I had ordered Xiaomi 11t pro 5g phone from Amazon online shopping app on 4th of May and took more than 20days to deliver my product and usually it just takes 2 to 4 days but in my case I don't know why it has happened. On 24th of May I got an empty box of my product and I also I asked that delivery person at the time of delivery that why it's so light weighted he said just take ur product I don't know. As soon as a saw that empty box I called customer service of Amazon and told them everything. They said call us on 30th of May till then we'll investigate ur issue and we'll call u..but noone has called me even once n now they r saying investigation is done and we will not provide u replacement or refund, do whatever u can.. I have paud a big amount of rs 40999 and it's really a big amount for me but not for that fraudulents..plz help me

      Dear sir/madam,
      I have purchased oneplus 9rt mobile phone of worth Rs 38999/- on May 05, 2022 by exchanging of my old IPhone SE of price worth Rs 6380/- mentioned by amazon at the time of purchasing and rest of the amount I have paid through credit card. Amazon send me defective items and after initiating the replacement again I have received the defective product which was also confirmed by their technical team. After that they deny to replace my item and only given the option of refund of Rs 38999/- by crediting Rs 31869/- in credit card and Rs 7130/- as amazon pay balance for my exchange phone. The said refund amount was also confirmed by the amazon team to me on june 01, 2022 by sending mail to me. Even after confirming by the amazon they paid me only Rs 2380/- as amazon pay balance instead of Rs 7130/- for my exchange phone. The total fault was from amazon side by sending two times defective products and denying from the replacement on third time. They confirmed from me first to pay full amount and also send me the refund amount break up. Even after they deducted my exchange phone value as well denied from their commitment which I have received through mail from them. I have all proof against them in which they are showing a massage in my amazon account and recieved mail from them of crediting full amount of rupees 38999/-. They left me in helpless condition and not providing my full refund amount which they mentioned in their mail and committed. Please take an strict action against them. I have sufficient proof to prove amazon guilty. Please help me to get my rest of the refund amount.

        Hi, My Amazon order no.:[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on the same day under my Prime subscription has not been delivered till now even after 4 days. The extended deadline was 2 days. However, even that was not maintained. Customer Support Team is talking very rudely and Social Media Team is going on asking for more time to investigate further on my issue. It has really become a joke now. No one is able to tell me...

          I was order from Amazon... balkaran singh ...mob. [protected]...keyboard of zebronic zeb transformer k.. order no[protected]... on 16 may by cash on delivery... m receive it on 24 june... product quantity in not good as shown in image...and m cancel this order... after that...m contact at amazon customer care ...they give time till 1 june... today at 2 june...i get notification on Amazon app... payment send through cheqe... its not solution... refund in my Amazon account ... bcz we have not time for waste in bank... payment process time is 3-5 day...so give me refund in 3-5 days... I can't wait more... thanks

            As per Faber technician 90 cm is not fitting into my kitchen and need 60 cm chimney and i was not aware about the size before, so i need to replace it with 60 cm and ready to pay whatever delivery charges but they are not ready to replace it, please assist

              This is regarding a high value order having order no.[protected]OnePlus Nord 2 5g ), I had ordered this on 05.05.2022. The mobile phone had a manufacturing defect of pixelated display . The product was then qualified for replacement by amazon and the same product was ordered by amazon as replacement. The delivery of the replacement order and pickup of the faulty phone was scheduled on 28.05.22 but the delivery agent didn't gave me my order as he couldn't complete verification on the faulty mobile due to its display issue.Then the replacement order got automatically cancelled..

              Then I again contacted Amazon and they assured me refund on return of the faulty product.
              But the return hasn't happened till date . The return has been scheduled many times but get cancelled without any reason saying that "pickup refused by customer" .

              Now I want amazon to either give me my refund or complete the return pickup process sucessfully.

                      I bought a cannon PIXMA MG 2577s all in one inkjet printer from Amazon which was delivered to me on 9th may'2022. I also bought a pair of inks (black & color) which was coming in purchase together recommendations during checkout. I though printer would not come up with ink set so I bought a inks pair too. When printer delivery is done, i was delighted to see 2 pairs of inks in my box. I installed the printer along with the ink cartridge which came as part of printer purchase. But after printing 10-15 pages within next 1 week, printer starts giving alert of low cartridge. Then I thought that as it came along with printer so might be a testing purpose cartridge only. Without any second thought i accepted it and opened my new pair of cartridge which i also ordered. But same case repeated within next 1 week after printing of around 20-25 pages, cartridge gone low. what the ### i purchased this on Amazon? Anyways now when i am trying to connect with Cannon support, my product Serial No. is showing out of warranty product while 1 year warranty is displayed on amazon portal for this product. Total disappointment. PLs look into this on priority and resolve asap.

                            I have placed ORDER #[protected] Lenovo yoga slim 7 laptop on 28th May 2022 from www.amazon.in and it was delivered on 29th May 2022 when I checked laptop warranty on Lenovo site, it was already activated from 5th Jan 2022
                            It seems someone used laptop was delivered to me I called multiple times to customer service to log my complaint but every time they said that they raised return request, but it will be approved by their team lead with in 24 hours. 48 hours already passed but return request is not initiated.
                            Kindly look into this and replace this laptop or refund my amount.

                              I have ordered HP Pavilion 14 AMD Ryzen laptop order Id[protected] of 56k on 19th may from my Amazon account registered with [protected] on the name of Hardeep Singh. I got the laptop on 22nd may in a damaged screen and windows not working condition, since that day I have contacted customer care about 5-6 times every time they initiated the pickup and cancel the pickup, agent neither called nor appeared to pickup the laptop. Amazon person are not providing solutions except scheduling and cancelling pickup. Since I have bought this laptop via emi now my first emi date is about to come and Amazon person are not processing my refund.

                                I had purchased iPhone12 (INR 60, 900) from Amazon India (sold by Rocket Kommerce LLP, Maharashtra) on 30th April 2022 and received it on 2nd May 2022. As soon I open the package and try using, it didn’t start which seems odd and looks defective.
                                Incident Report: Raised concern to Amazon India support same day I.e 2nd May 2022 and requested to return product immediately (Met- return policy condition from Amazon, within said timeframe of 10 days of receiving product)
                                Never ending support loop: 5th May 2022- Received mail revert from Amazon support to get defect report and denial letter from the manufacturer I.e Apple. 5th May 2022- Received interim technical report from Apple Service centre (iCare, authorised service centre) saying product is not working, IMEI mismatch, indicating towards fraud. And same report has been submitted to Amazon support team. 15th May 2022 - Amazon team again came back asking for defect report and denial letter13 May 2022- Received detailed defect report from Apple iCare( not to mention that was also not an easy task it took multiple visit and multiple long calls to Apple service centre), which specifies this a faulty product, never being used, and wrong IMEI number. There is no way it can be fixed, they need to replace the whole product in order to get fix. Plus they declined to give denial letter, as they have not agreed to terms & condition mentioned by Amazon on their website.
                                Since from 13 May till today 31 May 2022- I am knocking every Amazon support door, interacted almost 25 Amazon support associates and yet waiting for their resolution. In every 2 days a new person approach me asking same documents (denial letter, Pslip, invoice, and box pic) which I have furnished at least 20 times but still.., and then they ask me to wait for another 2-4 working days.
                                Complaint: Would like to raise complaint against- A. Amazon India, for: 1. Unethical business practices 2. Not meeting necessary e-commerce service provider obligations. 3. Despite of getting informed about vendor fraud, Amazon have neither taken any action nor provided any satisfactory resolution, which indicates they are equally responsible in this fraud4. Mine mental and physical harassment, I have gone huge stress during this time while dealing with Amazon support teams and not having any meaningful conversation or resolution.
                                B. Rocket Kommerce LLP, for:1. Doing fraud and sending wrong IMEI product which turn out to be defective.

                                  I've ordered Noise Colorfit Ultra 2 and instead of that I've received Noise Colorfit Ultra 1. So I've raised a complaint on the same day with the issue that product is different and colour also not matching. So they have accepted to return and refund. I've returned the product and it has reached the warehouse. Now they are saying that we received wrong product and we can't refund it and they are not even saying which product they have received. Delivery Pickup agent saw everything took pic of watch and accepted return. Now these amazon guys saying we received wrong item and it cost Rs5499/- its not a small amount and the returned item cost Rs4999/- atleast if they are not accepting for refund they are supposed to return my returned item. Now they took the product and my money I've lost Rs5499/-. I dont know what you people gonna do I need my money of Rs5499/- or my returned product should reach to me. Its okay if you people not giving refund atleast you need to return back my product which I've returned we earn 10k per month and you people took away Rs5499/- for free and this gonna be a theft case on you guys.
