I had placed a rakhi package order with Amazon India on 4th August with order#[protected] to be delivered at Pune on 10th August. The estimated delivery dates given on the site was 7th-Aug-11th Aug for my order. But, with my past experience of the delivery orders placed with Amazon, I was assured that the package will be delivered at the address within schedule. Within 2-3 days, they had updated the blue dart id ([protected]) against my order with the message as Dispacthed. However, when I started tracking my package with this id on blue dart, I was getting error as invalid number. I called up Amazon India customer care, and the representative also confirmed to me that the tracking id is not working.I have mails from Amazon India customer service confirming the same. After checking and waiting for status update on Amazon India till Friday(8th Aug), I started calling up and following up for my package. The real mental harassment started on Friday when I was told that the rakhi orders are placed with some 3rd party vendor Caratcube and that I should follow with Caratcube for the order delivery. When I contacted Caratcube I was informed by them that they have already dispatched the order and that I should follow up with bluedart. After contacting blue dart, they told me that the tracking id is invalid and that I should get a proper tracking id from Amazon. So I was back to zero. I again called up Amazon India Customer Service, and they told me that they will contact Caratcube with my delivery order and the same vicious circle started again. No-one from Amazon or Caratcube helped me in tracking my package. As per Amazon India, the problem was with Caratcube and as per Caratcube the problem was with bluedart.On the day of Rakhi festival(10th August), the blue dart id actually started working and suddenly I was told that the package will be delivered on 12th August whereas I had placed the package for 10th August.Finally, my brother didnot receive the rakhi as scheduled on the festival eve and I was literally mentally harassed by the way Amazon India handled my order. I have all the mails sent to Amazon India as well to Caratcube for the order tracking. I want Amazon India to refund my complete package money and also pay for the mental ordeal I had to go through while following up on my order placed with them. Amazon Customer Service is insensitive to customer complaints and emotions. I want to request all the people using internet not to order anything from Amazon as they have a pathetic customer service. I am also going to sue Amazon India legally for mishandling my order.

Please look into this matter & let me know if anything can be done and is there any way to get my money refunded.

      Date Transaction Currency Deposit Withdrawal Running Balance 09/08/2014 PURCHASE AT WWW.CCAVENUE.COM/CHA 21:13:03/48695 INR 2, 027.00 5, 455.64 The above shown is the transaction that I have made to purchase Classic Men's Black Leather Gold Dial Skeleton Mechanical Sport Army Wrist Watch today at 09:13pm. After the payment was done on the ccavenue website the page went blank and no further information was displayed. The email that I had provided for shipping details was [protected]@gmail.com. There was no order confirmation email sent on this email id. Although the amount is deducted from my account I have not received any information whether the order was placed or not. Kindly look in to the matter and let me know if anything can be done. I have also mailed them on the email id mentioned on their website.

        I was charged on my credit card capital one on July 07 $29.75 and on July 08 $10.94.and I asked for Amazon to credit back my acct on my mastercard as I made no purchases with these people. And they have yet to credit my card back $30.69. Thank you Elizabeth Stevens.

          I had ordered a Dell Venue 7 Tablet and as promised it was delivered in two days. As soon as I opened the box and switched it on, the tablet just froze on the start up. I went to an authorized service center to find that the product was damaged. All ok till then, i got a refund from Amazon the very next day.I insisted them as well as the seller to provide me a replacement but these frauds wont do that. They made the refund and asked to me order it again. When I ordered it again, i almost paid 400 Rs extra and when I went for check out, they were not providing me with COD facility. I live in a area where COD is easily available and I had bought my previous Tab on COD method only. After 10 minutes of paying the entire amount through my card, i received a mail stating that my order was cancelled and the reason was given that I was buying multiple items. WTF??? I have already returned the damaged piece and I got the money and because of you guys my time is wasted. I complained to Customer service and they say that they cannot help and asked me to send a mail to account specialist. The account specialist asks me place an order again. DO I have only that much of work to keep on ordering from stupid Amazon? And i have not yet received the refund of ht e cancelled order and I cannot even track my refund status on the Site.

            My order No.: #[protected] was cancelled by the company saying
            that it was listed with an incorrect price on our website! Now how can
            we trust the company that after confirming the product and at the time
            of delivery they send us a mail saying the order rate was not correct?
            Is this the way they function! So how can they claim on their website
            100% purchase protection? This is not good and not acceptable If they
            accept the order then they must supply.I want my purchase product.

              I have filled refund of books ordered from Amazon.in. have received confirmation that your refund complaint has been logged under[protected]. On continues tracking and calls to amazon only thing I hear is ' Sir this is being looked at and would be done in 15 business days'. I logged complaint on May 4 2014. And when I called today I still received same answer.

                    I have ordered the product worth 3590 but later cancelled it since it was dispatched late. They have deducted 1400 form my refund & have paid only 2590. PRECAUTION before cancelling your order. Amazon is nowhere in comparison to Snapdeal & Flipkart. Also they are insensitive to the customers. No ofline support, . You have to go online go to orders than slect appropiate options & than click to phone after which you can talking to them. You have to mail everything to them. Cutomer care is of no use they can only give the information which you already have on your dashboard. Till date I am requesting them to make my full payment.                         Account deducted without my knowledge

                        i opened a amazon s3 account .thats free for 1 year .but the deuducted initially 62.17 rupees from my acc i complain to there email id then they told that is not our issue you just ask to amazon account and ones again they diducted 60.17 for REV VIN/Amazon Paym_3404_16.06 without my knowledge.plz help me to refund that amt and stop that....

                        on or about may 22, 2014 I i ordered the audio book Killing Jesus from Amazon. I ordered it by filling information in on line. I did not realize that the shipping address in the system was 3055 Marlin Dr, Lake Havasu City "AZ 86403 and I believe that the book went to that address. I never received it because I had changed this shipping address to 271 Independence Lane Roseburg OR97471. I see that my Visa bill is charged the $17 & something but I never received a credit for not receiving the book. I assumed the USPS would return the book to you and I would receive a credit.                           I have ordered a USB Modem iBall Airway 7.2MP-18 of Rs.1139/- on 30th June of 2014 and made payment at the same time via Internet Banking. They shown on their page dispatched in the same day and said estimated delivery that was 8th of July 2014. But they never deliver me the package. I have sent several E-mails to their Customer Care Executives. But I have not got any positive response. They surrendered by blaming the Shipping Company FedEx. I want to appeal all the Internet user to never buy any item from Amazon.in.

                              My Order#[protected] you placed on 03/07/2014. for Huggies Diapers (baby product). Material send from Mumbai, came to Kolkata hub on 5th of july, suddenly on seven tracker report materials was returned back to seller without trying to delivered the same and without my concern. After draw the attention to Amazon they said to cancelled the old order and placed new order for same. But that time I was placed that order on Rs. 372/- and now I have to purchase the same at Rs. 408/-. Within 3-4 days they change their rate, its their policy but cancelled my order and told me to placed new order at new rate is totally a fraud.

                                I ordered a Nikon DSLR D5200 online on Amazon dated[protected] against full payment through by my debit card. Their delivery time is normally 3-4 days. But even after 1 week my order was not despatched. I contacted their customer care regarding this and got to know that due to wrong quoting of price my order will be cancelled shortly whereas on other hand they sent me a mail that my order will be delivered by[protected]. I have every proof of Email, screen shots, bank statement, their order and payment received emails sent by them. But now they sent me another mail that order has been cancelled.

                                  Initially i just created my account and logged into Amazon associates. I was deducted 120 rupees from my debit card for membership fee. Later on i completely stopped using it. Its almost about days i logged in. However, I now have been deducted for about 1890 rupees but don't why. Information given is "msdhostfee". They did not specify in terms and agreement so i just stepped behind not using it but now unnecessarily deducting from my account. I want my money back or refunded, They did now inform us or even intimate before that they would deduct. This is truly unfair. please help us to get back our money. I just want back my money which was deducted directly from my account. going forward I should not get any deductions from their side, i would like to discontinue and shutdown my account. I just want my money to be refunded.

                                      Hi, I mostly buy gadgets online from reputed portals like ebay, snapdeal etc. This is my the third buying experience with amazon-india and has been a terribly frustrating one. I ordered a AMD Athlon II X2 270 processor two weeks back from the seller "ecomputerbazar". No shipment even after a week.. I sent emails to the seller repeatedly.. no response.. and at the end of a week, the order got cancelled by amazon.. My one week gone in waiting. I placed the order again with a different seller "Dolphin System Technologies"; the order again stays 'preparing for despatch' for a week; n number of emails to the seller; contacted amazon customer support and they too sends emails; but the seller doesn't bother to respond. At the end of another week, the order gets automatically cancelled again. I had to wait two weeks on an item, that I could have bought readily from elsewhere. This has been a very frustrating experience. It seems like any dumb seller can list anything on amazon - even an item the seller hasn't seen with his own eyes; And in the end, the order gets cancelled if the seller opts not to ship it and the buyer has no option even to give a negative feedback to the seller (no cancelled orders are eligible for feedback even if the cancellation happened from seller/amazon). Really a pathetic customer experience. Even amazon has no control or power to ban such non-shipping sellers it seems. All a customer got to do is place an order with his money and keeps his fingers crossed. Try your best not to place orders and waste time with these sellers: 'ecomputerbazar' and 'Dolphin System technologies' .. and possibly the list goes on in amazon i guess.
