a Order Product order id[protected] DJI Mavic Mini Fly More Nano Drone Combo (Grey) |3 Batteries + Multi Charger Set|12MP Camera | 2.7K Video Recording | Up to 30 mins of Flight time is not delivered to me and I am waiting since two months for refund as the product is showing delivered but it's not received yet to me. I have filed multiple A to Z claims at every A to Z claim they asking me to revert kn the same link what they have provided when I am trying to revert on it there I am landing on a page which has only the options available like, continue shopping and reverse refund stating that the appeal was denied by the seller on December 3rd. All my A to Z claims were declined only because of this. Revert option was not available where you asked me to provide more information by Reverting. I even shared the screenshot of it. As the refund is getting delayed there are late fine charges incurring on my credit card. I want my refund as soon as possible.
The carrier who shipped my order was India post. So I have enquired with my tracking what I got provided by the amazon. So they stated that the order with tracking id EE[protected]IN delivered to Arilova MEDICAL STORE, BALAJI LAYOUT, dairy farm, S. O, VISAKHAPATNAM, 530040 Andhrapradesh India. The address is different to where it's delivered. I have attached all the proofs with in this mail. I here be complained this issue at near by police station and I am attaching that petition too for your reference.
I gotta refund confirmation mail from bounces.amazon.in on December 06 at 06.02pm
Stating that my Refund was initiated by the seller for the order id[protected]. Again I had a confirmation with the Amazon customer executive Anjal B. She confirmed that my order's[protected] Refund was initiated by the seller and it takes 5-7 days for the refund of 56, 999/- to my original payment.

I went to the courier partner india post and I have collected information from the courier partner. He mentioned that the tracking id what is provided for my order has different address instead of mine. I am attaching that proof for your reference.
