Dear sir,
I purchased the Logitech C922 webcam from Amazon India (Wednesday, 18 May, 2022. This is not a good performance in night mode (blur will come) so I want to return this product but they are telling me this is only applicable for replacement. But they mentioned return or replacement. So I need your help to return this c922 and get back my money return.

    Since 2016 I'm customer of Amazon with subscription of prime membership.. haven't faced any issues until i ordered hush puppies brand formal shoes and one sneakers of the same brand costed 4203/- At the time of delivery i open the package in front of the delivery boy and i received both the shoes and sneakers are of different brand name something centrino that's the brand of Amazon i guess idk..At that time in front of delivery boy I've called customer care and told them all the incidents and i share them images and then they placed for the return pickup after 2 days..after 2 days delivery boy come and picked up my order..i was waiting for my refund and checking the refund status it's showing item is picked up when we recieve we'll intiate your refund..until 10 days message showing still same.Then i called customer care then he say we raise a complaint for you our team team will investigate and inform within 3 days..And next day they email me that your return number is very high and you have sended me wrong items..i don't understand without proper investigation they are just blaming me..i already sended him picture that time I recieved the product how can I change the product..and till now I've orderd more 250 product from Amazon's and probably I had not returns more than 20 products and i only return which were not useful or some size issue..i don't know why they are behaving like this but I'm not going to use my account anymore..after pickup they didn't inform me or nor delivery boy refuse while at time of pickup while checking the items..when i complaint for my refund then they blaming me that you have sended wrong items.. I've all the images and call recording when i complaint about the at the time delivered..

      A product ordered was eleiglible for return and refund.

      Return was accepted only after relacement. And, refund was promised for bank account and they acceted to issue to bank account as got myy details even. But issued a cheque.

      I cant encash that cheque, as bank is in another state, no branch in my state. Kindly do the needful.

        I had ordered a phone case back in February, 2022 and till date have been waiting and calling Amazon customer service executive back and forth and to recieve the amount. The only answer I recieve is a reference number and that they have nothing more to do.

        However, neither have their executive till yet picked that product up from me and nor have I recieved the amount I should have. When I said this, they say, "Now that the return has been shown to be completed, we no more ask for the product, just go to your bank's home branch with the transaction reference ID and seek for the amount.

        My account is lodged with the State Bank of India and they say no such transaction has been recognised.

          I have purchased a solimo cast iron tava for 999, unfortunately i didn't like the model and the product is completely in unused condition with all the tags intact. Amazon had approved the return as well, but the return pickup is being cancelled by courier person 2 times now. I just get update on status page as "Retun pickup verification failed" Return cancelled. I have tried to contact the number provided by amazon but the pickup person never picked up and simply cancelling the return without even making the attempt. I have tried to reach amazon customer care number but it was never getting connected.

          I have been amazon customer for years now and have been a prime member for very long time. This is the first time i have faced such a bad experience . I hope someone will respond to my query and resolve it.

            I ordered for a 10, 500 badminton shoes and received another brand shoes worth 1500. Now Amazon is not ready to refund or replace the product. They say i need to return the original product. Please help me get my money back. Thank you

            I have received a wrong and damaged product and have returned it. I dont have any other product to return . Also I have purchased the same product from a local store in bangalore. Please check with the merchant regarding which product he shipped and how to confirm if he shipped the right product. This is a classic case of fraud and cheeting, and the culprits should be brought to justice. How can someone do this kind o[censored]ntrustworthy act, by keeping the original packaging but inside keep a different and cheep, damaged product worth 1500 rs, infact i paid 10, 000 INR. I am ready to move to customer court or any criminal court to get justice, , , also this has to be made an example for all those who indulge in such malpractices.

            Please find attached fully damaged shoes which I got inside the Yonex packet, , , the Yonex cover was original but the shoes inside was of brand ProASE, INR 1500.
            I paid 10, 500 for the Yonex shoes, which I never received. This is classic case of cheating. Please take up a fraud case against these merchant.

              With regret I need to inform you about the malpractices adopted by Amazon team in India. I ordered this product on 4 May 22 and immediately after receipt of the product we requested for return pick up as the quality of the product is too low.

              Return pick up scheduled for 5 May 22 but cancelled.

              Again return pick up scheduled but cancelled.

              I called amazon support and received the response from Mohammed dated 13 May 22 that return pick up scheduled was cancelled due to technical reasons and it is rescheduled for 14 May and in case product is not picked up he assure me of advance refund, you can check your call which was duly recorded.

              On 14 May again it was cancelled 3rd time in a row and I got assurance from Gaurav via mail dated 14 May that he will personally do a follow up and it will be picked up on 15 May 22.

              On 15 May 22 the product was picked but I received a message that it was cancelled. I logged a complaint immediately and was assured by Shaina on 16 May that she is escalating and I will get a refund soon.

              On 18 May 22 Pallavi came into picture and she assures me that she is doing some internal investigation and when I did follow up again on 20 May she asked me to wait and on follow up dated 21 May 22 she disowns her responsibility and forgets that she is dealing with prime customer and refused to entertain any complaint in this regard by saying they have not received the product.

              I don't understand why amazon is adopting some unethical practices and why they are so unfair to prime customers like me instead of tackling their own problems.

              Request you to please help me in issuing me a refund and maintain trust of customers like me who acted in good faith.

                  I had purchased Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G on 14th March 2022. This product was delivered from Amazon on 15th March 2022. Upon opening the package we saw that the seal was broken and Phone's back panel had scratches. We immediately lodged the complaint and had asked for refund. When the pick person came to pick the product that point they told us the IMEI number was incorrect with the amazon system. We again called up customer care and told them the issue. So instead of changing the number they said that the product would be picked up without verification. This same issue was highlighted thrice to customer care and each they gave assurance that the product would be picked up without verification. till date we have not received the refund nor the product was taken back to warehouse by pick up person. My order no is :[protected]. Amount Paid : 30, 150. This product was sold by Comet Buster (Mentioned on Amazon App).                       You very much know Amazon is like people’s family member in US and also it is going to be much sooner in India as well but such instances happening really makes customer loose their hopes and there is surely an alternative to go for Flipkart or any other online seller but I surely wanted to bring such blunders and lethargic ness of some one ( not a single person but all that 14 who just talked to me along with their managers, ATS seniors all needs to be fired from job sir surely) in 140 million populated country you surely can get talent who will do their jobs with utmost 200% seriousness and these all guys who cannot take customer’s concern seriously and are unable to solve does not deserves to work for a NAME OF FAITH — AMAZON..

                      Please ensure that necessary actions are taken for such extreme negligence I faced for this order not delivered since 16 days and there are some foolish unacceptable excuses which I would like to mention which were conveyed by customer care team ‘technical issues’ ‘happens very rarely’ ‘will be delivered today for sure I assure you’ such things would really defame the image which Amazon carries and to me this experience was the worst ever I would have faced looking at me being such true frequent buyer, the after sales/order placing instances were extremely sad/annoying and not upto the marks at all sir.

                      I hope someone from your team would take this email as war footing and take some stringent harsh actions on all the concerned persons who were least bothered to get this sorted for me in these 16 days and in my 14 attempts I surely expect that along with my product getting delivered which unfortunately isn’t till I am drafting this email to you sadly.

                        I ordered a laptop and a dustbin from Amazon. The orders were returned to reseller stating that the customer refused to accept the order.
                        The delivery agent even try to call me to get a confirmation. 2 days mentioned for delivery, 2 days for returning to reseller and 3 days for refund. Why shouldn’t amazon pay me the interest on the amount i paid for these 7 days?

                          I have ordered 2 shoes from Amazon on 18 January 2022. These orders are of Cash on delivery but they deducted the amount from Amazon pay later. I have contacted the customer service many times but they didn't provide any solution. They said that your refund would be provided in 1-2 weeks but today is 21 May 2022.

                          After my complaint here, I posted the screenshot of the transaction on the Twitter, then I got message from Amazon Social Media Care. Then after explaining my issue again they resolved my issue very fast.

                            This is in reference to order id : ORDER #[protected]

                            Brief:
                            I had place this order on 5th May 2022. On receipt of delivery i found that the product was received in damaged condition (In this case the trouser received was in torn condition). I had requested for refund for this product on same day.

                            1. On 7th May i received a message on my mobile app stating that the product couldn't be picked up. However, nobody had come to pick up my item and i did not received any call from anyone.

                            2. I called amazon for this and they initiated a pick up once again on 12th May 2022. Here, the person had come for pickup and the item was handed over to him. Now again in evening i saw the message on mobile stating that the pickup has been unsuccessful

                            3. I again called amazon and requested for help. I was informed that escalation tickets have already been raised and please call after 3-4 days. I again called on 19th May i recollect. however still no help. They requested again for pickup - But as the item was already handed over on 12th itself i dont have any item to return now on 20th May 2022. so i don't understand the reason for initiating the pickup once again.

                            Sir/Madam, I am a prime customer and this order is causing very inconvenience to me since long now (Apprx 15 days now) and i am not getting my refund back. I am not sure it there is something wrong with this seller but I would request for urgent intervention in this matter and please process my refund at earliest.

                            Note: The photos of damaged product were also uploaded when i had called amazon earlier (attaching again for reference)

                                  It is very sad to inform you regarding escalation for my recent purchase Motorola G60 delivered on 18 may 2022, invoice[protected] found used and dusty while opening, more over product is not asper my expectations, I requested and escalated several times to customer care to take return of this, but pathetic response received from their end by stating that it's not refundable, even though I have raised this refund request with in 2 hour on same day after receiving. Initially customer care forcing me to to take replacement because they don't want to do refund for this device...
                                  It is very bad experience while doing interaction brand like Amazon, now I can say Amazon is not trust worthy and not even taking care of customer issue.Now they are not denying replacement for this, even company is having 7 days replacement policy. Now these days Amazon making fools to the customer and doing mis selling to make money.

                                  I requested not do any refund in my account at least allow me to choose some other gadget, but team is forcing me to keep this product, not even trying for replacement, it's shows seller willful gave this defective device and now he is not taking back from Amazon.

                                    I was gifted an Amazon Pay e-gift card in Jan 2020 and it was valid until Jan 2021, but unfortunately due to Covid, I was unable to redeem it within the stipulated time. In their terms and conditions, it is mentioned that the gift card can be revalidated by simply contacting the customer care. I contacted them in Feb 2021 and have chased them for more than a year but they kept dodging me that it will be done, or I will receive a call back for details, or it has been escalated to the concerned team.
                                    Later they started saying that the card has been re-issued to the buyer of the card. But even the buyer didn't receive any re-issued card and she even wrote them numerous emails confirming the same. But the customer care never confirmed the email address that they had supposedly sent the re-issued gift card to. After chasing them some more, they started saying that I should wait till the "re-issued" card gets expired and I should get it re-validated it once again after Feb/March 2022. And when I contacted them after the suggested time frame, they said that the card is used and the balance is zero. I asked them for the details of who used the balance, if neither did I nor the buyer, but they refused to help.
                                    They have harassed me and the one who gifted the card when their intention was never to re-issue it at the first place. On top of it, they stopped replying to customer care emails and are not ready to share who spent the money, like they claim, and when? I never shared the card details with anybody. I made sure I shared only the card reference number with the customer care and not the gift card code. So the question of misuse also never arises. I had been one of the early customers of Amazon India and pushed some of my family members to start buying from them, but I regret doing that.
