Ref id was already attached and amount deducted from my icici account on 9/4/22 but its showing in my statement on 11/04/22. But the mr mukesh the Person who supposed to received the amount he claiming to me that i have not received the amount.

But as per statement its showing the amount was credited to his union bank .

Kindly resolve the issue, for any further information kindly reach to me .

    Amount not credited into beneficiary neither in my account

    I have paid to the Merchant of Rs.900/- to Mukesh rai through (Amazon Pay) bhim app but after waiting for more than 72 hrs the amount was not credited to the beneficiary account and i have to pay it again through Cash payment.     I Ordered A Refurbished Oneplus 7t Order No.[protected] Which I Receive On 16th April When I Switch It On There Is A White Line On Display, I Raised A Return Complaint On Amazon It Asks Me To Book A Slot After Two Days A Engineer Will Visit Uh And Check The Phone I Said Ohk, I Wait For Two Days But No One Comes, I Contact Amazon Again, They Said Me I[censored]h Want To Return The Product Uh Have To Wait For 2 Days More, There Is No Slot Available For Engineer, I Ask Them Simply I[censored]r Engineer Didn't Come Then Why Should Cx Suffer And Wait For Two Days More, I M A Business Person I Cant Postponed My Day Schedule Just For An Engineer Visit,
    Then Amazon Said Me Sorry We Cant Do Anything In This Case.

    Now I Simply Want My Money Back, I Don't Want To Shop Anything From This Company, Who Don't Even Know How To Talk With A Customer.

      Was promised delivery on 17th April 2022 of an order placed on 16th April 2022 u der Amazon prime free delivery. The delivery agent assigned to me refused to pick up my calls and kept cutting it. Wasn't delivered till 18th april. When I contacted the agent, he said to wait till 21st April when the policy clearly states one day delivery. He also told me I will not be compensated for my time and energy. This is unacceptable and i want a refund and adequate compensation.

        I ordered 3 items from Amazon on 12th August 2021 due to some delivery address issue they asked to cancle the order and reorder the products . I prepaid 9497/- for the items so Amazon said they will refund my money to my account and provided me with RRN number for 3 of the products on 18th August 2021 . I was suppose to get the amount on my account by 3 -4 working days according to the Amazon customer service said but it didn't reach my account . I asked kept Amazon for several months and they said it is my back which is not releasing the payment so i visited my SBI branch and spoke to the help counter and the manager they said they are unable to help me because the payment was made my UPI . So i called SBI customer care they also refused to help me . Today i again called the customer care of SBI and asked them to file a complain but they were not sounding too helpfull .

          I purchase order from Amazon 2 weeks ago off. smart watch but due to some issue I replace with in given time but refund money did not deposit in my account so I request you to pay attition on it and deposit my money in my account

            I ordered an electronic device from the amazon shopping application on 4/04/2022 and i received my order on 11/04/2022. When i checked the order i didn't receive what i ordered. So, i complain to the customer care they told me that we need to investigate this situation we'll update you in 5 days. I'm waiting for 5 days. I also contact the Dealer and mail the dealer that i didn't received what i order. Dealer mail me that we accepted your return policies and initiate your refund but when i initiate the refund/return process it automatically cancelled and showing that the return is cancelled by the customer and when i talk to the amazon customer care again they said it's not our fault. We send you the actual product.

                    Delivery agent refused doorstep delivery. I live in first floor of my flat and is with my infant and elderly parents. As I was feeding my baby I asked him to deliver at door. But he insisted me to come down. My elderly father had to go down the stairs to collect it. He didn't even came down his vehicle to deliver it. Please take action against this kind of rude people

                      For now I have been charged with amazon seller charges 2 times on my credit card

                      15/03/2022 M-AMAZON SELLER SERVIC, P:01, 0000779 (Ref# 09999999980315006721537) 5, 456.16

                      I don't have any amazon seller account, yet I am charged with these outrageous charges amounting to nearly Rs. 11000. I would like a full refund on these charges.

                        I am Amandeep and live in Jalandhar punjab I was looking for job thus i contacted by a person unknown to me through whatsapp chat bearing number 9948748697 and 7492053042 that he provide me some task based job thus i invested at around 250000 to them through online mode thus now i am unable to get refund thus i request you to investigate into the matter and kindly arrest the culprict that they provided me two links in the name of mall68.com and mall299.com that curentlly i am unable to withdraw my hard earned money that Two person name was EVE and second name was AUSTIN CRAWFORD They gave me 6 tasks but day by day the task based job become tough to me and i was unable to complete that one too

                                    I ordered redmi note 10s 6 gb 64gb varient for 10999 under a sale going on amazon. They accepted the same and shipped the order. The order was in gurugram and then they marked it cancelled and returned it to the seller. When i asked them about he same they said that it was due to technical issue, then another agent told me that it was not technical issue but the order was returned my me only. I mean how is this possible. They themselves cancel it and then return it and mark it on me. And afterwards i received a email that the order was cancelled as there was a pricing error on the website. The pricing was that the product was of 12999 and a 2000 coupon was there so i ordered it for 10999. After few days a sale came on Flipkart and now I'm getting the same mobile for 10999 without any error. Due to this mismanagement of amazon the whole day wasted. My whole expectations were ruined. Also i would like to tell that on 18th march 12 am sale on Amazon came under which many 20000+ pricing phone were provided with straight 40% off coupon and many people ordered the same. A 26000 phone was costed around 15500 to people. I mean wasn't it a pricing error? And surprisingly almost all and all of the orders as far as i know were delivered to people. If this wasn't the pricing error then how is my mobile for 10999 is a pricing error and when the same is available on Flipkart also.

                                      I have ordered a kurta. But received a wrong product. Tag was there but not attached. And one who came for return pick up was very very rude. Doesn't know how to speak to woman. He didn't pick up nor gave a proper reason. Just spoke to us bluntly and left. Unacceptable behaviour. We are consumers. Not his slave. Take a proper action against him
