My concern is as follows in a few steps .
01. I've placed an order "Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G (Vinyl Black 6GB RAM 128 GB Storage) from amazon.in, Dated: 25th Feb 2022.
02. Next I've faced (Heating Issue, Proxy during call, Battery Draining.)
03. I requested the Care/ Tech team to Replace or return the device, but no help.
04. Same Conversation continued day by day, yet no help,
On 6th March 2022 Mr. Salman from Tech Depart discussed all things & he advised me some steps to follow, he committed me after two days he'll call me but no call was made by him yet.
05. Dated: 11th March 2022 I called Amazon care & my call has been transferred to tech depart and i requested him to return my device and initiate my entire amount.
He discussed his senior team and agreed to return whether I asked him more than two or three times How much money would be credited then he told me step by step.
Rs. 4000 Basic value of your phone and Rs.5000 will be refunded into your amazon pay and Rs. !7, 099 will be refunded into your card.
Neither Rs.5, 000 nor Pickup Charge of Rs.100 credited yet after waiting a long time.
Since then till the team of Amazon made me totally Harass me.
I want my money back of Rs.5000 & pickup amount should be credited into my Amazon Pay ASAP.
Kindly refund my money asap.
