We placed an order for a Electric blender. The image and description given in the site is totally different with the delivered product. we do not understand why customer is misleaded by giving fake description and images . This is causing waste of valid time of the customer. This has been repeatedly happening many number of times with other products as regard with description, brand and images are entirely different what we received . we are contacted customer care and they answered to return it. They just don't bother about the time and space of the customer. please justify.

    I ordered 2 Wing Chairs from Amazon. The chairs were defective. Upon contacting seller for return and refund, Seller stopped responding.
    Now upon contacting Amazon, Amazon is unable to take action or issue me the refund. I have spend 46000 rs on the chairs, and now its just of money. Moreover Calling and complaining to Amazon India Customer care, no one bothered to solve my issue. It has sucked both my precious time and Energy. Hence reaching out to consumer forum.

        I am Amandeep and live in Jalandhar punjab I was looking for job thus i contacted by a person unknown to me through whatsapp chat bearing number [protected] and [protected] that he provide me some task based job thus i invested at around 250000 to them through online mode thus now i am unable to get refund thus i request you to investigate into the matter and kindly arrest the culprict that they provided me two links in the name of mall68.com and mall299.com that curentlly i am unable to withdraw my hard earned money that Two person name was EVE and second name was AUSTIN CRAWFORD They gave me 6 tasks but day by day the task based job become tough to me and i was unable to complete that one too

          1. I ordered Panasonic Juicer mixer and paid rs8500
          2. On 29th April when Myself and my wife was away I got call from agent that he has come with product and asked for OTP
          3. That time my 84 years father was there.
          4. After getting OTP he gave a package and left
          5. When we returned and opened we found one beach cloth
          6. I asked for return mentioning this
          7. Agent came and said he cannot take this
          8. But in amazon it was mentioned customer refuses return and its lie
          9. Every day I am writing my complaint as review but no response from amazon customer service.
          Please help

            I have purchased the Haier 570L (HRF - 622SS) Refrigerator (order id[protected]) from Amazon India.
            I have received the damaged product having dents on the product (photos attached).
            The amazon delivery guys refused and told me they are incapable of opening the product box and telling me that a Brand technician will come and open the box, technician will take care.
            The Brand Technician confirmed that the product is damaged (Job card attached).
            Even though after providing the Brand Technician Job card, Amazon people are refusing to replace the product.
            This is not fair business.
            Please replace my product.

            Could some one here help me to get my product replacement.

              I had ordered note 11 pro+ on 8th May 2022 which was a 1 day delivery. On 9th they do a out for delivery then it is not delivered. They say if you are a prime customer so what I need thr phone as I have to login for my office account I am the sole earner of my house and now they rescheduled the delivery to 12th may when the delivery was already out for delivery and I am on unplanned leave so will the Amazon pay my per day pay of my salary due to their incapability. I request consumer forum to take action on it and tell Amazon to resolve my problem as they are going fraud with the customers the order is prepaid.

                I have purchased a voltage stabilizer from Amazon on 27-July-2021 for my new Hitachi 1.5 tone ac.
                When AC got installed with the stabilizer it stopped working within 2 days.
                I thought the Problem is with AC but when technician checked there was no Problem with AC
                Problem was with the stabilizer because the display is showing the incorrect voltage so stabilizer damaged the PCB of the ac by providing the bad electricity.
                3-4 times my AC got checked by Hitachi technicians Then I raised a complaint in Microtek after one-two months but AC didn't work not the Stabilizer.
                This year i again started the Process with a refreshing mindset and Purchased new Voltas ac for the same place and sold the Hitachi ac.
                But Stabilizer started same Problem with the Voltas ac as well. Today on 10-May-2022 I checked my Voltas ac by service center but they said Stabilizer is not sending the
                required voltage to the AC and not working its totally in non working stage.
                I am facing this Problem again and again and i cant change my AC every time. I need my Refund for the Piece and i am willing to return the Product.
                Please Help here.

                    I have ordered 4 products with different patterns from the same seller. But received only 1 product and when I checked my amazon account it says that all the four products are delivered.

                    I have called the customer service as soon as I realized it(within 5 to 10 min after I received the package)

                    Customer service calls:

                    Call 1: Contacted and raised issue, the support opened an investigation and asked me to call customer service after 3 or 4 days. They said once investigation is done i would receive either refund or replacement for the missing product.

                    Call 2: I have called the customer service in 4th day and asked to check the status of the investigation. They told me that investigation is done and the update is that they can't provide me any solution.

                    They have done an investigation that didn't seek out the truth. I asked them over and over to look further because I have received 1 instead of pieces. After so much of asking, they transferred my call to their supervisor who sings the same song and has no interest in resolving the issue. And she hung up my call, while I'm still talking.

                    Call 3: Hoping I would be connected to the better support team, I brought up my concern. They read word by word same lines and no interest in resolving. They say they can't do anything, it's not their responsibility.

                    After asking few more times, they tell me that they don't have existing solutions that would work for me in such situations, so I drop the concern.

                    I told them, they may not have an established solution cause they may not have faced such situations, so I asked them to look for the solution, look deep into the investigation. They refused.

                    MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CONTACT ME.

                        Sir/Madam,
                        Sub: Refund for Order Id:[protected]
                        I placed an order for two pairs o[censored]rjo sandals, size 10, costing Rs. 709/- each, with Amazon India on 07th april22, POD( pay on delivery).
                        When I received the order one of the item was size 9, so l immediately asked for a return of the undersized item. But the delivery guy failed to pick up the item on the given date, so I called up customer service demanding that the item be taken back and issue me the refund to my bank account (I have two atm cards registered with Amazon). Finally, the item was picked up on 16th April and approved (email by Sakshi, customer service).
                        Now, more than half a month and numerous calls to customer service my refund of rs 709/- is held up by Amazon India without giving me any valid reason.
                        Approaching the consumer court was my last and only option, therefore, I beg you to kindly look into my greviance.

                          I requested for return of my order last two times but pick up not done always show message pickup refused by customer. Two times pick up failed. Customer care always create new pick up. But nobody come. So i want to money back. Refund my money. This type bad service with prime customer.

                            I am received vare bad quality Women A-LINE Striped Dress from Amazon seller, I have received without price tag from Amazon, I have raised complant against this proudct & as for return shipment, Amazon delivery peron asking for price tag, that was I also ne received from Amazon, I see many orders in Amazon is not good & seller cheating to end customer, Amazon is not healping to customer, no benifited for Amazon Prime membership,

                                  I have ordered a mobile from Amazon on 5th May 2022 which suppose to be delivered on next day that's 6th May.

                                  I was eagerly been waiting on 6th May because I have ordered this for special occasions that is for mother's day.

                                  But instead what I have recieved a notification on my Amazon app saying the delivery guy couldn't able to reach out to me. Which is totally not the case at all. After receiving the notification I am being calling delivery agent continuously from that time till today. But he disconnected my call and sometime not picking my call at all.

                                  Then I have reach out to customer care folks they keep saying that please wait we will Delivery today that day etc etc. But it is not been delivered till today which more than 48 - 72 hours form the promised date to diliver.

                                  Despite of being a Prime customer i am getting such a pathetic service not sure what they used to do with non prime members. This is the hight time we should leave such fake service providing brand and go for local for vocal and give Chance to our local Indian folks. That make sense also because anyways they keep me waiting for long time despite of complaing 3-4 times.

                                  Amazon as per your policy i am eligible for compensation and I am looking forward to that. Please do that ASAP.

                                    The Seller has not only sent me the incomplete order but charged me the full price for an item in the wrong size, only 1 instead of 2 in quantity and cheap polyester material instead of a cottom blend . which is completely false advertisement, bad business practice, fraud with item price tags and cheating customers openly without amazon reprimanding them to stop . Because I am not even allowed to post reviews about the seller knowing all too well amazon is protecting these illegal business practice that goes against their own company policies Ironically . I want my money back, No excuses or delays which amazon has done alot LITERALLY EVERY TIME I ORDER SOMETHING !

                                    Ordered for 9XL 2 pieces, only got one in 3XL with a fake price tag which has a wrong size, body fit but Charges me FOR 2 ? Are these sellers trying to pretend to be stupid ? If you are going to try to scam and cheat customers, atleast do it better and make it less sloppy without the Fake price tag that screams 'HEY THIS IS A SCAM AND THIS PRICE TAG IS THE PROOF WE ARE NOT GOOD AT IT'

                                      This arrogant company sent me an used item thrice, twice from their own subsidiary company 'cloudtail' and once again from a different seller. This is the fourth used item i received in just a months time, along with a pair of shoes which are heavily used. Total waste of time.

                                        Hello, i am here about the ORDER #[protected]Procus Iris Car Dash Camera, FHD 1080P, 2" LCD Screen Video Recorder, 120° Wide Angle Lens, G-Sensor, Motion Detector, Loop Recorder, Expandable Upto 32GB)

                                        Purchased on 23rd April, and the dash cam stopped working within 12 days, and exactly 5 days after the return window was closed.

                                        I repeatedly contacted them through their website through the contact us section, then I also sent whatsapp messages to their business number ([protected]), then I sent emails to them by attaching the invoice and warranty slip. But no resolution and response.

                                        Also contacted the amazon chat agents, none of them took any sort of responsibility and authority. This is annoying as well as frustrating that I have to keep contacting here and there to get resolution as if that is my fault!

                                        And the recent amazon chat agent named Harshita too shed off the responsibility and gave no hope and help, why is the customer care there for? to get beyond the reach of consumers and help out, not to make them frustrated and helpless! Also after the chat she redirected to the blank page instead of the feedback page, maybe its deliberate so that i shouldn't be able to rate her low.. Too much fraudulent stuff going on here.
