This is the reference of the order number[protected] placed on 11/02/2022 of product JBL Charge 5. I received the wrong product in the delivery made on (13/02/2022). This ordered return dated 16/02/2022. Therefore I am returning the order and request you to kindly send me refund at the earliest. i'm very disappointed with this order.I hope you will take immediate action.

    Storage) Without Offer | B084453J8J ( QZ-1UHX-JNQQ ) from Amazon India for a total amount of ₹52, 750.00 on 02/Feb/2021. After one year the phone got locked by Flipkart and now I cannot use it.

      Amazon India is currently facing problems supporting International credit cards. They seem to be supporting only Indian issued cards for now due to some technical fault at their end. This is very frustrating for people outside India who wishes to place orders for their families back in India.
      Being a famous retailer that pretty much everyone relies upon, they should have found an immediate solution to this problem. It has been over a day now since this issue is existing. Very disappointed with the experience.

        After returning the exact same product they are still denying the refund.

        The pick up guy very well checked, matched the images of the product and then picked it up.

        They are still not ready to refund and harassing me for a month

          I have ordered a product from Amazon India where the delivery is late. After continuously trying to contact the team, they did not provide any information regarding the delivery and updated the status as delivered. also i tried to contact multiple times which wasn't of much time. Even though its a prime delivery which was supposed to be delivered on March 4th ws delayed and after continuous calls and chats, they marked it as delivered without even delivering the product.

                    My relation with Amazon began like many love stories happen in Cinema. Ordering something on Amazon was Pride Quotient for me. Receiving the order and showing off with that.. will be one of the cherishable moments in my journey for ever. It all started at a point which was just like a quarter more journey to New Year. The strings begun to be treated with higher and higher pressure slowly. Let ur eyes put a zoom upon the lines being mentioned below..
                    I Ordered Avengers watch for my Son.. And received an Avengers watch only. But dunno how come red paint came onto the watch and I strongly remember seeing that kind of watches in Bazaars and markets .@ selling price of 80 Rs to 200 Rs max.

                    Amazon wanted to shower much more love upon me.. And they took the freedom in sending me a local Wallet with Woodland Logo ( instead of Tommy )

                    Amazons Love for me was soo great, that they felt Jealous .. I mean extremely Jealous... when I ordered 2 Gifts for my wife. Bangles made of Shank material. Which undoubtedly had to fall off in front of the Most Beautiful and well designed copy bangles .. managed to be prepared with Plastic. That day I Relaised.. Amazon's Love For me.. Is Crazzziiiee...

                    Now comes the Biggest Ever Gift I could have even dreamt of .. ever in life... Yaayyyyy... The NYE Giiifttt... Even today I get Tears of Enlightenment.. When I recollect about the Gift Amazon had planned for the New Year, , , for me.

                    I wanted to buy a minimal budget watch, With the money I saved without eating for days and months... 😉.. But when Amazon got to know about that, They thought, let this poor boy get his biggest and costliest Gift this New Year.
                    And the Thought Sent me a Creative Box with most aesthetic designed Items combo.

                    The box was a bueatifully crafted black box of Fossil Brand, which had another box which revealed Cartier brand . And before I come out of the immense Shock and Excited feeling..I witnessed the most beautifully Crafted .. Mini Bottle of Frozen Bottle Brand... See How Much Surprise was given to me by Amazon.. They dint wanted to see a normal item on my hand.
                    Thank You Amazon For The Unconditional love.

                    Then I planned to get fit and ordered Protien from Amazon. I Must Appreciate.. Amazon is Amazon... No Matter what ever comes or moves on

                    Anazon wanted me to stay away from such artificial products, that they sent me Artificial Product only.

                    Then one G Shock watch, ..and I could not maintain such a costly watch... So gave it back to the team.

                    One Casing for My Apple Watch... But unfortunately during the transport, the colour of the item changed to normal Gold other than Rose Gold.

                    And Finally, I ordered Ear Rings for my wife. And Anazon got pissed off to such an extent with jealousy, that we got the item which was available in all local markets at 25 rs .

                    When I complained, the executive came and checked the item and took it off. stating that he will send it to Go Down.

                    Amazon got upset with me, and since then they did time pass by pushing commitments for a day or two for the refund to be procesed.. And Finally after almost 20 days wait, I was inforned that they received a fake item and my money is being forefeited. Also i was told to be careful hence forth, with Amazon.. ..Till date I Could not Forget Amazon and also the tragedy, that Is lying within me.. since my money is absorbed by others...I Have decided that I will not my Money at any cost. Even if i have to go for a picnic from this land..It is my Hard Earned Money and I wont let anyone grab them off..

                    Till date there is no response from Amazon team and neither an initiative to look into the issue and redolve it. Amazon is proving its careless nature towards customers once again
                    Anyone eager to see the pictures .. Of wat was orderd in comparison with what we received... Ill keep sharing.. For Now... Witness when our product was taken from us... and refund was promised within 3 days... Till now they have kept the update as ... Product not received yet...

                      Amazon is keeping the payment in the name of "account level reserve" even after 10 days from delivery date. Product has been delivered by the courier partner but amazon is not updating the same. Amazon is holding the payment till the product is delivered and They are not updating the delivery. Totally fedup with this. Many times I have contacted the seller support and their response was to wait as usual. And they will close the case log without resolving the issue. Order was delivered by ecom express and amazon is not updating the same. Tracking id is already submitted with amazon but they are not updating the delivery status inorder to hold my payment and loot my money. Worst experience from amazon seller central.

                        Order ID[protected] &[protected] I have order twice the same product and date of delivery has change post order of the product. The reason are completely dissatisfying and I think the seller should be black listed . I consider the incident as breach of trust in terms of customer relation. Kindly look into the matter seriously and revert your course of action and necessary remedy should be initiated. The refund of both order of an amount of Rs. 7999/- and Rs. 7999/- should be immediately refunded to its original mode of payments. Any interest or EMI (Single) if charge by the Amazon Pay latter will not be paid, infect I owe an explanation of irresponsible approach by the seller.
                        This was complaint raise to Mr.Jeff Bezos and Amazon Customer logistic team but till this date no positive response has provide by the company. I want an explanation in this regard.

                            I purchased one Scan Disk miro UHS-1 card 128Gb on21 September 2021, and received the item on 23 September 2021.when I checked the sd card, seems the card is used some one it had some Stored Byjus app. I returned back nextday, So far i dont receive anything from Amazone. I contact customer careof amazone and mailed. They told me you returned sd card not orginal, so cant do any thing. How I know this not orginal one without checking, Please take a favourable action to me

                              I had purchased Samsung M52 5G on October 3, 2021. After a week o[censored]sage the phone started to show multiple problems, lines on screen when camera app is opened, heavy battery drain issue even when idle, phone getting hot on usage, very poor signal connectivity both inside and outside, call getting not connected and incoming calls getting cut. I approached Samsung showroom and they confirmed it is a defective piece and told to initiate process through Amazon for replacement but there is no response from Amazon after multiple phone calls and email communications. I need swift resolution from Amazon else I will be approaching consumer court soon.

                                  Received an incorrect product from Amazon which is picked up by Amazon based on return request. However no refund is issued even after multiple follow up. Amazon customer care requested to wait till Mar 01, 2022 and finally denied any refund.
                                  When I asked if they are going to deliver return the product back to me that is also denied.

                                  Received a wrangler jeans with proper price tag. I had to return it because of fitting issue. Also there was a slight color/pattern difference.

                                  On Mar 02, 2022 Amazon customer care has confirmed over email saying they will not issue refund as I have returned a different product to them. Now thats what I have already mentioned it while placing the return request "Different product is received". Product has been picked up without any issue but now refund is denied.

                                  Either they should not have picked it or picked it only after due investigation or if picked up then issue the refund. Now I have paid Rs 1478/- for the product and also returned the product (Brand new Wranger Jeans) and refund not issued. It looks like day light robbery. Seems amazon has started new business of cheating or have onboarded few of such sellers how initially delivers different product and then dont issue refund when you return it.

                                  Please look into it. It needs to be stopped.

                                    Having much reliance in amazon.in, I have been the customer of the Amazon.in since years and upon the publicity broadcasted by on your websource. Attracted to it have ordered a

                                    KAVIN 100 cm(40 Inches), HD Ready LED Smart TV KN40SCA (Black) (2021 Model/BO8V9BMZ32( Kavin_KN40SCA) HS N:85287219, Item Barcode # KN40SCA[protected] manufacturer by BESTON SKY VISION PRIVATE LIMITED from through online shopping i.e., WWW.AMAZON.IN on[protected] and the same product.

                                    I regret to inform that the very ordered item sent by you was unboxed by the Service Engineer provided by you has divulged the damage condition of the item and drafted his report and non-conducted installation.
                                    With regard to I have several attempts were made from my end via chat which further stipulating to attach the pictures of damage item and thereby connecting to call. This all procrastinating process couldn’t be accomplished appropriately accomplished by me due to technical reasons.
                                    It is unfair that no contact numbers, email addresses are incorporated in your websource to raise/deal return and refund issues when customer service or chat staff fails service the customer like me. It is a fair business practice that if you provide emails of the concern along with contact number on websource along with videos may help the customers like me .
                                    In said unavoidable circumstances and due to health issue, I am not able to attempt/raise the return or refund instantly. My inexpertism enabled me to raise query belatedly but you made the issue untenable on and from[protected] unilaterally without any instruction. At the behest the hand and glove negligence between yourself, your service engineer and the seller I made to suffered to severe mental agony, trauma, great economical loss.
                                    In such helpless situation, and the procrastinating process and indirect process of attending queries of return and refund of the customers has become marathon and finally today I could gain your email address from the concerned via chat to settle my query with concerned.. In above stated circumstances I am herewith submitting pictures of above damaged item, Invoice etc. along with Service Engineer report for your kind perusal and necessary action.
                                    Theredfore, I request your kind authority may be pleased to settle my query as early as possible by replacing the damaged item with a new item at the earliest date.

I have filed multiple A to Z claims at every A to Z claim they asking me to revert kn the same link what they have provided when I am trying to revert on it there I am landing on a page which has only the options available like, continue shopping and reverse refund stating that the appeal was denied by the seller on December 3rd. All my A to Z claims were declined only because of this. Revert option was not available where you asked me to provide more information by Reverting. I even shared the screenshot of it. As the refund is getting delayed there are late fine charges incurring on my credit card. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                                        The carrier who shipped my order was India post. So I have enquired with my tracking what I got provided by the amazon. So they stated that the order with tracking id EE[protected]IN delivered to Arilova MEDICAL STORE, BALAJI LAYOUT, dairy farm, S. O, VISAKHAPATNAM, 530040 Andhrapradesh India. The address is different to where it's delivered. I have attached all the proofs with in this mail. I here be complained this issue at near by police station and I am attaching that petition too for your reference.

                                        I gotta refund confirmation mail from bounces.amazon.in on December 06 at 06.02pm
                                        Stating that my Refund was initiated by the seller for the order id[protected]. Again I had a confirmation with the Amazon customer executive Anjal B. She confirmed that my order's[protected] Refund was initiated by the seller and it takes 5-7 days for the refund of 56, 999/- to my original payment.
