My product was picked up after placing return request on 3rd May 2022, but amazon is saying it is not, and is not initiating my refund of 639 INR. It about to be two months but yet no response from amazon.

        @amazonIN with reference the order[protected] i have not cancelled the product, but the status shows cancelled by me, how can this happen? Its still with the delivery agent kindly take necessary steps to deliver the product. Why they are cancelling the product which is paid on credit card

            We have ordered the product LG 109.2 cm (43 inches) 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV
            43UP7720PTY (Light Black) (2021 Model) with Order Number:[protected] from Amazon.in website on Date & Time: 08/06/2022, 13:21:40
            hrs.
            And on the date of delivery Amazon marked it as delivered without delivering the product, when we contacted the amazon customer care initially they said they will investigate and finally they said its OTP based delivery, it can't be marked as delivered with providing the OTP.

            In fact we haven't provided OTP to anyone and no one reached us for delivery or OTP.

            We now wanted this investigate how the delivery boy marked it as delivered without the OTP.

            We have updated the incorrect mobile number in address, when the delivery boy has called on that number they clearly mentioned its not their product, they didn't ordered anything from amazon and he requested for OTP from them which he suppose not do and kept the product with him. We are now filing a police complaint to find out the delivery boy details as he taken the product with him.

              Dear Sir,

              I Miss. Anusaya Sahoo, have been informed from amazon that I have been refunded for my two orders. But practically no amount has been credited to my account yet. I had already followed every instruction from amazon, but still nothing happened in order to get my refund amount.

              The list of method I have tried

              1. Calling customer care and sharing my issue by sharing the reference number given by amazon.
              2. Mailed written complaint to Punjab national Bank grievance team.
              3. VIsited my home branch and discussed the issue with my branch manager

              So, As a result none of the bank correspondents were able to trace my refund and every one has suggested that I should contact amazon. Branch manager said as it was a third party refund and also they had no such information regarding refund, the bank could not do anything in this matter and clearly suggested that I should contact with sender amazon.

              But it's a matter of regret that the sender amazon has never helped me to get my refund back. Always saying my amount has been refunded. Bank also clearly stated no dispute can be filed for a third party refund.

              My Punjab National bank account No. [protected] having the PNB rupay debit card no ending with 8341 have to say that I have done two online transactions through Amazon website through the above mentioned PNB debit card.

              Amazon provided me the above reference ID but Punjab national bank customer service could not traced out the reference ID. Being a reputed Ecommerce site Amazon must take care of your valuable customers without putting them in harassment. It's very clear the issue is at amazon and not at Bank. And if a problem is at the bank, and offcourse as amazon as the sender, should take a heavy action and contact the bank as because amazon is the sender and the bank is the receiver. I am nothing a part of this. I only want to see a refund on my account which I am supposed to have very early.
              So, here I found amazon harassed me since more than two months without taking my matter seriously. I need my refund.plz help

                  This is with reference to Order ID[protected] for a OnePlus 9 5G worth Rs 40999. This order was placed on 7-May-22 but it never got delivered. I was told by your team, the refund will take place in 3 - 5 days so I should order another mobile.

                  IT HAS BEEN 40 DAYS AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I have made a minimum of 15 calls to your team and each time I have been told it will be done in 3 to 5 days, and have received no clarity about my refund. I have also received mails from your team but no refund.

                  I HAVE BEEN HARASSED TO NO EXTENT WITH NO CLARITY WITH RESPECT TO MY REFUND. I have mails from your team stating I will get a call back from the leadership team within 48 hours but I have NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL, Ref CASE ID :D47475818

                  Attached a mail for your reference.

                  I SEEK REFUND AND COMPENSATION FOR THIS ABSOLUTE EXPLOITATION FROM AMAZON. All I get to hear from your associates is that a complaint has been lodged but they have no answers beyond that. This is my last report post which I am going to take this complaint to consumer court.

                    I ordered some Portico bedsheets from Amazon on 6 th June. The expected delivery date was 10 th June. I received the package and an item was missing from the package and the package was loosely packed. I contacted Amazon on the same day and raised my concerns. The Amazon agent asked me to wait till 17 th June as they have escalated the matter and looking into it. I contacted them on 17 th June and the agent said that they have a delivery scan and it shows all the items are delivered. I requested her to share the scan as I am not convinced with their answers and would like to see the proof. The agent said that the scan is only for internal use and cannot to be shared. So basically telling to forget about it !!
                    I requested if I can be connected to a point of escalation and she told me that she is talking to the highest point of escalation. And said she can’t help me with anything nor can share the scan and she is closing the chat and just closed the chat. That is so RUDE!!

                      I have received the damaged product for the order#[protected] from Amazon fresh. After several follow-up, Amazon has refused to replace or refund the item.

                      I have been waiting for more than 7 days to resolve this issue and I am contacting amazon customer care everyday regarding this matter. Either they have to complete the pick up or they have to issue my refund, nothing has happened so far.

                        As i örder two product nd did online payment... Nd latr i found same product in cheap on different so i need to cancel on Amazon but i didnt get refund aftr wait 2 to 3 days... Whn i callled Amazon to help to get my refund tey jst said me wait 2 3 days u may get refund soon again i waited but didnt get my refund... Thn i called nd ask to chk tey said my refund is Initaited frm thr end but i didnt get refund nor i got any notification regarding refund as we all knw we get notifications on every step nd i said Amazon i didnt get any notification nd u say refund done whr is my money i didnt get tey asked me to contact bank thn i called my bank too again i asked thm so and so amount has been credited to my amount tey said no and bank nvr say lie for small amount as we all knw nd y bank need to say lie no tey nvr do tat... But amazon asked me to visit bank once again whn i called nd said abt i call3d my bank nd tey said no such transaction has done to. My account but yet amazon is not helping me

                          This problem is happening again, due to Amazon India delivery staff at Ooty/ Udhagamandalam. Seller has shipped on time/ early, but delivery staff at Ooty is refusing to deliver to me, NOT delivered, but claim to have delivered. This way I end up paying for nothing.

                          this time an essential item worth Rs. 1499/- they claim was delivered yesterday, is actually NOT delivered.

                            The fact is that i have not got the material and when i contacted amazon Customer care they have told me that they have deliverred the material to the security guard and they refuse to share the security guard;'s contact number

                              On 31st of May 2022 delivery boy picked my Product for return with order Id[protected]) but on amazon app it was showing return cancelled product verification failed. but my product was gone. i tried calling amazon they always say wait for 3 working days we will check from backend team. now today it's 16 June and still the same issue, they are not giving refund nor returning my product . what they say is just please wait 3 days we have raised a ticket, for reference i am attaching transcipt of call. i am tired of calling them . they are not resolving my issue.

                                My name is Rajeev Kumar and I had ordered a product from Amazon order number ibid. Amazon sent this order through Shiprocket/ Delhivery tracking number ibid. Today Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent (Mob No :- [protected]) called me on my mobile to deliver the parcel and my wife picked up his call. She refused to accept the order because we are not availaible at the delivery station. During call this Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent started misbehaving with my wife and start with saying...

                                why have you ordered if you dont want to accept

                                Why dont you cancel it online

                                I am fed up with customers like you

                                Next time don't order any parcel, or next time i will not carry or deliver your parcel

                                ...
                                After this my wife felt embarassed and humiliating then cut his call. But again he called back and started saying you receive the product and raise the return. She again refused to do. He also said many other words which you never use for your customers. At last he asked for OTP for refusing parcel. She passed the OTP to him. I have complete recording of his calls. When my wife told me about this i called him and asked his superior or area manager number, but he refused to give any detail about his senior or manager. He replied do whatever you want.

                                I have already complained this matter on amazon, Delhivery and shiprocket platform but they dont care about there customers.

                                It is requested that please take necessary action against this Amazon India, Shiprocket/ Delhivery courier services.

                                  First they sent message via SMS and whatsApp (in Feb 2022) and asked to register to https://www.P720.com/ and asked to purchase items for commission and later froze all my money and the site was blocked and when I contacted later they asked to login to new link:
                                  http://www.mall559.com/ and this link was also blocked and now again they are contacting via whatsApp for Frozen amount withdrawal and asked to contact "Amazon staff Telegram:@AmazonCFO" via Telegram. Here the message was as :

                                  If you have any questions, you can consult the staff of the Amazon Withdrawal Center at any time
                                  Amazon Withdrawal Center Service URL: mall559.com "

                                  When contacted via telegram now they asked to login to new link: https://mall559.com/ and again asking to pay money as handling fee for withdrawal.

                                    I received 2 items in a single parcel from Amazon on 27/05/2022 morning consisting a Redmi 9 Activ (Carbon Black, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) & a Pikkme Mi Redmi 10A / Redmi 9 / Redmi 9 Activ / 9C / Poco C31 Flip Cover Magnetic Leather Wallet Case Shockproof TPU for Mi Redmi 10A / Redmi 9 / Redmi 9 Activ / 9C / Poco C31(Brown).

                                    Arriving today: Use OTP 382561 after reading instructions on package with ID sptp[protected]. Delivery agent [protected] PIN 2704. This is the message I received on that day before delivery.

                                    I had to pay ₹11, 499.00 for Redmi 9 Activ & ₹199.00 for the flip cover (Total ₹11, 698.00). I paid ₹12, 000.00 in cash to the delivery man and he should return me ₹302.00 as a change. But he gave me 1 ₹200 note + 1 ₹50 note + 1 ₹10 note (₹260.00) as change. He told he had no loose change with him then and he promised that he would return me ₹42.00 as change after some hours. I believed him but now I think that it was a trap for me. After 2 hours I tried to call him with his contact number, from which he called me before delivery and the number has been mentioned above in the SMS which I received that day. But I found him busy. After that I tried to contact with him for several times but unfortunately I find him busy now also. I think he blocked my number.

                                    I called Amazon customer care on that day and told the whole incident.They assured me that the problem would be solved shortly and the rest amount will be credited to me within next 72 hours. I called Customer care again on 31st May, 2022 and I was informed that my request has been rejected. I lodged the complaint again and on 2nd June, 2022, I called and they told me that the rest amount will not be credited as they investigated my complaint from local delivery hub and the concerned delivery man denied the incident. So now they have nothing to do. That means the culprit delivery man took ₹42.00 extra from me and now he denied it to higher authority. As I paid the amount in cash and unfortunately I've no solid proof against him now. It's can't be accepted from Amazon.

                                    Return change of ₹42.00 as soon as possible and take necessary step against that fraud & cheater delivery man. I have never faced such experience from this reputed company before. It's not a casual matter of just ₹1 or ₹2. Literally he took away ₹42 extra from me without any reason. The amount is huge for me.

                                    Hope my request will not be put aside. Thank you.

                                    I've not received any update regarding this complaint till now. I was not joking because it's a matter of ₹42 which was not returned by the dishonest fraud cheater delivery man of Amazon but he promised me to return at the time of delivery. It's not my fault if he denies it now.

                                    I've not received not a single reply from Amazon. One month has already passed. Has customer's complaint no value to Amazon?? This is not acceptable.

                                      I am Sudipta Senapati, Mob: [protected]. I wrongly recharged on Amazon Pay balance INR 17100 amount. Many times requested to Amazon customer service but they are not help me for back on my bank account. I was requested on him but they not sending. I am unsatisfied for Amazon. They are not returned my money. It is used for my Medicine and others medical purpose but not help.

                                      Please help me. I want this money back to my bank account it is very emergency and essential money for my family. My mothers has illness. In this situation how I save my Mothers.

                                      Amazon I requested to you again please back my 17100 money back to my bank account. It is very essential for my mothers save.
