I ordered my wireless accessory worth ₹1, 999/-
on 28th June, 2022.
I have Received the package on 4th July, 2022
But as I opened the box, it was completely empty and the item was missing from the box.
I had made complaints regarding this but there is no such reply from the company
I just want my money back.🙏

They said I shall registered and work With them I did, and deposits money, now I want to withdrawn they have being increasing task for me of which I don't any money now I need my money I'm in deep trouble now. Please help me and return my money back.

Item not deliverd yet vide order No;[protected], dated 26th June'22, but showing delivery success status in the App.Please deliver my product otherwise refund my paid amount of Rs.29, 999/-.

Sir we have not received my refund for rs 590 which had successfully processed on 17 Jan. RR no has given by the company is[protected].dama

I ordered product from Amazon and they committed same day delivery but it didn't not happen and waited for four days but it was cancelled with out informing to me and again I ordered one more product again they committed same day delivery but again they didn't deliver the same...why they are committing if they are not able to delivery...I called many times to the amazon customer care but the issue is not resolved..

I have raised return request, but no one came for pick up and staus update that "return pick up verification failed". I have tried two times but both time same status updated and even curriers guy has not contacted any time. Please take this feedback very seriously and refund my money as soon as possible....

I will order an smart watch fire boltt ninja 3 product price is 1799 off 2 peaces total price 3598 .. and I return 2 product by quality issues.. and Amazon will replace the 2 watches and that time will receive the item and not open the pack and I will sudden return to the refund process.. I am continues call to Amazon customer care and ask my refund status .. and I will put enuqery on the product off fire boltt watch..and Amazon coustemer will talk to you will given the wrong product and not given refund.. I am not open the replaced product off fire boltt watches .. and wl say that you are fake product will send .. I am given as it is product and I am not open the product cover ... I am.disspointed . And 1 product amount off 1799 is refund .but another smart watch will not refund given reason fake product will return..but I am not open the cover off the product... 2 watches will kept in 1 box cover and I am not open the cover I will sudden return the product .how to send the fake product my side.. plz enquiry and refund my money ..

I have paid extra RS. 175/- for delivery between 3pm to 7pm.
I never received the product and after speaking to multiple agents and supervisor I was finally assured on an email by Shivam (supervisor) that I will for sure receive the product next day 1/7/2022 between 10 am to 7 pm.
I received message that the product is out for delivery and received calling number [protected] and pin 1771 but while calling nobody picked up the call.
I again called agents and even had a chat with a few who assured me delivery at 7pm and was also told that it's reached at Mahatma Phule Nagar near Police Colony which is 1.5 km away from my marked address.
Which was a lie coz after that whoever I spoke to stated that they don't have access to such information.
I have made to wait 2 days without resolution, i have been lied to, i have gone through mental trauma due to continuous calling and multiple failed assurance

As I tried multiple time to reach customer service, they told they will pickup request but they don't created yet.

It is still showing return received but they didn't pick up order from me. From one month I am trying to reach but they are supporting.

I order camera lens through Amazon. First time i received sewing Machine from seller Zinedane. They rejected my return and did not inform of the reason. When i called Amazon they said they need 3 business day for investigation. but luckily after a week of struggle and multiple calls i got the refund.

Second time placed order through amazon seller FOVTY, this time received a brick from Amazon. When it was mentioned as 3.12kgs it was surprise and shocker since camera lens is less than 2 kg.

Fake seller and fake amazon. Do not have any trust and its really bad experience to go through all this process.

Your communication with customers is very poor. i have sent more than 3 mails to adjust refund against immediate fresh purchase of same product which i had to cancel due to wrong delivery address. i did not got any response from your end. Due to this i could not make payment for Garden aluminum chair. If i make payment, my refund for earlier purchase would take 2 to 3 weeks which i wanted to avoid.

I ordered a Curio Centre Make in India Round Cotton Home Swing & Hammock Chair on 18 jun 2022J and it arrived on 26 Jun 2022 in a very bad condition like used product as color of white swing was totally dusty...
so I requested for refund and was told that next day product will be picked up and then refund will be issued .

but next day no one came to pick up and no one even contacted me .So I complaint about it to customer care and was assured it will be picked up next day . but next day also I received message that "pickup was cancelled at the time of picking ".
so I again contacted customer care and again they rescheduled the pickup and told me that they have also filled complaint form and has directly sent pickup request to amazon pickup station .

but again next day same thing happened .

this is going on for 4 times now . no one contacts me, no one comes at my place . all I get is message that pickup was cancelled at the time of pickup.

I have cancelled above item on the same day it was delivered.. i got a message that the item would be collected back on 29th June before 19hrs. but no one visited to collect the same. How long have to wait at home waiting for the person?

- I had ordered a Prestige PIC 3.1 V3 Induction Cooktop, but received the wrong item (Prestige PIC 6.1 V3 Induction Cooktop).
- I had initiated a return request on 16th June with images of the wrong item delivered.
- This was approved and a return pickup was initiated from Amazon's side on 24th June - one week after my request for return pickup.
- From 24th to 30th June (7 days), I have been in touch with customer support, social media teams everyday and they keep saying that a return pickup is initiated for the next day and nothing has happened.

I'm frustrated and there is no recourse from Amazon's side. This is disgusting.

I have refund due to me against cancellation, I want the said amount to be adjusted against my fresh order

I ordered this product SanDisk Ultra SDXC UHS-I Card(256 GB) on 1st April 2022. As it mentioned it will be delivered on the same day. I have not received this order till 7th of that month and i contacted Amazon team regarding delivery status. They said they are facing some technical issues to track this order.

Today i.e., 30th June 2022 the product has been delivered to my address.

Now, I don't required this item, when I approached to Amazon team, they refused to take the product back.

Kindly help do needful.

On 24th June, I made payment to Hotel Unnati of ₹250, through Amazon Pay UPI. My account has been debited by ₹250 but the receiver's account has yet not been credited by the specific amount. Also, I have not received any refund till now.

Purchased a bergman tyre inflator on 8th june22. When checked it was not getting powered on. So same day requested for return and refund. But since the not a single time return pick agent has come or called me! Return is scheduled only to ne cancelled. Over 20 times return pick up scheduled and cancelled till now!
What to do?
