Through Amazon I ordered 74Wh battery from SellZone and paid the cost instead I received 42 wh battery. Though I raised a return product in Amazon the same day, no one from Amazon pick up team collected this wrong product (which is still between the return period as per their policy) from me instead they kept messages (few) saying I was away and my house is locked, but I am in WFH.
No proper response from Amazon for the wrong product delivery and return/refund. Finally for a wrong product I paid the cost and the product no use to me.

Both Amazon and SellZone not genuine and takes customer care.

    So, I returned a product on 17th march and today i received an email that no refund will be issued as i have returned wrong product. Well, in my defense, I have returned whatever product was delievered to me.
    So, today I called the customer care of amazon and call was forwarded to a specialist who says, we have been informed to not take any action in this case. I asked her to either give me the product back or give me my refund. She very conveniently says, i am sorry i have to disconnect the call now and cuts the call.

    Well, tell me what should i do now. I don’t have the product nor am i getting my refund.

    Either give me the product back or issue me a refund, Amazon. What is this behaviour?

    PS: how stubborn is this company? Not issuing a refund, not giving me the product which I have given back on the return pickup. Like legit they have just take 1k from me and given nothing.

        Amazon doing fraud to me successful debited amount 1830/& & 1809/- and after ordering order gets failed. But money not rolled back still yet all in documents shows debited to Amazon successful but Amazon said we haven't your money to refund so what I do, I have already complained in PNB bank, customer care, consumer complaint, government consumer complaint but money not rolled back to my account.

          Recently, I ordered a fortune oil of 5 lit jar but parcel contains one lit pouch of fortune oil instead of 5lit jar.
          I had complaining many times but resolution given till now, even sent all images and documents.

            Order failed at Amazon 2 times account debited by 2 times with RS 1830/- & 1809/- and filed a online complaint through PNB Bank but not received my money after 7-8 days spended. Amazon India said we have no money in our account we haven't received your payment do kindly raise a charge dispute form. But I have done doubt upon Amazon India that my order placed successfully and after some time it getting failed so please help me to rolled back my amount RS 1830/- & 1809/-.

            Please help me ..

                  On 05/Oct/2021, I placed the 02 orders on amazon.in of same product (MI 11X MOBILE) Order no[protected] and[protected]. Both order were same value (26999 RS) with mobile exchange. (amount bifurcation for both orders:- Exchange value of Mobile 11300 Rs, No Cost EMI Discount (that was paid to by me direct bank in EMIs) 621.18 Rs, exchange Mobile Pick up Charge 100 rs, Payment paid By Credit Card against product 15177.82 rs, Total Amount (11300+621.18+100+15177.82=27099 rs.). In which order no[protected] cancelled by me and[protected] delivered to me. After received the order no[protected]. I found some issues in product and returned the product to amazon. I got my fully refund of order no.[protected] on 25th Oct 2021( RRN is 753714 for 15047.82 Rs and rest amount in amazon pay wallet 4830 rs for mobile exchange after removal of promotion amount of 6500 rs and No cost EMI amount 621.18 Rs on 20/oct/2021) against order returned. However, I did not get the refund for order (order no[protected] which was cancelled by me on 5 Oct 2021. Against this order, I got 100 rs that was paid for Exchange mobile pick-up with RRN 74766511279139341417785 on 10/oct/2021. But order value was 27099 rs, ( Exchange value of Mobile 11300 Rs, No Cost EMI Discount(that was paid to by me direct bank in EMIs) 621.18 Rs, exchange Mobile Pick up Charge 100 rs, Payment paid By Credit Card against product 15177.82 rs, Total Amount (11300+621.18+100+15177.82=27099 rs.) I want my rest after removing all promotions and exchange value (Total Value (27099) - Mobile exchange value (11300) - No cost EMI (621.18) - Pickup charge that was refunded on 10/oct/[protected] = 15077.82 Rs Moreover, 621.18 Rs interest paid to bank against 06 EMIs because all 06 EMIs paid by me and paid Approx. 120 Rs GST Bank. Total Paid to bank 621.18+120= 741.18Rs and some amount also i required for my money hold at amazon from last 6 month if my money refund in this week. if delay then my hold money charge will increase. So I need my total refund amount from amazon ( paid by credit card + Interest paid to bank + GST paid to bank+ 6 month money holding charge) 15077.82+612.18+120+741.18=16560.18 Rs NOTE: - in file attachment (document 1 details for order no[protected], document 2 details for order no[protected], and Document 3 sample mail that required from amazon for order no[protected] if refund initiated by amazon) In addition, these details are sharing to [protected]@amazon.in Many times, I written mails to [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in, but on one is replying on both mails. In addition, I filled the dispute charge form at bank end but bank is asking for refund-initiated mail from amazon against this order[protected]) with amount and date of initiate mentioned in mail that is also not providing amazon after requesting many times to amazon support team as well as [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in team and twitter team. So I am attaching some sample mail that types of mail required to bank for dispute charge form.

Some unscrupulous person alleged to be named as Atul kumar DOB[protected] Mobile no. [protected] taken loan giving details my PAN card from Capfloat Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. It is made clear that I have not taken any loan and some person fraudulently in connivance with the officials of your institution taken loan on my PAN Card. So, you are requested to take appropriate legal action and save me from fraud done with me as well as with Capfloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd.

                        I get call from this number as we are calling from amazon and they told me to send id proof, birth certificate etc.They call me and take interview they take 2 interview rounds and after 3 day i get mail as you selected in amazon and they ask me uniform fee i also send i don't know the amazon didn't ask money for uniform after i checked in google amazon don't ask money for anything.I am middle class family 1500rs is huge amount for me so please help me to get back my money and im really depressed because of this incident.Please help me and dont tell my name out kindly support me sir/mam.I also attached the their details and mail ids please get back my money.

                        i see vaccany for data entry amazon Ltd applied for the job they conduct interview through telephone and ask me to wait for selection confirmation .next day they call and told me iam selected and check the email and also send me offer letter application form and QR code for sending money rs 1500 for security uniform and I'd card and will Refund after completing 7 days training .I paid the money bcoz when I try to scan the code it mention the amazon name and also the offer letter are also very clear about their terms but one thing they not properly say about the job location next day received another call ask rs 5000 for starting salary account in hdfc and apply for mediclaim also send account opening form in hdfc ask scanned signature and personal bank account details .I feel something fishy so I not paid the amount bcoz without knowing the job location and also without complete the training how they start bank account.

                          I returned a product on Amazon and did not get my refund till 32 days of having returned the product. I might have called the customer care atleast 10 times and each time they told me to wait it is being processed. Then I reached out to amazon through social media and there also they keep telling me the same thing. They keep lying that the refund has been processed contact your bank. So I asked them to give me the refund reference number. It's been 8 days and they haven't given me the number. I don't even feel like I will ever get my refund.

                          The complaint was resolved within a week after posting it. I called the customer care they gave me the RRN number and also mailed it to me. I used this number to track my refund with the bank and I ultimately received it

                            I placed an order out of 10 items 6 items delivered and bill provided for 10 items.
                            Some way connected the customer care only answer from him is sorry. He said will do the refund, i told him refund means i have to go out or order online for these items. So who will compensate for my time, my urgency of item, even my money will be with them for few days too. Answer again is a sorry, also he told that order placed in fresh is not replaceable and no refund too. We are not responsible for it.
                            I said that we are ordered and paid money in your platform and how you can say we are not responsible. He again replied sorry and told only thing can do is refund and you can order again for these products.
                            Ask for further complaining it, he conveyed that not possible.
                            Irresponsible customer service and taken the customer as granted... Be careful with Amazon when ordering in fresh...

                                I make the 2 orders by my credit card on amazon & on 13th march the items was delivered by one OtP when i open the box only 1 item is there & another one is missing.. when i call the delivery agent he said i got only this one so i make the complaint on that same day after discussion they told me that they taken investigation on this matter & i have to call them after 5days on 23rd march 2022 Wednesday i called them today now they literally & directly said that NO we can’t help you it’s delivered & all but till that I’m not getting my product or refund now I can’t understand what can i do & all bcz they’re literally cheat us & make us fool….

                                I make the 3 items orders by my credit card on amazon & on 13th march the items was delivered by one OtP when i open the box only 1 item is there & another one is missing.. & the item shows that it’s delivered but I’m not getting the one when i call to the delivery agent he said i got only this one so i make the complaint on that same day & after discussion they (amazon customer service) told me that they taken investigation on this matter & i have to call them after 5days on 23rd march 2022 Wednesday & i called them today & now they literally & directly said that NO we can’t help you bcz it’s showing delivered & all but till that I’m not getting my product or refund now I can’t understand what can i do & all bcz they’re literally cheat us & make us fool….i prefer to each & everyone who’s reading this don’t order by amazon they’re going to cheat you easily go to flipkart they are on the spot take the solution for it..

                                  Hi team,

                                  I received a damaged product from Amazon and the company refused to provide any resolution for it. The package seemed fine from outer appearance when i received it however, the face cream was smeared all over inside the package since the lid of the bottle was broken. I would request you if you could please help in this matter as i have tried to contact Amazon multiple times to resolve this issue and they are not cordial and behave very rudely on the call. Your help would be much appreciated if i could be compensated for this.

                                        You will come to know the real nature of a brand/person only when you face an issue with them. My all respect to a big brand, AMAZON is lost with this unfortunate incident.

                                        I got an email on 9th March from AMAZON stating that my account is locked due to some suspicious activity. In subsequent mails, they are asking to share an account statement of a card which I am not holding.

                                        Now I have a problem, lets see how I can reach out AMAZON.

                                        1. Searched, could not find an email address.
                                        2 Searched again, found a phone number.
                                        3. Called the number to see non sense IVR messages. IVR is not smart enough to understand my problem, also I could not talk to a customer care executive.

                                        I am stuck, the email I received was [protected]@amazon.com and I don't know what to do.
                                        Again searched, someone in Quora mentioned about the pathetic Amazon service and he suggests to connect via Twitter.

                                        Now to twitter,
                                        Put a tweet there and immediately received a templated/bot answer.

                                        On my response, it sounded like a person is answering by the signature, but the messages are more from a standard text.
                                        It looks like nobody cares about an unhappy customer like me who has been buying products from Amazon for last ten years and a prime customer from its inception in India.

                                        Now, I am stuck. Nowhere to go, cannot talk to a person or drop an email or write my query/complaint.. etc..

                                        SUCH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON...
