I have paid 599 for the above order & Placed an order for real me buds. I also got the confirmation in my app that it is delivered.

The fact is that i have not got the material and when i contacted amazon Customer care they have told me that they have deliverred the material to the security guard and they refuse to share the security guard;'s contact number

    On 31st of May 2022 delivery boy picked my Product for return with order Id[protected]) but on amazon app it was showing return cancelled product verification failed. but my product was gone. i tried calling amazon they always say wait for 3 working days we will check from backend team. now today it's 16 June and still the same issue, they are not giving refund nor returning my product . what they say is just please wait 3 days we have raised a ticket, for reference i am attaching transcipt of call. i am tired of calling them . they are not resolving my issue.

      My name is Rajeev Kumar and I had ordered a product from Amazon order number ibid. Amazon sent this order through Shiprocket/ Delhivery tracking number ibid. Today Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent (Mob No :- [protected]) called me on my mobile to deliver the parcel and my wife picked up his call. She refused to accept the order because we are not availaible at the delivery station. During call this Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent started misbehaving with my wife and start with saying...

      why have you ordered if you dont want to accept

      Why dont you cancel it online

      I am fed up with customers like you

      Next time don't order any parcel, or next time i will not carry or deliver your parcel

      ...
      After this my wife felt embarassed and humiliating then cut his call. But again he called back and started saying you receive the product and raise the return. She again refused to do. He also said many other words which you never use for your customers. At last he asked for OTP for refusing parcel. She passed the OTP to him. I have complete recording of his calls. When my wife told me about this i called him and asked his superior or area manager number, but he refused to give any detail about his senior or manager. He replied do whatever you want.

      I have already complained this matter on amazon, Delhivery and shiprocket platform but they dont care about there customers.

      It is requested that please take necessary action against this Amazon India, Shiprocket/ Delhivery courier services.

        First they sent message via SMS and whatsApp (in Feb 2022) and asked to register to https://www.P720.com/ and asked to purchase items for commission and later froze all my money and the site was blocked and when I contacted later they asked to login to new link:
        http://www.mall559.com/ and this link was also blocked and now again they are contacting via whatsApp for Frozen amount withdrawal and asked to contact "Amazon staff Telegram:@AmazonCFO" via Telegram. Here the message was as :

        " Amazon Withdrawal Center
        If you have any questions, you can consult the staff of the Amazon Withdrawal Center at any time
        Amazon Withdrawal Center Service URL: mall559.com "

        When contacted via telegram now they asked to login to new link: https://mall559.com/ and again asking to pay money as handling fee for withdrawal.

          I received 2 items in a single parcel from Amazon on 27/05/2022 morning consisting a Redmi 9 Activ (Carbon Black, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) & a Pikkme Mi Redmi 10A / Redmi 9 / Redmi 9 Activ / 9C / Poco C31 Flip Cover Magnetic Leather Wallet Case Shockproof TPU for Mi Redmi 10A / Redmi 9 / Redmi 9 Activ / 9C / Poco C31(Brown).

          Arriving today: Use OTP 382561 after reading instructions on package with ID sptp[protected]. Delivery agent [protected] PIN 2704. This is the message I received on that day before delivery.

          I had to pay ₹11, 499.00 for Redmi 9 Activ & ₹199.00 for the flip cover (Total ₹11, 698.00). I paid ₹12, 000.00 in cash to the delivery man and he should return me ₹302.00 as a change. But he gave me 1 ₹200 note + 1 ₹50 note + 1 ₹10 note (₹260.00) as change. He told he had no loose change with him then and he promised that he would return me ₹42.00 as change after some hours. I believed him but now I think that it was a trap for me. After 2 hours I tried to call him with his contact number, from which he called me before delivery and the number has been mentioned above in the SMS which I received that day. But I found him busy. After that I tried to contact with him for several times but unfortunately I find him busy now also. I think he blocked my number.

          I called Amazon customer care on that day and told the whole incident.They assured me that the problem would be solved shortly and the rest amount will be credited to me within next 72 hours. I called Customer care again on 31st May, 2022 and I was informed that my request has been rejected. I lodged the complaint again and on 2nd June, 2022, I called and they told me that the rest amount will not be credited as they investigated my complaint from local delivery hub and the concerned delivery man denied the incident. So now they have nothing to do. That means the culprit delivery man took ₹42.00 extra from me and now he denied it to higher authority. As I paid the amount in cash and unfortunately I've no solid proof against him now. It's can't be accepted from Amazon.

          Return change of ₹42.00 as soon as possible and take necessary step against that fraud & cheater delivery man. I have never faced such experience from this reputed company before. It's not a casual matter of just ₹1 or ₹2. Literally he took away ₹42 extra from me without any reason. The amount is huge for me.

          Hope my request will not be put aside. Thank you.

          I've not received any update regarding this complaint till now. I was not joking because it's a matter of ₹42 which was not returned by the dishonest fraud cheater delivery man of Amazon but he promised me to return at the time of delivery. It's not my fault if he denies it now.

          I've not received not a single reply from Amazon. One month has already passed. Has customer's complaint no value to Amazon?? This is not acceptable.

          Is this expected from this renowned company?? Such a worst experience!!!

            I am Sudipta Senapati, Mob: [protected]. I wrongly recharged on Amazon Pay balance INR 17100 amount. Many times requested to Amazon customer service but they are not help me for back on my bank account. I was requested on him but they not sending. I am unsatisfied for Amazon. They are not returned my money. It is used for my Medicine and others medical purpose but not help.

            Please help me. I want this money back to my bank account it is very emergency and essential money for my family. My mothers has illness. In this situation how I save my Mothers.

            Amazon I requested to you again please back my 17100 money back to my bank account. It is very essential for my mothers save.

              I purchased a one blouse from Amazon ...it's not same what I ordered..so I will return it ..pick up boy also picked up ...Amazon iniate amount of rs 899 on 6th June ...but it's not reflect in my account ...when I contact Amazon customer care he said contact canara bank customer care and when I contact canara bank customer care he said visit ur home branch ...when I visited home branch they said contact Amazon customer care ...what I will do sir plz help me ...my RR no[protected] and IFSC code of my bank CNRB 0010875 and plz refund my to my bank account ...I will take statement and enter bank passbook but no amount was credited .plz help me sir

                I ordered ONE PLUS NORD CE 2 smartphone on date[protected] from Amazon.in (Order No:[protected] . The order delivered on date[protected] at 10:32 p.m. The outside package was sealed but the box was not sealed. After opening the box, I found that handset was not available in the box. I talked with Amazon Customer Care. They told that they would investigate the same and will get back to me after 5 days.

                I don't know what to do now. Need help.

                  I ordered a pair of white crocs sandals (size: UK 5) on Amazon. I received the same sandals in navy blue size UK 4. So I did the obvious and returned the product the very same day. A week passed but I got no refund. So I contacted Amazon and asked what was going on. I was told that they would open an investigation and get back to me in 3 days. No one got back to me so I called again only to be told that I had returned the wrong product.

                  I RECEIVED the wrong product and got accused of returning the wrong product. I was told that their warehouse people say that they sent the right product. Clearly a lie because I received navy blue UK size 4!!!

                  They took back the blue ones and didn't even refund the amount. And it wasn't cheap. I've been scammed of approximately Rs.3500.

                  I tried complaining and even speaking to the manager but the manager was so rude that he just cut the call on my face. And now every time I try to contact them about it, they copy paste the same response and end the chat. I even emailed them only to get the same robotic response.

                  I tried to explain to them that I am not some crocs store to have random colours and sized lying around to just falsely return something else.

                  This is the kind of scam such companies run. And there's absolutely nothing I can do about it because they didn't even reply to my legal notice. I am highly disappointed in scam system that goes on in this country. It's no wonder that the world knows India as a scam country.

                  Is there even a solution to this?

                  I am trying to do that, but going to court in person and filing a case takes time which I don't have at the moment. That's why I'm looking for online platforms. But clearly, the online platforms are useless because they don't bother replying. I even tried the National Consumer Helpline site, but my complaint was simply disposed off with some lame reply from Amazon saying that I should contact them. When I contact them they just cut the call when I bring up this complaint. All these complaint forums seem to be just for show. No action will be taken against them until I find the time and file a case on them. Which is what they deserve.

                    I ordered a Redmi note 11 pro mobile for ?19, 999/- and made the payment online. This ordered was not delivered but marked delivered on 4th June, I suddenly called customer care and told this. they told to wait till 7th June buffered time. I waited and called on 8th June. Firstly they gave me excuses, they after lots of fight they raised an escalation and told me to call on 14th June. I called on 14th june, but then also told that things are nt clear need to re-escalate again took 5 days.
                    But still no refund

                        I ordered one printer from Amazon on 30th Apr'22.While opening the package, i noticed that the ink was spilled in whole box (the printer was in bad condition). I had then put the replacement request on the same day and was waiting for the replacement. Nobody turned up on the replacement request then i called customer care for sending someone for getting the product replaced, despite it should be replaced automatically. Post this, one delivery guy visited our premises and mentioned that this product can't be replaced (the replacement printer was never delivered to us) and it has to be returned. I called Customer care again and informed them and went on to proceed the return request (NOTE: The return request was placed by Customer Care Agent). Post the return request, nobody again turned up for few days. I called customer care again twice for getting the product picked for return. After few days, delivery guy visited for pickup on 11th May'22 and took the printer and mentioned that we'll be getting the refund once the product is back.

                        Now Amazon team is saying that they have got the product with different serial number and they are unable to proceed for refund. The confusion here is that the return request has been placed wrongly by Amazon customer care agent (it was supposed to be on Original Order id but it was placed on replacement order id. I've tried to explain it to Amazon customer care team as well and they have redirected
                        me towards you for the resolution as they are dependent on the investigation team results. I have followed up with them multiple times and i am getting the same answer that they have got the product with different serial number and they are unable to proceed for refund.

                        Amazon is not giving me my money and they are not ready for returning the product back to me as i told them that if you can't return my money please give me my product but Amazon is refusing for that too as they are saying that they have discarded the product.

                          Request for Full refund not received till date.

                          On 01/06/2022 a request was made for full refund of Air ticket from Amritsar to PATNA for journey date on 09/06/2022 wrongly entered instead of 02/06/2022 to your customer care with in 5 minutes of booking the wrong date ticket

                          They ensured me of full return and told me to book another ticket of date 02/06/2022
                          An email was send to me regarding the matter .

                          Till now 14 days have been passed I have talked with atleast 6 customer care and supervisory staff. But still no action is taken neither any date is given for refund.

                          All customer care are promising to call back but no call back is received.

                          As said by them I didn't cancelled the ticket from my side . As the request was already generated from your side.

                          My kind request to refund the money from your end to me and settle your issue with spice jet .
                          As already 14 Days are passed .

                            I am trying to return the item in more than 5 attempts, but every time the delivery boy refuses to pick up the item, telling the pickup was denied by the customer.every time i contacted to the customer care service they assured me that they will take quick action and will contact to the courier partner to pick up my item as soon as possible.But it's more than 10 days i got no solution.every time i called the customer care they automatically lodge a pickup schedule but every time the delivery boy refused to pick up the item . They even don't c ok ntact to me I try to contact them they blocked my number.please take a step against them.

                              The product got cancelled on 20th April. It shows refund was initiated on 27th April and it still shows that the refund will appear in 2-3 business days but as of date, there's no refund in the bank account.

                                    Ordered an battery bank on 8th May order[protected]
                                    received same day. Defective product was picked on 10th May by Amazon agent. Replacement was committed on 3 calls but never received. After 6 days of followup of replacement product, they finally cancelled the replacement order on 16th May thru the Amazon representative. Based on my escalation to the Amazon grievance cell got a call from agent on 16th May who promised that the amount will be credited to source account within 5 days but that never happened. Based on this commitment she asked me to close my complaint which I did. ( recorded conversation of agent is available with me) . When repeated complaints made subsequently the standard reply is that we are investigating. Now on 10th june after 1 month the agent says that the original product not returned. On 16th they confirmed that product was recd and payment initiated. Recording of this call is available with me.

                                        After pick up of return product shown cancelled

                                        Amazon Delivery boy called up and asked that he is standing on gate for pickup the return product. He took the product and pretend to doing something on phone and told that pick up status will be upated soon as there is problem in server. He took the product and gone. After sometime when we cheked the status it was showing return pickup is cancelled. And showing refund will be processed after pickup while it was already pickup by delivery...
