    I ordered a study table from Indian Amar on 13th May, 2022 but due to its low quality I returned it on 18th May, 2022. The replacement item I was supposed to receive was not delivered
    nor showed any updates in the Amazon app. Therefore I cancelled the order on 1st june, 2022. Now its 10 june, 2022 and I haven't received any refund nor any updates on the refund status. I have contacted customer care but they did not give me a proper reply. Please look into this matter and reply asap.

      Dear Team Amazon,

      Above product was supposed to picked up on 23/05/2022 ( with refer to[protected] this pick up id ) and on 30/05/2022 ( with refer to[protected] this pick up id ) and yesterday that is on 07/06/2022.

      Amazon have cancelled the pick up on 23/05/22, 30/05/2022 & 08/06/2022 without informing to customer. On these dates I have neither received any call from delivery agent and Amazon too nor delivery agent attempted on given address.

      I have interacted with Mr Himanshu over phone on 03/06/2022 where he said to me that either pick up will be done on 07/06/2022 or we will give you advance refund. Yesterday that is on 07/06/2022 also, nobody called me and visited at given address. Today when I have called to customer care where one lady executive Ms Pooja said that advance refund has not approved where Mr Himanshu didn't inform me that advance refund will be given subject to approval.
      The date when 1st return was initiated on 23/05/2022 today is 08/06/2022, here extreme delay happened from your end. This all has to be streamlined by Amazon end until pick up is done but here it seems that nothing is happening even after calling frequently on customer care, surprised!
      Thrice pick up has not been done from your end. So here I want either total refund back on top priority or make an arrangement to pick up the product on immediate basis and refund too. If pick up is not happened within given TAT, I will not be responsible because delay has happened from your end thrice and in this situation I am liable to get my refund back.
      So kindly advice how do I get my refund back on priority to avoid delay and cross the TAT because nobody is attempting for pick up on given address and not making any call too.
      If require, can call on my mobile anytime.

        I have placed an order for mobile exchange on 2nd June 2022. Th order was supposed to be delivered by 5th June 2022. But still the order is not delivered . I am not concerned about the product .what is disturbing me is that the delivery agents are playing with me . They don't try any delivery attempts but they mention falsely as delivery attempted . I have called the customer care multiple times everytime they said they have escalated the delivery persons .But nothing is happening . The delivery agents and the delivery station are to be held responsible . Past 3 days they are cheating me saying we are on the way making me wait for the whole day and finally they say delivery parcel is transferred to another person and immediately they will update as delivery attempted in the amazon Application . I find this very frustrating .

              I ordered a philips straightener at 08.04.2022. but i got a wrong product of nova straightener. i complained it and raised a request to refund back. then amazon parcel man came and picked uo my parcel at 21.04.2022. but in status it is not shown. and still they are not gave my money back of 2839. thet said we did not picked up your parcel. but they had at 21.04.2022. amazon not provide any receipt to any cusotomer of picked up delivery. please sir provide my refund back. i called them 10-12 times. raise my complaints. but my refund is not provided to me. please provide my refund back sir.

                I had bought two helmets from Amazon, but both of the helmets are of the incorrect size, So I had requested a return as these were eligible for return within 10 days, But over the last 10 days they have initiated pickup multiple times but every time I don't get any calls throughout the day and at the end of the day, they update the status as Return pickup verification failed.

                This type of service is not at all expected from a firm like Amazon, please take appropriate action so that I am able to return the products and get my refund.

                  I received a letter through India Post courier, in the letter, it was claimed to be sent by Amazon. They provided me with a scratch card, and after scratching it, it was mentioned that I've won a cash prize of Rs 7.5lac. (Images are attached)
                  I messaged on the given WhatsApp number, and they asked me to share my bank account details so that they can transfer the winning amount. This was a bit suspicious to me, so I cross checked with the officials of Amazon. To my surprise, they said that this letter was not sent by them and it's a fraud. Please take action against this, as some fraudsters are looting people in the name of certain reputed companies. This has happened not just with me, but also with many others around.
                  I hereby request you to please look into the matter at the earliest, and catch hold of the fraudsters.

                    I bought a watch for 14895 Rs. It was a gift to my brother. His wrist is too big and the watch doesnt fit him well. Mind you the watch is not even turned on yet. So i wanted to return bu there is no return option in there? I dont know if it violates consumer rights. But i feel viloated as a consumer i cannot try the watch unless i have it with me. thats the beauty of online shopping. I have always believed that all products can be returned. But this came as a big surprise to me. I now have a watch worth 15000 rupee, which cannot be used as it doesnt fit not can it be returned as Amazon says its a big money for them! what a joke!

                    I raise this as a complaint in this forum to get some way of resolution. Amazon has denied to give me any further help on this.

                        On 2nd june 2022, i ordered M laxmikant book. They deliverde a different version of the book on 4th june [ORDER #[protected]]. I applied for the replacement of the book with the actual book. They picked up the book on 5th june but still they have not delivered the original book. ORDER #[protected] for the replcement book which is supposed to get deliver. please help me to get my book. We dont have time for all this drama. Every time i order, i get the different version of the item which is most of the time cheaper than the original one. And they charge us the amount of the original item. This is the complete scam. This way all will boycott the online purchasing platform.
                        Please help me to get my book back.

                          I bought a keyboard and mouse portronics key 2 combo in amazon on may 15 now my keyboard is not working. The return policy also expires but the product dint have any warranty card in the box. i want to return the product immediately. Please help me resolve this.

                              I am using this platform since long, according to my CIBIL Score this application shows multiple offer for applying credit card & Payback Offer with Card, Like Smart-Watch, Amazon Pay Voucher Etc.
                              In the same row I have applied for a SBI Credit card & there was a offer of 3000 Rps of Pay Balance after applying.
                              Within 15 Days of application i have received my card before 2 months but still No Payback offer given by Amazon India.
                              I am calling them from 45 Days but still no resolution provided by them, Every time when i have called them they guys just given me time 4 days, 10 Days & 2 Days.
                              This company harassing me very much & i am very disturb.

                                Summary: Amazon keeps deferring the return/pickup of a damaged laptop they sent me on 17th May (today is 7th June). They are not refunding Rs. 87, 790 because they are not picking up the damaged laptop from my place.

                                Date: 16th May : Laptop worth Rs. 87790 purchased. (ASUS ZenBook 13 OLED (2021) Intel Core i7-1165G7 11th Gen 13.3" (33.78 cms) FHD Thin and Light Laptop (16GB/512GB SSD/Windows 10/Office 2019/Intel Iris X Graphics/Pine Grey/1.14 kg), UX325EA-KG722TS | B095C5PFFD ( B095C5PFFD ) HSN:84713010

                                Date 17th May: Received laptop with a Damaged display screen. Date 18th May: Informed Amazon and they verified the photos and issued a replacement of the device. They mentioned the delivery guy will pick up the damaged item and deliver the replacement. Date 19th May: Damaged Item not picked up nor a replacement I relentlessly followed up with their customer support thru phone, through their portal and via social media (Twitter). I suffered significant loss as the laptop was meant for one of my senior software engineer, due to the problem he couldn't work for a week and we then had to invest another 80K~ to buy another laptop from a shop. I requested them to refund the amount if they don't have a replacement. They agreed to pick up the item and refund the amount Rs. 87790. Date 7th June: The item is not picked up from any one of them and the amount is not yet refunded. My money is stuck with them and there is no sign of anyone showing up to pick up the laptop. So far Amazon is not able to provide me with the reason why the laptop has not been picked for more than 18 days and why my money has not been refunded to me.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    Greetings!

                                    I have made wrong transaction to Amazon reseller of 3000rs due to Amazon pay app error on 28-Feb-2022 at 10:18 Am. I have got assurance from Amazon support that my money will be refunded within 5 days, but now Amazon support is saying that my money can't be refundable since it's moved to reseller account. It's been after more than 3 months of logging this query, my question is why didn't they inform the same to me when I logged query initially. I have checked with reseller as well they confirmed that they didn't receive the money and they confirmed me that money will be transferred to amazon server only when we made an transaction initially and i have checked with my bank end they also stated that same. Amazon support was giving false assurance on money refund and they are just extending the follow up date, Till now i didn't get my money back and it's been 3 months.I have call recordings of Amazon support on each follow ups. As per the RBI guidelines if any wrong transaction made it should be refunded to customer.I have made transaction through Amazon pay platform to amazon reseller. So Amazon is responsible for refunding money back and I didn't do it on purpose, it happened due to app error. Here is the bank reference ID:[protected]. Please assist further and help me to get money back.

                                      I had ordered amazfit gtr3 from amazon application in which the sensor was not working properly so i gave it for replacement but because the watch is 13990 rupees i thought i should buy some cheap watch so i asked for refund of that order Applied again and on 19th May the delivery boy of amazon checked it properly and took it back but after not getting my refund for 5-6 days i called amazon customer care they said product was received yesterday only 2- You will get the refund in 3 days but it is more than 1 week that I called again and I was told that they did not receive the original product in amazon hub, then I told them that I will give you the video of that delivery boy I can mail in which I made him while returning the clock but I was told that it is not needed we will solve your problem soon and I was given the time of 1st June again then when I called again he said Our investigation team is checking that you will get your refund on 6th June but when I Called them on 6th June they said that we will not give you refund and amazon can't help you do whatever you want to do while i have returned original product and i have proof of that in video also but amazon customer On telling the care, those people are disconnecting the phone without listening to the talk, please help me in getting my refund thank you.

                                      On my call on Amazon, its senior officer said that we cannot help you wherever you want to complain and without listening to me, the phone is being disconnected, I have done this 3 times, I told them 3 times. Called once on 6th June, please help me or else next month I will have to deposit the installment of that watch which I do not have with me.

                                        There is a fraud happened with me by amazon and your team is not at all helpful, i have received an empty box of watch which has nothing in it, either the merchant or delivery guys has done this robbery and i have paid 6, 999/- for this

                                        Have been following up for refund since more than 5 days and your team is not at all helping in this
