Hello Amazon Consumer service team,
I hope you hear my honest voice for loyal support required from your team,
before 3 days i have order two products from amazon under order id :[protected] and both product are unsatisfactory.
1. Airwick Gift Pack Kit - which received in unsealed condition and damage product is not working.
2. Kapiva A2 Shudh Desi Ghee - This Product is not satisfied with quality, may this is not 100% pure ghee, contains extra substances into it, taste is horrable and not pure ghee
When we have approched the issue with custumer service department they have raise the investigation on both product and told us that previously you have taken higher numbers of refund from amazon due to unually bahaviour we are not able to refund this time. But real situation is some time you order product but you are not at home so, product return goes to amazon, still in amazon account shows " refunded " this is amazon problem, some times you received in damage condition we have to raise voice to resolve issue.
Now amazon is not taking any action on it by stating that we dont have access to take decision you have to reply to investigation email to contact them no call available.
Why amazon threat the loyal customer for block amazon account, this not customer mistake its amazon mistake.
I have already email to same investigation team with the videos and photos of product to investigate more.
Resolution : I already brought same product from market, so i want to return this product and initiate the refund, we cant loss our money on worse products, every panny is important in life.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
