I've returned one usb mouse (replacement) on 26.04.2022. But even after successful pick up, no refund amout received. Order was on POD payment option and i selected sbi bank account to receive that refund amount.

    Sir/ madam,
    My elder brother Pracheta Chakrabortty ordered a laptop HP250 g8( 11th gen Intel core i3-1115g4/8gb DDR4 RAM/512 gb ssd/windows 10/39.62cm(15.6 Inch)HD/Intel UHD Graphics) 42V68PA (Dark Ash Silver, 1.74 kg) on 7.4 2022 through amazon.in, and it delivered on 12.4.2022 which was (fully damaged, broken, wrong, and old, ) the price of the product 39, 700/- and payment made through credit card. After received this damaged broken product
    I informed amazon customer care on thedelivered day to retun and refund my money but after 5 times return pick up raises on the website but return is not complete, refund not initiated till now (17th, 20th, 23th, 27th 30th april 2022)and again 2nd May 2022, these are all pick up dates canceled from amazon pick up associates with out visit my house, and pick up cancelation reasons showing customer is refusing all time but it's totally wrong information and blaming customer, only the first pick up date 17th April 2022 pick up person came to my house saw the broken damaged product and he refused to pickup due to damaged product, I also said amazon customer care that pick up person not interested to pick the product. after that all the pick up dates are raised by Amazon customer care, and canceled by amazon pick up person with out visit my house. Again raise a pick date 2 may 2022, and every pick up date I informed to amazon customer care time to time all the situation, "no one still visit my house and not picking up (wrong damaged and old) product. "Still I am cooperating with amazon customer care, but I have been informed by amazon customer care that backend team of amazon customer care feels that ( right product delivered to me ) and I am suffering ( fraud and trapped) period which I am saying that wrong, it's blaming me, and I couldn't not understand what should I do now and how to get justice for this . Again I found the wrong invoice has send me by amazon.in . In gst invoice has wrong seller name and no serial number of this product. Also I have searched manufacturers warranty in HP website with the serial number which has on the HP Amazon packet, and i saw that the warranty has already started from 21 February 2022 but I ordered this product on 7th April 2022, how its warranty started of this serial number of product before purchasing the product? It's fully fraud. Backend team of amazon didn't investigating this matter properly, till now my money is not refunded. And i want to get refund my money of Rs. 39700/- from amazon.in please help me.

            Amazon Order number:[protected]

            Hello,
            I had ordered iPAD 9th gen along with Apple pencil, cover and screen guard (Total 4 items together). I got this package delivered on 24th April 2022, When I received package I felt weight was very less so asked delivery guy to open the package . When I checked shockingly iPAD was missing from that and it was marked as delivered in my account. Even delivery guy acknowledged that it was missing. I am trying to get REFUND or REDELIVERY of this product from amazon from last 7 days, they saying investigation is going on….!! but no resolution. I am loosing 30, 000 ₹ for amazon’s mistake. Could please try yo help me on this.

              I received wrong smartwatch. When I contact to customer care they raised investigation for 3 days . After 3 days I contact them and they said that “ you received correct product and we don’t provide refund or replacement for this.

                Recently, I have purchased car sunshades the quality is very poor and detaches every time falls apart while driving. I have initiated the refund many times. Has contacted customer care many times.

                Story is repeated the same every time:
                1. Delivery person comes
                2. He says I will come back in the evening as parcel is big
                3. He never appears
                4. At evening pickup is cancelled

                This has happened nth times now, Customer care said they are helpless.
                I had never experienced such a thing with Any e-commerce.

                What resolution does amazon can provide to break this infinite loop o[censored]nresolved pickups?
                Customer care said we can not do anything beyond place pickup requests again and again.

                Amazon is deliberately cheating with customers.

                    I ordered a puma unisex shoes and when i opened the box i received wrong product.. in the box a white shoes was there but not which i ordered and when i contact with amazon they are only saying that wait and contact them after 2 days or 4 days ... They are not listening my concern.. that shoe i purchased for money 8999 .. this is huge amount of money .. i cannot afford this much loss ...                             I placed an order in Amazon.in on 27th April 2022, ORDER #[protected] for price 14855.

                            They cancelled the order and my got struck and it will be deposited within a week.

                            Now the same seller put the price for the same product is 22999/-.

                              My name is Santosh Kumar Patel, and I work as team lead in IT company. I'm going to tell you about my experience with one of the leading online shopping portals, Amazon.in, and the response I got to my complaint. I ordered a “DJI Mavic Mini 2 Fly More Combo” Drone Camera on date 2nd April 2022 with order number[protected]. I was eagerly awaiting the product’s arrival as I prepared for a long vacation in Himachal (hashtag). The order was delivered on 7th April 2022, and my brother and I unpacked it while filming an unboxing video (based on online experience of other people shared on social media). My brother and I had previously ordered a variety of products, including mobile phones, televisions, laptop computers, and tablets, but we had never experienced anything like this I am going to tell now.
                              When I opened the box, I was surprised to find that the product I had ordered was not present; instead, there was a drone-like toy. I immediately contacted #amazon customer service, share all the video and pictures, and I was told that an investigation would be conducted and a refund would be issued. On the same day, I received confirmation from the customer care over chat message that based on their investigation amazon has already initiated the return, pickup will happen within 2-3 days and I do not need to worry as issue is taken care already. No pickup happened for next few days.

                              When I contacted customer service again, they redirected me to another specialist team and surprisingly I was told that I had received the correct product. I explained that I had received a different product from the seller that was not even worth 500rs, its clearly visible in the video and photo that received product is wrong but amazon customer care is not ready to listen and disconnected the call mentioning that they cannot help me anymore in this regard. I also received an email stating the same thing. When I asked what investigation had been conducted, I was told that it was confidential. I mentioned that I had shot an unboxing video and was surprised when the customer service representative said that it cannot be taken into account in the inquiry. I also realised that someone from the amazon has cancelled my return requested in the system mentioning “Return Pickup refused by customers and return cancelled” on 14th April 2022. I immediately dropped an email to amazon customer care asking that I never refused any return, I need written answer that who cancelled it and why? I never received any response. I immediately started another return request in the system but it was again cancelled from the back end mentioning “Return Pickup refused by customers and return cancelled”. Seller has accepted the return in both occasions but amazon is not ready to pick up even with video and photo evidences we produced. I have no idea what better I could have done to keep myself safe from this fraud.

                              I posted my issue on social media, tagging Amazon, when they contacted me again, fearful of social criticism. Mr. Kathik (from social media department) informed me that a fare inquiry would be conducted and that whatever was necessary would be done. I was told to wait until April 27th. I waited until the 27th and then received an email stating that “As per the update shared, correct item was delivered to you in intact condition. Based on the results of this investigation, we would not be able to provide any concession against your concern”. Once again, nothing was done to help me solve my problem.

                              I have a few questions for Amazon:
                              • What inquiries have you made to resolve my problem because I received a fake product and no one bothered to ask me what I got? Nobody even asked me to look into it.
                              • Why is no one taking responsibility for resolving this problem? Every time I call, I get a different person who speaks like a computer and lacks empathy and common sense.
                              • Please tell me who I should contact to resolve this issue because your efforts to resolve it are not transparent.

                              I'm taking the legal route for the time being. I'm not sure if I'll get my money back (90, 000 INR+ including EMI cost), but one thing is certain: I will never order anything from Amazon again. I'm posting this so that no one else is duped by these online looters. It is preferable to order from a store close to your home rather than from Amazon because you can be certain that someone is willing to accept responsibility for the product they are selling.

                              I request you to please share this with your loved ones so that they do not find themselves in the same situation as I am.

                                  Amazonpay giving offer on Ola ride for 2 bookings in April 2022(Attached screenshot Ola app) for cashback upto 75.
                                  This is fake offer i have taken ride but did not received cashback for second ride.
                                  When i talked to Amazon customer care they are saying you are not eligible or not collected the offer. So howcome i get cashback for 1st ride.
                                  On Ola app nothing has been mentioned for eligibiloty criterior for customers and on amazonpay also no T&C has been shared.

                                    Amazon has recently blocked my number from contacting customer care and sent me spam repeatedly to nag me from exposing their shady behavior online where they protect scammers and let them keep harassing my family with vulgar messages . Along with that they keep telling me to wait for 2 days every time i call them and its past more than a week for which they are trying to evade the refund time line by acting deaf, dumb and ignoring me .
                                    They owe me a refund of Rs 13, 500/- which they keep saying will be wired back to my bank account but have not done, Not only have they lied to me through their teeth, but let a Seller from Tamil Nadu sell me Trash that stinks like a public urinal that when I tried to return the seller reverted back with disgusting emails and amazon had all my reviews taken down to protect this seller and let them continue scamming other customers .
                                    I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND THIS SELLER BANNED FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND BREACH OF COMPANY POLICY FOR CRIMINALLY ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR AND BUSINESS PRACTICE .

                                    PROOF of the ILLEGAL practice Scammer has done on amazon while the company protects them from any legal Consequences considering the fact that by allowing this and making excuses plus telling lies to me as the customer they have violated every single policy of their own firm and think by delaying it for more than a month they can have this swept under the rug .

                                    The Company staff has also Lied about not having a compensation policy, when on 3 separate occasion their products led to harm to me, a family member and children .

                                    A INCIDENT IN WHICH THEY ONLY COMPENSATED ME FOR Rs2000 in my amazon pay balance when the Product failed to function during winter that led to my mother's life being put at risk of dying from the sudden drop in temperatures .
                                    PROVING THE POINT THAT THE COMPENSATION POLICY DOES EXIST AND ON 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AMAZON CHOSE TO LIE ABOUT IT AND SAY IT DOES NOT BUT ALSO SPITEFULLY TELL THE CUSTOMER quote "If you ask for anything above 2000, Then we may think you are trying to lie to us to get 'Customer Benefit' ' Which makes no sense considering the fact that I as a Customer have been given the shorter end of the 'Benefit stick' which only gives me proof and not satisfaction for the solution the company takes to protect and compensate it's customers .

                                    Literally sliced my lips open and nothing was done except blank apologies ... Jesus i cant forget the feeling when they dirty metal cut right into me when i tried to play it or the fact that the seller was still allowed to sell it on amazon DESPITE the potential danger it was to musicians .
                                    NO COMPENSATION WAS DONE and This was what the amazon Customer care employee said " Your lips will heal up, We cant compensate you because that option does not exist, We can only give you refund"

                                    Blantant lies and dead blank apologies from what sounds like Soulless corporate animals with no empathy for human beings .

                                    The fact that this company would do such horrible things and let horrible things happen to its customers is a reason in itself why it should Either consider getting completely new staff that are responsible and willing to do their job and help out customers who have been tormented for years and still remain loyal to the shopping platform because there is no other way to purchase objects needed for their day-to-day life at a affordable rate or services . The Higher management must not only answer for their transgressions, but pay for what they did and putting loyal customers at risk on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS .

                                    So an update, Customer Care contacted me yesterday and stated that 'Amazon India DOES NOT COMPENSATE ANYONE regardless of injuries or any damage caused by products', "They will report and have their special 10 teams handle every single problem I bring up and have changes made" (His words not mine)
                                    But then he gets frustrated over the phone saying 'We may have compensated you once, but it will never happen again and because the company 'Does not have the option to compensate customers' They are VERY Sorry and will refund your money, of course after a 10 business day waiting period, and will try to talk you down into waiting for 2 days which gets stretched into a week or a month but (Again his words) "YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, We cannot reply to you instantly !" Yep a week or even 2 days every day is not enough to just pick up a phone and tell a customer " You have a problem ? Alright we will work on making things right and not ignore you or make up excuses to delay the resolution and action to deal with the problem .

                                    But lets not forget the Legal System Intimidation ... "We can get the legal parties involved and then they will start asking you questions." I mean, they could and that would only lead to more questions like 'Why is Amazon India nurturing such shady behavior ?' or ignoring customers ? or Trying to talk them down from asking for compensations for mistakes the SCAMMERS posing as sellers and the company staff have made ? or the blatant lies ?

                                    And will the call drag on for a long time ? YES ! yes it will because if you do not know your rights or read up on ALL the polices or amazon and the government approved polices of Buyers and Sellers, that protect you against any loopholes or legal action exploited for financial gain, You as a Customer to this multi-million corporation will just remain as another victim to its less than legal business practices and vague polices, If not Ignorance and intimidation by individuals who sell junk or pretend to work, giving hard working good sellers and employees a bad name .

                                      The MRP of parker ink shown in the photo is 50/- for 30 ml, and amazon is charging 90/- for 30ml + delivery charges. I can understand about delivery charges but how can they sell more than MRP?
