Amazon Lost my goods from their fba warehouse

They created a removal order automatically and sent the goods, till date never received goods even though they are saying they completed the order.

Tracking number given is not valid, customer support claiming I'm putting a false claim.

But then where did the goods go?

Either provide or compensation or goods back.

    I bought ECHO STUDIO SMART SPEAKER product on 21.04, FOR RS 23000 it was delivered on 27.04.22 it is was a gift for my husband. he didn't like it, SO I wanted TO return it. But since then I'm only initiating return requests&the pick-up partner is nt coming2my door. Pickup partner is not even contacting me&id marking "product verification failed". How can he mark verification failed, without coming.4 return reqst failed. im fed up
    EVERYDAY I HAVE 40 MINS- 1 HRS HEATED ARGUMENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING.

    Two of such screen shots of return confirmed and return failed & rescheduled attached. Please help in getting the item picked and get refund for the same. The product is still in packed box, I haven’t even opened the seal of box.

      This is regarding order of wonderchef blender combo of 2 which i bought on Jan 12, 2022. Due to some problem in functioning in one of the two products, I applied for replacement which they failed to deliver and arranged for refund on return and return pick of the product was done on Feb 3, 2022 after lot of headache.
      Initially, the return pickup wasn't updated on the app and later they blocked my account accusing too many returns from the account.So I couldn't track the pickup/refund of the products. After lot many emails and calls the Amazon representative people told me that no product was picked up which later turned to wrong pickup of the order. When I asked from them to name the different product they picked, they said they can't disclose it and that they have sent to scrap.Despite calling them and emailing them repeatedly, their response remained same and eventually they stopped replying.
      It's too disheartening that my heard earned is being fixed by Amazon in such a way that I've not received any proof from their end against the accuse they have put on me.
      Kindly kindly kindly don't do this with people's hard earned money. I've attached the screenshot of the account where it's shown that they have received the products and initiate refund of the same but I've not received any refund yet, amount being ₹5290.

        A person name M s chauhan is fraudster. he told us that he is an Army personnel, and contacted me to buy a product on OLX and agreed to pay the asked price. He claimed that he is posted in near by Bangalore and he cannot come to take the physical delivery, nor can he pay the money in cash and hence, needs to transfer the money online. also he told that his wife will be coming to purchase the product at home. After striking a deal, he told that in army, we have different kind of payment method and he provided us the upi id then he told us to enter the Rs. 1 amount there and then he credited Rs. 2 in our account in order to build the trust. later he said that he will be paying us the money, but he actually without telling us has taken our money from our account. He guided us through the process tellling that army and government has such kind of process in Google Pay. Money, instead of being credited, gets debited from our account .
        he claimed that this was a mistake and that now he is again giving UPI id for twice the amount (to account for the money that has been mistakenly debited from ours account) but this time also the amount again gets debited from ours account. he was forcing, abusing and threatening us to repeats this exercise again.
        this is the complete case of fraud done by M s chauhan with us. without informing us he has taken our money, and not giving us back. he threatened me and my family. and now we are helpless. we become victim of this fraud and scam. we dont know where to ask for justice.
        we are requesting, please help us in this case.
        we hope this forum can help us and other victim like us to get the justice.

          Refund not credited to my account
          When I call Amazon they'll tell it's credited but when I call bank customer care they'll tell to call amazon

              I ordered Genus gtt170 Inverter Battery from Amazon India on 19th April since then I am regularly doing follow-ups for delivery my shipment is still not deliver to me and delivery status is showing delivered by Amazon. raised complaint on customer support but they are unable to help just asking for wait. its been already 12 days, Please help

                About courier agent who came to Deliver my package has taken extra money. As by mistake i have given him 2000 rupees to him and product cost was 991 rupees so he counted money still didn't give extra money which is by mistake given by me

                  To any other person this incident will feel like techincal backend issue
                  This incident is plain and simple cheating and fraud by Amazon India.
                  We ordered a MAKITA UH6570 Electric Hedge Trimmer on Amazon. The item is listed with "10 Days Return Policy". Now the flow of events:-
                  1. We received the item in very shaby packaging with local brown tapes on outside and it seemed like packaging was opened before and therefore we tried to raise the return request as obviously it was listed as "Returnable".
                  2. To our shock and horror on clicking Return item link on Amazon it showed that item is Non-Returnable?????? Howz that possible...??? If the item is Non-Returnable then it should have been listed with "Non-returnable item" information. We even have screenshot of the item listing. This is pure and simple fooling the customer unethical selling practice.
                  3. We called Amazon customer service, uploaded item photos and asked for return and but shockingly they also kept telling that item is "Non-returnable". To any sound mind person this will seem a wrong listing issue of product from Amazon side. Upon chatting with CC and multiple calls to customer executives and there supervisors regarding this were futile and they were not ready to apply mind and reason. Its really pathetic.
                  4. Frustratingly we opened the packaging and found that the even the item was not working and turning on. We again called the customer care for the same and asked for its replacement. But for that too there was no clear reply both on call and on chat. We just wasted our whole day chasing this issue and it was falling on deaf ears.

                  Is the level of service Amazon India has stooped to?? No Return ..No replacement...No resolution...that too on item clearly listed as "10 Days Returnable" . We have the screenshot of both mobile App and of Web. All this being a loyal Prime member of Amazon for past 8 years and this is how a customer is being treated!!?? Actually what's the point of this Prime Membership if this is how its customers are treated?? On that note what's the point of even shopping on Amazon and being loyal customers for so many years?? Why shouldn't the customers boycott the company completely when its customers genuine grievances are not being resolved???So my advice to all perspective shoppers out there please be extremely wary of products and there listing on Amazon.

                    I had ordered a Bajaj NX01 powerful mixer worth Rs 2599 but I received a Usha multicooker. Then I returned the product but a refund was not initiated after a few days of returning, so I complained to their customer care. They said that I had sent them the wrong product in return because the correct product was sent to me. But this was not the case, I complained again and again but I got the same report every time that the seller had sent the correct product and I returned the wrong product. They said that no refund will be initiated. And I asked them to at least return the multicooker if not refunding, they are also not doing so. Please help me in this case.

                        I've returned one usb mouse (replacement) on 26.04.2022. But even after successful pick up, no refund amout received. Order was on POD payment option and i selected sbi bank account to receive that refund amount.

                          Sir/ madam,
                          My elder brother Pracheta Chakrabortty ordered a laptop HP250 g8( 11th gen Intel core i3-1115g4/8gb DDR4 RAM/512 gb ssd/windows 10/39.62cm(15.6 Inch)HD/Intel UHD Graphics) 42V68PA (Dark Ash Silver, 1.74 kg) on 7.4 2022 through amazon.in, and it delivered on 12.4.2022 which was (fully damaged, broken, wrong, and old, ) the price of the product 39, 700/- and payment made through credit card. After received this damaged broken product
                          I informed amazon customer care on thedelivered day to retun and refund my money but after 5 times return pick up raises on the website but return is not complete, refund not initiated till now (17th, 20th, 23th, 27th 30th april 2022)and again 2nd May 2022, these are all pick up dates canceled from amazon pick up associates with out visit my house, and pick up cancelation reasons showing customer is refusing all time but it's totally wrong information and blaming customer, only the first pick up date 17th April 2022 pick up person came to my house saw the broken damaged product and he refused to pickup due to damaged product, I also said amazon customer care that pick up person not interested to pick the product. after that all the pick up dates are raised by Amazon customer care, and canceled by amazon pick up person with out visit my house. Again raise a pick date 2 may 2022, and every pick up date I informed to amazon customer care time to time all the situation, "no one still visit my house and not picking up (wrong damaged and old) product. "Still I am cooperating with amazon customer care, but I have been informed by amazon customer care that backend team of amazon customer care feels that ( right product delivered to me ) and I am suffering ( fraud and trapped) period which I am saying that wrong, it's blaming me, and I couldn't not understand what should I do now and how to get justice for this . Again I found the wrong invoice has send me by amazon.in . In gst invoice has wrong seller name and no serial number of this product. Also I have searched manufacturers warranty in HP website with the serial number which has on the HP Amazon packet, and i saw that the warranty has already started from 21 February 2022 but I ordered this product on 7th April 2022, how its warranty started of this serial number of product before purchasing the product? It's fully fraud. Backend team of amazon didn't investigating this matter properly, till now my money is not refunded. And i want to get refund my money of Rs. 39700/- from amazon.in please help me.

                                  Hello,
                                  I had ordered iPAD 9th gen along with Apple pencil, cover and screen guard (Total 4 items together). I got this package delivered on 24th April 2022, When I received package I felt weight was very less so asked delivery guy to open the package . When I checked shockingly iPAD was missing from that and it was marked as delivered in my account. Even delivery guy acknowledged that it was missing. I am trying to get REFUND or REDELIVERY of this product from amazon from last 7 days, they saying investigation is going on….!! but no resolution. I am loosing 30, 000 ₹ for amazon’s mistake. Could please try yo help me on this.

                                    I received wrong smartwatch. When I contact to customer care they raised investigation for 3 days . After 3 days I contact them and they said that “ you received correct product and we don’t provide refund or replacement for this.

                                      Recently, I have purchased car sunshades the quality is very poor and detaches every time falls apart while driving. I have initiated the refund many times. Has contacted customer care many times.

                                      Story is repeated the same every time:
                                      1. Delivery person comes
                                      2. He says I will come back in the evening as parcel is big
                                      3. He never appears
                                      4. At evening pickup is cancelled

                                      This has happened nth times now, Customer care said they are helpless.
                                      I had never experienced such a thing with Any e-commerce.

                                      What resolution does amazon can provide to break this infinite loop o[censored]nresolved pickups?
                                      Customer care said we can not do anything beyond place pickup requests again and again.

                                      Amazon is deliberately cheating with customers.
