You very much know Amazon is like people’s family member in US and also it is going to be much sooner in India as well but such instances happening really makes customer loose their hopes and there is surely an alternative to go for Flipkart or any other online seller but I surely wanted to bring such blunders and lethargic ness of some one ( not a single person but all that 14 who just talked to me along with their managers, ATS seniors all needs to be fired from job sir surely) in 140 million populated country you surely can get talent who will do their jobs with utmost 200% seriousness and these all guys who cannot take customer’s concern seriously and are unable to solve does not deserves to work for a NAME OF FAITH — AMAZON..
Please ensure that necessary actions are taken for such extreme negligence I faced for this order not delivered since 16 days and there are some foolish unacceptable excuses which I would like to mention which were conveyed by customer care team ‘technical issues’ ‘happens very rarely’ ‘will be delivered today for sure I assure you’ such things would really defame the image which Amazon carries and to me this experience was the worst ever I would have faced looking at me being such true frequent buyer, the after sales/order placing instances were extremely sad/annoying and not upto the marks at all sir.
I hope someone from your team would take this email as war footing and take some stringent harsh actions on all the concerned persons who were least bothered to get this sorted for me in these 16 days and in my 14 attempts I surely expect that along with my product getting delivered which unfortunately isn’t till I am drafting this email to you sadly.
