for 5 days. then when i checked after 5 days they said same thing. I've never faced this kind of problem with any E commerce site. Plz solve This problem ASAP otherwise i will delete my Amazon account

                      Order[protected] Dt. 17 Mat 2022 is not refunded.

                      Amazon team had sent to me a cheque in the name of Jayakumar without any initial by mistake. I had bring this mistake to their notice but no proper response from Amazon team.
                      Have been following up with customer care teams but not proper answer received, They are extending the resolution dates and asking me to wait till 19th July finally.

                      Please do the needful at the earliest.

                        As a prine member, I ordered Iphone 12 on 4th of July using my Axis Bank Credit Card. It was supposed to be delivered on 09th july but the delivery Agent forgot the parcel inspite of informing me and coming to my premises.He marked in the system that the delivery was unsuccessful as the recipient was unreachable which again is a unethical practice.

                        On 10th july, As the delivery agent arrived, My son requested him to show him the contents of the box as he wanted to be sure before he could accept the box and phone contents.But the delivery agent who was quite rude with my son, refused to show him the box contents and he left cancelling the order mentioning that the exchange phone was not acceptable,

                        Inspite of this being a prepaid order, this wasn’t expected from Amazon.

                        This is the last time i am ordering any phone from Amazon. Very disappointing experience. This kind o[censored]nruly and rowdy behaviour should not be accepted in any organisation.

                          This is with Reference to my order no. #[protected] dated 20th June, 2022. I have purchased ONLY women's Slim Jeans through AMAZON of Rs. 1999.

                          As per the email received from you (attached as pdf file), I again spoke to one of your executives, Ayesha J.

                          I explained the entire issue that I have been facing since June 25, 2022.

                          To reiterate, I had initiated the return of 2 jeans bought together, and it was scheduled to pick up on 25th June, 2022. On that morning, one courier guy came to pick up the jeans, he told us that he was here to pick up both the jeans. Same afternoon, another courier guy came to pick the jeans. Naturally, we told him that the guy who came in the morning already picked it up.

                          In all this confusion, I had received the refund for only one pair of jeans. I had called Amazon customer care 5 times now. Let me explain in details:

                          · Three of your representatives, including the latest one Ayesha J., told me that they are raising the ticket and it will get resolved in 72 HOURS.

                          · In my 3rd time, AMAZON representative (Mr. Nishant from Escalation Team) told me that it was a fake ticket. He told me that he will put up the complaint with the courier company, and I will just have to wait for another 72 HOURS, if it does not get resolved I will issue the refund and he will give me a call back.

                          · ONCE AGAIN AFTER MORE THAN 72 HOURS, on 6th July, 2022, I called again and MR. ABRAR told me again that it was a fake ticket by Mr. Nishant, and now he will raise the complaint and again I have to wait for 72 HOURS.

                          · Today, I spoke to Ayesha J., she was humming the same tune and once again she told me that she is raising the ticket and I will have to wait for another 72 hours for a resolution.

                          This is not the kind of seamless shopping we expect. For mere Rs. 2000/- I have had to follow up with AMAZON 5 times and still no resolution.


                          Hoping for a quick and prompt resolution at the earliest.

                              I received a damaged product for which I initiated the return. The return was scheduled for 8th July 2022. But no one came to pick up the item and the status has been changed to “return pick up verification failed”. I don’t know what they were verifying because no one contacted me.

                                And once I put withdrawa request through website the telegram instructor is needed me to to pay 1 lakh rupees for submitting the withdrawal request to company for the payment
                                Unless I didn't pay him he won't apply and He is going to block my member account in website. He is taking advantage on me now..

                                      I had ordered shoes and returned it within the time period of returns. The first refund was initiated on 11th June, I had still not received it, Amazon said contact bank because they have initiated from their side, I went to the bank and they told me no refunds or any kind of transaction has been initiated into my bank account. Twice Amazon customer service told me this. Third time they told me to put my bank account details again, and I did. Still they didn't give me my refund. Then fourth time, they said it was initiated but when I asked for reference number they didn't have any and said there was a technical issue and they will re-initiate the refund from their side and told me to wait another 3 days. Now today I called, and guess what they said? Wait 3 more days. I asked about what happened about the last time I called and they promised me it will be done within 3 days. Customer support only said I understand Sir, I'm sorry Sir, please wait 3 days more. This is unreasonable. Amazon should pay my refund with added costs of mental headaches and so much time and effort wasted on calling them again and again only to get the resolution of waiting again for 3 more days.

                                        On 22 june 2022, I placed an order of Kitchen Knife set ₹699 and also recieved the cashback of ₹100.
                                        After 3 days when I returned the order I need to get it refund on my amazon pay later amounting ₹599..
                                        but due to limit was exceeded the refund was not successful in pay later and need to be done on bank account.
                                        Even when I contacted the Amazon for the refund they sauid they already refunded until I showed them that the
                                        refund got cancelled in Amazon Pa Later.

                                        As the continuation of calls and messages were continue till last 10 days the Amazon executives said that I need to contact to Capital Float as its a third party vendoer and amazon has no right over it.
                                        When I contacted the Capital Float regarding refund they keep me on hold to say that the money has been initiated by our end will be refun ded in bank account.
                                        Even after sharing the bank statement to them that I have not got the refund, the Capital Float keep giving dates and false assurance that money will be refunded.
                                        Evcen when I had converstaion with their executives they said that we'll share you the mail having transaction details but didn't recieved any mail from them.
                                        They are just harassing me mefrom last 17 days as I can't stand anymore.

                                        Its been more than 17 days from nowe to many calls, mail and tweets to Capital Float and then no response from their end.
                                        I'm not getting this that if Capital Float is third vendor party then why in amazon it's named as amazon pay later.
                                        Its the respionsibility of Amazon to refund my money to my bank account as mentioned by the capital float.
                                        Both Amazon and Capital Float are just harrassing me and not refunding my money.
