I have ordered HP Pavilion 14 AMD Ryzen laptop order Id[protected] of 56k on 19th may from my Amazon account registered with [protected] on the name of Hardeep Singh. I got the laptop on 22nd may in a damaged screen and windows not working condition, since that day I have contacted customer care about 5-6 times every time they initiated the pickup and cancel the pickup, agent neither called nor appeared to pickup the laptop. Amazon person are not providing solutions except scheduling and cancelling pickup. Since I have bought this laptop via emi now my first emi date is about to come and Amazon person are not processing my refund.

    I had purchased iPhone12 (INR 60, 900) from Amazon India (sold by Rocket Kommerce LLP, Maharashtra) on 30th April 2022 and received it on 2nd May 2022. As soon I open the package and try using, it didn’t start which seems odd and looks defective.
    Incident Report: Raised concern to Amazon India support same day I.e 2nd May 2022 and requested to return product immediately (Met- return policy condition from Amazon, within said timeframe of 10 days of receiving product)
    Never ending support loop: 5th May 2022- Received mail revert from Amazon support to get defect report and denial letter from the manufacturer I.e Apple. 5th May 2022- Received interim technical report from Apple Service centre (iCare, authorised service centre) saying product is not working, IMEI mismatch, indicating towards fraud. And same report has been submitted to Amazon support team. 15th May 2022 - Amazon team again came back asking for defect report and denial letter13 May 2022- Received detailed defect report from Apple iCare( not to mention that was also not an easy task it took multiple visit and multiple long calls to Apple service centre), which specifies this a faulty product, never being used, and wrong IMEI number. There is no way it can be fixed, they need to replace the whole product in order to get fix. Plus they declined to give denial letter, as they have not agreed to terms & condition mentioned by Amazon on their website.
    Since from 13 May till today 31 May 2022- I am knocking every Amazon support door, interacted almost 25 Amazon support associates and yet waiting for their resolution. In every 2 days a new person approach me asking same documents (denial letter, Pslip, invoice, and box pic) which I have furnished at least 20 times but still.., and then they ask me to wait for another 2-4 working days.
    Complaint: Would like to raise complaint against- A. Amazon India, for: 1. Unethical business practices 2. Not meeting necessary e-commerce service provider obligations. 3. Despite of getting informed about vendor fraud, Amazon have neither taken any action nor provided any satisfactory resolution, which indicates they are equally responsible in this fraud4. Mine mental and physical harassment, I have gone huge stress during this time while dealing with Amazon support teams and not having any meaningful conversation or resolution.
    B. Rocket Kommerce LLP, for:1. Doing fraud and sending wrong IMEI product which turn out to be defective.

      Hi,

      I've ordered Noise Colorfit Ultra 2 and instead of that I've received Noise Colorfit Ultra 1. So I've raised a complaint on the same day with the issue that product is different and colour also not matching. So they have accepted to return and refund. I've returned the product and it has reached the warehouse. Now they are saying that we received wrong product and we can't refund it and they are not even saying which product they have received. Delivery Pickup agent saw everything took pic of watch and accepted return. Now these amazon guys saying we received wrong item and it cost Rs5499/- its not a small amount and the returned item cost Rs4999/- atleast if they are not accepting for refund they are supposed to return my returned item. Now they took the product and my money I've lost Rs5499/-. I dont know what you people gonna do I need my money of Rs5499/- or my returned product should reach to me. Its okay if you people not giving refund atleast you need to return back my product which I've returned we earn 10k per month and you people took away Rs5499/- for free and this gonna be a theft case on you guys.

              First of all i want to tell you that Amazon is not a systematic company because I was ordered a product and the delivery agent didn't call me & it was happens with me 2 times and my product was returned to the seller. And when I called to customer care for registering my complain he didn't provide me complain no. for check the status of my complain. This is all mistakes of the Amazon that a huge or popular company. So be careful & kindly do the needful...

                I placed an order with Amazon on Sunday for laptop charger and paying extra for charger delivery on Monday. On the whole day the agents saying that it will be delivered don't worry by today itself. But in evening suddenly I check the shipment and found it has returned to the seller. I asked chat agent to explain reason for that they said it has not been delivered beacuse it damaged and I have proof for their chat and then I request a call they said it has been said that it is not deliverable so it has been cancelled. They have not a single valid reason for this and they don't even call or email me for this to confirm that they are returning to the seller. I need the charger for the laptop of my office work but beacuse of them I am not able to do my office work and I have to suffer a lot at my office work beacuse of them i want them to pay for this and you take strict action against them for this inconvenience caused to me

                  I have orderd one product in amazon.in that I has been returend to amazon and asked for the refund to my bank account so I have provided my Indian bank account details to transfer the amount. after 3-5 business days they confirmed amount has been credited your India bank acoount but I didn't get any credited amount from amazon. They shared the refrence id to me to check the status.

                    Their is a serious issue regarding Amazon refund policies. I order an Crompton fan and i received a different product of same brand. After the return of the product. Now they are telling me that no refund will be given to me. An investigation has been initiated on your refund. I mean seriously you will contact the seller and confirm that they have given the correct product. It's totally unfair relying on them. Very disappoint and shameful act. For 2000bucks i need to mail up..very sad..I'm totally frustrated by this kind of behaviour from Amazon team.. your specialist team says we can't help it out, we know it's not your fault...also they have taken the product and the money too

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      I’m Raghu Kumar sriramreddy, since 2016 I’m using Amazon and meanwhile i requested for ICICI Amazon credit card and got it with some limit. But in month of October-2021 and I got a issue regarding my account and it was divided into two different accounts ( one with mail ID and second one with phone number). The main account with email ID was blocked and that account have fews rewards. I noticed that and called to one of our customers support team, the Said that we will unblock the account and link alternate mobile number for those reward points redemption, i done that and used those rewards after that, they requested to close this account and upcoming rewards will be transferred to new account because mobile number is the same, I believe that and closed that account by their request. Finally those rewards were credited to old account ([protected]) sine October-2021 to January-2022 bill cycle. From February-2022 I’m getting fine, but previous rewards were credited in to closed account it was confirmed by ICICI also. My present account running with [protected] number only. RBI and ICICI responded for my complaint and finally they said that need to contact Amazon Nodal officer regarding this issue, so that I’m writing this mail to your department. Kindly check and do the needful. If any information required please contact me for the details.

                          Hello,

                          This is Trupti Kulkarni, I had ordered boat airdopes worth Rs. 1099 before a month. It was cancelled by the seller because the product was damaged. I had paid through Amazon pay later and immediately paid to the Amazon pay later. I received the cashback of Rs 100, but 999 Rs is yet to be credited to my account. Since the product was returned to the seller, the refund was sent to the pay later, but the pay later was already full, so the money didn't get refunded. The money is gone. When I call the customer service, they always say that it will be refunded tomorrow since a week. The refund was issued on 21 May but it hasn't reached me yet. Could you please process my refund?

                          I have ordered other things to keep the pay later account empty so that if the refund gets processed it will be automatically added. But the money has not been added .

                          As per my calculations, the amount in the pay later should be 29, 637 / 30000, but it's only 28638/30000. This is really not fair.

                            I would like to bring a complaint, that the amount of ₹ 179 has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction messages says vai/ amazon stan.Neither had i done my transaction nor did i get any during the transaction .I have checked this when I was going through my account messages .The amount was deducted from January 2021.Could you please assist me regarding this.

                              Got product on[protected] and found it defective handset as it got dead as it's not getting charged in a span of 24hrs n got dead, has informed same to team

Team assigned technician but technician without visiting home he submitted false report stating that device is working fine without visiting he said to team as he visited but on phone he said replacement will be provided moreover he demanded my data on whatsApp rather than having a physical check .

                              2.unable to charge the device n it got dead but during pick up agent asked for in app verification how it is possible???
                              3.replacement is getting too late they said as it will take 20days to issue new replacement so I requested for refund and team processed.

                              4.To get refund its been more than 6 times return pick up tickets has been raised but no one is visiting.

                              5.in a span of 6 days spoke to 30+ executive n 7+ leadership team people, but no one is able to provide me the solution I've all the conversation recordings of the calls.

                              6.made more than 30+ calls but every time new pick up request is getting raised.

                              7.amazon its really getting bad n didng expected such a cheap response from ur end.

                              I'm a middle class guy where my income is between 28-34kk it's my hard end savings of 5months n u ppl just made me feel like crying because o[censored] 6days of mental peace got disturbed never had these worse days 🙏🙏🙏🙏
