I have ordered Shure Beta58A Microphone on Amazon on 8th April 2022..And delivery date shown is Wednesday 13th 2022.. Without Any update or Any message of order delivery agent came on 12th evening 8:34pm..i said i didn't even got any message suddenly u came to delivery..i said I'm not in the delivery location..he said i will come tomorrow morning only as i will also get ready for the order to pick up..on wednesday itself i mean today it's almost 11:30am no call from him i only called him back he said he had given that parcel to another one as he will deliver within 45minutes it's almost 4hours i have been waited for him.again called him he said i will ask him once nd i will call you back later..still no call from him..now I'm calling him again but no response from him..I'm fedup with this Amazon service and delivery agent not even correct update and making us to wait for them wholeday ..it's very unfair.. irresponsible of Amazon..i want lodge a complaint against it as other customers should not suffer like this anymore

    Hi, My name is Anjali manocha and I am a new customer on amazon.Yesterday I got a empty package at home and My account got suspended.I havent received neither one of the product nor the refund.When I tried calling support team, Very rudely they talked.I request you to kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

      I have made payment of Rs. 300 to my society Atulyam Emerald on dtd. 02.04.22 which is failed due to some problem. Now, the same is not credited in my society account or neither revert back in my account after passing of 12 days.         I have bought a new headphone Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition bluetooth in ear earphone with mic (Reverb Red). And I am not able to give you my order id because my account has been closed. You must have registered mobile number of my account +91 [protected]. Ordered from Amazon.in will have to be delivered on 7th March 2022 on Amazon.in. Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition Bluetooth In Ear Earphone with Mic (Bass Blue) Headphone packed in plastic packet and when I asked customer care to replace it, he took the headphone which I got, at first he refused After much talk, he took the headphones with him on 21st March 2022, and now when we talk about giving the money back, he says I gave you the real stuff, this is what I want and he has come to me . This is not my item and they say the original item will be delivered until we return the money.
        After that my account has been closed, when I tried to talk to them by mail, they told us that your account will not be opened and they have not returned my money either. You help me sir, he is not taking anything from me.
        If you won't open my account then no problem I request you to refund my money.

When we tried to contact them, they told us we can't help you, after that they sent me a message from an email whose screen short I sent you, my account was the first order, even after that they held my account and didn't even refund my money

            I have ordered crocs slipper(3000 rs) and they sent me Aqualite (300 rs) slipper. When I tried to call customer service, again and again they are saying same thing that seller sent the correct product and I am sending back the counterfit product. And they are not listening to me completely and just hand up the phone. I have called many times to customer care service but they are in seller's favour. They kept my slipper as well as 3000 rs with them. I lost my slipper as well as 3000 to Amazon.

              I have booked a ticket for KGF 2 for 15th April through amazon pay for Swati Cineplex (Dolby Atmos): Bhubaneshwar for 5.30AM show. the booking was done on9th April 2022. tghe booking ID -W9HWUFE. The ticket price for Diamond category of the particular theatre was Rs.300 . However when I was checking again the price on 12th April the price is now Rs.200. I think we have been charge more than the actual price. Change in price should take place after completing the particular show. Change in price everyday for the same show is against the ethics and rights of a citizen.

                I have purchased a curtain from Amazon, I received a different product from what I have ordered, I returned the product I received. Now the company is asking for the product I have ordered originally and has not been received by me. I have returned the product received from their end. Now they are not issuing my refund for the wrong item delivered from their side. The company is at fault and they are harassing me. The amount involved is Rs. 1799.

                  Just realized that Amazon has been ripping off people and has been running a fraud through their online portal. Few days back (04/04/22) I ordered product from Amazon whose MRP on their site was 499 and after discount I paid 379. On 06/04/22 when I received the product the actual MRP of the product was just 199. As per the consumer law in India no product can be sold above the MRP. I request everybody to be very careful while buying product from Amazon. I also raised a complaint with their customer service but there has been complete silence

                  I hope some will reply and give clarification on this injustice to Indian consumer. I request the Indian government to audit these portals and protect them from such fraud

                  It’s a shame that grand like Amazon is involved in such loot.

                      I made a purchase from Amazon on 13 Feb 2022 but the order was not delivered to me. I requested refund and Amazon say they have initiated it on 20 Feb 2022 . I still haven't gotten the money in my account and I did everything what they told me to. Go to bank, file a charge dispute form everything but still nothing. All they provided was refund reference number #[protected]
                      And nothing else.now they are not even helping.

                          I had ordered Cello Multi Kadai and returned it. I got the message from amazon for pick-up date and i handed it over to the person who came for pick up after confirming it. After sometime the update showed that the pick-up was cancelled. I have been calling the customer service and they say that they cant track the details because of which i havn't got my refund yet. It's been a month now. I contacted the escalation team. They refused to help me. It's a torture to the customer.

                            I placed an order like any order time on Amazon and then realized I did not want the product anymore. Order was yet to be dispatched, and was successfully cancelled via Amazon App.
                            However, order was still delivered and left with the Security guard, no phone call, no OTP.
                            On trying to contact cust care for returns, I am being told that the order is not returnable and that I should have rejected the delivery.
                            This is outright cheating when you pay in advance, if I had marked this as COD, this problem would not have come up.
                            It's just such a blatant violation of consumer trust.

                            I sent a mail to all the escalation contacts I found on Amazon and also said that I would raise this with the consumer court. My refund was issued immediately

                              I ordered Bata men amaze grey shoes[protected]amounting Rs. 479/- on 9 March 2022 (order id). I received wrong product from Amazon and i returned the same to Amazon on 15 march 2022. Now after receiving the product, Amazon is refusing to return my money. Amazon is saying correct product was delivered. If correct product was delivered then why did Amazon get it returned with reason 'wrong product received'. I called Amazon many times but they refused to return my money. Now Amazon is having both item and money. At least either money or product should be returned by Amazon.

                                Hi,

                                The company has not delivered many orders. We have been chasing and they get returned from the final delivery station.

                                They don't go out for delivery and then we have to ask for refund and place new orders which again don't arrive. This is very time consuming and stressful for a consumer.

                                Each time they say you will receive the order when I call them or chat. These are false promises. If they cannot deliver the order, they should not deduct money. Please raise this issue with Amazon.

                                *For this order,[protected], I have not received refund as their courier has not collected the item Hellozone Mobile Cover, they have booked collection thrice, once on 06.04, 07.04 and 09.04.

                                I am still awaiting refund, this issue is not resolved I had to contact them around 5 times for this item itself which costed me money and time.

                                Please resolve this.

                                  I have ordered an LG ac inverter on 26th March 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd April but I have not received any update regarding my order yet from blue dart or from your side regarding my order and whenever I have tried reaching you guys you just say sorry for the inconveniences we will escalate your query and you will recieve an update in 48 hours but I have not received any update. Now, it's my sister's wedding next week and I have ordered my ac for her and on 4th, I have requested to cancel the order as I have not received it, It is 6th April today and I have not received any update about cancellation and my refund too. You guys are playing with my patience I have been a prime customer of yours and the way you guys are treating me and always making false promises is pathetic. Give me the update as soon as possible or else I have to take legal action against you. I am fed up with you guys. This is totally unacceptable.

                                    Recently sellers have been posting items with false description and even going so far as to provide customers with defective items and use multiple alternate accounts to market said scam based defective items, When I approached Amazon to help stop them or compensate me for the time and money, a mountain of excuses and vague replies were given before even the ECR department that handles the corruption related problems and Amazon took sides with the seller running these scams despite Me the customer providing enough proof to take down the seller's scams . Things have become so bad that even giving a honest review about how bad or defective an item is, gets screened by amazon and rejected any way to keep the scammer safe . Things have gotten so bad, Amazon scams are almost on a level with Alibaba and Ebay scams .

                                    I demand compensation because just getting a refund is not helping after spending almost a month waiting for Amazon to send it a product find out it is DEFECTIVE then spending weeks to 'DECIDE' what to do about the situation which is becoming almost too predictable for me to know They wont do a damn thing and let scammers infest the website .

                                    So the Amazon Seller Management Team in all their vast idiotic knowledge decided to rule in favor of the seller and let more scams like this pass . Amazon India has proved it would rather let customers be scammed and let scammers fester and spread like a disease instead of stopping them and keeping them in line . We as customers only deserve the worst and total garbage that is sold for overpriced rates by Amazon India and its Scammer Sellers . This is why people want to leave the country . This is why we fall behind because when something can be done to stop corruption and wrong, They would rather give you the corporate 'Sorry and have a nice day, But come back to give us your money out of desperate need to support your family'

                                    Remember This Amazon India, You act cold and calculative towards customers, And we will be twice as ruthless, cold and calculative . You made mistakes, now live with them .

                                    After 11 days of waiting, Amazon suddenly decided to sweep the problem under the carpet and just refund my money, No compensation was done for me, no reprecussions for the seller's threats or their illegal business practice, Amazon India has shown they would rather side with scammers and crooks that intimidate customers and exploit the legal system set by the government to forcibly make customers change reviews and boost their sale .

                                    Lies, manipulation, threats of legal action by aggressive sales practitioner trying the price fixing scheme they call 'Traditional business' then giving smug replies how they should only get positive reviews instead of negatives . Good job Amazon India, Keep this up till the company becomes no different from a pit of snakes .

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I had made bill payment from my Amazon app using pnb net banking on 9th jan 2022 of Rs 4288/- money was deducted from my account but not refunded yet as on 8th april 2022. I had already contacted PNB bank in this regard they say payment was successful as per PAYU (intermediary), So I request you to refund my money and pay Rs 100/- for each T+1 day that amounts to Rs 8600/- as on 8th april 2022 as per RBI policy and also compensate for all the inconvenience caused.
