Summary: Amazon keeps deferring the return/pickup of a damaged laptop they sent me on 17th May (today is 7th June). They are not refunding Rs. 87, 790 because they are not picking up the damaged laptop from my place.

Date: 16th May : Laptop worth Rs. 87790 purchased. (ASUS ZenBook 13 OLED (2021) Intel Core i7-1165G7 11th Gen 13.3" (33.78 cms) FHD Thin and Light Laptop (16GB/512GB SSD/Windows 10/Office 2019/Intel Iris X Graphics/Pine Grey/1.14 kg), UX325EA-KG722TS | B095C5PFFD ( B095C5PFFD ) HSN:84713010

Date 17th May: Received laptop with a Damaged display screen. Date 18th May: Informed Amazon and they verified the photos and issued a replacement of the device. They mentioned the delivery guy will pick up the damaged item and deliver the replacement. Date 19th May: Damaged Item not picked up nor a replacement I relentlessly followed up with their customer support thru phone, through their portal and via social media (Twitter). I suffered significant loss as the laptop was meant for one of my senior software engineer, due to the problem he couldn't work for a week and we then had to invest another 80K~ to buy another laptop from a shop. I requested them to refund the amount if they don't have a replacement. They agreed to pick up the item and refund the amount Rs. 87790. Date 7th June: The item is not picked up from any one of them and the amount is not yet refunded. My money is stuck with them and there is no sign of anyone showing up to pick up the laptop. So far Amazon is not able to provide me with the reason why the laptop has not been picked for more than 18 days and why my money has not been refunded to me.

    I ordered redmi 7A as per below details and i returned the product as per return policy, but amount still not refunded.i done through COD.

      Hello Team,

      Greetings!

      I have made wrong transaction to Amazon reseller of 3000rs due to Amazon pay app error on 28-Feb-2022 at 10:18 Am. I have got assurance from Amazon support that my money will be refunded within 5 days, but now Amazon support is saying that my money can't be refundable since it's moved to reseller account. It's been after more than 3 months of logging this query, my question is why didn't they inform the same to me when I logged query initially. I have checked with reseller as well they confirmed that they didn't receive the money and they confirmed me that money will be transferred to amazon server only when we made an transaction initially and i have checked with my bank end they also stated that same. Amazon support was giving false assurance on money refund and they are just extending the follow up date, Till now i didn't get my money back and it's been 3 months.I have call recordings of Amazon support on each follow ups. As per the RBI guidelines if any wrong transaction made it should be refunded to customer.I have made transaction through Amazon pay platform to amazon reseller. So Amazon is responsible for refunding money back and I didn't do it on purpose, it happened due to app error. Here is the bank reference ID:[protected]. Please assist further and help me to get money back.

        I had ordered amazfit gtr3 from amazon application in which the sensor was not working properly so i gave it for replacement but because the watch is 13990 rupees i thought i should buy some cheap watch so i asked for refund of that order Applied again and on 19th May the delivery boy of amazon checked it properly and took it back but after not getting my refund for 5-6 days i called amazon customer care they said product was received yesterday only 2- You will get the refund in 3 days but it is more than 1 week that I called again and I was told that they did not receive the original product in amazon hub, then I told them that I will give you the video of that delivery boy I can mail in which I made him while returning the clock but I was told that it is not needed we will solve your problem soon and I was given the time of 1st June again then when I called again he said Our investigation team is checking that you will get your refund on 6th June but when I Called them on 6th June they said that we will not give you refund and amazon can't help you do whatever you want to do while i have returned original product and i have proof of that in video also but amazon customer On telling the care, those people are disconnecting the phone without listening to the talk, please help me in getting my refund thank you.

        On my call on Amazon, its senior officer said that we cannot help you wherever you want to complain and without listening to me, the phone is being disconnected, I have done this 3 times, I told them 3 times. Called once on 6th June, please help me or else next month I will have to deposit the installment of that watch which I do not have with me.

          There is a fraud happened with me by amazon and your team is not at all helpful, i have received an empty box of watch which has nothing in it, either the merchant or delivery guys has done this robbery and i have paid 6, 999/- for this

          Have been following up for refund since more than 5 days and your team is not at all helping in this

          Request you to initiate my refund at earliest

            I return my order because of size issue and I has been approved by the seller it was scheduled for 6 June but now it has been cancelled by saying that pick up verification failed I even tried to call company but no response came from there my order#[protected] I want that reschedule my return pickup and refund my whole money

The delivery person left that order infront of my gate with ring bell, when i open gate it was without stick. when i ask guard to stop him he said he doesn't have any idea what is inside the box, so i received a wipper without stick. After that i put a return for that product, when delivery boy came and ask me to return a wipper with stick, infront of that delivery person i made a call to customer care and he advised me to except change do return and refund will done so he make a retun request for that product, I return it on 21- may-22 but my refund haven't not processed, i call many times to customer care they only assure me for tomorrow. I'm purchasing since last 8 years from Amazon but never ever found such refund issue it's only happening now a days. very bad experience with Amazon service.plz make my refund asap otherwise i will have to complain legally.

                    I have ordered croma 220 ltr refrigerator from Amazon on 31 May 22 vide order I'd[protected] as promised delivery date is 04 Jun 22 but Amazon failed to deliver the product. Further contactd Amazon customer care frequently replied by them due to some error they are unable to track the item .
                    My mother is taking insulin as prescribed by doctors and that to be kept at low temperatures. Paid full payment emi charged by bank and Amazon is behaving pathetic, unable to track the item and ugly argument made by them asking time of 48 hrs to update the issue .
                    Amazon is harrassing customer mentally and economically.
                    Pls look n to matter and register my grievance for breach of customer trust

                          Hello, i ordered PNY 120GB SSD on 29th of may and it's delivered to me on 31th of may and when i opened the box it was empty and i immediately contacted amazon customer support about the issue and they file a investigation forum and told me to wait for 5 calendar days and since the 5 days are done i contacted amazon again and asked about my investigation status and they told me, we had investigated and found that the item was delivered to you in intact condition from our end, we will not be able to assist you further with any refund or replacement,

                          Iam stressed more after they told me all of that iam upset and worried about my lost money 1602 ruppes and they are not helping with the refund
                          Iam attaching the bill and some other proofs

                          I still didn't received any call from amazon representatives, iam losing hope for the refund of 1602 ruppes, if they are continuously cheats their customers and blame them then amazon should banned in India, please reinform the Amazon customer support

                            I had ordered Xiaomi 11t pro 5g phone from Amazon online shopping app on 4th of May and took more than 20days to deliver my product and usually it just takes 2 to 4 days but in my case I don't know why it has happened. On 24th of May I got an empty box of my product and I also I asked that delivery person at the time of delivery that why it's so light weighted he said just take ur product I don't know. As soon as a saw that empty box I called customer service of Amazon and told them everything. They said call us on 30th of May till then we'll investigate ur issue and we'll call u..but noone has called me even once n now they r saying investigation is done and we will not provide u replacement or refund, do whatever u can.. I have paud a big amount of rs 40999 and it's really a big amount for me but not for that fraudulents..plz help me

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I have purchased oneplus 9rt mobile phone of worth Rs 38999/- on May 05, 2022 by exchanging of my old IPhone SE of price worth Rs 6380/- mentioned by amazon at the time of purchasing and rest of the amount I have paid through credit card. Amazon send me defective items and after initiating the replacement again I have received the defective product which was also confirmed by their technical team. After that they deny to replace my item and only given the option of refund of Rs 38999/- by crediting Rs 31869/- in credit card and Rs 7130/- as amazon pay balance for my exchange phone. The said refund amount was also confirmed by the amazon team to me on june 01, 2022 by sending mail to me. Even after confirming by the amazon they paid me only Rs 2380/- as amazon pay balance instead of Rs 7130/- for my exchange phone. The total fault was from amazon side by sending two times defective products and denying from the replacement on third time. They confirmed from me first to pay full amount and also send me the refund amount break up. Even after they deducted my exchange phone value as well denied from their commitment which I have received through mail from them. I have all proof against them in which they are showing a massage in my amazon account and recieved mail from them of crediting full amount of rupees 38999/-. They left me in helpless condition and not providing my full refund amount which they mentioned in their mail and committed. Please take an strict action against them. I have sufficient proof to prove amazon guilty. Please help me to get my rest of the refund amount.

The extended deadline was 2 days. However, even that was not maintained.                                     I was order from Amazon... balkaran singh ...mob. [protected]...keyboard of zebronic zeb transformer k.. order no[protected]... on 16 may by cash on delivery... m receive it on 24 june... product quantity in not good as shown in image...and m cancel this order... after that...m contact at amazon customer care ...they give time till 1 june... today at 2 june...i get notification on Amazon app... payment send through cheqe... its not solution... refund in my Amazon account ... bcz we have not time for waste in bank... payment process time is 3-5 day...so give me refund in 3-5 days... I can't wait more... thanks

                                      I ordered Faber 90 cm 1200 m³/hr Curved Glass Autoclean Chimney (HOOD EVEREST SC TC HC BK 90, Filterless technology, Touch Control, Black) on 29 May 22 and delivered on 1st June 22, ORDER #[protected]
                                      As per Faber technician 90 cm is not fitting into my kitchen and need 60 cm chimney and i was not aware about the size before, so i need to replace it with 60 cm and ready to pay whatever delivery charges but they are not ready to replace it, please assist
